Jeremiah 29
1 Now these are the wordes of the booke that Ieremiah the Prophet sent from Ierusalem vnto the residue of the Elders which were caryed away captiues, and to the Priestes, and to the Prophets, and to all the people whome Nebuchad-nezzar had caried away captiue from Ierusalem to Babel:
Na da gobele salasu dunu, balofede dunu, ouligisu dunu amola dunu huluane amo Nebiuga: denese da Yelusaleme amoga lale, afugili Ba: bilone sogega oule asi, ilima meloa dedene i.
2 (After that Ieconiah the King, and the Queene, and the eunuches, the princes of Iudah, and of Ierusalem, and the workemen, and cunning men were departed from Ierusalem)
Musa: Yuda hina bagade Yehoiagini, ea: me, hina bagade diasu eagene ouligisu dunu amola bagade dawa: su hawa: hamosu dunu huluane da mugululi asi dagoi ba: i. Amogalu fa: no, na da meloa dedene i.
3 By the hand of Elasah the sonne of Shaphan and Gemariah the sonne of Hilkiah, (whom Zedekiah King of Iudah sent vnto Babel to Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel) saying,
Hina bagade Sedegaia da Elasa (Sia: ifa: ne egefe) amola Gemalaia (Hiligaia egefe) amo hina bagade Nebiuga: denese ilima asunasimusa: dawa: i. Na da na meloa dedene, elama i.
4 Thus hath the Lord of hostes the God of Israel spoken vnto all that are caryed away captiues, whome I haue caused to be caryed away captiues from Ierusalem vnto Babel:
Na da agoane dedei, “Hina Gode Bagadedafa, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da dunu huluane amo Nebiuga: denese da Yelusaleme amoga lale, Ba: bilone amoga afugili oule masa: ne, Hina Gode da logo doasi, ilima amane sia: sa,
5 Buylde you houses to dwell in, and plant you gardens, and eate the fruites of them.
‘Dilia diasu gaguli, hahawane fima. Ifabi bugili, ha: i manu faili manu.
6 Take you wiues, and beget sonnes and daughters, and take wiues for your sonnes, and giue your daughters to husbands, that they may beare sonnes and daughters, that ye may bee increased there, and not diminished.
Uda lasu hou hamone, mano lama. Amola dilia mano da uda lamu amola mano lalelegema: mu. Dilia fi idi da mae fonobone, heda: mu da defea.
7 And seeke the prosperitie of the citie, whither I haue caused you to be caried away captiues, and pray vnto the Lord for it: for in the peace thereof shall you haue peace.
Na da dili Ba: bilone moilai bai bagadega udigili hawa: hamoma: ne, logo fodoi. Amaiba: le, amo moilai bai bagade fidima: ne, dilia hawa: hamoma. Amo moilai bai bagade fi ilia da hahawane bagade gaguiwane dialoma: ne, Nama sia: ne gadoma. Bai ilia da bagade gaguiwane ba: sea, dilia amola da bagade gaguiwane ba: mu.
8 For thus saith the Lord of hostes the God of Israel, Let not your prophets, and your southsayers that bee among you, deceiue you, neither giue eare to your dreames, which you dreame.
Na, Hina Gode, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da dilima sisasu iaha. Balofede dunu dilia gilisili esala da hobea misunu hou dawa: be olelesa. Be ilia da ogogosa, amola dilima ogogosa: besa: le, ilia sia: mae nabima. Ilia simasia ba: i liligi mae dawa: ma.
9 For they prophecie you a lie in my Name: I haue not sent them, saith the Lord.
Ilia da Na Dioba: le, dilima ogogosa. Na da amo dunu hamedafa asunasi. Na, Hina Gode Bagadedafa da sia: i dagoi.’
10 But thus saith the Lord, That after seuentie yeeres be accomplished at Babel, I will visite you, and performe my good promise toward you, and cause you to returne to this place.
Hina Gode da amane sia: sa, ‘Ba: bilone fi ilia dilima ouligibi ode70 da gidigisia, Na da dilima asigi hou bu olelemu. Na da dilia sogedafa amoga buhagima: ne oule misunu.
11 For I knowe the thoughtes, that I haue thought towards you, saith the Lord, euen the thoughtes of peace, and not of trouble, to giue you an ende, and your hope.
Na fawane da Na dilima imunu ilegei dawa: Amo ilegei da dilima wadela: su hame be hahawane hou fawane imunu. Amo ilegei da dilima hobea misunu hou, hahawane esaloma: beyale bagade hou amo dilia hanai liligi, amo dilima iasimu.
12 Then shall you crie vnto mee, and ye shall go and pray vnto me, and I will heare you,
Amasea, dilia da Nama wele sia: mu. Dilia da Nama sia: ne gadomu, amola Na da dilima bu adole imunu.
13 And ye shall seeke mee and finde mee, because ye shall seeke mee with all your heart.
Dilia da Na hogoi helemu amola dilia da Na ba: mu. Bai dilia da dilia dogoga asigi dawa: su huluanedafa amoga Na hogoi helemu.
14 And I wil be found of you, saith the Lord, and I will turne away your captiuitie, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places, whither I haue cast you, saith the Lord, and will bring you againe vnto the place, whence I caused you to be caryed away captiue.
Dafawane! Dilia da Na ba: mu amola Na da dilia sogedafa amoga bu oule masunu. Na da soge huluane amola sogebi huluane amoga Na da musa: dili afagogoi, amoga Na da dili bu gagadole, dilia sogedafa (amoga Na da dili musa: mugululi masa: ne fadegai) amoga bu oule masunu. Na Hina Gode, da sia: i dagoi.’
15 Because ye haue sayd, The Lord hath raised vs vp Prophets in Babel,
Dilia da sia: sa, Hina Gode da Ba: bilone soge ganodini balofede dunu dilima iaha.
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord of the King, that sitteth vpon the throne of Dauid, and of all the people, that dwell in this citie, your brethren that are not gone forth with you into captiuitie:
Hina Gode Ea sia: nabima, ‘Na da hina bagade amo da Da: ibidi ea musa: ouligi soge amo ouligisa, amola dilia sosogo fi dunu amo da dili gilisili hame mugululi asi,
17 Euen thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Beholde, I will sende vpon them the sworde, the famine, and the pestilence, and will make them like vile figges, that cannot bee eaten, they are so naughtie.
amo dunuma Na da gegesu amola ha: amola olo ilima iasimu. Na da ili figi fage dasaiba: le, manu da hamedei, amo defele hamomu.
18 And I will persecute them with the sword, with the famine, and with the pestilence: and I will make them a terror to all kingdomes of the earth, and a curse, and astonishment and an hissing, and a reproche among all the nations whither I haue cast them,
Na da gegesu amola ha: ga bogosu amola oloi bagade amoga ili sefasimu. Amola osobo bagade fifi asi gala da ili ba: beba: le, beda: iwane fofogadigimu. Na da soge hisu hisu amoga ili afagogomu. Amola amogai esalebe dunu da ili ba: beba: le, beda: iwane fofogadigimu. Ilia da ilima oufesega: mu, amola ilia dioba: le gagabusu aligima: ne ilegemu.
19 Because they haue not hearde my words, saith the Lord, which I sent vnto them by my seruantes the Prophetes, rising vp earely, and sending them, but yee woulde not heare, saith the Lord.
Ilia da Na sia: amo Na da balofede dunu ilia lafidili iasilalu amo hame nababeba: le, amo se nabasu da ilima doaga: mu. Ilia da nabimu higa: i galu.
20 Heare ye therefore the word of the Lord all ye of the captiuitie, whome I haue sent from Ierusalem to Babel.
Dilia dunu huluane Na da Ba: bilone sogega mugululi masa: ne asunasi! Na, Hina Gode, Na sia: nabima!’
21 Thus saith the Lord of hostes, the God of Israel, of Ahab the sonne of Kolaiah, and of Zedekiah the sonne of Maaseiah, which prophecie lyes vnto you in my Name, Beholde, I will deliuer them into the hande of Nebuchad-nezzar King of Babel, and he shall slay them before your eyes.
Hina Gode Bagadedafa, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da A: iha: be (Goula: ia egefe) amola Sedegaia (Ma: iasia egefe) ela hou olelei dagoi. Ela da Ea Dioba: le, dilima ogogolala. Hina Gode da A: iha: be amola Sedegaia amo hina bagade Nebiuga: denese ea lobo da: iya amoma imunu. Amasea, Nebiuga: denese da dilia ba: ma: ne, amo dunu medole legemu.
22 And al they of the captiuitie of Iudah, that are in Babel, shall take vp this curse against them, and say, The Lord make thee like Zedekiah and like Ahab, whome the King of Babel burnt in the fire,
Hobea, Yelusaleme dunu da Ba: bilone sogega mugululi asi, amo ilia da gagabusu aligima: ne ilegemusa: dawa: sea, da agoane sia: mu, ‘Nebiuga: denese da Sedegaia amola A: iha: be ela esaleawane gobesili, ela da bogoi. Hina Gode da dima amo defele hamoma: ne, na da dima gagabusu aligima: ne ilegesa.’
23 Because they haue committed vilenie in Israel, and haue committed adulterie with their neighbours wiues, and haue spoken lying words in my Name, which I haue not commanded them, euen I knowe it, and testifie it, saith the Lord.
Amo hou da elama doaga: mu, bai ilia da wadela: ledafa hamobeba: le. Ela da inia uda adole lasu amola Hina Gode Ea Dioba: le ogogosu. Ela da Hina Gode Ea higa: i liligi hamoi. E da ela hamoi amo ba: i dagoi amola fofada: su amo ganodini, E da ba: su dunu esala. Hina Gode da sia: i dagoi.”
24 Thou shalt also speake to Shemaiah the Nehelamite, saying,
Hina Gode Bagadedafa, Isala: ili fi ilia Gode, da nama na da Siema: ia (Nihelame dunu) ema sia: ma: ne sia: i. Bai Siema: ia da Yelusaleme fi dunu huluane amola gobele salasu dunu Sefanaia (Ma: iasia egefe) amola eno gobele salasu dunu huluane ilima meloa dedene i. Siema: ia da Sefanaiama amane dedene i,
25 Thus speaketh the Lord of hostes, the God of Israel, saying, Because thou hast sent letters in thy Name vnto all the people, that are at Ierusalem, and to Zephaniah the sonne of Maaseiah the Priest, and to all the Priests, saying,
26 The Lord hath made thee Priest for Iehoiada the Priest, that yee should bee officers in the House of the Lord, for euery man that raueth and maketh himselfe a Prophet, to put him in prison and in the stockes.
“Hina Gode da di Yihoiada amo ea sogebi lama: ne gobele salasu hamoi. Amola wali di da bisili ouligisu dunu Debolo Diasuga gala. Dia hawa: hamosu da agoane gala. Nowa doulasi dunu hisu da balofede hi sia: sea, amo di sia: inega la: gili, ouli bulu agoane ea galogoa gasisalima.
27 Nowe therefore why hast not thou reproued Ieremiah of Anathoth, which prophecieth vnto you?
Di da abuliba: le amo hou Yelemaia (A: nadode dunu) ema hame hamobela: ? Bai e da ogogole balofede ea dioba: le, ninia fi dunu ilima sia: dalu.
28 For, for this cause hee sent vnto vs in Babel, saying, This captiuitie is long: buyld houses to dwell in, and plant gardens, and eate the fruites of them.
Ea logo hedofama! Bai e da dunu fi Ba: bilone sogega esala ilima ilia da ode bagohame amogawi udigili hawa: hamomuba: le, ilia da diasu gaguli, moi dogole, ha: i manu bugili, amola amo faili moma: ne sia: i.”
29 And Zephaniah the Priest red this letter in the eares of Ieremiah the Prophet.
Sefanaia da nama amo meloa idili i.
30 Then came the worde of the Lord vnto Ieremiah, saying,
Amalalu, Hina Gode da nama amane sia: i,
31 Send to all them of the captiuitie, saying, Thus saith the Lord of Shemaiah the Nehelamite, Because that Shemaiah hath prophecied vnto you, and I sent him not, and hee caused you to trust in a lye,
32 Therefore thus saieth the Lord, Behold, I wil visite Shemaiah the Nehelamite, and his seede: hee shall not haue a man to dwell among this people, neither shall he beholde the good, that I will doe for my people, sayth the Lord, because he hath spoken rebelliously against the Lord.
“Dunu huluane Ba: bilone sogega mugululi asi, ilima Siema: ia ea hou olelema: ne, Na sia: adosima, amane, ‘Na, Hina Gode, da Siema: ia amola egaga fi huluane ilima se imunu. Na da e hamedafa asunasi. Be e da ogogole e da balofede dunu sia: i, amola dilima bagade ogogoi. Na da fa: no Na fi dunuma hahawane hamomu. Be e da amo hou mae ba: le, bogomu. Bai e da Na fi ilia Nama odoga: ma: ne olelei. Na, Hina Gode da sia: i dagoi.’”
