1 Goe to nowe, ye rich men: weepe, and howle for your miseries that shall come vpon you.
Etiya ahibi, apuni khan kun dhuni ase, kandi kene hala koribi kelemane apuni logote dukh din ahibole ase.
2 Your riches are corrupt, and your garments are moth eaten.
Apuni laga dhun sob puchi jaise, aru apuni laga kapra sob puka pora khai dise.
3 Your gold and siluer is cankred, and the rust of them shalbe a witnesse against you, and shall eate your flesh, as it were fire. Ye haue heaped vp treasure for the last dayes.
Apuni laga suna aru chandi sob biya hoi jaise aru mamor lagi kene thaka pora apuni laga bhirodh te gawahi dibo. Apuni laga gaw to jui pora jolai diya nisena hoi jabo. Apuni hekh din nimite dhun khan joma kori kene rakhi ase.
4 Behold, the hire of ye labourers, which haue reaped your fieldes (which is of you kept backe by fraude) cryeth, and the cryes of them which haue reaped, are entred into the eares of the Lord of hostes.
Sabi, kaam kora khan laga hajira poisa pora kandi ase- apuni laga kheti te kaam kora khan ke hajira poisa diya nai, aru taikhan kanda to Mohan Probhu laga kan te ponchise.
5 Ye haue liued in pleasure on the earth, and in wantonnes. Ye haue nourished your heartes, as in a day of slaughter.
Etu prithibi laga khushi aru aram te apnikhan thakise. Kati kene morai diya laga din nimite apuni khan laga mon to mosto kori kene rakhise.
6 Ye haue condemned and haue killed the iust, and he hath not resisted you.
Aru dharmik manu ke ninda korise aru morai dise. Hoilebi tai apuni khan ke eneka kori bole pora rukhanai.
7 Be patient therefore, brethren, vnto the comming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman wayteth for the precious fruite of the earth, and hath long patience for it, vntill he receiue the former, and the latter rayne.
Etu nimite, bhai khan, nomro hoi kene thakibi, jitia tak Probhu nahe. Sabi, kheti kora khan mati pora bhal phol ulabole nimite rukhi ase. Taikhan nomro hoi kene joldi nohoile hekh howa borkhon pani ke rukhi thake.
8 Be ye also patient therefore and settle your hearts: for ye comming of the Lord draweth neere.
Apuni bhi, dhorjo koribi. Apuni laga mon to takot kori lobi, kelemane Probhu wapas ahibole to usor hoise.
9 Grudge not one against another, brethren, least ye be condemned: behold, the iudge standeth before the doore.
Bhai khan, manu laga biya ekjon-ekjon logote nokobi, eneka nakorile he apuni logote bisar nahibo. Sabi, bisar kora ekjon dorjate khara kori ase.
10 Take, my brethren, the Prophets for an ensample of suffering aduersitie, and of long patience, which haue spoken in the Name of the Lord.
Bhai kokai khan, kosto te dhorjo hobo nimite, bhabobadi khan, kunkhan Probhu naam te prochar korise, taikhan ke namuna nisena lobi.
11 Beholde, we count them blessed which endure. Ye haue heard of the patience of Iob, and haue knowen what ende the Lord made. For the Lord is very pitifull and mercifull.
Sabi, kunkhan dhorjo korise, taikhan to asishit ase koi kene amikhan biswas kore. Job kineka dukh paise etu apuni khan hunise, aru apuni khan Probhu laga ki itcha ase etu jane, Tai kiman morom kore aru kiman dayalu ase.
12 But before all thinges, my brethren, sweare not, neither by heauen, nor by earth, nor by any other othe: but let your yea, be yea, and your nay, nay, lest ye fall into condemnation.
Kintu ami laga bhai khan, eitu khan sob pora bhi upor, apuni sorgo aru prithibi laga naam pora kosom nakhabi, aru dusra eku naam te kosom nakhabi. Kintu, apuni laga “Hoi” to “Hoi” hobole dibi aru “Nohoi” to “Nohoi” hobole dibi, etu pora apuni khan bisar te nagiribo.
13 Is any among you afflicted? Let him pray. Is any merie? Let him sing.
Kunba apuni khan majote dukh pai ase naki? Tai prathana koribi. Kunba khushi ase naki? Tai gana kori kene mohima dibi.
14 Is any sicke among you? Let him call for the Elders of the Church, and let them pray for him, and anoynt him with oyle in the Name of the Lord.
Kunba apuni khan majote bemar ase naki? Tai girja laga bura khan ke mati bhi, aru tai uporte prathana kori bole dibi aru Probhu laga naam te tai uporte tel lagai dibole kobi.
15 And the prayer of faith shall saue the sicke, and the Lord shall raise him vp: and if he haue committed sinnes, they shalbe forgiuen him.
Biswas laga prathana pora bemar thaka ekjon ke bhal koribo, aru Probhu pora taike uthai dibo. Jodi tai paap korise koile bhi, Isor pora taike maph koribo.
16 Acknowledge your faultes one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed: for the prayer of a righteous man auaileth much, if it be feruent.
Ekjon-ekjon logote paap shikar koribi, aru ek dusra nimite prathana koribi, etu pora apuni changai hoi jabo. Dharmik ekjon laga prathana to bisi shakti pora kaam kore.
17 Helias was a man subiect to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rayne, and it rayned not on the earth for three yeeres and sixe moneths.
Elijah bhi amikhan nisena ekjon thakise. Tai mon dikene pani na giribole nimite prathana korise, aru tin saal aru choi mohina tak etu jagate pani gira nai.
18 And he prayed againe, and the heauen gaue rayne, and the earth brought forth her fruite.
Titia Elijah aru bhi prathana korise, aru sorgo pora pani dise, aru prithibi pora phol ulaise.
19 Brethren, if any of you hath erred from the trueth, and some man hath conuerted him,
Ami laga bhai khan, jodi kunba apuni khan majote hosa to najani kene thaki ase, aru kunba pora taike loi anise,
20 Let him know that he which hath conuerted the sinner from going astray out of his way, shall saue a soule from death, and shall hide a multitude of sinnes.
etu manu janibole lage kun pora paapi ekjon, kun rasta harai kene berai ase, ta te pora mon ghurai kene loi anibo, tai laga atma ke mrityu pora bachai loise, aru bisi paap thaka to maph pai loise.
