Isaiah 63

1 Who is this that commeth from Edom, with red garments from Bozrah? hee is glorious in his apparel and walketh in his great strength: I speake in righteousnesse, and am mightie to saue.

۱ این کیست که از ادوم با لباس سرخ ازبصره می‌آید؟ یعنی‌این که به لباس جلیل خود ملبس است و در کثرت قوت خویش می‌خرامد؟ من که به عدالت تکلم می‌کنم و برای نجات، زورآور می‌باشم.

2 Wherefore is thine apparel red, and thy garments like him that treadeth in ye wine presse?

۲ چرا لباس تو سرخ است و جامه تو مثل کسی‌که چرخشت را پایمال کند؟

3 I haue troden the wine presse alone, and of all people there was none with mee: for I will treade them in mine anger, and tread them vnder foote in my wrath, and their blood shalbe sprinkled vpon my garments, and I will staine all my raiment.

۳ من چرخشت را تنها پایمال نمودم واحدی از قوم‌ها با من نبود و ایشان را بغضب خودپایمال کردم و بحدت خشم خویش لگد کوب نمودم و خون ایشان به لباس من پاشیده شده، تمامی جامه خود را آلوده ساختم.

4 For the day of vengeance is in mine heart, and the yeere of my redeemed is come.

۴ زیرا که یوم انتقام در دل من بود و سال فدیه شدگانم رسیده بود.

5 And I looked, and there was none to helpe, and I wondered that there was none to vpholde: therefore mine owne arme helped me, and my wrath it selfe sustained me.

۵ و نگریستم و اعانت کننده‌ای نبود و تعجب نمودم زیرا دستگیری نبود. لهذا بازوی من مرانجات داد و حدت خشم من مرا دستگیری نمود.

6 Therefore I wil tread downe the people in my wrath, and make them drunken in mine indignation, and wil bring downe their strength to the earth.

۶ و قوم‌ها را به غضب خود پایمال نموده، ایشان را از حدت خشم خویش مست ساختم. و خون ایشان را بر زمین ریختم.

7 I wil remember the mercies of the Lord and the prayses of the Lord according vnto all that the Lord hath giuen vs, and for the great goodnesse toward the house of Israel, which hee hath giuen them according to his tender loue, and according to his great mercies.

۷ احسانهای خداوند و تسبیحات خداوند راذکر خواهم نمود برحسب هر‌آنچه خداوند برای ما عمل نموده است و به موجب کثرت احسانی که برای خاندان اسرائیل موافق رحمت‌ها و وفوررافت خود بجا آورده است.

8 For he saide, Surely they are my people, children that wil not lie: so he was their Sauiour.

۸ زیرا گفته است: ایشان قوم من و پسرانی که خیانت نخواهند کردمی باشند، پس نجات‌دهنده ایشان شده است.

9 In all their troubles he was troubled, and the Angel of his presence saued them: in his loue and in his mercie he redeemed them, and he bare them and caried them alwayes continually.

۹ او در همه تنگیهای ایشان به تنگ آورده شد وفرشته حضور وی ایشان را نجات داد. در محبت و حلم خود ایشان را فدیه داد و در جمیع ایام قدیم، متحمل ایشان شده، ایشان را برداشت.

10 But they rebelled and vexed his holy Spirit: therefore was hee turned to be their enemie and he fought against them.

۱۰ اما ایشان عاصی شده، روح قدوس او رامحزون ساختند، پس برگشته، دشمن ایشان شد واو خود با ایشان جنگ نمود.

11 Then he remembred the olde time of Moses and his people, saying, Where is hee that brought them vp out of the Sea with the shepheard of his sheepe? where is he that put his holy Spirit within him?

۱۱ آنگاه ایام قدیم و موسی و قوم خویش رابیاد آورد (و گفت ) کجاست آنکه ایشان را با شبان گله خود از دریا برآورد و کجا است آنکه روح قدوس خود را در میان ایشان نهاد؟

12 He led them by the right hand of Moses with his owne glorious arme, deuiding the water before them, to make himselfe an euerlasting Name.

۱۲ که بازوی جلیل خود را به‌دست راست موسی خرامان ساخت و آبها را پیش روی ایشان منشق گردانیدتا اسم جاودانی برای خویش پیدا کند؟

13 Hee led them through the deepe, as an horse in the wildernesse, that they should not stumble,

۱۳ آنکه ایشان را در لجه‌ها مثل اسب در بیابان رهبری نمود که لغزش نخورند.

14 As the beast goeth downe into the valley, the Spirite of the Lord gaue them rest: so diddest thou leade thy people, to make thy selfe a glorious Name.

۱۴ مثل بهایمی که به وادی فرود می‌روند روح خداوند ایشان را آرامی بخشید. هم چنان قوم خود را رهبری نمودی تابرای خود اسم مجید پیدا نمایی.

15 Looke downe from heauen, and beholde from the dwelling place of thine holines, and of thy glory. Where is thy zeale and thy strength, the multitude of thy mercies, and of thy compassions? they are restrained from me.

۱۵ از آسمان بنگر و از مسکن قدوسیت وجلال خویش نظر افکن. غیرت جبروت تو کجااست؟ جوشش دل و رحمت های تو که به من نمودی بازداشته شده است.

16 Doutles thou art our Father: though Abraham be ignorant of vs, and Israel knowe vs not, yet thou, O Lord, art our Father, and our redeemer: thy Name is for euer.

۱۶ به درستی که توپدر ما هستی اگر‌چه ابراهیم ما را نشناسد واسرائیل ما را بجا نیاورد، اما تو‌ای یهوه، پدر ما وولی ما هستی و نام تو از ازل می‌باشد.

17 O Lord, why hast thou made vs to erre from thy wayes? and hardened our heart from thy feare? Returne for thy seruants sake, and for the tribes of thine inheritance.

۱۷ پس‌ای خداوند ما را از طریق های خود چرا گمراه ساختی و دلهای ما را سخت گردانیدی تا از تونترسیم. به‌خاطر بندگانت و اسباط میراث خودرجعت نما.

18 The people of thine holinesse haue possessed it, but a litle while: for our aduersaries haue troden downe thy Sanctuarie.

۱۸ قوم مقدس تو اندک زمانی آن رامتصرف بودند و دشمنان ما مکان قدس تو راپایمال نمودند.

19 We haue bene as they, ouer whome thou neuer barest rule, and vpon whom thy Name was not called.

۱۹ و ما مثل کسانی که تو هرگز برایشان حکمرانی نکرده باشی و به نام تو نامیده نشده باشند گردیده‌ایم.
