Isaiah 32
1 Behold, a King shall reigne in iustice, and the princes shall rule in iudgement.
੧ਵੇਖੋ, ਇੱਕ ਰਾਜਾ ਧਰਮ ਨਾਲ ਰਾਜ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਨਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ।
2 And that man shall bee as an hiding place from the winde, and as a refuge for the tempest: as riuers of water in a drie place, and as the shadowe of a great rocke in a weary land.
੨ਹਰੇਕ ਹਨੇਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਲੁੱਕਣ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਵਾਛੜ ਤੋਂ ਓਟ, ਸੁੱਕੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਲੀਆਂ ਜਿਹਾ, ਬੰਜਰ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਡੀ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਯੇ ਜਿਹਾ।
3 The eyes of the seeing shall not be shut, and the eares of them that heare, shall hearken.
੩ਵੇਖਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਬੰਦ ਨਾ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਸੁਣਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਸੁਣਨਗੇ।
4 And the heart of the foolish shall vnderstand knowledge, and the tongue of the stutters shalbe ready to speake distinctly.
੪ਕਾਹਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਮਝੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਥਥਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਸਪੱਸ਼ਟ ਬੋਲਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹੇਗੀ।
5 A nigard shall no more be called liberall, nor the churle riche.
੫ਮੂਰਖ ਅੱਗੇ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਵੰਤ ਨਾ ਕਹਾਵੇਗਾ, ਨਾ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਨੇਕ ਅਖਵਾਏਗਾ।
6 But the nigarde will speake of nigardnesse, and his heart will worke iniquitie, and do wickedly, and speake falsely against the Lord, to make emptie the hungrie soule, and to cause the drinke of the thirstie to faile.
੬ਮੂਰਖ ਤਾਂ ਮੂਰਖਤਾਈ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਬਦੀ ਸੋਚੇਗਾ, ਭਈ ਉਹ ਕੁਫ਼ਰ ਬਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਵਿਖੇ ਗਲਤ ਬਚਨ ਬੋਲੇ, ਅਤੇ ਭੁੱਖੇ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖਾਲੀ ਰੱਖੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤਿਹਾਏ ਦਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਰੋਕ ਲਵੇ।
7 For the weapons of the churle are wicked: hee deuiseth wicked counsels, to vndoe the poore with lying words: and to speake against the poore in iudgement.
੭ਬਦਮਾਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਚਾਲਾਂ ਬੁਰੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਕੰਗਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝੂਠੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਕਰਨ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਵੀ ਕਰੇ।
8 But the liberall man will deuise of liberall things, and he will continue his liberalitie.
੮ਪਰ ਪਤਵੰਤ ਭਲੀ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਬਣਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭਲੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਕਾਇਮ ਹੈ।
9 Rise vp, ye women that are at ease: heare my voyce, ye carelesse daughters: hearken to my wordes.
੯ਹੇ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹ ਔਰਤੋਂ ਉੱਠੋ, ਮੇਰੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸੁਣੋ! ਹੇ ਬੇਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਧੀਓ, ਮੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਕੰਨ ਲਾਓ!
10 Yee women, that are carelesse, shall be in feare aboue a yeere in dayes: for the vintage shall faile, and the gatherings shall come no more.
੧੦ਸਾਲ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਹੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਘਬਰਾ ਜਾਓਗੀਆਂ, ਹੇ ਨਿਸਚਿੰਤ ਔਰਤੋਂ! ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਦਾ ਚੁਗਣਾ ਘੱਟ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਫਲ ਹੱਥ ਨਾ ਆਵੇਗਾ।
11 Yee women, that are at ease, be astonied: feare, O yee carelesse women: put off the clothes: make bare, and girde sackcloth vpon the loynes.
੧੧ਹੇ ਲਾਪਰਵਾਹੋ, ਕੰਬੋ! ਹੇ ਨਿਸਚਿੰਤਣੀਓ, ਘਬਰਾ ਜਾਓ! ਆਪਣੇ ਸੋਹਣੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਲਾਹ ਸੁੱਟੋ, ਆਪਣੇ ਲੱਕਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੱਪੜ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਲਓ!
12 Men shall lament for the teates, euen for the pleasant fieldes, and for the fruitefull vine.
੧੨ਉਹ ਫਲਦਾਰ ਵੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਨਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਛਾਤੀਆਂ ਪਿੱਟਣਗੀਆਂ।
13 Vpon the lande of my people shall growe thornes and briers: yea, vpon all the houses of ioye in the citie of reioysing,
੧੩ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਖੇਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਡੇ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਡਿਆਲੇ ਉੱਗਣਗੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਅਨੰਦਮਈ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹਾਲ ਘਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਵੀ।
14 Because the palace shalbe forsaken, and the noise of the citie shalbe left: the towre and fortresse shalbe dennes for euer, and the delite of wilde asses, and a pasture for flockes,
੧੪ਮਹਿਲ ਤਾਂ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਸੰਘਣੀ ਅਬਾਦੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਬੇ-ਚਰਾਗ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਟਿੱਬਾ ਅਤੇ ਰਾਖੀ ਦਾ ਬੁਰਜ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਘੁਰਨੇ, ਜੰਗਲੀ ਗਧਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਜੜਾਂ ਦੀ ਚਾਰਗਾਹ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
15 Vntill the Spirit be powred vpon vs from aboue, and the wildernes become a fruitfull fielde, and the plenteous fielde be counted as a forest.
੧੫ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਸਾਡੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉੱਪਰੋਂ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਵਹਾਇਆ ਨਾ ਜਾਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਜਾੜ ਫਲਦਾਰ ਖੇਤ ਨਾ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਫਲਦਾਰ ਖੇਤ ਇੱਕ ਬਣ ਨਾ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇ।
16 And iudgement shall dwel in the desert, and iustice shall remaine in the fruitfull fielde.
੧੬ਤਦ ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਉਜਾੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਧਰਮ ਫਲਦਾਰ ਖੇਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹੇਗਾ।
17 And the worke of iustice shall bee peace, euen the worke of iustice and quietnesse, and assurance for euer.
੧੭ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਫਲ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਚੈਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਸ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
18 And my people shall dwell in the tabernacle of peace, and in sure dwellings, and in safe resting places.
੧੮ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੇ ਭਵਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਮਨ ਦੇ ਵਾਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਰਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਚੈਨ ਦੇ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸੇਗੀ।
19 When it haileth, it shall fall on the forest, and the citie shall be set in the lowe place.
੧੯ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਡਿੱਗਣ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਗੜੇ ਪੈਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਢਹਿ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
20 Blessed are ye that sowe vpon all waters, and driue thither the feete of the oxe and the asse.
੨੦ਧੰਨ ਹੋ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਾਗੇ ਬੀਜਦੇ ਹੋ, ਅਤੇ ਬਲ਼ਦ ਅਤੇ ਗਧੇ ਖੁਲ੍ਹੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋ!।
