Isaiah 28
1 Woe to the crowne of pride, the drunkards of Ephraim: for his glorious beautie shall be a fading flowre, which is vpon the head of the valley of them that be fat, and are ouercome with wine.
১ইফ্ৰয়িমৰ মতলীয়াসকলৰ অহঙ্কাৰৰ ৰাজমুকুট, আৰু দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে পৰাজিত হোৱাসকলৰ উৰ্ব্বৰা উপত্যকাৰ মূৰত থকা জয় পৰা সুন্দৰ ভূষণস্বৰূপ ফুলৰ সন্তাপ হ’ব।
2 Beholde, the Lord hath a mightie and strong hoste, like a tempest of haile, and a whirlewinde that ouerthroweth, like a tempest of mightie waters that ouerflowe, which throwe to the ground mightily.
২চোৱা, প্ৰভুৰ এজন পৰাক্ৰমী আৰু বলৱান লোক আছে; শিলৰ ধুমুহাৰ দৰে, ধ্বংসাত্মক প্ৰচণ্ড বতাহৰ দৰে, তললৈ নিয়া প্ৰবল ধল পানীৰ সোঁতৰ দৰে, তেওঁ নিজৰ হাতেৰে পৃথিৱীক প্রহাৰ কৰিব।
3 They shall be troden vnder foote, euen the crowne and the pride of the drunkards of Ephraim.
৩ইফ্ৰয়িমৰ মতলীয়াবোৰৰ অহঙ্কাৰৰ ৰাজমুকুট ভৰিৰে গচকা হ’ব।
4 For his glorious beautie shall be a fading floure, which is vpon the head of the valley of them that be fatte, and as the hastie fruite afore sommer, which when hee that looketh vpon it, seeth it, while it is in his hand, he eateth it.
৪ঘামকালৰ পূৰ্বতে হোৱা প্ৰথমে পকা যি ডিমৰু গুটিক লোকে দেখামাত্ৰে চকু দিয়ে, আৰু হাতত পৰিলে গিলি পেলায়, উৰ্ব্বৰা উপত্যকাত মুৰত থকা সুন্দৰ ভূষণস্বৰূপ তাৰ জয় পৰা ফুলটি, সেই গুটিৰ দৰে হ’ব।
5 In that day shall the Lord of hostes be for a crowne of glory, and for a diademe of beautie vnto the residue of his people:
৫সেই দিনা বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা নিজৰ প্ৰজাসকলৰ অৱশিষ্ট ভাগৰ বাবে সুন্দৰ ৰাজমুকুট আৰু শোভা কৰোঁতা মুকুটস্বৰূপ হ’ব;
6 And for a spirite of iudgement to him that sitteth in iudgement, and for strength vnto them that turne away the battell to the gate.
৬বিচাৰ আসনত বহা জনৰ বাবে ন্যায় বিচাৰৰ আত্মা, আৰু তেওঁলোকৰ দুৱাৰত শত্রুবোৰক ঘূৰাই অনা লোকসকললৈ বল হ’ব।
7 But they haue erred because of wine, and are out of the way by strong drinke: the priest and the prophet haue erred by strong drinke: they are swallowed vp with wine: they haue gone astraye through strong drinke: they faile in vision: they stumble in iudgement.
৭কিন্তু দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে ভ্ৰান্ত, আৰু সুৰাপানেৰে বিপথগামী হৈছে; পুৰোহিত আৰু ভাববাদী সুৰাপানেৰে ভ্ৰান্ত হৈছে, আৰু তেওঁলোক দ্ৰাক্ষাৰসেৰে নষ্ট হৈছে, সুৰাপানেৰে বিপথগামী হৈছে, আৰু দৰ্শনত ভ্ৰান্ত হৈছে আৰু বিচাৰত বিচলিত হৈছে।
8 For all their tables are full of filthy vomiting: no place is cleane.
৮কিয়নো আটাই মেজ বঁমিৰে পূৰ হৈ আছে, কোনো পৰিষ্কাৰ স্থান নাই।
9 Whome shall he teache knowledge? and whome shall he make to vnderstand the thinges that hee heareth? them that are weyned from the milke, and drawen from the breastes.
৯তেওঁ কাক জ্ঞান শিকাব? আৰু কাক নো বাৰ্ত্তা বুজাব? গাখীৰ এৰুউৱা আৰু পিয়াহ খাব নিদিয়া কেঁচুৱাসকলক নে?
10 For precept must be vpon precept, precept vpon precept, line vnto line, line vnto line, there a litle, and there a litle.
১০কিয়নো আজ্ঞাৰ উপৰি আজ্ঞা, আজ্ঞাৰ উপৰি আজ্ঞা, নিয়মৰ উপৰি নিয়ম, নিয়মৰ উপৰি নিয়ম, ইয়াত অলপ তাত অলপ।”
11 For with a stammering tongue and with a strange language shall he speake vnto this people.
১১বাস্তৱিকতে, তেওঁ নিন্দক ওঁঠেৰে, আৰু বিদেশী জিবাৰে তেওঁ এই লোকসকলক কথা ক’ব।
12 Vnto whome hee saide, This is the rest: giue rest to him that is weary: and this is the refreshing, but they would not heare.
১২তেওঁ অতীতত তেওঁলোকক কৈছিল, “এয়ে জিৰণি, তোমালোকে ভাগৰোৱা জনক জিৰণি দিয়া, আৰু এয়ে বিশ্ৰাম;” কিন্তু তেওঁলোকে শুনা নাছিল।
13 Therefore shall the worde of the Lord be vnto them precept vpon precept, precept vpon precept, line vnto line, line vnto line, there a litle and there a litle, that they may goe, and fall backward, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
১৩সেয়ে তেওঁলোকে গৈ যেন উজুটি খাই চিত হৈ পৰি ভগ্ন হ’ব, আৰু ফান্দত ধৰা পৰিব, সেই বাবে তেওঁলোকলৈ যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য “আজ্ঞাৰ উপৰিও আজ্ঞা, “আজ্ঞাৰ উপৰিও আজ্ঞা, নিয়মৰ উপৰি নিয়ম, নিয়মৰ উপৰি নিয়ম, ইয়াত অলপ তাত অলপ হ’ব।”
14 Wherefore, heare the worde of the Lord, ye scornefull men that rule this people, which is at Ierusalem.
১৪যিৰূচালেমৰ লোকসকলক শাসন কৰা জন হে নিন্দক লোকসকল, যিহোৱাৰ বাক্য শুনা।
15 Because ye haue said, We haue made a couenant with death, and with hell are we at agreement: though a scourge runne ouer, and passe through, it shall not come at vs: for we haue made falshood our refuge, and vnder vanitie are we hid, (Sheol h7585)
১৫তোমালোকে কৈছিলা, “আমি মৃত্যুৰ সৈতে এটি নিয়ম স্থাপন কৰিলোঁ, আৰু চিয়োলৰ সৈতে আমাৰ চুক্তি আছে। সেয়ে যেতিয়া প্ৰলয় কৰা বিচাৰ মাজেৰে যাব তেতিয়া আমাৰ ওচৰ নাচাপিব; কিয়নো আমি মিছাক আমাৰ আশ্ৰয়, আৰু ছলক আমাৰ লুকুৱাৰ ঠাই কৰিলোঁ।” (Sheol h7585)
16 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I will laye in Zion a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation. Hee that beleeueth, shall not make haste.
১৬এই কাৰণে প্ৰভু যিহোৱাই কৈছে, “চোৱা, মই চিয়োনত ভিত্তিমূলৰ এটা শিল, এটা পৰীক্ষিত শিল, আৰু দৃঢ়কৈ বহুউৱা চুকৰ এটা বহুমূল্য শিল স্থাপন কৰিলোঁ। যি জনে বিশ্বাস কৰিব, তেওঁ অধৈৰ্য নহ’ব।
17 Iudgement also will I laye to the rule, and righteousnesse to the balance, and the haile shall sweepe away the vaine confidence, and the waters shall ouerflowe the secret place.
১৭মই ন্যায় বিচাৰক পৰিমান-জৰী আৰু ধাৰ্মিকক ওলোম-জৰী কৰিম; তাতে শিলাবৃষ্টিয়ে সেই মিছা আশ্ৰয় ভাঙি পেলাব, সেই লুকুউৱা স্থানক বানপানীয়ে তললৈ লৈ যাব।
18 And your couenant with death shalbe disanulled, and your agreement with hell shall not stand: when a scourge shall runne ouer and passe through, then shall ye be trode downe by it. (Sheol h7585)
১৮মৃত্যুৰ সৈতে কৰা তোমালোকৰ নিয়মটি মচি পেলুৱা হ’ব, আৰু চিয়োলৰ সৈতে কৰা চুক্তি স্থিৰ নাথাকিব; প্লাৱন কৰা ধল পানী দেশৰ মাজেদি গ’লে, তোমালোকক তাৰ দ্বাৰাই গচকি পেলোৱা হ’ব। (Sheol h7585)
19 When it passeth ouer, it shall take you away: for it shall passe through euery morning in the day, and in the night, and there shalbe onely feare to make you to vnderstand the hearing.
১৯সি যিমান বাৰ দেশৰ মাজেদি যাব, সিমানবাৰ তোমালোকক প্লাবিত কৰিব; কিয়নো সি প্ৰতি ৰাতিপুৱা, আৰু দিনত ও ৰাতিও দেশৰ মাজেদি যাব, যেতিয়া বাৰ্ত্তাটি বুজিব তেতিয়া কেৱল আতঙ্ক হ’ব।
20 For the bed is streight that it can not suffice, and the couering narowe that one can not wrappe himselfe.
২০কিয়নো মানুহে ভৰি মেলিবলৈ খাট অতি চুটি আৰু গাত লবলৈ কাপোৰ অতি ঠেক হৈছে।”
21 For the Lord shall stand as in mount Perazim: hee shall be wroth as in the valley of Gibeon, that he may do his worke, his strage worke, and bring to passe his acte, his strange acte.
২১যিহোৱাই নিজৰ কাৰ্য নিজৰ নজনা নুশুনা ব্যাপাৰ, নিজৰ নজনা নুশুনা ব্যপাৰ সাম্ফল কৰিবলৈ, পৰাচীন পৰ্ব্বতত যেনেকৈ উঠিছিল, তেনেকৈ উঠিব, আৰু গিবিয়োন উপত্যকাত যেনেকৈ ক্ৰোধ কৰিছিল, তেনেকৈ ক্ৰোধ কৰিব।
22 Nowe therefore be no mockers, least your bondes increase: for I haue heard of the Lord of hostes a consumption, euen determined vpon the whole earth.
২২এতিয়া সেই কাৰণে নিন্দা নকৰিবা, বা তোমালোকৰ বান্ধ শকত হ’ব; কিয়নো মই বাহিনীসকলৰ যিহোৱা প্ৰভুৰ পৰা গোটেই পৃথিৱীত উচ্ছন্নতাৰ আজ্ঞা শুনিলোঁ।
23 Hearken ye, and heare my voyce: hearken ye, and heare my speach.
২৩তোমালোকে মনোযোগ দি মোৰ কথা শুনা, মনোযোগী হৈ মোৰ বাক্য শুনা।
24 Doeth the plowe man plowe all the day, to sowe? doeth he open, and breake the clots of his ground?
২৪গুটি সিঁচিবলৈ জানো খেতিয়কে দিনটো হাল বায়? তেওঁ জানো সদায় খলি কাটে আৰু নিজৰ মাটিৰ চপৰা জানো সদায় ভাঙে?
25 When he hath made it plaine, wil he not then sowe the fitches, and sowe cummin, and cast in wheat by measure, and the appointed barly and rye in their place?
২৫মাটি সমান কৰা পাছত তেওঁ জানো কালজীৰা নবয়, আৰু ভূগ জীৰা নিসিঁচে? শাৰী শাৰী কৰি ঘেঁহু আৰু নিৰূপিত ঠাইত যৱ, আৰু তাৰ কিনাৰে কিনাৰে জনাৰ ধান জানো নবয়?
26 For his God doeth instruct him to haue discretion, and doeth teach him.
২৬তেওঁৰ ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক শিক্ষা দিয়ে, আৰু তেওঁ তেওঁক জ্ঞানেৰে শিক্ষা দিয়ে।
27 For fitches shall not be threshed with a threshing instrument, neither shall a cart wheele be turned about vpon the cummin: but ye fitches are beaten out with a staffe, and cummin with a rod.
২৭তাৰ উপৰিও, কালজীৰা মৰণা মৰা যন্ত্ৰেৰে মৰা নাযায়, আৰু ৰথৰ চক্ৰ ভোগজীৰাৰ ওপৰত চলোৱা নাযায়, কিন্তু কালজীৰা বাৰিৰে, আৰু ভোগজীৰা লাখুটিৰে মৰা যায়।
28 Bread corne when it is threshed, hee doeth not alway thresh it, neither doeth the wheele of his cart still make a noyse, neither will he breake it with the teeth thereof.
২৮পিঠাৰ শস্য গুড়ি কৰিব লগা হয়; কিন্তু সদায় মৰণা মৰাত লাগি নাথাকে; আৰু তেওঁ তাৰ ওপৰেদি যন্ত্ৰৰ চক্ৰ চলায় হয়, কিন্তু নিজৰ ঘোঁৰাবোৰেৰে তাক গুড়ি নকৰে।
29 This also commeth from the Lord of hostes, which is wonderfull in counsell, and excellent in workes.
২৯যি জনা শিক্ষাত আশ্চৰ্য, আৰু প্রজ্ঞাত মহান, বাহিনীসকলৰ সেই যিহোৱাৰ পৰা এয়াও ওলাইছে।
