Isaiah 22
1 The burden of the valley of vision. What aileth thee nowe that thou art wholy gone vp vnto the house toppes?
Ang pahayag mahitungod sa Walog sa usa ka Panan-awon: Unsa man ang hinungdan nga misaka man kamo sa atop sa kabalayan?
2 Thou that art full of noise, a citie full of brute, a ioyous citie: thy slaine men shall not bee slaine with sworde, nor die in battell.
Aron ba nga makadungog kamo sa siyudad nga napuno sa kasaba, ang lungsod nga puno sa paghudyaka? Wala gipatay ang inyong mga patay pinaagi sa espada, ug wala sila namatay sa gubat.
3 All thy princes shall flee together from the bowe: they shalbe bound: all that shall be found in thee, shall be bound together, which haue fled from farre.
Miikyas ang tanan ninyong mga tigdumala, apan nadakpan sila nga wala gigamitan ug mga pana; nadakpan silang tanan, bisan ug miikyas sila sa layo.
4 Therefore said I, Turne away from me: I wil weepe bitterly: labour not to comfort mee for the destruction of the daughter of my people.
Busa miingon ako, “Ayaw ako tan-awa, magtuaw ako; ayaw pagsulay sa paghupay kanako mahitungod sa pagkalaglag sa anak nga babaye sa akong katawhan.”
5 For it is a day of trouble, and of ruine, and of perplexitie by the Lord God of hostes in the valley of vision, breaking downe the citie: and a crying vnto the mountaines.
Kay adunay adlaw sa kasaba, kaguliyang, ug kalibog alang sa Ginoo nga si Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom, sa Walog sa Panan-awon, ang pagkabungkag sa mga paril, ug ang paghilak sa katawhan ngadto sa kabukiran.
6 And Elam bare the quiuer in a mans charet with horsemen, and Kir vncouered the shield.
Nagdala ug baslayan si Elam, uban sa mga karwahe sa kalalakin-an ug mga tigkabayo, ug gihukasan ni Kir ang taming.
7 And thy chiefe valleis were full of charets, and the horsemen set themselues in aray against the gate.
Mahitabo nga mapuno sa mga karwahe ang inyong pinili nga mga walog, ug magpahiluna ang mga tigkabayo diha sa ilang ganghaan.
8 And hee discouered the couering of Iudah: and thou didest looke in that day to the armour of the house of the forest.
Gikuha niya ang nagpanalipod sa Juda; ug nangita kamo niana nga adlaw sa mga hinagiban diha sa Palasyo sa Kalasangan.
9 And ye haue seene the breaches of the citie of Dauid: for they were many, and ye gathered the waters of the lower poole.
Nakita ninyo ang daghang gubang bahin sa siyudad ni David, ug gitigom ninyo ang tubig sa ubos nga linaw.
10 And yee nombred the houses of Ierusalem, and the houses haue yee broken downe to fortifie the wall,
Giihap ninyo ang mga balay sa Jerusalem, ug giguba ang mga balay aron sa pagpalig-on sa mga paril.
11 And haue also made a ditche betweene the two walles, for the waters of the olde poole, and haue not looked vnto the maker thereof, neither had respect vnto him that formed it of olde.
Nagbuhat kamo ug pundohanan taliwala sa duha ka paril alang sa tubig sa karaan nga linaw. Apan wala ninyo hunahunaa ang nagbuhat sa siyudad, nga naglaraw niini kaniadto.
12 And in that day did the Lord God of hosts call vnto weeping and mourning, and to baldnes and girding with sackecloth.
Nagtawag si Yahweh nga Ginoo nga labawng makagagahom niana nga adlaw alang sa paghilak, alang sa pagbangotan, alang sa pagpaupaw, ug sa pagsul-ob ug bisti nga sako.
13 And beholde, ioy and gladnes, slaying oxen and killing sheepe, eating flesh, and drinking wine, eating and drinking: for to morowe we shall die.
Apan tan-awa, hinuon, adunay kasaulogan ug paglipay, pagpatay ug mga nating baka ug pag-ihaw sa mga karnero, pagkaon ug karne ug pag-inom ug bino; mangaon kita ug mag-inom, kay ugma mangamatay na kita.
14 And it was declared in ye eares of the Lord of hostes. Surely this iniquitie shall not be purged from you, til ye die, saith the Lord God of hostes.
Gipaabot kini ni Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom sa akong mga dalunggan: miingon si Yahweh nga Ginoo nga labawng makagagahom “Sigurado gayod dili kamo mapasaylo niini nga sala, bisan pa ug mamatay kamo.”
15 Thus sayeth the Lord God of hostes, Goe, get thee to that treasurer, to Shebna, the steward of the house, and say,
Miingon niini si Yahweh nga Ginoo nga labawng makagagahom, “Adtoa kini nga tigdumala, ngadto kang Shebna, nga tinugyanan sa balay, ug ingna,
16 What haste thou to doe here? and whome hast thou here? that thou shouldest here hewe thee out a sepulchre, as he that heweth out his sepulchre in an hie place, or that graueth an habitation for him selfe in a rocke?
“Unsa man ang imong gibuhat dinhi ug kinsa man ang nagtugot kanimo aron sa pagkalot ug lubnganan alang sa imong kaugalingon, paghimo ug lubnganan sa taas nga dapit ug pagkulit ug kapahulayang dapit sa bato?'”
17 Beholde, the Lord wil carie thee away with a great captiuitie, and will surely couer thee.
Tan-awa, ilabay ka na ni Yahweh, usa ka gamhanang tawo, ilabay ka na paubos; gunitan ka niya pag-ayo.
18 He wil surely rolle and turne thee like a bal in a large countrey: there shalt thou die, and there the charets of thy glory shalbe the shame of thy lordes house.
Sigurado gayod nga ituyok-tuyok ka niya, ug isalibay ka sama sa bola ngadto sa halapad nga nasod. Mamatay ka didto, ug itapad sa imong mahimayaong mga karwahe; ikaulaw ka sa balay sa imong agalon!
19 And I wil driue thee from thy station, and out of thy dwelling will he destroy thee.
“Papahawaon ko ikaw gikan sa imong katungdanan ug gikan sa imong nahimutangan. Birahon ka paubos.
20 And in that day will I call my seruant Eliakim the sonne of Hilkiah,
Ug mahitabo nianang adlawa pagatawgon ko ang akong sulugoon nga si Eliakim nga anak nga lalaki ni Hilkia.
21 And with thy garments will I clothe him, and with thy girdle will I strengthen him: thy power also will I commit into his hande, and hee shalbe a father of the inhabitats of Ierusalem, and of the house of Iudah.
Sul-oban ko siya sa imong kupo ug bakosan ko siya sa imong bakos, ug ibalhin ko ang imong katungod diha sa iyang kamot. Mahimo siyang amahan ngadto sa tanang lumolupyo sa Jerusalem ug ngadto sa balay sa Juda.
22 And the key of the house of Dauid will I lay vpon his shoulder: so hee shall open, and no man shall shut: and he shall shut, and no man shall open.
Ibutang ko ang yabi sa balay ni David sa iyang abaga; iyang ablihan, ug walay makasirado; iyang siradoan, ug walay makaabli.
23 And I will fasten him as a naile in a sure place, and hee shall be for the throne of glorie to his fathers house.
Itaod ko kaniya, ang ugsok nga anaa sa luwas nga dapit, ug mahimo siyang lingkoranan sa himaya alang sa balay sa iyang amahan.
24 And they shall hang vpon him all the glorie of his fathers house, euen of the nephewes and posteritie all small vessels, from the vessels of the cuppes, euen to all the instruments of musike.
Isab-it nila kaniya ang tanang himaya sa balay sa iyang amahan, ang mga anak ug ang mga kaliwat, ang matag sudlanan gikan sa mga kopa ngadto sa tanang mga tibod.
25 In that day, sayeth the Lord of hostes, shall the naile, that is fastned in the sure place, depart and shall be broken, and fall: and the burden, that was vpon it, shall bee cut off: for the Lord hath spoken it.
Nianang adlawa—mao kini ang pahayag ni Yahweh nga labawng makagagahom—maibot, mabali ug mahulog ang ugsok nga giugsok sa lig-on nga dapit, ug pagaputlon ang gipatong nga anaa sa ibabaw niini—kay nagsulti si Yahweh.
