< Isaiah 12 >

1 And thou shalt say in that day, O Lord, I will prayse thee: though thou wast angrie with me, thy wrath is turned away, and thou comfortest me.
Pazuva iro muchati, “Ndichakurumbidzai, imi Jehovha, kunyange makanga makanditsamwira, kutsamwa kwenyu kwakadzorwa uye makandinyaradza.
2 Beholde, God is my saluation: I will trust, and will not feare: for ye Lord God is my strength and song: he also is become my saluation.
Zvirokwazvo Mwari ndiye ruponeso rwangu; ndichavimba naye uye handingatyi. Jehovha, Jehovha ndiye simba rangu nerwiyo rwangu; ava ruponeso rwangu.”
3 Therefore with ioy shall ye drawe waters out of the welles of saluation.
Nomufaro muchachera mvura kubva mumatsime oruponeso.
4 And ye shall say in that day, Prayse the Lord: call vpon his Name: declare his workes among the people: make mention of them, for his Name is exalted.
Pazuva iro muchati, “Vongai Jehovha, danai kuzita rake; zivisai zvaakaita pakati pendudzi, uye muparidze kuti zita rake risimudzirwe.
5 Sing vnto the Lord, for he hath done excellent things: this is knowen in all the worlde.
Imbirai Jehovha, nokuti akaita zvinhu zvinoshamisa; izvi ngazvizivikanwe pasi pose.
6 Cry out, and shoute, O inhabitant of Zion: for great is ye holy one of Israel in the middes of thee.
Pururudzai uye muimbe nomufaro, imi vanhu veZioni, nokuti Mutsvene waIsraeri mukuru pakati penyu.”
