< Isaiah 12 >

1 And thou shalt say in that day, O Lord, I will prayse thee: though thou wast angrie with me, thy wrath is turned away, and thou comfortest me.
Paa hin Dag skal du sige: Jeg takker dig, HERRE, thi du vrededes paa mig; men din Vrede svandt, og du trøstede mig.
2 Beholde, God is my saluation: I will trust, and will not feare: for ye Lord God is my strength and song: he also is become my saluation.
Se, Gud er min Frelse, jeg er trøstig og uden Frygt; thi HERREN er min Styrke og min Lovsang, og han blev mig til Frelse.
3 Therefore with ioy shall ye drawe waters out of the welles of saluation.
I skal øse Vand med Glæde af Frelsens Kilder
4 And ye shall say in that day, Prayse the Lord: call vpon his Name: declare his workes among the people: make mention of them, for his Name is exalted.
og sige paa hin Dag: Tak HERREN, paakald hans Navn, gør hans Gerninger kendt blandt Folkene, kundgør, at hans Navn er højt!
5 Sing vnto the Lord, for he hath done excellent things: this is knowen in all the worlde.
Lovsyng HERREN, thi stort har han øvet, lad det blive kendt paa den vide Jord!
6 Cry out, and shoute, O inhabitant of Zion: for great is ye holy one of Israel in the middes of thee.
Bryd ud i Fryderaab, Zions Beboere, thi stor i eders Midte er Israels Hellige!
