Hosea 8
1 Set the trumpet to thy mouth: he shall come as an eagle against the House of the Lord, because they haue transgressed my couenant, and trespassed against my Lawe.
ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖରେ ତୂରୀ ଦିଅ; ଶତ୍ରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉତ୍କ୍ରୋଶ ପକ୍ଷୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଆସୁଅଛି; କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଅପରାଧ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
2 Israel shall crie vnto me, My God, we know thee.
ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କରି କହିବେ, “ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଜାଣୁ।”
3 Israel hath cast off ye thing that is good: the enemie shall pursue him.
ଯାହା ଉତ୍ତମ, ତାହା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରିଅଛି; ଶତ୍ରୁ ତାହାର ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇବ।
4 They haue set vp a King, but not by me: they haue made princes, and I knew it not: of their siluer and their gold haue they made them idoles: therefore shall they be destroyed.
ସେମାନେ ରାଜାଗଣକୁ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନୁହେଁ; ସେମାନେ ଅଧିପତିଗଣ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଜାଣିଲୁ ନାହିଁ। ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହେବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆପଣା ନିମନ୍ତେ ରୂପା ଓ ସୁନାରେ ସେମାନେ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।
5 Thy calfe, O Samaria, hath cast thee off: mine anger is kindled against them: howe long will they be without innocencie!
ହେ ଶମରୀୟା, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୋବତ୍ସ ପ୍ରତିମାକୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆମ୍ଭର କ୍ରୋଧ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ହୋଇଅଛି! ସେମାନେ କେତେ କାଳ ଉତ୍ତାରେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦୋଷତା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ?
6 For it came euen from Israel: the workeman made it, therefore it is not God: but the calfe of Samaria shall be broken in pieces.
କାରଣ ଏହା ହିଁ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲଠାରୁ ହୋଇଅଛି, ଶିଳ୍ପକାର ଏହା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛି, ତାହା ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ନୁହେଁ; ହଁ, ଶମରୀୟାର ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ ହୋଇ ଭଗ୍ନ ହେବ।
7 For they haue sowne the winde, and they shall reape the whirlewind: it hath no stalke: the budde shall bring foorth no meale: if so be it bring forth, the strangers shall deuoure it.
କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ବାୟୁ ବୁଣନ୍ତି ଓ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣିବାୟୁରୂପ ଶସ୍ୟ କାଟିବେ। ତାହାର ଉଠିଆ କ୍ଷେତ ନାହିଁ; ପତ୍ର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ; ଯଦି ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବେ, ବିଦେଶୀୟମାନେ ତାହା ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବେ।
8 Israel is deuoured, now shall they be among the Gentiles as a vessell wherein is no pleasure.
ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଗ୍ରାସିତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ଏବେ ସେମାନେ ଅପ୍ରୀତିକର ପାତ୍ର ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନାନା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି।
9 For they are gone vp to Asshur: they are as a wilde asse alone by himselfe: Ephraim hath hired louers.
କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ବନ୍ୟ ଗର୍ଦ୍ଦଭ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଏକାକୀ ହୋଇ ଅଶୂରକୁ ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ଇଫ୍ରୟିମ ପ୍ରେମିକଗଣକୁ ବେତନ ଦେଇ ରଖିଅଛି।
10 Yet though they haue hired among the nations, nowe will I gather them, and they shall sorowe a litle, for the burden of the King and the princes.
ହଁ, ସେମାନେ ନାନା ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ବେତନ ଦେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବା; ସେମାନେ ଅଧିପତିଗଣଙ୍କ ରାଜାର ଭାର ସକାଶୁ ନ୍ୟୂନ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେଣି।
11 Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sinne, his altars shalbe to sinne.
କାରଣ ଇଫ୍ରୟିମ ପାପ ଚେଷ୍ଟାରେ ଅନେକ ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦି କରିଅଛି, ଯଜ୍ଞବେଦିସବୁ ତାହା ପକ୍ଷରେ ପାପର କାରଣ ହୋଇଅଛି।
12 I haue written to them the great things of my Lawe: but they were counted as a strange thing.
ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦଶ ସହସ୍ର ବିଧିରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଲେଖିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ସବୁ ବିଦେଶୀୟ କଥା ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଗଣିତ ହୁଏ।
13 They sacrifice flesh for ye sacrifices of mine offerings, and eate it: but the Lord accepteth them not: now will he remember their iniquitie, and visite their sinnes: they shall returne to Egypt.
ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉପହାରାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ନିମନ୍ତେ ମାଂସ ବଳିଦାନ କରି ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ଏବେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧର୍ମ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପାପର ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦେବେ; ସେମାନେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ମିସରକୁ ଫେରିଯିବେ।
14 For Israel hath forgotten his maker, and buildeth Temples, and Iudah hath increased strong cities: but I will sende a fire vpon his cities, and it shall deuoure the palaces thereof.
କାରଣ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଆପଣା ସୃଷ୍ଟିକର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ପାସୋରିଅଛି ଓ ନାନା ଅଟ୍ଟାଳିକା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛି ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ଅନେକ ପ୍ରାଚୀର-ବେଷ୍ଟିତ ନଗର ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଅଛି, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ନଗରସକଳର ଉପରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରିବା ଓ ତାହା ତହିଁର ଦୁର୍ଗସକଳ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ।
