Hosea 2
1 Say vnto your brethren, Ammi, and to your sisters, Ruhamah,
௧உங்கள் சகோதரர்களைப்பார்த்து அம்மீ என்றும், உங்கள் சகோதரிகளைப்பார்த்து ருகாமா என்றும் சொல்லுங்கள்.
2 Plead with your mother: plead with her: for she is not my wife, neither am I her husband: but let her take away her fornications out of her sight, and her adulteries from betweene her breasts.
௨உங்கள் தாயுடன் வழக்காடுங்கள்; அவள் எனக்கு மனைவியுமல்ல, நான் அவளுக்குக் கணவனுமல்ல; அவள் தன் விபச்சாரச்செயலை தன் முகத்திலிருந்தும், தன் விபசாரங்களைத் தன் இருப்பிடத்தின் நடுவிலிருந்தும் விலக்கிப்போடவேண்டும்.
3 Lest I strippe her naked, and set her as in the day that shee was borne, and make her as a wildernes, and leaue her like a drie land, and slaie her for thirst.
௩இல்லாவிட்டால் நான் அவளை நிர்வாணமாக்கி, அவள் பிறந்தநாளில் இருந்ததுபோல அவளை நிறுத்தி, அவளை வெட்டவெளியைப்போலாக்கி, அவளை வறண்டபூமியைப்போல் விட்டு, அவளைத் தாகத்தால் சாகச்செய்வேன்;
4 And I wil haue no pitie vpon her children: for they be the children of fornications.
௪அவளுடைய பிள்ளைகள் விபச்சாரப்பிள்ளைகளானதால் அவர்களுக்கு இரங்காதிருப்பேன்.
5 For their mother hath plaied the harlot: she that conceiued them, hath done shamefully: for shee said, I will goe after my louers that giue me my bread and my water, my wooll and my flaxe, mine oyle and my drinke.
௫அவர்களுடைய தாய் விபச்சாரம்செய்தாள், அவர்களைக் கர்ப்பந்தரித்தவள் இழிவான காரியங்களைச் செய்தாள்; அப்பத்தையும், தண்ணீரையும், ஆட்டுரோமத்தையும், பஞ்சையும், எண்ணெயையும், பானங்களையும் கொடுத்துவருகிற என் நாயகர்களைப் பின்பற்றிப்போவேன் என்றாள்.
6 Therefore beholde, I will stoope thy way with thornes, and make an hedge, that shee shall not finde her pathes.
௬ஆகையால், இதோ, நான் உன் வழியை முட்களினால் அடைப்பேன்; அவள் தன் பாதைகளைக் கண்டுபிடிக்கமுடியாதபடிக்கு மதிலை எழுப்புவேன்.
7 Though shee follow after her louers, yet shall shee not come at them: though shee seeke them, yet shall shee not finde them: then shall she say, I will goe and returne to my first husband: for at that time was I better then nowe.
௭அவள் தன் நாயகர்களைப் பின்தொடர்ந்தும் அவர்களைச் சேருவதில்லை, அவர்களைத் தேடியும் கண்டுபிடிப்பதில்லை; அப்பொழுது அவள்: நான் என் முந்தின கணவனிடத்திற்குத் திரும்பிப்போவேன்; இப்பொழுது இருக்கிறதைப்பார்க்கிலும் அப்பொழுது எனக்கு நன்மையாயிருந்தது என்பாள்.
8 Nowe she did not knowe that I gaue her corne, and wine, and oyle, and multiplied her siluer and golde, which they bestowed vpon Baal.
௮தனக்கு நான் தானியத்தையும் திராட்சைரசத்தையும் எண்ணெயையும் கொடுத்தவரென்றும், தனக்கு நான் வெள்ளியையும் பொன்னையும் பெருகச்செய்தவரென்றும் அவள் அறியாமற்போனாள்; அவைகளை அவர்கள் பாகாலுடையதாக மாற்றினார்கள்.
9 Therefore wil I returne, and take away my corne in the time thereof, and my wine in the season thereof, and will recouer my wool and my flaxe lent, to couer her shame.
௯ஆதலால் நான் என் தானியத்தை அதின் காலத்திலும், என் திராட்சைரசத்தை அதின் காலத்திலும் திரும்ப எடுத்துக்கொண்டு, அவளுடைய நிர்வாணத்தை மூடுகிறதற்கு நான் கொடுத்திருந்த ஆட்டுரோமத்தையும் சணலையும் திரும்பப் பிடுங்கிக்கொள்ளுவேன்.
10 And now will I discouer her lewdnes in the sight of her louers, and no man shall deliuer her out of mine hand.
௧0இப்போதும் அவளுடைய நேசர்களின் கண்களுக்கு முன்பாக அவளுடைய அவலட்சணத்தை வெளிப்படுத்துவேன்; ஒருவரும் அவளை என் கைக்கு நீங்கலாக்கி விடுவிப்பதில்லை.
11 I will also cause all her mirth to cease, her feast daies, her newe moones, and her Sabbathes, and all her solemne feasts.
௧௧அவளுடைய எல்லா மகிழ்ச்சியையும், அவளுடைய பண்டிகைகளையும், அவளுடைய மாதப்பிறப்புகளையும், அவளுடைய ஓய்வுநாட்களையும், சபைகூடுகிற அவளுடைய எல்லா ஆசரிப்புகளையும் ஒழியச்செய்வேன்.
12 And I wil destroy her vines and her figtrees, whereof she hath said, These are my rewards that my louers haue giuen mee: and I will make them as a forest, and the wilde beasts shall eate them.
௧௨என் நேசர்கள் எனக்குக் கொடுத்த கூலி என்று அவள் சொன்ன அவளுடைய திராட்சைச்செடிகளையும், அவளுடைய அத்திமரங்களையும் நான் பாழாக்கி, அவைகளைக் காடாக்கிப்போடுவேன்; காட்டுமிருகங்கள் அவைகளைச் சாப்பிடும்.
13 And I wil visit vpon her the daies of Baalim, wherein shee burnt incense to them: and shee decked her selfe with her earings and her iewels, and shee folowed her louers, and forgate me, saith the Lord.
௧௩அவள் பாகால்களுக்குத் தூபங்காட்டி, தன் நெற்றிப்பட்டங்களினாலும் தன் ஆபரணங்களினாலும் தன்னை அலங்கரித்துக்கொண்டு, தன் நேசரைப் பின்தொடர்ந்து, என்னை மறந்துபோன நாட்களுக்காக அவளை விசாரிப்பேன் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார்.
14 Therefore beholde, I will allure her, and bring her into the wildernesse, and speake friendly vnto her.
௧௪ஆனாலும், இதோ, நான் அவளுக்கு ஆசைகாட்டி, அவளை வனாந்திரத்திற்கு அழைத்துக்கொண்டுபோய், அவளுடன் ஆதரவாகப் பேசி,
15 And I will giue her her vineyardes from thence, and the valley of Achor for the doore of hope, and shee shall sing there as in the daies of her youth, and as in the daies when shee came vp out of the land of Egypt.
௧௫அவ்விடத்திலிருந்து அவளுக்கு அவளுடைய திராட்சைத் தோட்டங்களையும், நம்பிக்கையின் வாசலாக ஆகோர் பள்ளத்தாக்கையும் கொடுப்பேன்; அப்பொழுது அவள் அங்கே, தன் இளவயதின் நாட்களிலும் தான் எகிப்துதேசத்திலிருந்து வந்த நாளிலும் பாடினதுபோல் பாடுவாள்.
16 And at that day, sayeth the Lord, thou shalt call me Ishi, and shalt call me no more Baali.
௧௬அக்காலத்தில் நீ என்னை இனி பாகாலி என்று சொல்லாமல், ஈஷி என்று சொல்லுவாய் என்று யெகோவா உரைக்கிறார்.
17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall be no more remembred by their names.
௧௭பாகால்களுடைய பெயர்களை அவள் வாயிலிருந்து அகற்றிப்போடுவேன்; இனி அவைகளின் பெயரைச் சொல்லி, அவைகளை நினைக்கிற நினைவும் இல்லாமற்போகும்.
18 And in that day wil I make a couenant for them, with the wilde beasts, and with the foules of the heauen, and with that that creepeth vpon the earth: and I will breake the bowe, and the sworde and the battell out of the earth, and will make them to sleepe safely.
௧௮அக்காலத்தில் நான் அவர்களுக்காகக் காட்டு மிருகங்களுடனும், ஆகாயத்துப் பறவைகளுடனும், பூமியிலே ஊரும் பிராணிகளுடனும், ஒரு உடன்படிக்கைசெய்து, வில்லையும் பட்டயத்தையும் போரையும் தேசத்திலே இராதபடிக்கு முறித்து, அவர்களைச் சுகமாகப் படுத்துக்கொண்டிருக்கச்செய்வேன்.
19 And I wil marry thee vnto me for euer: yea, I will marry thee vnto me in righteousnes, and in iudgement, and in mercy and in compassion.
௧௯நித்திய திருமணத்துக்கென்று உன்னை எனக்கு நியமித்துக்கொள்ளுவேன்; நீதியும் நியாயமும் கிருபையும் உருக்கமும் இரக்கமுமாக உன்னை எனக்கு நியமித்துக்கொள்ளுவேன்.
20 I will euen marry thee vnto me in faithfulnes, and thou shalt knowe the Lord.
௨0உண்மையாகவே உன்னை எனக்கு நியமித்துக்கொள்ளுவேன்; நீ யெகோவாவை அறிந்துகொள்வாய்.
21 And in that day I wil heare, saith the Lord, I will euen heare the heauens, and they shall heare the earth,
௨௧அக்காலத்தில் நான் பதில் கொடுப்பேன் என்று யெகோவா சொல்லுகிறார்; நான் வானங்களுக்கு பதில் கொடுப்பேன், அவைகள் பூமிக்கு பதில் கொடுக்கும்.
22 And the earth shall heare the corne, and the wine, and the oyle, and they shall heare Izreel.
௨௨பூமி தானியத்திற்கும், திராட்சைரசத்திற்கும், எண்ணெய்க்கும் பதில்கொடுக்கும், இவைகள் யெஸ்ரயேலுக்கும் பதில் கொடுக்கும்.
23 And I will sowe her vnto me in the earth, and I will haue mercie vpon her, that was not pitied, and I will say to them which were not my people, Thou art my people. And they shall say, Thou art my God.
௨௩நான் அவளை எனக்கென்று பூமியிலே விதைத்து, இரக்கம் பெறாதிருந்தவளுக்கு இரங்குவேன்; என் மக்களல்லாதிருந்தவர்களை நோக்கி: நீ என் மக்களென்று சொல்லுவேன்; அவர்கள் என் தேவனே என்பார்கள் என்றார்.
