Haggai 2
1 In the seuenth moneth, in the one and twentieth day of the moneth, came the worde of the Lord by the ministerie of the Prophet Haggai, saying,
Sedmoga mjeseca dvadeset prvoga dana doðe rijeè Gospodnja preko Ageja proroka govoreæi:
2 Speake nowe to Zerubbabel the sonne of Shealtiel prince of Iudah, and to Iehoshua the sonne of Iehozadak the hie Priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,
Kaži sada Zorovavelju sinu Salatilovu, upravitelju Judejskom, i Isusu sinu Josedekovu, poglavaru sveštenièkom, i ostatku narodnom govoreæi:
3 Who is left among you, that sawe this House in her first glory, and howe doe you see it nowe? is it not in your eyes, in comparison of it as nothing?
Ko je meðu vama ostao koji je vidio ovaj dom u prvoj slavi njegovoj? a kakav vi sada vidite? nije li prema onom kao ništa u vašim oèima?
4 Yet nowe be of good courage, O Zerubbabel, sayth the Lord, and be of good comfort, O Iehoshua, sonne of Iehozadak the hie Priest: and be strong, all ye people of the land, sayth the Lord, and doe it: for I am with you, sayth the Lord of hostes,
Nego sada budi hrabar, Zorovavelju, govori Gospod, i budi hrabar Isuse sine Josedekov, poglavaru sveštenièki, i budi hrabar sav narode zemaljski, govori Gospod, i radite; jer sam ja s vama, govori Gospod nad vojskama.
5 According to the worde that I couenanted with you, when ye came out of Egypt: so my Spirite shall remaine among you, feare ye not.
Po rijeèi kojom sam uèinio zavjet s vama kad izidoste iz Misira, duh æe moj stajati meðu vama, ne bojte se.
6 For thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Yet a litle while, and I will shake the heauens and the earth, and the sea, and the dry land:
Jer ovako veli Gospod nad vojskama: još jednom, domalo, i ja æu potresti nebesa i zemlju i more i suhu zemlju;
7 And I will moue all nations, and the desire of all nations shall come, and I will fill this House with glory, sayth the Lord of hostes.
I potrešæu sve narode, i doæi æe izabrani iz svijeh naroda, i napuniæu ovaj dom slave, veli Gospod nad vojskama.
8 The siluer is mine, and the golde is mine, sayth the Lord of hostes.
Moje je srebro i moje je zlato, govori Gospod nad vojskama.
9 The glory of this last House shall be greater then the first, sayth the Lord of hostes: and in this place will I giue peace, sayth the Lord of hostes.
Slava æe ovoga doma pošljednjega biti veæa nego onoga prvoga, veli Gospod nad vojskama; i postaviæu mir na ovom mjestu, govori Gospod nad vojskama.
10 In the foure and twentieth day of the ninth moneth, in the second yeere of Darius, came the worde of the Lord vnto the Prophet Haggai, saying,
Dvadeset èetvrtoga dana devetoga mjeseca druge godine Darijeve doðe rijeè Gospodnja preko Ageja proroka govoreæi:
11 Thus sayth the Lord of hostes, Aske nowe the Priests concerning the Law, and say,
Ovako veli Gospod nad vojskama: upitaj sveštenike za zakon, i reci:
12 If one beare holy flesh in the skirt of his garment, and with his skirt doe touch the bread, or the potage, or the wine, or oyle, or any meate, shall it be holy? And the Priests answered and said, No.
Gle, ako bi ko nosio sveto meso u skutu od haljine svoje, ili bi se skutom svojim dotakao hljeba ili variva ili vina ili ulja ili kakoga god jela, bi li se osvetio? A sveštenici odgovoriše i rekoše: ne.
13 Then sayde Haggai, If a polluted person touch any of these, shall it be vncleane? And the Priests answered, and sayd, It shalbe vncleane.
Potom reèe Agej: ako bi se ko neèist od mrtvaca dotakao èega toga, hoæe li biti neèisto? A sveštenici odgovoriše i rekoše: biæe neèisto.
14 Then answered Haggai, and sayd, So is this people, and so is this nation before me, saith the Lord: and so are all the workes of their hands, and that which they offer here, is vncleane.
Tada Agej odgovori i reèe: taki je taj narod i taki su ti ljudi preda mnom, govori Gospod, i tako je sve djelo ruku njihovijeh, i što god prinose tamo, neèisto je.
15 And nowe, I pray you, consider in your mindes: from this day, and afore, euen afore a stone was layde vpon a stone in the Temple of the Lord:
A sada uzmite na um, od ovoga dana nazad, prije nego se položi kamen na kamen u crkvi Gospodnjoj,
16 Before these things were, when one came to an heape of twentie measures, there were but ten: when one came to the wine presse for to drawe out fiftie vessels out of the presse, there were but twentie.
Prije toga kad ko doðe ka gomili od dvadeset mjera, bješe deset; kad doðe ka kaci da dobije pedeset vjedara iz kace, bješe dvadeset;
17 I smote you with blasting, and with mildewe, and with haile, in all the labours of your hands: yet you turned not to me, saith the Lord.
Bih vas sušom i medljikom i gradom, svako djelo ruku vaših; ali se vi ne obratiste k meni, govori Gospod.
18 Consider, I pray you, in your mindes, from this day, and afore from the foure and twentieth day of the ninth moneth, euen from the day that the foundation of the Lords Temple was laide: consider it in your mindes.
Uzmite na um, od toga dana nazad, od dana dvadeset èetvrtoga mjeseca devetoga, od dana kad se osnova crkva Gospodnja, uzmite na um.
19 Is the seede yet in the barne? as yet the vine, and the figtree, and the pomegranate, and the oliue tree hath not brought forth: from this day will I blesse you.
Ima li jošte sjemena u žitnici? ni vinova loza ni smokva ni šipak ni maslina još ne rodi; od ovoga æu dana blagosloviti.
20 And againe the worde of the Lord came vnto Haggai in the foure and twentieth day of the moneth, saying,
Potom doðe rijeè Gospodnja drugi put Ageju dvadeset èetvrtoga dana mjeseca govoreæi:
21 Speake to Zerubbabel the prince of Iudah, and say, I wil shake the heauens and the earth,
Kaži Zorovavelju upravitelju Judejskom, i reci: ja æu potresti nebo i zemlju;
22 And I will ouerthrowe the throne of kingdomes, and I wil destroy the strength of the kingdomes of the heathen, and I wil ouerthrowe the charets, and those that ride in them, and the horse and the riders shall come downe, euery one by the sword of his brother.
I prevaliæu prijesto carstvima, i satræu silu carstvima narodnijem, prevaliæu kola i one koji sjede na njima, i popadaæe konji i konjici, svaki od maèa brata svojega.
23 In that day, saith the Lord of hostes, will I take thee, O Zerubbabel my seruant, the sonne of Shealtiel, sayth the Lord, and wil make thee as a signet: for I haue chosen thee, sayth the Lord of hostes.
U to vrijeme, govori Gospod nad vojskama, uzeæu tebe, Zorovavelju, sine Salatilov, slugo moj, govori Gospod, i postaviæu te kao peèat; jer sam te izabrao, govori Gospod nad vojskama.
