Habakkuk 3
1 A prayer of Habakkuk the Prophet for the ignorances.
Ang pag-ampo ni Habakuk nga propeta:
2 O Lord, I haue heard thy voyce, and was afraide: O Lord, reuiue thy worke in the mids of the people, in the mids of the yeeres make it knowen: in wrath remember mercy.
Nadungog ko, Yahweh ang mga balita mahitungod kanimo, ug nahadlok ako. Yahweh, buhata pagbalik ang imong gibuhat kaniadto niini nga kapanahonan; ipahibalo kini niini nga kapanahonan; ayaw kalimot sa pagbaton ug kaluoy taliwala sa imong kasuko.
3 God commeth from Teman, and the holy one from mount Paran, (Selah) His glory couereth the heauens, and the earth is full of his prayse,
Miabot ang Dios gikan sa Teman, ug ang Balaan nga Dios gikan sa Bukid sa Paran. (Selah) Mitabon sa kalangitan ang iyang himaya, ug napuno sa pagdayeg kaniya ang kalibotan.
4 And his brightnes was as the light: he had hornes comming out of his hands, and there was the hiding of his power.
Sama kahayag sa kilat ang duha ka sidlak sa iyang kamot, diin gitago ang iyang kusog.
5 Before him went the pestilence, and burning coales went forth before his feete.
Nag-una kaniya ang makamatay nga balatian, ug nagsunod sa iyang tiil ang hampak.
6 He stoode and measured the earth: he behelde and dissolued the nations and the euerlasting mountaines were broken, and the ancient hilles did bowe: his wayes are euerlasting.
Mitindog siya ug gisukod ang kalibotan; mitan-aw siya ug giuyog ang kanasoran. Nalumpag bisan ang walay kataposang kabukiran, ug miyukbo ang walay kataposang mga bungtod. Walay kataposan ang iyang dalan.
7 For his iniquitie I sawe the tentes of Cushan, and the curtaines of the land of Midian did tremble.
Nakita ko ang mga tolda sa Cushan diha sa kasakit, ug ang panapton sa mga tolda sa yuta sa Midian nga nagkurog.
8 Was the Lord angry against the riuers? or was thine anger against the floods? or was thy wrath against the sea, that thou diddest ride vpon thine horses? thy charets brought saluation.
Nasuko ba si Yahweh sa kasapaan? Napungot ka ba sa mga suba, o hilabihan ba ang imong kaligutgot sa dagat, sa dihang misakay ka sa imong mga kabayo ug sa imong madaugon nga mga karwahe?
9 Thy bowe was manifestly reueiled, and the othes of the tribes were a sure worde, (Selah) thou diddest cleaue the earth with riuers.
Gipagawas nimo ang imong pana nga walay tabon; nagbutang ka ug udyong sa imong pana! (Selah) Gibahin mo ang kalibotan pinaagi sa mga suba.
10 The mountaines sawe thee, and they trembled: the streame of the water passed by: the deepe made a noyse, and lift vp his hand on hie.
Nakita ka sa kabukiran ug nalubag kini tungod sa kasakit. Giagian kini ug dakong tubig nga mihaguros; misinggit ang kinahiladman sa dagat. Gibayaw niini ang iyang mga balod.
11 The sunne and moone stood still in their habitation: at the light of thine arrowes they went, and at the bright shining of thy speares.
Wala milihok ang adlaw ug ang bulan sa habog nga dapit nga ilang nahimutangan diha sa kahayag sa imong mga udyong ug nanglupad (sila) diha sa kasilaw sa hayag nga kidlap sa imong bangkaw.
12 Thou trodest downe the land in anger, and didest thresh the heathen in displeasure.
Naglakaw ka ibabaw sa kalibotan uban ang kasuko. Imong gigiok ang kanasoran tungod sa imong hilabihan nga kasuko.
13 Thou wentest foorth for the saluation of thy people, euen for saluation with thine Anointed: thou hast wounded the head of the house of the wicked, and discoueredst the foundations vnto the necke, (Selah)
Miabot ka alang sa kaluwasan sa imong katawhan, alang sa kaluwasan sa imong dinihogan. Gibuntog nimo ang pangulo sa panimalay sa daotan aron makita ang liog niini. (Selah)
14 Thou didest strike thorowe with his owne staues the heades of his villages: they came out as a whirle winde to scatter me: their reioycing was as to deuoure the poore secretly.
Gitusok nimo ang pangulo sa iyang mga manggugubat pinaagi sa kaugalingon niyang mga udyong sanglit miabot man (sila) sama sa unos aron sa pagpatibulaag kanamo, ang ilang pagpasigarbo sama sa tawo nga molamoy sa mga kabos diha sa tago nga dapit.
15 Thou didest walke in the sea with thine horses vpon the heape of great waters.
Mipanaw ka nga nagkabayo ibabaw sa dagat, ug daw gitapok ang dagkong mga balod.
16 When I heard, my bellie trembled: my lippes shooke at the voyce: rottennesse entred into my bones, and I trembled in my selfe, that I might rest in the day of trouble: for whe he commeth vp vnto the people, he shall destroy them.
Nadungog ko kini ug nangurog ang akong tuhod! Nagkurog usab ang akong ngabil tungod sa tingog. Misulod sa akong kabukogan ang pagkadunot, ug nagkurog usab ang akong kinasulorang bahin samtang hilom akong naghulat sa adlaw sa kasakit nga moabot sa mga tawo nga misakop kanamo.
17 For the figtree shall not flourish, neither shall fruite be in the vines: the labour of the oliue shall faile, and the fieldes shall yeelde no meate: the sheepe shalbe cut off from the folde, and there shalbe no bullocke in the stalles.
Bisan kung dili na manalinsing ang igera ug wala nay abot gikan sa kaparasan; ug bisan pa kung dili na usab mamunga ang kahoy nga olibo ug wala nay pagkaon gikan sa uma; ug bisan pa kung wala nay panon sa mga karnero gikan sa mga kulongan niini ug wala nay mga baka sa toril, mao kini ang akong buhaton.
18 But I will reioyce in the Lord: I will ioy in the God of my saluation.
Magmaya gihapon ako diha kang Yahweh. Magmalipayon ako tungod sa Dios sa akong kaluwasan.
19 The Lord God is my strength: hee will make my feete like hindes feete, and he will make me to walke vpon mine hie places. To the chiefe singer on Neginothai.
Si Yahweh nga akong Ginoo ang akong kusog ug gihimo niyang sama kalig-on sa binaw ang akong mga tiil. Gihimo niya nga makapadayon ako sa habog nga mga dapit. — Ngadto sa pangulo sa mga mang-aawit, sa akong mga instrumento nga adunay kwerdas.
