Genesis 5
1 This is the booke of the generations of Adam. In the day that God created Adam, in the likenes of God made he him,

2 Male and female created he them, and blessed them, and called their name Adam in the day that they were created.

3 Nowe Adam liued an hundred and thirtie yeeres, and begate a childe in his owne likenes after his image, and called his name Sheth.
Adam je živel sto trideset let in zaplodil sina po svoji lastni podobnosti, po svoji podobi in imenoval ga je Set.
4 And the dayes of Adam, after he had begotten Sheth, were eight hundreth yeeres, and he begate sonnes and daughters.
Adamovih dni, potem ko je zaplodil Seta, je bilo osemsto let, in zaplodil je sinove in hčere.
5 So all the dayes that Adam liued, were nine hundreth and thirtie yeeres: and he died.
Vseh dni, ko je Adam živel, je bilo devetsto trideset let, in je umrl.
6 And Sheth liued an hundreth and fiue yeeres, and begate Enosh.
Set je živel sto pet let ter zaplodil Enóša.
7 And Sheth liued, after he begate Enosh, eight hundreth and seuen yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Set zaplodil Enóša, je živel osemsto sedem let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere,
8 So all the dayes of Sheth were nine hundreth and twelue yeeres: and he died.
in vseh Setovih dni je bilo devetsto dvanajst let, in je umrl.
9 Also Enosh liued ninetie yeeres, and begate Kenan.
Enóš je živel devetdeset let in zaplodil Kenána,
10 And Enosh liued, after he begate Kenan, eight hundreth and fifteene yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
in potem, ko je Enóš zaplodil Kenána, je živel osemsto petnajst let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
11 So all the dayes of Enosh were nine hundreth and fiue yeeres: and he died
Vseh Enóševih dni je bilo devetsto pet let, in je umrl.
12 Likewise Kenan liued seuentie yeeres, and begate Mahalaleel.
Kenán je živel sedemdeset let ter zaplodil Mahalaléla.
13 And Kenan liued, after he begate Mahalaleel, eight hundreth and fourtie yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Kenán zaplodil Mahalaléla, je živel osemsto štirideset let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
14 So all the dayes of Kenan were nine hundreth and tenne yeeres: and he died.
Vseh Kenánovih dni je bilo devetsto deset let, in je umrl.
15 Mahalaleel also liued sixtie and fiue yeres, and begate Iered.
Mahalalél je živel petinšestdeset let ter zaplodil Jereda.
16 Also Mahalaleel liued, after he begate Iered, eight hundreth and thirtie yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Mahalalél zaplodil Jereda, je živel osemsto trideset let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
17 So all the dayes of Mahalaleel were eight hundreth ninetie and fiue yeeres: and he died.
Vseh Mahalalélovih dni je bilo osemsto petindevetdeset let, in je umrl.
18 And Iered liued an hundreth sixtie and two yeeres, and begate Henoch.
Jered je živel sto dvainšestdeset let ter zaplodil Henoha.
19 Then Iered liued, after he begate Henoch, eight hundreth yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Jered zaplodil Henoha, je živel osemsto let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
20 So all the dayes of Iered were nine hundreth sixtie and two yeeres: and he died.
Vseh Jeredovih dni je bilo devetsto dvainšestdeset let, in je umrl.
21 Also Henoch liued sixtie and fiue yeeres, and begate Methushelah.
Henoh je živel petinšestdeset let ter zaplodil Matuzalema.
22 And Henoch walked with God, after he begate Methushelah, three hundreth yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Henoh zaplodil Matuzalema, je tristo let hodil z Bogom ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
23 So all the dayes of Henoch were three hundreth sixtie and fiue yeeres.
Vseh Henohovih dni je bilo tristo petinšestdeset let.
24 And Henoch walked with God, and he was no more seene: for God tooke him away.
Henoh je hodil z Bogom in ni ga bilo, kajti Bog ga je vzel.
25 Methushelah also liued an hundreth eightie and seuen yeeres, and begate Lamech.
Matuzalem je živel sto sedeminosemdeset let in zaplodil Lameha.
26 And Methushelah liued, after he begate Lamech, seuen hundreth eightie and two yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Matuzalem zaplodil Lameha, je živel sedemsto dvainosemdeset let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
27 So al the dayes of Methushelah were nine hundreth sixtie and nine yeeres: and he died.
Vseh Matuzalemovih dni je bilo devetsto devetinšestdeset let, in je umrl.
28 Then Lamech liued an hundreth eightie and two yeeres, and begate a sonne,
Lameh je živel sto dvainosemdeset let ter zaplodil sina.
29 And called his name Noah, saying, This same shall comfort vs concerning our worke and sorowe of our hands, as touching the earth, which the Lord hath cursed.
Njegovo ime je imenoval Noe, rekoč: »Ta isti nas bo tolažil, glede našega dela in garanja naših rok, zaradi tal, ki jih je Gospod preklel.«
30 And Lamech liued, after he begate Noah, fiue hundreth ninetie and fiue yeeres, and begate sonnes and daughters.
Potem ko je Lameh zaplodil Noeta, je živel petsto petindevetdeset let ter zaplodil sinove in hčere.
31 So all the dayes of Lamech were seuen hundreth seuentie and seuen yeeres: and he died.
Vseh Lamehovih dni je bilo sedemsto sedeminsedemdeset let, in je umrl.
32 And Noah was fiue hundreth yeere olde. And Noah begate Shem, Ham and Iapheth.
Noe je bil star petsto let in Noe je zaplodil Sema, Hama ter Jafeta.
