Genesis 46
1 Then Israel tooke his iourney with all that he had, and came to Beer-sheba, and offered sacrifice vnto the God of his father Izhak.
Salió Israel con todo lo que tenía, y vino a Beerseba, y ofreció sacrificios al Dios de su padre Isaac.
2 And God spake vnto Israel in a vision by night, saying, Iaakob, Iaakob. Who answered, I am here.
Y habló Dios a Israel en visiones de noche, y dijo: Jacob, Jacob. Y él respondió: Heme aquí.
3 Then hee sayde, I am God, the God of thy father, feare not to goe downe into Egypt: for I will there make of thee a great nation.
Y dijo: Yo soy el Dios, el Dios de tu padre; no temas de descender a Egipto, porque yo te pondré allí en gran gente.
4 I wil go downe with thee into Egypt, and I will also bring thee vp againe, and Ioseph shall put his hand vpon thine eyes.
Yo descenderé contigo a Egipto, y yo también te haré volver; y José pondrá su mano sobre tus ojos.
5 Then Iaakob rose vp from Beer-sheba: and the sonnes of Israel caried Iaakob their father, and their children, and their wiues in the charets, which Pharaoh had sent to cary him.
Y se levantó Jacob de Beerseba; y tomaron los hijos de Israel a su padre Jacob, y a sus niños, y a sus mujeres, en los carros que el Faraón había enviado para llevarlo.
6 And they tooke their cattell and their goods, which they had gotten in the lande of Canaan, and came into Egypt, both Iaakob and all his seede with him,
Y tomaron sus ganados, y su hacienda que habían adquirido en la tierra de Canaán, y vinieron a Egipto, Jacob, y toda su simiente consigo;
7 His sonnes and his sonnes sonnes with him, his daughters and his sonnes daughters, and al his seede brought he with him into Egypt.
sus hijos, y los hijos de sus hijos consigo; sus hijas, y las hijas de sus hijos, y a toda su simiente trajo consigo a Egipto.
8 And these are the names of the children of Israel, which came into Egypt, euen Iaakob and his sonnes: Reuben, Iaakobs first borne.
Y estos son los nombres de los hijos de Israel, que entraron en Egipto: Jacob y sus hijos; Rubén, el primogénito de Jacob.
9 And the sonnes of Reuben: Hanoch, and Phallu, and Hezron, and Carmi.
Y los hijos de Rubén: Hanoc, y Falú, y Hezrón, y Carmi.
10 And the sonnes of Simeon: Iemuel, and Iamin, and Ohad, and Iachin, and Zohar; and Shaul the sonne of a Canaanitish woman.
Y los hijos de Simeón: Jemuel, y Jamín, y Ohad, y Jaquin, y Zohar, y Saúl, hijo de la cananea.
11 Also the sonnes of Leui: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
Y los hijos de Leví: Gersón, Coat, y Merari.
12 Also the sonnes of Iudah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah, and Pharez, and Zerah: (but Er and Onan died in ye land of Canaan) And the sonnes of Pharez were Hezron and Hamul.
Y los hijos de Judá: Er, y Onán, y Sela, y Fares, y Zara: mas Er y Onán, murieron en la tierra de Canaán. Y los hijos de Fares fueron Hezrón y Hamul.
13 Also the sonnes of Issachar: Tola, and Phuuah, and Iob, and Shimron.
Y los hijos de Isacar: Tola, y Fúa, y Job, y Simrón.
14 Also the sonnes of Zebulun: Sered, and Elon, and Iahleel.
Y los hijos de Zabulón: Sered y Elón, y Jahleel.
15 These bee the sonnes of Leah, which shee bare vnto Iaakob in Padan Aram, with his daughter Dinah. All the soules of his sonnes and his daughters were thirtie and three.
Estos fueron los hijos de Lea, los que dio a luz a Jacob en Padan-aram, y además su hija Dina; treinta y tres las almas todas de sus hijos e hijas.
16 Also the sonnes of Gad: Ziphion, and Haggi, Shuni, and Ezbon, Eri, and Arodi, and Areli.
Y los hijos de Gad: Zifión, y Hagui, y Ezbón, y Suni, y Eri, y Arodi, y Areli.
17 Also the sonnes of Asher: Iimnah, and Ishuah, and Isui, and Beriah, and Serah their sister. And the sonnes of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel.
Y los hijos de Aser: Imna, e Isúa, e Isúi y Bería, y Sera, hermana de ellos. Los hijos de Bería: Heber, y Malquiel.
18 These are the children of Zilpah, whome Laban gaue to Leah his daughter: and these shee bare vnto Iaakob, euen sixtene soules.
Estos fueron los hijos de Zilpa, la que Labán dio a su hija Lea, y dio a luz éstos a Jacob; dieciséis almas.
19 The sonnes of Rahel Iaakobs wife were Ioseph and Beniamin.
Y los hijos de Raquel, mujer de Jacob: José y Benjamín.
20 And vnto Ioseph in the lande of Egypt were borne Manasseh, and Ephraim, which Asenath the daughter of Poti-pherah prince of On bare vnto him.
Y nacieron a José en la tierra de Egipto Manasés y Efraín, los que le dio a luz Asenat, hija de Potifera, sacerdote de On.
21 Also the sonnes of Beniamin: Belah, and Becher, and Ashbel, Gera, and Naaman, Ehi, and Rosh, Muppim, and Huppim, and Ard.
Y los hijos de Benjamín fueron Bela, y Bequer y Asbel, y Gera, y Naamán, y Ehi, y Ros y Mupim, y Hupim, y Ard.
22 These are the sonnes of Rahel, which were borne vnto Iaakob, fourteene soules in all.
Estos fueron los hijos de Raquel, que nacieron a Jacob; en todas, catorce almas.
23 Also the sonnes of Dan: Hushim.
Y los hijos de Dan: Husim.
24 Also the sonnes of Naphtali: Iahzeel, and Guni, and Iezer, and Shillem.
Y los hijos de Neftalí: Jahzeel, y Guni, y Jezer, y Silem.
25 These are the sonnes of Bilhah, which Laban gaue vnto Rahel his daughter, and shee bare these to Iaakob, in all, seuen soules.
Estos fueron los hijos de Bilha, la que dio Labán a Raquel su hija, y dio a luz éstos a Jacob; por todas siete almas.
26 Al the soules, that came with Iaakob into Egypt, which came out of his loynes (beside Iaakobs sonnes wiues) were in the whole, three score and sixe soules.
Todas las personas que vinieron con Jacob a Egipto, procedente de sus lomos, sin las mujeres de los hijos de Jacob, todas las personas fueron sesenta y seis.
27 Also the sonnes of Ioseph, which were borne him in Egypt, were two soules: so that al the soules of the house of Iaakob, which came into Egypt, are seuentie.
Y los hijos de José, que le nacieron en Egipto, dos personas. Todas las almas de la casa de Jacob, que entraron en Egipto, fueron setenta.
28 The he sent Iudah before him vnto Ioseph, to direct his way vnto Goshen, and they came into the land of Goshen.
Y envió a Judá delante de sí a José, para que le viniese a ver a Gosén; y llegaron a la tierra de Gosén.
29 Then Ioseph made ready his charet and went vp to Goshen to meete Israel his father, and presented himselfe vnto him and fel on his necke, and wept vpon his necke a good while.
Y José unció su carro y vino a recibir a Israel su padre a Gosén; y se manifestó a él, y se echó sobre su cuello, y lloró sobre su cuello bastante.
30 And Israel sayde vnto Ioseph, Now let me die, since I haue seene thy face, and that thou art yet aliue.
Entonces Israel dijo a José: Muera yo ahora, ya que he visto tu rostro, pues aún vives.
31 Then Ioseph said to his brethren, and to his fathers house, I wil go vp and shew Pharaoh, and tell him, My brethren and my fathers house, which were in the land of Canaan, are come vnto me,
Y José dijo a sus hermanos, y a la casa de su padre: Subiré y haré saber al Faraón, y le diré: Mis hermanos y la casa de mi padre, que estaban en la tierra de Canaán, han venido a mí;
32 And the men are shepheardes, and because they are shepheardes, they haue brought their sheepe and their cattell, and all that they haue.
y los hombres son pastores de ovejas, porque son hombres ganaderos; y han traído sus ovejas y sus vacas, y todo lo que tenían.
33 And if Pharaoh call you, and aske you, What is your trade?
Y cuando Faraón os llamare y dijere: ¿cuál es vuestro oficio?
34 Then ye shall say, Thy seruants are men occupied about cattell, from our childehood euen vnto this time, both we and our fathers: that yee may dwell in the lande of Goshen: for euery sheepe keeper is an abomination vnto the Egyptians.
Entonces diréis: Hombres de ganadería han sido tus siervos desde nuestra juventud hasta ahora, nosotros y nuestros padres; a fin de que moréis en la tierra de Gosén, porque los egipcios abominan todo pastor de ovejas.
