Genesis 36
1 Nowe these are the generations of Esau, which is Edom.
A ovo je pleme Isavovo, a on je Edom.
2 Esau tooke his wiues of the daughters of Canaan: Adah the daughter of Elon an Hittite, and Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, the daughter of Zibeon an Hiuite,
Isav se oženi izmeðu kæeri Hananejskih Adom kæerju Eloma Hetejina, i Olivemom kæerju Ane sina Sevegona Evejina,
3 And tooke Basemath Ishmaels daughter, sister of Nebaioth.
I Vasematom kæerju Ismailovom, sestrom Navaotovom.
4 And Adah bare vnto Esau, Eliphaz: and Basemath bare Reuel.
I rodi Ada Isavu Elifasa, a Vasemata rodi Raguila.
5 Also Aholibamah bare Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah: these are the sonnes of Esau which were borne to him in the land of Canaan.
A Olivema rodi Jeusa i Jegloma i Koreja. To su sinovi Isavovi, koji mu se rodiše u zemlji Hananskoj.
6 So Esau tooke his wiues and his sonnes, and his daughters, and all the soules of his house, and his flocks, and all his cattell, and all his substance, which he had gotten in the land of Canaan, and went into an other countrey from his brother Iaakob.
I Isav uze žene svoje i sinove svoje i kæeri svoje i sve domašnje svoje, i stada svoja i svu stoku svoju i sve blago svoje što bješe stekao u zemlji Hananskoj; pa otide u drugu zemlju daleko od Jakova brata svojega.
7 For their riches were so great, that they could not dwell together, and the lande, wherein they were strangers, coulde not receiue them because of their flockes.
Jer im blago bijaše vrlo veliko, te ne mogahu živjeti zajedno; niti ih zemlja gdje bijahu došljaci mogaše nositi od množine stoke njihove.
8 Therefore dwelt Esau in mount Seir: this Esau is Edom.
I Isav življaše na planini Siru. Isav je Edom.
9 So these are the generations of Esau father of Edom in mount Seir.
A ovo je pleme Isava oca Edomcima na planini Siru.
10 These are the names of Esaus sonnes: Eliphaz, the sonne of Adah, the wife of Esau, and Reuel the sonne of Bashemath, the wife of Esau.
Ovo su imena sinova Isavovijeh: Elifas sin Ade žene Isavove, i Raguilo sin Vasemate žene Isavove.
11 And the sonnes of Eliphaz were Teman, Omar, Zepho, and Gatam, and Kenaz.
A Elifasovi sinovi bjehu: Teman, Omar, Sofar, Gotom i Kenez.
12 And Timna was concubine to Eliphaz Esaus sonne, and bare vnto Eliphaz, Amalek: these be the sonnes of Adah Esaus wife.
A Tamna bješe inoèa Elifasu sinu Isavovu, i rodi Elifasu Amalika. To su sinovi Ade žene Isavove.
13 And these are the sonnes of Reuel: Nahath, and Zerah, Shammah, and Mizzah: these were the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
A ovo su sinovi Raguilovi: Nahot, Zare, Some i Moze. To bjehu sinovi Vasemate žene Isavove.
14 And these were the sonnes of Aholibamah the daughter of Anah, daughter of Zibeon Esaus wife: for she bare vnto Esau, Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
A ovo su sinovi Oliveme kæeri Ane sina Sevegonova, žene Isavove. Ona rodi Isavu Jeusa i Jegloma i Koreja.
15 These were Dukes of the sonnes of Esau: the sonnes of Eliphaz, the first borne of Esau: Duke Teman, Duke Omar, Duke Zepho, Duke Kenaz,
Ovo su starješine sinovima Isavovijem: sinovi Elifasa prvenca Isavova: starješina Teman, starješina Omar, starješina Sofar, starješina Kenez,
16 Duke Korah, Duke Gatam, Duke Amalek: these are the Dukes that came of Eliphaz in the land of Edom: these were the sonnes of Adah.
Starješina Korej, starješina Gotim, starješina Amalik. To su starješine od Elifasa u zemlji Edomskoj. To su sinovi Adini.
17 And these are the sonnes of Reuel Esaus sonne: Duke Nahath, Duke Zerah, Duke Shammah, Duke Mizzah: these are the Dukes that came of Reuel in the land of Edom: these are the sonnes of Bashemath Esaus wife.
A sinovi Raguila sina Isavova: starješina Nahot, starješina Zare, starješina Some, starješina Moze. To su starješine od Raguila u zemlji Edomskoj. To su sinovi Vasemate žene Isavove.
18 Likewise these were the sonnes of Aholibamah Esaus wife: Duke Ieush, Duke Iaalam, Duke Korah: these Dukes came of Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah Esaus wife.
A sinovi Oliveme žene Isavove: starješina Jeus, starješina Jeglom, starješina Korej. To su starješine od Oliveme kæeri Anine, žene Isavove.
19 These are the children of Esau, and these are the Dukes of them: This Esau is Edom.
To su sinovi Isavovi, i to su starješine njihove; a on je Edom.
20 These are the sonnes of Seir the Horite, which inhabited the lande before, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah.
A ovo su sinovi Sira Horejina, koji življahu u onoj zemlji: Lotan i Soval i Sevegon i Ana,
21 And Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan: these are the Dukes of the Horites, the sonnes of Seir in the land of Edom.
I Dison i Asar i Rison. To su starješine Horejima, sinovi Sirovi u zemlji Edomskoj.
22 And the sonnes of Lotan were, Hori and Hemam, and Lotans sister was Timna.
A sinovi Lotanovi bjehu Horija i Eman, a sestra Lotanova bješe Tamna.
23 And the sonnes of Shobal were these: Aluan, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shepho, and Onam.
A ovo su sinovi Savalovi: Golam i Manahat i Gevil i Sofar i Omar.
24 And these are the sonnes of Zibeon: Both Aiah, and Anah: this was Anah that founde mules in the wildernesse, as he fedde his father Zibeons asses.

25 And the children of Anah were these: Dishon and Aholibamah, the daughter of Anah.

26 Also these are the sonnes of Dishan: Hemdan, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
A ovo su sinovi Disonovi: Amada i Asvan i Itran i Haran.
27 The sonnes of Ezer are these: Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Akan.
A ovo su sinovi Asarovi: Valam i Zavan i Akan.
28 The sonnes of Dishan are these: Vz, and Aran.
A ovo su sinovi Risonovi: Uz i Aran.
29 These are the Dukes of the Horites: Duke Lotan, Duke Shobal, Duke Zibeon, Duke Anah,
I ovo su starješine Horejima: starješina Lotan, starješina Soval, starješina Sevegon, starješina Ana,
30 Duke Dishon, Duke Ezer, Duke Dishan: these bee the Dukes of the Horites, after their Dukedomes in the land of Seir.
Starješina Dison, starješina Asar, starješina Rison. To su starješine Horejima, kako im starješovahu u zemlji Siru.
31 And these are the Kings that reigned in the lande of Edom, before there reigned any King ouer the children of Israel.

32 Then Bela the sonne of Beor reigned in Edom, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.

33 And when Bela dyed, Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozra reigned in his steade.
A kad umrije Valak, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Jovav sin Zarin od Vosore.
34 When Iobab also was dead, Husham of the land of Temani reigned in his steade.
A kad umrije Jovav, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Asom od zemlje Temanovske.
35 And after the death of Husham, Hadad the sonne of Bedad, which slewe Midian in the field of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.
A kad umrije Asom, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Adad sin Varadov, koji isijeèe Madijance u polju Moavskom, a gradu mu bješe ime Geten.
36 When Hadad was dead, then Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his steade.
A kad umrije Adad, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Samada iz Masekasa.
37 When Samlah was dead, Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer, reigned in his steade.
A kad umrije Samada, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Saul iz Rovota na rijeci.
38 When Shaul dyed, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his steade.
A kad umrije Saul, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Valenon sin Ahovorov.
39 And after the death of Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor, Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pau: and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred, the daughter of Mezahab.
A kad umrije Valenon sin Ahovorov, zacari se na njegovo mjesto Adar, a grad mu se zvaše Fogor, a ženi mu bješe ime Meteveilja, koja bješe kæi Matraide kæeri Mezevove.
40 Then these are the names of the Dukes of Esau according to their families, their places and by their names: Duke Timna, Duke Aluah, Duke Ietheth,

41 Duke Aholibamah, Duke Elah, Duke Pinon,

42 Duke Kenaz, Duke Teman, Duke Mibzar,
Starješina Kenez, starješina Teman, starješina Mazar,
43 Duke Magdiel, Duke Iram: these bee the Dukes of Edom, according to their habitations, in the lande of their inheritance. This Esau is the father of Edom.
Starješina Magedilo, starješina Zafoj. To su starješine Edomske kako nastavahu u svojoj zemlji. Ovaj Isav bi otac Edomcima.
