< Genesis 30 >

1 And when Rahel saw that she bare Iaakob no children, Rahel enuied her sister, and said vnto Iaakob, Giue me children, or els I dye.
Ie nioni’ i Rahkele t’ie tsy nahatoly ho a Iakòbe, le nikirañe an-joke’e, naho hoe re am’ Iakòbe. Ehe meo anake Iraho tsy mone hikenkañe!
2 Then Iaakobs anger was kindled against Rahel, and he sayde, Am I in Gods steade, which hath withholden from thee the fruite of the wombe?
Nisolebotse amy Rahkele ty haboseha’ Iakòbe le hoe ty asa’e, Izaho hao ty hisolo an’ Andrianañahare nitañe ama’o ty vokan-koviñe?
3 And she said, Behold my maide Bilhah, goe in to her, and she shall beare vpon my knees, and I shall haue children also by her.
Le hoe re, Intoy t’i Bilhae mpitoroko, imoaho hisamaha’e amo ongokoo soa t’ie ty hampionjoñeñe ahy.
4 Then shee gaue him Bilhah her mayde to wife, and Iaakob went in to her.
Aa le natolo’e aze t’i Bilhae mpitoro’e hialoza’e, naho niziliha’ Iakòbe
5 So Bilhah conceiued and bare Iaakob a sonne.
vaho niaren-dre, nahatoly anadahy ho a Iakòbe.
6 Then said Rahel, God hath giuen sentence on my side, and hath also heard my voyce, and hath giuen mee a sonne: therefore called shee his name, Dan.
Le hoe t’i Rahkele, Nañomey to ahiko t’i Andrianañahare; toe jinanji’e i fitoreokoy naho nitolora’e ana-dahy. Aa le natao’e Dane ty añara’e.
7 And Bilhah Rahels maide coceiued againe, and bare Iaakob the second sonne.
Niareñe indraike t’i Bilhae mpitoro’ i Rahkele, naho nahatoly ana-dahy faha roe ho a Iakòbe.
8 Then Rahel said, with excellent wrestlings haue I wrestled with my sister, and haue gotten the vpper hande: and shee called his name, Naphtali.
Le hoe t’i Rahkele, Am-pifangatorañe mafe ty nifangatòrako aman-jokeko le nahalefe, vaho natao’e Naftalý ty añara’e.
9 And when Leah saw that she had left bearing, shee tooke Zilpah her mayde, and gaue her Iaakob to wife.
Ie rendre’ i Leae te nijihetse ty fisamaha’e, le rinambe’e t’i Zilpae mpitoroñ’ ampela’e vaho natolo’e am’ Iakòbe hialoza’e.
10 And Zilpah Leahs mayde bare Iaakob a sonne.
Nisamak’ ana-dahy ho a Iakòbe t’i Zilpae mpitoro’ i Leae.
11 Then sayd Leah, A companie commeth: and she called his name, Gad.
Le hoe t’i Leae, Hasoa tata! Aa le natao’e Gade ty añara’e.
12 Againe Zilpah Leahs mayde bare Iaakob another sonne.
Mbe nisamak’ ana-dahy fañindroe’e ho a Iakòbe t’i Zilpae mpitoro’ i Leae.
13 Then sayde Leah, Ah, blessed am I, for the daughters will blesse me. and she called his name, Asher.
Le hoe t’i Leae, Hete! ty haehako! Hatao’ o anak’ ampelao haha iraho. Aa le natao’e Asere ty añara’e.
14 Nowe Reuben went in the dayes of the wheateharuest, and founde mandrakes in the fielde and brought them vnto his mother Leah. Then sayde Rahel to Leah, Giue me, I pray thee, of thy sonnes mandrakes.
Ie an-tsam-pitatahañe vare-bolè, nomb’an-tetek’ ao t’i Reòbene le nahatendreke fañanintsiñe vaho nañandesa’e t’i Leae, rene’e. Le hoe t’i Rahkele amy Leae, Añomezo amo fañanintsin’ ana’oo.
15 But shee answered her, Is it a small matter for thee to take mine husband, except thou take my sonnes mandrakes also? Then sayde Rahel, Therefore he shall sleepe with thee this night for thy sonnes mandrakes.
Fe hoe re ama’e, Raha kede ama’o hao te nasinta’o amako i valikoy, te hitavaña’o ty fañanintsin’ anako ka? Le hoe t’i Rahkele, Aa le ho meako azo hiolora’o te anito ty amo fañanintsin’ ana’oo.
16 And Iaakob came from the fielde in the euening, and Leah went out to meete him, and sayde, Come in to mee, for I haue bought and payed for thee with my sonnes mandrakes: and he slept with her that night.
Ie boak’ an-teteke ey t’Iakòbe amy harivay, le niakatse hanalaka aze t’i Leae nanao ty hoe, Ahiko irehe te anito fa fifofoañe ty nifofoako azo amo fañanintsin’ anakoo. Aa le niolora’e amy haleñey.
17 And God heard Leah and shee conceiued, and bare vnto Iaakob the fift sonne.
Nihaoñen’ Añahare t’i Leae vaho niaren-dre, le nahatoly ana-dahy faha-lime ho a Iakòbe.
18 Then said Leah, God hath giuen me my reward, because I gaue my mayde to my husband, and she called his name Issachar.
Hoe t’i Leae, Nitambezan’ Añahare Iraho ty amy nanolorako i mpitoro-ampelakoiy amy valeko. Le natao’e Iisakare ty añara’e.
19 After, Leah conceiued againe, and bare Iaakob the sixt sonne.
Niareñe indraike t’i Leae le nisamake ty ana-dahi’e fah’ eneñe ho a Iakòbe.
20 Then Leah said, God hath endued me with a good dowrie: nowe will mine husband dwell with me, because I haue borne him sixe sonnes: and she called his name Zebulun.
Le hoe t’i Leae, Nitoloran’ Añahare ravoravo fanjàka iraho. Tsy mahay tsy himoneñe amako ty valiko henane zao, amy te nahatoly ana-dahy eneñe ho aze. Le natao’e Zebolòne ty añara’e.
21 After that, shee bare a daughter, and shee called her name Dinah.
Ie añe le nahatoly anak’ ampela re vaho natao’e Dinae ty añara’e.
22 And God remembred Rahel, and God heard her, and opened her wombe.
Nitiahien’Añahare amy zao t’i Rahkele le nahajanjiñe aze t’i Andrianañahare vaho sinoka’e ty hovi’e.
23 So she conceiued and bare a sonne, and said, God hath taken away my rebuke.
Niaren-dre le nahatoly ana-dahy vaho nanao ty hoe, Fa nafahan’ Añahare amako ty ìnje.
24 And shee called his name Ioseph, saying, The Lord wil giue me yet another sonne.
Natao’e Iosefe ty añara’e ami’ty hoe: Ehe t’ie ho tovoña’ Iehovà ana-dahy.
25 And assoone as Rahel had borne Ioseph, Iaakob said to Laban, Sende me away that I may go vnto my place and to my countrey.
Ie nasama’ i Rahkele t’Iosefe, le hoe t’Iakòbe amy Labàne. Ampionjono mb’eo Iraho himpoliako mb’an-toeko naho mb’an-taneko añe.
26 Giue me my wiues and my children, for whom I haue serued thee, and let me go: for thou knowest what seruice I haue done thee.
Meo ahiko o valiko naho anako nitoroñako azoo, vaho ampionjono. Fohi’o i fifanehafako nitoroñako azoy.
27 To whom Laban answered, If I haue nowe found fauour in thy sight tarie: I haue perceiued that the Lord hath blessed me for thy sake.
Aa hoe t’i Labàne ama’e, Naho nahatendreke fañisohañe a’ maso’o iraho, le mitoboha hey. Fa am-pitsikarahañe ty naharendrehako te nitahie’ Iehovà Iraho ty ama’o.
28 Also he said, Appoynt vnto me thy wages, and I will giue it thee.
Tinovo’e ty hoe, Ano ty ho tambe’o le hatoloko.
29 But he sayd vnto him, Thou knowest, what seruice I haue done thee, and in what taking thy cattell hath bene vnder me.
Hoe t’Iakòbe ama’e, Fohi’o ty nifanehafako ho azo naho ty hasoa’ o hare’oo t’ie amako.
30 For the litle, that thou haddest before I came, is increased into a multitude: and the Lord hath blessed thee by my comming: but nowe when shall I trauell for mine owne house also?
Ty kedekede tama’o taolo’ i fiavikoy le fa nitombo ho maro, vaho nitahy azo t’Iehovà ndra aia aia ty nombako. Aa ie henaneo, ombia ty hanoeko ho a i trañokoy, izaho ka?
31 Then he saide, What shall I giue thee? And Iaakob answered, Thou shalt giue mee nothing at all: if thou wilt doe this thing for mee, I will returne, feede, and keepe thy sheepe.
Aa hoe re: Ino ty homeako azo? Le hoe ty natoi’ Iakòbe, Ko añomeza’o ndra inoñ’ inoñe, fa naho o raha zao ty hanoe’o amako, le handrazeko vaho hambenako indraike o mpirai-lia’oo.
32 I wil passe through all thy flockes this day, and separate from them all the sheepe with litle spots and great spots, and al blacke lambes among the sheepe, and the great spotted, and litle spotted among the goates: and it shalbe my wages.
Angao ho tsitsifeko o mpirai-lia’oo te anito le fonga haviko ze añondry merembitike naho voanato, naho ze vik’ añondry mainteinte, vaho ze ose poapoake ndra varevare; irezay ty ho tambeko.
33 So shall my righteousnesse answere for me hereafter, when it shall come for my rewarde before thy face, and euery one that hath not litle or great spots among the goates, and blacke among the sheepe, the same shalbe theft with me.
Hitalily ahy ty havantañako te añe, naho hiatreke o lahara’oo o tambekoo. Ze ose tsy varevare ndra poapoake oniñe amako, ndra ze vik’añondry tsy mainte le hatao kinametse.
34 Then Laban sayde, Goe to, woulde God it might be according to thy saying.
Noko izay, hoe t’i Labàne. Ie i vinola’oy.
35 Therefore he tooke out the same day the hee goates that were partie coloured and with great spots, and all the shee goates with litle and great spots, and all that had white in them, and all the blacke among the sheepe, and put them in the keeping of his sonnes.
Fe amy àndroy avao le naveve’ i Labàne ze hene oselahy varevare ndra poapoake naho ze ose-vave varevare ndra poake (naho ze aman-kafotiañe) naho ze vik’ añondry mainte vaho natolo’e an-taña’ o ana’eo;
36 And hee set three dayes iourney betweene himselfe and Iaakob. And Iaakob kept the rest of Labans sheepe.
le nasitake lia telo andro amy Iakòbe, naho nandraze’ Iakòbe ty ila’ o mpirai-lia’ i Labàneo.
37 Then Iaakob tooke rods of greene popular, and of hasell, and of the chesnut tree, and pilled white strakes in them, and made the white appeare in the rods.
Nangalake ran-talý naho sohihy naho hatae tsotra t’Iakobe vaho niholire’e o ran-kataeo hampiboake ty foty amo ran-kataeo.
38 Then he put the rods, which he had pilled, in the gutters and watering troughes, when the sheepe came to drink, before the sheepe. (for they were in heate, when they came to drinke)
Le napo’e aolo’ o mpirai-liao o ran-kataeo añ’ila’ o dabaoga finoma’ o mpirai-liaoo t’ie avy hinon-drano, ie toe mitongoa naho minon-drano.
39 And the sheepe were in heate before the rods, and afterward brought forth yong of partie colour, and with small and great spots.
Aa ie nisahe añ’ atrefa’ o ran-kataeo o mpirai-liao le nampipoke anake tanteharañe ndra varevare, ndra poapoake.
40 And Iaakob parted these lambes, and turned the faces of the flocke towardes these lambes partie coloured and all maner of blacke, among the sheepe of Laban: so hee put his owne flockes by themselues, and put them not with Labans flocke.
Navi’ Iakòbe o ana’eo, le nampisahe’e amo misoritsoritseo naho amy ze mainte amo lia’rai’ i Labaneo, toe naveve’e o mpirai-lia’eo, tsy naharo’e amo mpirai-lia’ i Labaneo.
41 And in euery ramming time of the stronger sheepe, Iaakob layde the rods before the eyes of the sheepe in the gutters, that they might conceiue before the rods.
Ie te hisahe o hare maozatseo, le nasampe’e ey o ran-kataeo ho trea’ o hàreo amo dabaogao, soa te hisahe aolo’ o ran-kataeo,
42 But when the sheepe were feeble, hee put them not in: and so the feebler were Labans, and the stronger Iaakobs.
fa naho naleme o hareo, tsy nampipoha’e ao izay. Aa le ninjare maleme ty fanaña’ i Labàne vaho naozatse o a Iakòbeo.
43 So the man increased exceedingly, and had many flockes, and maide seruantes, and men seruants, and camels and asses.
Aa le vata’e niraorao indatiy, nihatsifotofoto o mpirai’ lia’eo, ie amam-pitoro lahy naho ampela, rameva vaho borike.
