< Genesis 17 >
1 When Abram was ninetie yeere olde and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said vnto him, I am God all sufficient. walke before me, and be thou vpright,
Idi agtawen ni Abram iti siam a pulo ket siam, nagparang ni Yahweh kenkuana ket kinunana, “Siak ti Mannakabalin a Dios. Magnaka iti imatangko ket awanto iti pakapilawam.
2 And I will make my couenant betweene me and thee, and I will multiplie thee exceedingly.
Ket pasingkedakto ti tulagko iti nagbaetanta, ket paaduenkanto iti aglaplapusanan.”
3 Then Abram fell on his face, and God talked with him, saying,
Nagkurno ni Abram ken nakisao ti Dios kenkuana a kinunana,
4 Beholde, I make my couenant with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations,
“No maipapan kaniak, kitaem, nakitulagak kenka. Sikanto ti ama iti adu a nasion.
5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shalbe Abraham: for a father of many nations haue I made thee.
Saanton nga Abram ti naganmo, ngem ti naganmonto ket Abraham- ta dutokanka nga agbalin nga ama dagiti adu a nasion.
6 Also I will make thee exceeding fruitfull, and will make nations of thee: yea, Kings shall proceede of thee.
Pagbalinenkanto a nabunga iti aglaplapusanan, mangaramidakto kadagiti nasion babaen kenka, ket adunto nga ari ti agtaud kenka.
7 Moreouer I wil establish my couenant betweene me and thee, and thy seede after thee in their generations, for an euerlasting couenant, to be God vnto thee and to thy seede after thee.
Makitulagak kenka ken kadagiti amin a kaputotam a sumarsaruno kenka, kadagiti amin a henerasionda, iti maysa nga agnanayon a katulagan, nga agbalinak a Dios kenka ken kadagiti sumaruno a kaputotam.
8 And I will giue thee and thy seede after thee the land, wherein thou art a stranger, euen all the land of Canaan, for an euerlasting possession, and I will be their God.
Itedkonto kenka, ken kadagiti sumaruno a kaputotam, ti daga a pagnanaedam, amin a daga ti Canaan, kas agnanayon a sanikua, ken siakto ti Diosda.”
9 Againe God said vnto Abraham, Thou also shalt keepe my couenant, thou, and thy seede after thee in their generations.
Ket kinuna ti Dios kenni Abraham, “No maipapan kenka, masapul a tungpalem ti tulagko, sika ken dagiti sumaruno a kaputotam iti amin a henerasionda.
10 This is my couenant which ye shall keepe betweene me and you, and thy seede after thee, Let euery man childe among you be circumcised:
Daytoy ti katulagan iti nagbaetanta ken kadagiti sumaruno a kaputotam: Masapul a makugit ti tunggal lallaki kadakayo.
11 That is, ye shall circumcise the foreskin of your flesh, and it shalbe a signe of the couenant betweene me and you.
Masapul a makugitkayo iti akinruar a kudil ti lasagyo, ket daytoyto ti pagilasinan ti tulag iti nagbaetanta.
12 And euery man childe of eight dayes olde among you, shalbe circumcised in your generations, aswell he that is borne in thine house, as he that is bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seede.
Tunggal lallaki kadakayo a walo nga aldawnan ket masapul a makugit, kadagiti amin a henerasion dagiti tattaom. Daytoy ket pakairamanan dagiti naipasngay iti pagtaengam ken ti nagatang babaen iti kuarta a nagtaud iti siasinoman a ganggannaet a saan a maysa kadagiti kaputotam.
13 He that is borne in thine house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needes be circumcised: so my couenant shall be in your flesh for an euerlasting couenant.
Masapul a makugit ti lalaki a naipasngay iti pagtaengam ken ti lalaki a nagatang iti kuartam. Iti kasta ket addanto iti lasagyo ti tulagko kas agnanayon a katulagan.
14 But the vncircumcised man childe, in whose flesh the foreskin is not circumcised, euen that person shall be cut off from his people, because he hath broken my couenant.
Siasinoman a lalaki a saan a nakugit, a saan a nakugit iti akinruar a kudil ti lasagna ket maisinanto manipud kadagiti tattaona. Sinalungasingna ti tulagko.
15 Afterward God said vnto Abraham, Sarai thy wife shalt thou not call Sarai, but Sarah shalbe her name.
Kinuna ti Dios kenni Abraham, “Maipapan met kenni Sarai nga asawam, saanmonton nga awagan isuna iti Sarai. Ngem ketdi, ti naganannanto ket Sarah,
16 And I will blesse her, and will also giue thee a sonne of her, yea, I will blesse her, and she shall be the mother of nations: Kings also of people shall come of her.
Bendisionakto isuna, ken ikkankanto iti anak a lalaki babaen kenkuana. Bendisionakto isuna, ket agbalinto isuna nga ina dagiti nasion. Adu nga ari dagiti tattao ti agtaudto kenkuana.
17 Then Abraham fell vpon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a childe be borne vnto him, that is an hundreth yeere olde? and shall Sarah that is ninetie yeere olde beare?
Kalpasanna ket nagrukob ni Abraham, ken nagkatawa, ket kunana iti nakemna, “Mabalin pay kadi met a pumutot ti maysa a lalaki nga agtawenen iti sangagasut? Ken kabaelan pay kadi met ni Sara, nga agtawenen iti siam a pulo, ti mangipasngay iti anak a lalaki?”
18 And Abraham saide vnto God, Oh, that Ishmael might liue in thy sight.
Kinuna ni Abraham iti Dios, “Ni Ismael latta koman ti agbiag iti imatangmo!”
19 Then God saide, Sarah thy wife shall beare thee a sonne in deede, and thou shalt call his name Izhak: and I will establish my couenant with him for an euerlasting couenant, and with his seede after him.
Kinuna ti Dios, “Saan, ngem mangipasngayto ni Sarah nga asawam iti anak a lalaki para kenka, ket masapul a panaganam isuna iti Isaac. Tungpalekto ti tulagko kenkuana a kas maysa nga agnanayon a tulag a pakairamanan dagiti sumaruno a kaputotanna.
20 And as concerning Ishmael, I haue heard thee: loe, I haue blessed him, and will make him fruitfull, and will multiplie him exceedingly: twelue princes shall he beget, and I will make a great nation of him.
No maipapan kenni Ismael, nangngegka. Kitaem, bendisionak isuna, ken pagbalinek isuna a nabunga, ken paaduekto isuna iti aglaplapusanan. Isunanto ti ama dagiti sangapulo ket dua a mangidaulo kadagiti tribu, ken pagbalinekto isuna a naindaklan a nasion.
21 But my couenant will I establish with Izhak, which Sarah shall beare vnto thee, the next yeere at this season.
Ngem ipatungpalkonto ti tulagko kenni Isaac, nga ipasngayto ni Sarah kenka iti kastoy a tiempo iti sumaruno a tawen.
22 And he left off talking with him, and God went vp from Abraham.
Idi nalpasna a kinatungtong ni Abraham, nagpangato ti Dios ket pinanawanna ni Abraham.
23 Then Abraham tooke Ishmael his sonne and all that were borne in his house, and all that was bought with his money, that is, euery man childe among the men of Abrahams house, and he circumcised the foreskinne of their flesh in that selfe same day, as God had comaunded him.
Ket innala ni Abraham ni Ismael a putotna, ken dagiti amin a naiyanak iti sangkabalayanna, ken dagiti amin a nagatang babaen iti kuartana, tunggal lalaki kadagiti tattao iti sangkabalayan ni Abraham ket kinugitna ti akinruar a kudil ti lasagda iti dayta met laeng nga aldaw, a kas kinuna ti Dios kenkuana.
24 Abraham also himselfe was ninetie yeere olde and nine, when the foreskinne of his flesh was circumcised.
Agtawen ni Abraham iti siam a pulo ket siam idi nakugit ti akinruar a kudil ti lasagna.
25 And Ishmael his sonne was thirteene yeere olde, when the foreskinne of his flesh was circumcised.
Ken sangapulo ket tallo ti tawen ni Ismael idi nakugit ti akinruar a kudil ti lasagna.
26 The selfe same day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his sonne:
Agpada a nakugit da Abraham ken Ismael iti dayta met laeng nga aldaw.
27 And all the men of his house, both borne in his house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.
Amin a lallaki iti sangkabalayanna ket kaduana a nakugit, a pakairamanan dagidiay naiyanak iti uneg ti sangkabalayanna ken dagidiay nagatang babaen iti kuarta manipud iti ganggannaet.
