< Ezekiel 9 >
1 He cryed also with a loude voyce in mine eares, saying, The visitations of the citie draw neere, and euery man hath a weapon in his hande to destroy it.
Tete mesee wòdo ɣli sesĩe gblɔ be, “Mikplɔ dua ŋu dzɔlawo va afii, ɖe sia ɖe natsɔ aʋawɔnu ɖe asi”
2 And beholde, sixe men came by the way of the hie gate, which lieth towarde the North, and euery man a weapon in his hande to destroy it: and one man among them was clothed with linen, with a writers ynkhorne by his side, and they went in and stoode beside the brasen altar.
Mekpɔ ame ade wotso dzigbegbo si dze ŋgɔ anyiehe la gbɔ gbɔna; ɖe sia ɖe lé aʋawɔnu dziŋɔ aɖe ɖe asi. Ame aɖe nɔ wo dome, edo aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu, eye wòkpla agbalẽŋlɔnuwo ɖe eƒe axame. Woge ɖe eme, eye wotsi tsitre ɖe akɔblivɔsamlekpui la xa.
3 And the glorie of the God of Israel was gone vp from ye Cherub, whereupon he was and stoode on the doore of the house, and he called to the man clothed with linnen, which had the writers ynkhorne by his side.
Azɔ la, Israel ƒe Mawu la ƒe ŋutikɔkɔe ho tso kerubiawo tame, afi si wònɔ tsã, eye wòyi gbedoxɔ la ƒe kpui nu. Tete Yehowa yɔ ame si do aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu, ame si ƒe aklito agbalẽŋlɔnuwo le la,
4 And the Lord said vnto him, Goe through the middes of the citie, euen through the middes of Ierusalem and set a marke vpon the foreheads of them that mourne, and cry for all the abominations that be done in the middes thereof.
eye wògblɔ nɛ be, “Yi, nàto Yerusalem du la katã me, eye nàde dzesi ŋgonu na ame siwo se veve eye wole nu xam le ŋunyɔnu siwo wowɔna le dua me la ŋuti.”
5 And to the other he said, that I might heare, Goe ye after him through the citie, and smite: let your eye spare none, neither haue pitie.
Esi menɔ to ɖom la, egblɔ na ame bubuawo be, “Midze eyome to du la me, eye miawu amewo. Migakpɔ nublanui na ame aɖeke loo, alo miaƒe dɔ me natrɔ ɖe ame aɖeke ŋu o.
6 Destroy vtterly the old, and the yong, and the maides, and the children, and the women, but touch no man, vpon whome is the marke, and begin at my Sanctuarie. Then they began at the Ancient men, which were before the house.
Miwu ŋutsu tsitsiwo, ɖekakpuiwo, ɖetugbiwo, nyɔnuwo kple ɖeviwo siaa, gake migaka asi ame aɖeke si ŋu dzesi le la ŋu o.” Midze egɔme tso ame tsitsi siwo nɔ gbedoxɔ la ŋgɔ la dzi.
7 And he sayde vnto them, Defile the house, and fill the courtes with the slaine, then goe foorth: and they went out, and slewe them in the citie.
Eye wògblɔ na wo be, “Migblẽ kɔ ɖo na gbedoxɔ la, eye miana ame kukuawo nayɔ eƒe xɔxɔnu. Miyi!” Ale woyi, eye wode asi ameawo wuwu me le du la katã me.
8 Nowe when they had slaine them, and I had escaped, I fell downe vpon my face, and cryed, saying, Ah Lord God, wilt thou destroy all the residue of Israel, in powring out thy wrath vpon Ierusalem?
Esi wonɔ ameawo wum, eye nye ɖeka metsi anyi la, metsyɔ mo anyi, eye medo ɣli be, “Ao! Aƒetɔ Yehowa! Ɖe nèle Israel ƒe ame mamlɛawo katã tsrɔ̃ ge le wò dɔmedzoe kɔkɔ sia ɖe Yerusalem ŋu la mea?”
9 Then saide he vnto me, The iniquitie of the house of Israel, and Iudah is exceeding great, so that the lande is full of blood, and the citie full of corrupt iudgement: for they say, The Lord hath forsaken the earth, and the Lord seeth vs not.
Eɖo eŋu nam be, “Israel kple Yuda ƒe aƒe la ƒe nu vɔ̃ sɔ gbɔ ŋutɔŋutɔ, ʋukɔkɔɖi xɔ anyigba la dzi, eye nu madzɔmadzɔ wɔwɔ yɔ du la me. Wogblɔna be, ‘Yehowa gbe nu le anyigba la gbɔ. Yehowa mekpɔa nu o.’
10 As touching me also, mine eye shall not spare them, neither will I haue pitie, but will recompence their wayes vpon their heades.
Eya ta nyemakpɔ nublanui na wo alo atsɔe ake wo o, ke boŋ mana nu si wowɔ la nava woawo ŋutɔ ƒe ta dzi.”
11 And beholde, the man clothed with linen which had the ynkhorne by his side, made report, and saide, Lord, I haue done as thou hast commanded me.
Tete ame si do aklala biɖibiɖi ƒe awu, eye agbalẽŋlɔnuwo le eƒe axame la gblɔ be, “Mewɔ nu si nèɖo nam be mawɔ.”
