Ezekiel 37
1 The hand of the Lord was vpon me, and caryed me out in ye spirit of ye Lord, and set me downe in ye mids of the field, which was full of bones.
൧യഹോവയുടെ കൈ എന്റെ മേൽ വന്ന്, യഹോവയുടെ ആത്മാവിൽ എന്നെ പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച്, താഴ്വരയുടെ നടുവിൽ നിർത്തി; അത് അസ്ഥികൾകൊണ്ടു നിറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു.
2 And he led me round about by them, and beholde, they were very many in the open fielde, and lo, they were very drie.
൨അവിടുന്ന് എന്നെ അവയുടെ ഇടയിലൂടെ ചുറ്റിനടക്കുമാറാക്കി; തുറസ്സായ താഴ്വരയിൽ അവ എത്രയും അധികമായിരുന്നു; അവ ഏറ്റവും ഉണങ്ങിയുമിരുന്നു.
3 And he sayde vnto me, Sonne of man, can these bones liue? And I answered, O Lord God, thou knowest.
൩അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട്: “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഈ അസ്ഥികൾ ജീവിക്കുമോ” എന്നു ചോദിച്ചു; അതിന് ഞാൻ: “യഹോവയായ കർത്താവേ, അങ്ങ് അറിയുന്നു” എന്നുത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു.
4 Againe he sayde vnto me, Prophecie vpon these bones and say vnto them, O ye dry bones, heare the word of the Lord.
൪അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട് കല്പിച്ചത്: “നീ ഈ അസ്ഥികളെക്കുറിച്ചു പ്രവചിച്ച് അവയോടു പറയേണ്ടത്: “ഉണങ്ങിയ അസ്ഥികളേ, യഹോവയുടെ വചനം കേൾക്കുവിൻ!
5 Thus saith the Lord God vnto these bones, Behold, I wil cause breath to enter into you, and ye shall liue.
൫യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഈ അസ്ഥികളോട് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ശ്വാസം അയയ്ക്കും.
6 And I will lay sinewes vpon you, and make flesh growe vpon you, and couer you with skinne, and put breath in you, that ye may liue, and yee shall know that I am the Lord.
൬ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെമേൽ ഞരമ്പുവച്ച് മാംസം പിടിപ്പിച്ച് നിങ്ങളെ ത്വക്കുകൊണ്ടു പൊതിഞ്ഞ് നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന് നിങ്ങളിലേക്ക് ശ്വാസം അയയ്ക്കും; ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും”.
7 So I prophecied, as I was commanded: and as I prophecied, there was a noyse, and beholde, there was a shaking, and the bones came together, bone to his bone.
൭എന്നോട് കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചു; ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഒരു മുഴക്കം കേട്ടു; ഉടനെ ഒരു ഭൂകമ്പം ഉണ്ടായി, അസ്ഥി അസ്ഥിയോടു വന്നുചേർന്നു.
8 And when I beheld, loe, the sinewes, and the flesh grewe vpon them, and aboue, the skinne couered them, but there was no breath in them.
൮പിന്നെ ഞാൻ നോക്കി: അവയുടെമേൽ ഞരമ്പും മാംസവും വന്നതും അവയുടെമേൽ ത്വക്കുപൊതിഞ്ഞതും കണ്ടു; എന്നാൽ ശ്വാസം അവയിൽ ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല.
9 Then sayd he vnto me, Prophecie vnto the winde: prophecie, sonne of man, and say to the winde, Thus sayth the Lord God, Come from the foure windes, O breath, and breathe vpon these slayne, that they may liue.
൯അപ്പോൾ അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട് കല്പിച്ചത്: “ശ്വാസത്തോട് പ്രവചിക്കുക; മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ പ്രവചിച്ച് കാറ്റിനോടു പറയേണ്ടത്: ‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ശ്വാസമേ, നീ നാല് കാറ്റുകളിൽനിന്നും വന്ന് ഈ നിഹതന്മാർ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവരുടെ മേൽ ഊതുക”.
10 So I prophecied as hee had commanded me: and the breath came into them, and they liued, and stood vp vpon their feete, an exceeding great armie.
൧൦അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട് കല്പിച്ചതുപോലെ ഞാൻ പ്രവചിച്ചപ്പോൾ ശ്വാസം അവരിൽ വന്നു; അവർ ജീവിച്ച് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സൈന്യമായി നിവിർന്നുനിന്നു.
11 Then he sayd vnto me, Sonne of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, Our bones are dried, and our hope is gone, and we are cleane cut off.
൧൧പിന്നെ അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തത്: “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, ഈ അസ്ഥികൾ യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹം മുഴുവനും ആകുന്നു; ‘ഞങ്ങളുടെ അസ്ഥികൾ ഉണങ്ങി, ഞങ്ങളുടെ പ്രത്യാശക്കു ഭംഗം വന്ന്, ഞങ്ങൾ തീരെ മുടിഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു’ എന്ന് അവർ പറയുന്നു.
12 Therefore prophecie, and say vnto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Beholde, my people, I will open your graues, and cause you to come vp out of your sepulchres, and bring you into the lande of Israel,
൧൨അതുകൊണ്ട് നീ പ്രവചിച്ച് അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടത്: ‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: എന്റെ ജനമേ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ശവക്കുഴി തുറന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ ശവക്കുഴിയിൽനിന്നു കയറ്റി യിസ്രായേൽദേശത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ടുപോകും.
13 And yee shall knowe that I am the Lord, when I haue opened your graues, O my people, and brought you vp out of your sepulchres,
൧൩അങ്ങനെ എന്റെ ജനമേ, ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളുടെ ശവക്കുഴി തുറന്ന് നിങ്ങളെ ശവക്കുഴിയിൽനിന്നു കയറ്റുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ എന്ന് നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
14 And shall put my Spirit in you, and ye shall liue, and I shall place you in your owne land: then yee shall knowe that I the Lord haue spoken it, and performed it, sayth the Lord.
൧൪നിങ്ങൾ ജീവിക്കേണ്ടതിന് ഞാൻ എന്റെ ശ്വാസത്തെ നിങ്ങളിൽ ആക്കും; ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ സ്വദേശത്ത് പാർപ്പിക്കും; യഹോവയായ ഞാൻ അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു നിവർത്തിച്ചുമിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും’ എന്ന് യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട്”.
15 The word of the Lord came againe vnto me, saying,
൧൫യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായതെന്തെന്നാൽ:
16 Moreouer thou sonne of man, take thee a piece of wood, and write vpon it, Vnto Iudah, and to the children of Israel his companions the take another piece of wood, and write vpon it, Vnto Ioseph the tree of Ephraim, and to al the house of Israel his companions.
൧൬മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ ഒരു വടി എടുത്ത് അതിന്മേൽ: ‘യെഹൂദയ്ക്കും അവനോട് ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന യിസ്രായേൽമക്കൾക്കും’ എന്ന് എഴുതിവയ്ക്കുക; പിന്നെ മറ്റൊരു വടി എടുത്ത് അതിന്മേൽ: ‘എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ വടിയായ യോസേഫിനും അവനോട് ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ യിസ്രായേൽ ഗൃഹത്തിനും’ എന്ന് എഴുതിവയ്ക്കുക.
17 And thou shalt ioyne the one to another into one tree, and they shalbe as one in thine hand.
൧൭പിന്നെ നീ അവയെ ഒരു വടിയായി ഒന്നോടൊന്നു ചേർക്കുക; അവ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഒന്നായിത്തീരും.
18 And when the children of thy people shall speake vnto thee, saying, Wilt thou not shewe vs what thou meanest by these?
൧൮‘ഇതിന്റെ അർത്ഥം എന്തെന്ന് നീ ഞങ്ങളെ അറിയിക്കുകയില്ലയോ’ എന്ന് നിന്റെ സ്വജാതിക്കാർ നിന്നോട് ചോദിക്കുമ്പോൾ, നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടത്:
19 Thou shalt answere them, Thus sayeth the Lord God, Behold, I wil take the tree of Ioseph, which is in the hande of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel his fellowes, and will put them with him, euen with the tree of Iudah, and make them one tree, and they shalbe one in mine hand.
൧൯‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ എഫ്രയീമിന്റെ കയ്യിലുള്ള യോസേഫിന്റെ വടിയും അവനോട് ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന എല്ലാ യിസ്രായേൽഗോത്രങ്ങളെയും എടുത്ത് അവരെ അവനോട്, യെഹൂദയുടെ വടിയോടു തന്നെ, ചേർത്ത് ഒരു വടിയാക്കും; അവർ എന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഒന്നായിരിക്കും.’
20 And the pieces of wood, whereon thou writest, shalbe in thine hand, in their sight.
൨൦നീ എഴുതിയ വടികൾ അവരുടെ കൺമുമ്പിൽ നിന്റെ കയ്യിൽ ഇരിക്കണം.
21 And say vnto them, Thus saith the Lord God, Beholde, I will take the children of Israel from among the heathen, whither they be gone, and wil gather them on euery side, and bring them into their owne land.
൨൧പിന്നെ നീ അവരോടു പറയേണ്ടത്: ‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളെ അവർ ചെന്നു ചേർന്നിരിക്കുന്ന ജനതകളുടെ ഇടയിൽനിന്ന് കൂട്ടി എല്ലാഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും സ്വരൂപിച്ച് സ്വദേശത്തേക്കു കൊണ്ടുവരും.
22 And I will make them one people in the lande, vpon the mountaines of Israel, and one king shalbe king to them all: and they shalbe no more two peoples, neither bee deuided any more henceforth into two kingdomes.
൨൨ഞാൻ അവരെ ദേശത്ത്, യിസ്രായേൽ പർവ്വതങ്ങളിൽ തന്നെ, ഏകജനതയാക്കും; ഒരു രാജാവ് അവർക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും രാജാവായിരിക്കും; അവർ ഇനി രണ്ടു ജനതയായിരിക്കുകയില്ല, രണ്ടു രാജ്യമായി പിരിയുകയുമില്ല.
23 Neither shall they bee polluted any more with their idoles, nor with their abominations, nor with any of their transgressions: but I will saue them out of all their dwelling places, wherein they haue sinned, and will clense them: so shall they be my people, and I will be their God.
൨൩അവർ ഇനി വിഗ്രഹങ്ങളാലും മ്ലേച്ഛതകളാലും യാതൊരു അതിക്രമത്താലും അവരെ സ്വയം മലിനമാക്കുകയില്ല; അവർ പാപം ചെയ്ത അവരുടെ സകല വാസസ്ഥലങ്ങളിലുംനിന്ന് ഞാൻ അവരെ രക്ഷിച്ചു ശുദ്ധീകരിക്കും; അങ്ങനെ അവർ എനിക്ക് ജനമായും ഞാൻ അവർക്ക് ദൈവമായും ഇരിക്കും.
24 And Dauid my seruant shalbe king ouer them, and they all shall haue one shepheard: they shall also walke in my iudgements, and obserue my statutes, and doe them.
൨൪എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദ് അവർക്ക് രാജാവായിരിക്കും; അവർക്കെല്ലാവർക്കും ഒരു ഇടയൻ ഉണ്ടാകും; അവർ എന്റെ വിധികളിൽ നടന്ന് എന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങളെ പ്രമാണിച്ച് അനുഷ്ഠിക്കും.
25 And they shall dwell in the lande, that I haue giuen vnto Iaakob my seruant, where your fathers haue dwelt, and they shall dwel therein, euen they, and their sonnes, and their sonnes sonnes for euer, and my seruant Dauid shall bee their prince for euer.
൨൫എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബിനു ഞാൻ കൊടുത്തതും നിങ്ങളുടെ പൂര്‍വ്വ പിതാക്കന്മാർ വസിച്ചിരുന്നതും ആയ ദേശത്ത് അവർ വസിക്കും; അവരും, മക്കളും, മക്കളുടെ മക്കളും എന്നേക്കും അവിടെ വസിക്കും; എന്റെ ദാസനായ ദാവീദ് എന്നേക്കും അവർക്ക് പ്രഭുവായിരിക്കും.
26 Moreouer, I will make a couenant of peace with them: it shall be an euerlasting couenant with them, and I wil place them, and multiply them, and wil set my Sanctuarie among them for euermore.
൨൬ഞാൻ അവരോട് ഒരു സമാധാനനിയമം ചെയ്യും; അത് അവർക്ക് ഒരു ശാശ്വതനിയമം ആയിരിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവരെ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി, വർദ്ധിപ്പിച്ച് അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരത്തെ സദാകാലത്തേക്കും സ്ഥാപിക്കും.
27 My tabernacle also shalbe with them: yea, I will be their God, and they shalbe my people.
൨൭എന്റെ നിവാസം അവരോടുകൂടി ആയിരിക്കും; ഞാൻ അവർക്ക് ദൈവമായും അവർ എനിക്ക് ജനമായും ഇരിക്കും.
28 Thus the heathen shall knowe, that I the Lord do sanctifie Israel, when my Sanctuarie shall be among them for euermore.
൨൮എന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരം സദാകാലത്തേക്കും അവരുടെ നടുവിൽ ഇരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേലിനെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കുന്ന യഹോവയെന്ന് ജനതകൾ അറിയും.
