Ezekiel 28
1 The word of the Lord came againe vnto me, saying,
യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായി:
2 Sonne of man, say vnto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saieth the Lord God, Because thine heart is exalted, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God in ye mids of the sea, yet thou art but a man and not God, and though thou didest thinke in thine heart, that thou wast equall with God,
“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, സോരിലെ ഭരണാധികാരിയോടു പറയുക: ‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “‘നിന്റെ ഹൃദയത്തിലെ നിഗളത്തിൽ, “ഞാൻ ദൈവമാകുന്നു; സമുദ്രമധ്യേ ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിൽ ഉപവിഷ്ടനായിരിക്കുന്നു,” എന്നും നീ അവകാശപ്പെടുന്നു. എന്നാൽ ദൈവത്തെപ്പോലെ ജ്ഞാനിയെന്ന് നീ നിന്നെക്കുറിച്ചു ചിന്തിക്കുന്നെങ്കിലും, നീ ഒരു ദേവനല്ല കേവലം മനുഷ്യനത്രേ.
3 Behold, thou art wiser then Daniel: there is no secrete, that they can hide from thee.
നീ ദാനീയേലിനെക്കാളും ജ്ഞാനിയോ? ഒരു രഹസ്യവും നിനക്കു മറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നില്ലേ?
4 With thy wisedome and thine vnderstanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten golde and siluer into thy treasures.
നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനവും വിവേകവുംനിമിത്തം നീ നിനക്കുവേണ്ടി സമ്പത്തു നേടുകയും നിന്റെ ഭണ്ഡാരങ്ങളിൽ സ്വർണവും വെള്ളിയും വർധിപ്പിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
5 By thy great wisedome and by thine occupying hast thou increased thy riches, and thine heart is lifted vp because of thy riches.
വ്യാപാരത്തിൽ നിനക്കുള്ള വൈദഗ്ദ്ധ്യം നിമിത്തം നീ നിന്റെ സമ്പത്തു വർധിപ്പിച്ചു; നിന്റെ സമ്പത്തുനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിഗളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.
6 Therefore thus sayeth the Lord God, Because thou didest thinke in thine heart, that thou wast equall with God,
“‘അതിനാൽ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “‘നീ ജ്ഞാനി എന്ന്, ഒരു ദേവനെപ്പോലെ ജ്ഞാനിയെന്നു കരുതുന്നതുമൂലവും,
7 Behold, therefore I wil bring strangers vpon thee, euen the terrible nations: and they shall drawe their swordes against the beautie of thy wisedome, and they shall defile thy brightnes.
ഞാൻ രാഷ്ട്രങ്ങളിൽവെച്ച് ഏറ്റവും നിഷ്ഠുരരായ വിദേശികളെ നിങ്ങൾക്കെതിരേ വരുത്തും; അവർ നിന്റെ സൗന്ദര്യത്തിനും ജ്ഞാനത്തിനുമെതിരേ വാൾ പ്രയോഗിച്ച് നിന്റെ ഉജ്ജ്വലപ്രതാപത്തെ കുത്തിത്തുളയ്ക്കും.
8 They shall cast thee downe to the pit, and thou shalt die the death of them, that are slaine in the middes of the sea.
അവർ നിന്നെ കുഴിയിലേക്കു തള്ളിയിടും, സമുദ്രമധ്യേയുള്ള നിന്റെ മരണം ഭയാനകമായ ഒന്നായിരിക്കും.
9 Wilt thou say then before him, that slayeth thee, I am a god? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hands of him that slayeth thee.
അപ്പോൾ നിന്നെ കൊല്ലുന്നവരുടെമുമ്പിൽ “ഞാൻ ദേവൻ ആകുന്നു,” എന്നു നീ പറയുമോ? നിന്നെ സംഹരിക്കുന്നവരുടെ കൈക്കീഴിൽ നീ ദേവനല്ല, ഒരു മനുഷ്യൻമാത്രമായിരിക്കും.
10 Thou shalt die the death of the vncircumcised by the hands of stragers: for I haue spoken it, sayth the Lord God.
വിദേശീയരുടെ കൈകളാൽ നീ പരിച്ഛേദനം ഏൽക്കാത്തവരെപ്പോലെ മരിക്കും. ഞാൻ കൽപ്പിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു, എന്ന് യഹോവയായ കർത്താവിന്റെ അരുളപ്പാട്.’”
11 Moreouer the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്ക് ഇപ്രകാരം ഉണ്ടായി:
12 Sonne of man, take vp a lamentation vpon the King of Tyrus, and say vnto him, Thus sayeth the Lord God, Thou sealest vp the summe, and art full of wisedome and perfite in beautie.
“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, സോർരാജാവിനെക്കുറിച്ച് ഒരു വിലാപഗീതം പാടി അവനോട് പറയുക: ‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “‘നീ പരിപൂർണതയുടെ മാതൃകയായിരുന്നു, ജ്ഞാനസമ്പൂർണനും തികഞ്ഞ സൗന്ദര്യം ഉള്ളവനുംതന്നെ.
13 Thou hast ben in Eden the garden of God: euery precious stone was in thy garment, the rubie, the topaze and the diamonde, the chrysolite, the onix, and the iasper, the saphir, emeraude, and the carbuncle and golde: the woorkemanship of thy timbrels, and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
നീ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ തോട്ടമായ ഏദെനിൽ ആയിരുന്നു; ചെമന്നരത്നം, പീതരത്നം, വജ്രം, പുഷ്യരാഗം, ഗോമേദകം, സൂര്യകാന്തം, നീലക്കല്ല്, മാണിക്യം, മരതകം എന്നിങ്ങനെയുള്ള എല്ലാ വിശിഷ്ടരത്നങ്ങളാലും നീ അലങ്കരിക്കപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു. നിന്നെ നിർമിച്ചനാളിൽത്തന്നെ അവയെല്ലാം ഒരുക്കപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു നിന്റെ ആഭരണങ്ങളും അലങ്കാരവസ്തുക്കളും സ്വർണനിർമിതവുമായിരുന്നു.
14 Thou art the anointed Cherub, that couereth, and I haue set thee in honour: thou wast vpon the holy mountaine of God: thou hast walked in the middes of the stones of fire.
നീ അഭിഷിക്തനും സംരക്ഷകനുമായ കെരൂബ് ആയിരുന്നു; കാരണം, അതായിരുന്നു നിന്റെ നിയോഗം. നീ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധപർവതത്തിൽ ആയിരുന്നു; നീ ആഗ്നേയരഥങ്ങളുടെ മധ്യേ സഞ്ചരിച്ചുപോന്നു.
15 Thou wast perfite in thy wayes from the day that thou wast created, till iniquitie was found in thee.
നിന്നെ സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ദിവസംമുതൽ നിന്നിൽ ദുഷ്ടത കണ്ടെത്തുംവരെ നിന്റെ നടപ്പിൽ നീ നിഷ്കളങ്കനായിരുന്നു.
16 By the multitude of thy marchandise, they haue filled the middes of thee with crueltie, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as prophane out of the mountaine of God: and I will destroy thee, O couering Cherub from the mids of the stones of fire.
നിന്റെ വ്യാപാരത്തിന്റെ ബാഹുല്യംനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ അന്തരംഗം അക്രമത്താൽ നിറഞ്ഞു, അങ്ങനെ നീ പാപംചെയ്തു. അതിനാൽ ഞാൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ പർവതത്തിൽനിന്ന് നിന്നെ അശുദ്ധനെന്ന് എണ്ണി പുറത്താക്കിക്കളഞ്ഞു. സംരക്ഷകനായ കെരൂബേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ആഗ്നേയരഥങ്ങളുടെ മധ്യേനിന്ന് നിഷ്കാസനംചെയ്തു.
17 Thine heart was lifted vp because of thy beautie, and thou hast corrupted thy wisedome by reason of thy brightnes: I wil cast thee to ye grounde: I will lay thee before Kinges that they may beholde thee.
നിന്റെ സൗന്ദര്യം നിമിത്തം നിന്റെ ഹൃദയം നിഗളിച്ചു; നിന്റെ തേജസ്സുനിമിത്തം നിന്റെ ജ്ഞാനത്തെ നീ ദുഷിപ്പിച്ചു. തന്മൂലം ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് എറിഞ്ഞുകളഞ്ഞു. രാജാക്കന്മാരുടെമുമ്പിൽ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഒരു പ്രദർശന വസ്തുവാക്കിത്തീർത്തു.
18 Thou hast defiled thy sanctification by the multitude of thine iniquities, and by the iniquitie of thy marchandise: therefore wil I bring forth a fire from the mids of thee, which shall deuoure thee: and I wil bring thee to ashes vpon the earth, in the sight of all them that beholde thee.
നിന്റെ അനവധിയായ പാപംകൊണ്ടും വ്യാപാരത്തിലെ നീതികേടുകൊണ്ടും നിന്റെ വിശുദ്ധമന്ദിരങ്ങളെ നീ അശുദ്ധമാക്കി. അതിനാൽ നിന്റെ മധ്യത്തിൽനിന്ന് ഞാൻ ഒരു തീ പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കും, അതു നിന്നെ ദഹിപ്പിച്ചുകളഞ്ഞു. നിന്നെ നോക്കിക്കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന എല്ലാവരുടെയും കൺമുന്നിൽവെച്ചുതന്നെ ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഭസ്മമാക്കി മാറ്റിക്കളയും.
19 All they that knowe thee among the people, shalbe astonished at thee: thou shalt be a terrour, and neuer shalt thou be any more.
നിന്നെ അറിഞ്ഞിരുന്ന സകലജനതകളും നിന്നെക്കണ്ടു സ്തബ്ധരാകും; ഒരു ഭീകരമായ അന്ത്യത്തിലേക്കു നീ വന്നെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു നീ എന്നേക്കുമായി ഇല്ലാതെയാകും.’”
20 Againe, the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
യഹോവയുടെ അരുളപ്പാട് എനിക്കുണ്ടായി:
21 Sonne of man, set thy face against Zidon, and prophesie against it,
“മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നിന്റെ മുഖം സീദോന് എതിരേ തിരിച്ച്, അവൾക്കെതിരേ പ്രവചിക്കുക:
22 And say, Thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I come against thee, O Zidon, and I will be glorified in the mids of thee: and they shall know that I am the Lord, when I shall haue executed iudgements in her, and shalbe sanctified in her.
‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: “‘സീദോനേ, ഞാൻ നിനക്ക് എതിരായിരിക്കുന്നു, നിന്റെ മധ്യേ ഞാൻ എന്റെ മഹത്ത്വം വെളിപ്പെടുത്തും. ഞാൻ നിന്നിൽ ശിക്ഷ നടപ്പാക്കുമ്പോഴും നിങ്ങളുടെ മധ്യത്തിൽ ഞാൻ വിശുദ്ധൻ എന്നു തെളിയിക്കുമ്പോഴും ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
23 For I wil send into her pestilence, and blood into her streetes, and the slaine shall fall in the middes of her: the enemie shall come against her with the sword on euery side, and they shall know that I am the Lord.
ഞാൻ അതിൽ ഒരു പകർച്ചവ്യാധി വരുത്തി അതിന്റെ തെരുവീഥികളിലൂടെ രക്തം ഒഴുക്കും. എല്ലാ ഭാഗത്തുനിന്നും നിനക്കെതിരേ വരുന്ന വാളിനാൽ നിഹതന്മാരായവർ നിന്റെ മധ്യേ വീഴും. അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്നു നിങ്ങൾ അറിയും.
24 And they shalbe no more a pricking thorne vnto the house of Israel, nor any grieuous thorne of all that are round about them, and despised them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord God.
“‘ഇസ്രായേൽജനത്തിന് ഇനിയൊരിക്കലും വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന പറക്കാരയും മൂർച്ചയുള്ള മുള്ളുകളുമായി വിദ്വേഷം വെച്ചുപുലർത്തുന്ന അയൽക്കാർ ഉണ്ടാകുകയില്ല. ഞാൻ യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ആകുന്നു എന്ന് അപ്പോൾ അവർ അറിയും.
25 Thus saith the Lord God, When I shall haue gathered the house of Israel from the people where they are scattered, and shalbe sanctified in them in the sight of the heathen, then shall they dwel in the land, that I haue giuen to my seruant Iaakob.
“‘യഹോവയായ കർത്താവ് ഇപ്രകാരം അരുളിച്ചെയ്യുന്നു: ഇസ്രായേൽജനത്തെ അവർ ചിതറിപ്പോയിരിക്കുന്ന രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് ഞാൻ കൂട്ടിച്ചേർക്കുമ്പോൾ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ ദൃഷ്ടിയിൽ ഞാൻ എന്നെത്തന്നെ വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കും. അപ്പോൾ അവർ ഞാൻ എന്റെ ദാസനായ യാക്കോബിനു കൊടുത്ത അവരുടെ സ്വന്തം ദേശത്തുപാർക്കും.
26 And they shall dwell safely therein, and shall builde houses, and plant vineyards: yea, they shall dwell safely, when I haue executed iudgements vpon al round about them that despise them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord their God.
അവർ അവിടെ സുരക്ഷിതരായി താമസിച്ച് വീടുകളും മുന്തിരിത്തോപ്പുകളും ഉണ്ടാക്കും. അവരോട് വിദ്വേഷം വെച്ചുപുലർത്തിയ അവരുടെ എല്ലാ അയൽക്കാർക്കും ഞാൻ ശിക്ഷാവിധി നൽകുമ്പോൾ അവർ നിർഭയരായി വസിക്കും. അപ്പോൾ ഞാൻ അവരുടെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ ആകുന്നു എന്ന് അവർ അറിയും.’”
