Ezekiel 25

1 The worde of the Lord came againe vnto me, saying,

Und es geschah Jehovahs Wort zu mir, sprechend:

2 Sonne of man, set thy face against the Ammonites, and prophecie against them,

Menschensohn, richte dein Angesicht wider die Söhne Ammons und weissage wider sie,

3 And say vnto the Ammonites, Heare the word of the Lord God, Thus saith the Lord God, Because thou saydest, Ha, ha, against my Sanctuarie, when it was polluted, and against the land of Israel, when it was desolate, and against the house of Iudah, when they went into captiuitie,

Und sprich zu den Söhnen Ammons: Höret das Wort des Herrn Jehovah! So spricht der Herr Jehovah: Weil du Ha! gesagt über Mein Heiligtum, als es entweiht wurde, und über den Boden Israels, als er verwüstet ward, und über das Haus Jehudah, als es in die Verbannung ging;

4 Beholde, therefore I will deliuer thee to the men of the East for a possession, and they shall set their palaces in thee, and make their dwellings in thee: they shall eate thy fruite, and they shall drinke thy milke.

Darum, siehe, gebe Ich dich den Söhnen des Ostens zum Erbbesitz, daß ihre Gehöfte sie bei dir bewohnen, und ihre Wohnungen bei dir machen. Sie werden essen deine Frucht und sie werden trinken deine Milch.

5 And I will make Rabbah a dwelling place for camels, and the Ammonites a sheepecote, and ye shall knowe that I am the Lord.

Und Rabbah gebe Ich zum Wohnort für die Kamele, und die Söhne Ammons zum Lagerplatz des Kleinviehs, und wissen sollt ihr, daß Ich Jehovah bin.

6 For thus saith the Lord God, Because thou hast clapped the hands, and stamped with the feete, and reioyced in heart with all thy despite against the land of Israel,

Denn also spricht der Herr Jehovah: Weil du in die Hand geklatscht und mit dem Fuße gestampft und mit aller Verhöhnung in der Seele über den Boden Israels fröhlich warst;

7 Beholde, therefore I will stretche out mine hand vpon thee, and will deliuer thee to be spoyled of the heathen, and I will roote thee out from the people, and I will cause thee to be destroyed out of the countreys, and I will destroy thee, and thou shalt know that I am the Lord.

Darum, siehe, recke Ich Meine Hand aus über dich, und gebe dich zum Raub den Völkerschaften und rotte dich von den Völkern aus und zerstöre dich aus den Ländern und vernichte dich, daß du wissest, daß Ich Jehovah bin.

8 Thus saith the Lord God, Because that Moab and Seir doe say, Beholde, the house of Iudah is like vnto all the heathen,

So spricht der Herr Jehovah: Weil Moab und Seir sprachen: Siehe, wie alle Völkerschaften ist das Haus Jehudah!

9 Therefore, beholde, I will open the side of Moab, euen of the cities of his cities, I say, in his frontiers with the pleasant countrey, Beth-ieshimoth, Baal-meon, and Karia-thaim.

Darum, siehe, öffne Ich die Seite Moabs von den Städten her, von seinen Städten her von seinem Ende, die Zierde des Landes, Beth Jeschimoth, Baal Meon und Kirjathajim zu,

10 I will call the men of the East against the Ammonites, and will giue them in possession, so that the Ammonites shall no more be remembred among the nations,

Den Söhnen des Ostens, bei den Söhnen Ammons, und gebe sie zum Erbbesitz, damit man der Söhne Ammons nicht mehr gedenken soll unter den Völkerschafen.

11 And I will execute iudgements vpon Moab, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord.

Und über Moab übe Ich Gerichte, daß sie wissen, daß Ich Jehovah bin.

12 Thus sayth the Lord God, Because that Edom hath done euill by taking vengeance vpon the house of Iudah, and hath committed great offence, and reuenged himselfe vpon them,

So spricht der Herr Jehovah: Weil Edom es tat und mit Rache sich rächte am Hause Jehudah, und mit Schuld sich verschuldete und sich an ihnen rächte;

13 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, I will also stretch out mine hand vpon Edom, and destroy man and beast out of it, and I will make it desolate from Teman, and they of Dedan shall fall by the sworde.

Darum, spricht also der Herr Jehovah, will Meine Hand Ich ausstrecken über Edom und von ihm ausrotten Mensch und Vieh, und es zur Öde machen, von Theman an, und bis nach Dedan; sie sollen fallen durch das Schwert;

14 And I will execute my vengeance vpon Edom by the hand of my people Israel, and they shall doe in Edom according to mine anger, and according to mine indignation, and they shall know my vengeance, sayth the Lord God.

Und Meine Rache will Ich üben an Edom durch die Hand Meines Volkes Israel, so daß sie tun an Edom nach Meinem Zorn und nach Meinem Grimm. Und sie sollen erkennen Meine Rache, spricht der Herr Jehovah.

15 Thus sayth the Lord God, Because the Philistims haue executed vengeance, and reuenged themselues with a despitefull heart, to destroy it for the olde hatred,

So spricht der Herr Jehovah: Dafür, daß die Philister mit Rache handelten und sich mit Rache rächten mit Verhöhnung in der Seele, sie zu verderben aus ewiger Feindschaft,

16 Therefore thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, I will stretche out mine hand vpon the Philistims, and I will cut off the Cherethims, and destroy the remnant of the sea coast.

Darum, so spricht der Herr Jehovah: Siehe, Ich strecke Meine Hand aus über die Philister und rotte aus die Kerether und zerstöre den Überrest am Gestade des Meeres.

17 And I will execute great vengeance vpon them with rebukes of mine indignation, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord, when I shall lay my vengeance vpon them.

Und Ich will große Rache üben wider sie im Grimme, daß sie wissen, daß Ich Jehovah bin, wenn Meine Rache Ich an ihnen übe.
