Ezekiel 24
1 Again in the ninth yeere, in the tenth moneth, in the tenth day of the moneth, came the worde of the Lord vnto me, saying,
Ary tamin’ ny andro fahafolo tamin’ ny volana fahafolo tamin’ ny taona fahasivy dia tonga tamiko ny tenin’ i Jehovah nanao hoe:
2 Sonne of man, write thee the name of the day, euen of this same day: for the King of Babel set himselfe against Ierusalem this same day.
Ry zanak’ olona, soratinao ny anaran’ ny andro, dia izao andro anio izao; ny mpanjakan’ i Babylona miantomboka mamely an’ i Jerosalema amin’ izao andro anio izao.
3 Therefore speake a parable vnto the rebellious house, and say vnto them, Thus sayth the Lord God, Prepare a pot, prepare it, and also powre water into it.
Ary milazà fanoharana amin’ ny taranaka maditra, ka ataovy aminy hoe: Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Asio vilany eo an-tokoana, eny, ataovy eo an-tokoana, ka asio rano ao anatiny;
4 Gather the pieces thereof into it, euen euery good piece, as the thigh and the shoulder, and fill it with the chiefe bones.
ary arotsahy ao ny vaingambaingany, dia ny vaingambaingany tsara rehetra, na ny feny na ny sorony; fenoy taolana voafantina izy.
5 Take one of the best sheepe, and burne also the bones vnder it, and make it boyle well, and seethe the bones of it therein,
Alao ny ondry voafantina, ka tohofy kitay betsaka ao ambaniny koa hahandroana ny taolana, dia ampangotrahy tsara izy, ka andrahoy ao ny taolany.
6 Because the Lord God sayth thus, Woe to the bloody citie, euen to the pot, whose skomme is therein, and whose skomme is not gone out of it: bring it out piece by piece: let no lot fall vpon it.
Koa izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Lozan’ ny tanàna mpandatsa-drà sy ny vilany izay misy harafesina tsy mety afaka ao anatiny! Loary tsirairay ny vaingambaingany, fa aza anaovana filokana.
7 For her blood is in the middes of her: shee set it vpon an high rocke, and powred it not vpon on the ground to couer it with dust,
Fa ny ràny dia ao aminy; teo ambonin’ ny vatolampy mangadihady no nametrahany azy; tsy naidiny tamin’ ny tany hosaronan’ ny vovoka izy.
8 That it might cause wrath to arise, and take vengeance: euen I haue set her blood vpon an high rocke that it should not be couered.
Mba hampakatra ny fahatezerana hamaliana azy no nametrahako ny ràny teo ambonin’ ny vatolampy mangadihady mba tsy ho voasarona.
9 Therefore thus saith ye Lord God, Woe to the bloody citie, for I will make ye burning great.
Koa izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Lozan’ ny tanàna mpandatsa-drà; Izaho koa hamory kitay betsaka.
10 Heape on much wood: kindle the fire, consume the flesh, and cast in spice, and let the bones be burnt.
Atohofy betsaka ny kitay hazo, ampireheto ny afo, masaho tsara ny hena, ka asio zavatra hahamanitra azy, ary aoka ho may ny taolana.
11 Then set it emptie vpon the coles thereof, that the brasse of it may be hot, and may burne, and that the filthinesse of it may be molten in it, and that the skomme of it may be consumed.
Dia foàny ny vilany, ka ataovy eo ambonin’ ny vainafo hampahafana sy hahamay ny varahiny, ka ho levona eo aminy ny fahalotoany, ary ho afaka ny harafesiny.
12 She hath wearied her selfe with lyes, and her great skomme went not out of her: therefore her skomme shall be consumed with fire.
Efa nanasatra dia nanasatra ny tenany izy, nefa tsy nety afaka ny harafesim-beny; aoka ho eo amin’ ny afo ny harafesiny.
13 Thou remainest in thy filthines and wickednes: because I would haue purged thee, and thou wast not purged, thou shalt not be purged from thy filthines, till I haue caused my wrath to light vpon thee.
Ny fahalotoanao dia misy fahavetavetana; satria nanadio anao Aho, nefa tsy nadio ianao, dia tsy hadio ho afaka amin’ ny fahalotoana intsony ianao ambara-pialako fo aminao.
14 I the Lord haue spoken it: it shall come to passe, and I will doe it: I will not goe backe, neither will I spare, neither will I repent: according to thy wayes, and according to thy workes shall they iudge thee, sayeth the Lord God.
Izaho Jehovah no niteny, ka ho tonga izany ary hataoko; tsy hiahotrahotra Aho, na hiantra, na hanenina; araka ny fanaonao sy ny asanao no hitsarana anao, hoy Jehovah Tompo.
15 Also the worde of ye Lord came vnto me, saying,
Ary tonga tamiko ny tenin’ i Jehovah nanao hoe:
16 Sonne of man beholde, I take away from thee the pleasure of thine eyes with a plague: yet shalt thou neither mourne nor weepe, neither shall thy teares runne downe.
Ry zanak’ olona, indro, efa hesoriko amin’ ny loza indray mamely monja ilay tian’ ny masonao; nefa aza misaona na mitomany na mandatsa-dranomaso akory ianao.
17 Cease from sighing: make no mourning for the dead, and binde the tyre of thine head vpon thee, and put on thy shooes vpon thy feete, and couer not thy lips, and eate not the bread of men.
Misentoa malemilemy ihany ianao, fa aza mitomany na misaona ny maty; afehezo aminao ny hamamanao, ary asio kiraro ny tongotrao, ary aza manarona ny saokanao na mihinana ny fahan-kanina aterin’ olona.
18 So I spake vnto the people in the morning, and at euen my wife dyed: and I did in the morning, as I was commanded.
Ary nony maraina dia niteny tamin’ ny olona aho; ary nony hariva dia maty ny vadiko; ary nony maraina indray dia nanao araka ny efa nandidiana ahy aho.
19 And the people said vnto me, Wilt thou not tell vs what these things meane towarde vs that thou doest so?
Ary hoy ny olona tamiko: Moa tsy holazainao aminay va izay hevitra tokony ho azonay amin’ izao ataonao izao?
20 Then I answered them, The worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
Dia hoy izaho taminy: Tonga tamiko ny tenin’ i Jehovah nanao hoe:
21 Speake vnto the house of Israel, Thus sayth the Lord God, Behold, I will pollute my Sanctuarie, euen the pride of your power, the pleasure of your eyes, and your hearts desire, and your sonnes, and your daughters whom ye haue left, shall fall by the sworde.
Lazao amin’ ny taranak’ Isiraely hoe: Izao no lazain’ i Jehovah Tompo: Indro, holotoiko ny fitoerako masìna, izay reharehan’ ny herinareo, dia ilay tian’ ny masonareo sy mahamanina ny fanahinareo; ary ho lavon’ ny sabatra ny zanakalahinareo sy ny zanakavavinareo, izay nilaozanareo.
22 And ye shall doe as I haue done: ye shall not couer your lippes, neither shall ye eate the bread of men.
Dia manaova tahaka ny nataoko ianareo: aza manarona ny saokanareo ianareo, na mihinana ny fahan-kanina aterin’ olona;
23 And your tyre shalbe vpon your heads, and your shooes vpon your feete: ye shall not mourne nor weepe, but ye shall pine away for your iniquities, and mourne one toward another.
ary aoka ho eo an-dohanareo ny hamamanareo sy ho eo an-tongotrareo ny kiraronareo; aza misaona na mitomany ianareo; fa ho levona noho ny helokareo ianareo ka hifampitoloko.
24 Thus Ezekiel is vnto you a signe: according to all that he hath done, ye shall do: and when this commeth, ye shall know that I am the Lord God.
Ary Ezekiela dia ho famantarana mahagaga ho anareo; koa araka izay rehetra nataony no mba hataonareo; ary rehefa tonga izany, dia ho fantatrareo fa Izaho no Jehovah Tompo.
25 Also, thou sonne of man, shall it not be in the day when I take from them their power, ye ioy of their honor, ye pleasure of their eyes, and the desire of their heart, their sonnes and their daughters?
Ary ianao, ry zanak’ olona, amin’ ny andro hanesorako aminy ny heriny sy ny fifalian’ ny voninahiny, ilay tian’ ny masony sy ilay tian’ ny fanahiny, dia ny zananilahy sy ny zananivavy,
26 That he that escapeth in that day, shall come vnto thee to tell thee that which hee hath heard with his eares?
eny, amin’ izany andro izany dia hisy olona handositra ho tonga any aminao mba hampandre ny sofinao izany;
27 In that day shall thy mouth be opened to him which is escaped, and thou shalt speake, and be no more dumme, and thou shalt be a signe vnto them, and they shall knowe that I am the Lord.
amin’ izany andro izany dia hisokatra miaraka amin’ ny an’ ilay mandositra ny vavanao, ka dia hiteny ianao, fa tsy ho moana intsony; ry ho famantarana mahagaga aminy ianao; ka dia ho fantany fa Izaho no Jehovah.
