Ezekiel 16

1 Again, the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,

ପୁନର୍ବାର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋʼ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା,

2 Sonne of man, cause Ierusalem to knowe her abominations,

“ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ତାହାର ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟାସକଳ ଜଣାଅ,

3 And say, Thus saith the Lord God vnto Ierusalem, Thine habitation and thy kindred is of the land of Canaan: thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.

ଆଉ କୁହ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି: ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉତ୍ପତ୍ତି ଓ ଜନ୍ମସ୍ଥାନ କିଣାନୀୟ ଦେଶ ଅଟେ; ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପିତା ଇମୋରୀୟ ଓ ମାତା ଜଣେ ହିତ୍ତୀୟା ଥିଲା।

4 And in thy natiuitie whe thou wast borne, thy nauell was not cut: thou wast not washed in water to soften thee: thou wast not salted with salt, nor swadled in cloutes.

ତୁମ୍ଭ ଜନ୍ମର ବିବରଣ ଏହି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜନ୍ମ ହେବା ଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନାଭି କଟା ହୋଇ ନ ଥିଲା, କିଅବା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପରିଷ୍କାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଜଳରେ ସ୍ନାନ କରାଯାଇ ନ ଥିଲା; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲବଣରେ ମଖାଯାଇ ନ ଥିଲ, କିଅବା ପଟୀରେ ଗୁଡ଼ା ଯାଇ ନ ଥିଲ।

5 None eye pitied thee to do any of these vnto thee, for to haue compassion vpon thee, but thou wast cast out in the open fielde to the contempt of thy person in ye day that thou wast borne.

ଏହିସବୁ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ କୌଣସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ପାଇଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା ବହିବା ପାଇଁ କେହି ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ସ୍ନେହ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ନ କଲା; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜନ୍ମ ହେବା ଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଅବସ୍ଥା ସକାଶୁ ଖୋଲା ପଡ଼ିଆରେ ଫୋପଡ଼ା ଯାଇଥିଲ।

6 And when I passed by thee, I saw thee polluted in thine owne blood, and I said vnto thee, whe thou wast in thy blood, Thou shalt liue: euen when thou wast in thy blood, I saide vnto thee, Thou shalt liue.

ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟ ଦେଇ ଗଲୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ତରେ ଛଟପଟ ହେବାର ଦେଖିଲୁ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିଲୁ, ‘ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ରକ୍ତରେ (ଲିପ୍ତ) ଥିଲେ ହେଁ ଜୀବିତ ହୁଅ; ହଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ରକ୍ତରେ (ଲିପ୍ତ) ଥିଲେ ହେଁ ଜୀବିତ ହୁଅ;’ ଏହି କଥା ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କହିଲୁ।

7 I haue caused thee to multiplie as the bud of the fielde, and thou hast increased and waxen great, and thou hast gotten excellent ornaments: thy breastes are facioned, thine heare is growen, where as thou wast naked and bare.

ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଉଦ୍ଭିଦ ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବହୁସଂଖ୍ୟକ କରାଇଲୁ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଇ ଅତି ବଡ଼ ହୋଇ ଉଠିଲ ଓ ମହାଶୋଭାରୂପ ଅଳଙ୍କାର ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେଲ; ତୁମ୍ଭର ସ୍ତନଯୁଗଳ ସୁଡୌଲ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର କେଶ ଦୀର୍ଘ ହେଲା; ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିବସନା ଓ ଉଲଙ୍ଗିନୀ ଥିଲ।

8 Nowe when I passed by thee, and looked vpon thee, beholde, thy time was as the time of loue, and I spred my skirtes ouer thee, and couered thy filthines: yea, I sware vnto thee, and entred into a couenant with thee, saith the Lord God, and thou becamest mine.

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିକଟ ଦେଇ ଗମନ କଲୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଅନାଇଲୁ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେ ସମୟ ତ ପ୍ରେମର ସମୟ; ତହୁଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ବସ୍ତ୍ରାଞ୍ଚଳ ପ୍ରସାରିଲୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉଲଙ୍ଗତା ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ କଲୁ; ହଁ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶପଥ କରି ତୁମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କଲୁ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ହେଲ।

9 Then washed I thee with water: yea, I washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oyle.

ତହୁଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜଳରେ ସ୍ନାନ କରାଇଲୁ, ହଁ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦେହରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ରକ୍ତ ଧୋଇ ଦେଲୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୈଳରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମର୍ଦ୍ଦନ କଲୁ।

10 I clothed thee also with broydred worke, and shod thee with badgers skin: and I girded thee about with fine linen, and I couered thee with silke.

ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିଚିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ପିନ୍ଧାଇଲୁ, ଶିଶୁକ ଚର୍ମର ପାଦୁକା ପିନ୍ଧାଇଲୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶୁଭ୍ର କ୍ଷୌମବସ୍ତ୍ରରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର କଟିବନ୍ଧନ କରାଇଲୁ, ପୁଣି, ପଟ୍ଟବସ୍ତ୍ରରେ ବିଭୂଷିତା କଲୁ।

11 I decked thee also with ornaments, and I put bracelets vpon thine handes, and a chaine on thy necke.

ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅଳଙ୍କାରରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଭୂଷିତା କଲୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ହସ୍ତରେ କଙ୍କଣ ଓ ଗଳଦେଶରେ ହାର ଦେଲୁ।

12 And I put a frontlet vpon thy face, and earings in thine eares, and a beautifull crowne vpon thine head.

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାସିକାରେ ନଥ, କର୍ଣ୍ଣରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣଭୂଷଣ ଓ ମସ୍ତକରେ ସୁନ୍ଦର ମୁକୁଟ ଦେଲୁ।

13 Thus wast thou deckt with gold and siluer, and thy rayment was of fine linen, and silke, and broydred worke: thou didest eate fine floure, and honie and oyle, and thou wast very beautifull, and thou didest grow vp into a kingdome.

ଏରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୁନା, ରୂପାରେ ବିଭୂଷିତା ହେଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଶୁଭ୍ର କ୍ଷୌମସୂତ୍ର, ପଟ୍ଟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ନିର୍ମିତ ଓ ଶିଳ୍ପକର୍ମରେ ବିଚିତ୍ର ହେଲା; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ଓ ମଧୁ ଓ ତୈଳ ଭୋଜନ କଲ। ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମାସୁନ୍ଦରୀ ହୋଇ ଅବଶେଷରେ ରାଣୀପଦ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଲ।

14 And thy name was spred among the heathen for thy beautie: for it was perfite through my beautie which I had set vpon thee, saith the Lord God.

ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟର ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ନାନା ଦେଶରେ ବ୍ୟାପିଲା; କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଐଶ୍ୱର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ, ତାହା ସିଦ୍ଧ ଥିଲା।

15 Nowe thou didest trust in thine owne beautie, and playedst the harlot, because of thy renowne, and hast powred out thy fornications on euery one that passed by, thy desire was to him.

ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରି ନିଜ ସୁଖ୍ୟାତି ସକାଶୁ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରିଣୀ ହେଲ, ପୁଣି, ଯେକେହି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟ ଦେଇ ଗଲା; ତାହା ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରରୂପ ଜଳ ଢାଳିଲ; ତାହା ତାହାର ଭୋଗ ହେଲା।

16 And thou didest take thy garments, and deckedst thine hie places with diuers colours, and playedst the harlot thereupon: the like thinges shall not come, neither hath any done so.

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବସ୍ତ୍ରର କିଛି କିଛି ନେଇ ଆପଣା ପାଇଁ ନାନା ରଙ୍ଗରେ ଭୂଷିତ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲ ଓ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା କଲ; ଏପରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ହେବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ହେବାର ହିଁ ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ।

17 Thou hast also taken thy faire iewels made of my golde and of my siluer, which I had giuen thee, and madest to thy selfe images of men, and didest commit whoredome with them,

ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭର ସୁନା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ରୂପାରେ ନିର୍ମିତ ଯେସକଳ ସୁନ୍ଦର ଆଭରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦେଇଥିଲୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ନେଇ ପୁରୁଷାକୃତି ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କଲ;

18 And tookest thy broydred garments, and coueredst them: and thou hast set mine oyle and my perfume before them.

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବିଚିତ୍ର ବସ୍ତ୍ରସବୁ ନେଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପିନ୍ଧାଇଲ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ତୈଳ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଧୂପ ରଖିଲ।

19 My meate also, which I gaue thee, as fine floure, oyle, and honie, wherewith I fedde thee, thou hast euen set it before them for a sweete sauour: thus it was, saith the Lord God.

ମଧ୍ୟ ସରୁ ମଇଦା, ତୈଳ ଓ ମଧୁ, ଆଦି ଆମ୍ଭର ଯେଉଁ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରତିପାଳନ କଲୁ, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସୌରଭାର୍ଥେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ରଖିଲ, ଆଉ ଏପ୍ରକାର ହୋଇଥିଲା, ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

20 Moreouer thou hast taken thy sonnes and thy daughters, whome thou hast borne vnto me, and these hast thou sacrificed vnto them, to be deuoured: is this thy whoredome a small matter?

ଆହୁରି, ଆମ୍ଭ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜନ୍ମ କରିଥିଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସେହି ପୁତ୍ର ଓ କନ୍ୟାଗଣକୁ ନେଇ ଗ୍ରାସିତ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଅଛ।

21 That thou hast slaine my children, and deliuered them to cause them to passe through fire for them?

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ବଧ କରିଅଛ ଓ ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ଗମନ କରାଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଏହି ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ବିଷୟ?

22 And in all thine abominations and whoredomes thou hast not remembred the dayes of thy youth, when thou wast naked and bare, and wast polluted in thy blood.

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସକଳ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଓ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା କରିବା ବେଳେ ଆପଣା ଯୌବନାବସ୍ଥାର ସମୟ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବିବସନା, ଉଲଙ୍ଗିନୀ ଥିଲ ଓ ନିଜ ରକ୍ତରେ ଛଟପଟ ହେଉଥିଲ, ସେହି ସମୟକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ନାହଁ।

23 And beside all thy wickednes (wo, wo vnto thee, saith the Lord God)

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧିକ୍‍ ଧିକ୍‍! ତୁମ୍ଭର ଏହିସବୁ ଦୁଷ୍ଟାଚରଣ ଉତ୍ତାରେ,

24 Thou hast also built vnto thee an hie place, and hast made thee an hie place in euery streete.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରତିମା ପୂଜା କରିବାକୁ ଆପଣା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମନ୍ଦିର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଛକରେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଅଛ।

25 Thou hast built thine hie place at euery corner of the way, and hast made thy beautie to be abhorred: thou hast opened thy feete to euery one that passed by, and multiplied thy whoredome.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପଥ ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଅଛ ଓ ଆପଣାର ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କରିଅଛ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପଥିକ ପାଇଁ ଆପଣାର ପାଦଦ୍ୱୟ ଅନାବୃତ କରିଅଛ, ଆଉ ଆପଣାର ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା ବଢ଼ାଇଅଛ।

26 Thou hast also committed fornication with the Egyptians thy neighbours, which haue great members, and hast encreased thy whoredome, to prouoke me.

ଆହୁରି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର କାମୁକତା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀ, ମିସରୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରିଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ବିରକ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆପଣା ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା ବଢ଼ାଇଅଛ।

27 Beholde, therefore I did stretche out mine hand ouer thee, and will diminish thine ordinarie, and deliuer thee vnto the will of them that hate thee, euen to the daughters of the Philistims, which are ashamed of thy wicked way.

ଏହେତୁ ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତାର କରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୈନିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଊଣା କରିଅଛୁ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚରଣରେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ଅଟନ୍ତି, ସେହି ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟ କନ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କ ଇଚ୍ଛାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସମର୍ପଣ କଲୁ।

28 Thou hast played the whore also with the Assyrians, because thou wast insaciable: yea, thou hast played the harlot with them, and yet couldest not be satisfied.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅତୃପ୍ତ ହେବାରୁ ଅଶୂରୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରିଅଛ; ହଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କଲେ ହେଁ ତୃପ୍ତା ହୋଇ ନାହଁ।

29 Thou hast moreouer multiplied thy fornication from the land of Canaan vnto Caldea, and yet thou wast not satisfied herewith.

ଆହୁରି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କିଣାନ ଦେଶରେ କଲ୍‍ଦୀୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆପଣା ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କରିଅଛ; ପୁଣି, ତହିଁରେ ହେଁ ତୃପ୍ତା ହୋଇ ନାହଁ।

30 Howe weake is thine heart, saith the Lord God, seeing thou doest all these thinges, euen the worke of a presumptuous whorish woman?

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ହୃଦୟ କିପରି ଦୁର୍ବଳ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ଵେଚ୍ଛାଚାରିଣୀ ବେଶ୍ୟା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରି ଏହିସବୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିଅଛ।

31 In that thou buildest thine hie place in the corner of euery way, and makest thine hie place in euery streete, and hast not bene as an harlot that despiseth a reward,

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପଥ ମୁଣ୍ଡରେ ଆପଣା ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥାନ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରୁଅଛ ଓ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଛକରେ ମଞ୍ଚ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରୁଅଛ; ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ବେଶ୍ୟା ପରି ନ ହୋଇ ଭଡ଼ା ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରିଅଛ।

32 But as a wife that playeth the harlot, and taketh others for her husband:

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରିଣୀ ଭାର୍ଯ୍ୟା! ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ଆପଣା ସ୍ୱାମୀ ବଦଳରେ ଅଜଣା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରୁଅଛ।

33 They giue giftes to all other whores, but thou giuest giftes vnto all thy louers, and rewardest them, that they may come vnto thee on euery side for thy fornication.

ଲୋକେ ବେଶ୍ୟାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭଡ଼ା ଦିଅନ୍ତି; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରେମିକ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଭଡ଼ା ଦେଉଅଛ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବେଶ୍ୟାବୃତ୍ତି କ୍ରମେ ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସନ୍ତି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲାଞ୍ଚ ଦେଉଅଛ।

34 And the contrary is in thee from other women in thy fornications, neither the like fornication shall be after thee: for in that thou giuest a rewarde, and no reward is giuen vnto thee, therefore thou art contrary.

ପୁଣି, ଅନ୍ୟ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ତୁମ୍ଭ ବେଶ୍ୟାବୃତ୍ତିର ପ୍ରଭେଦ ଏହି ଯେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ କେହି ତୁମ୍ଭର ପଶ୍ଚାଦ୍‍ଗାମୀ ହୁଏ ନାହିଁ; ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଭଡ଼ା ଦେଲେ ହେଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କିଛି ଭଡ଼ା ଦିଆଯାଏ ନାହିଁ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର କ୍ରିୟା ବିପରୀତ ଅଟେ।

35 Wherefore, O harlot, heare the worde of the Lord.

ଏହେତୁ ହେ ବେଶ୍ୟା, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ଶୁଣ;

36 Thus sayeth the Lord God, Because thy shame was powred out, and thy filthinesse discouered through thy fornications with thy louers, and with all the idoles of thine abominations, and by the blood of thy children, which thou didest offer vnto them,

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅଶୁଚିତା ଢଳା ଯାଇଅଛି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରେମିକଗଣର ସଙ୍ଗେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର ହେତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉଲଙ୍ଗତା ଅନାବୃତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ, ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ସକଳ ଦେବତାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ଯେଉଁ ରକ୍ତ ଦେଇଅଛ; ତହିଁ ସକାଶୁ;

37 Beholde, therefore I wil gather all thy louers, with whom thou hast taken pleasure, and all them that thou hast loued, with al them that thou hast hated: I will euen gather them round about against thee, and will discouer thy filthines vnto them, that they may see all thy filthines.

ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କଠାରେ ସନ୍ତୋଷ ପାଇଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେହି ପ୍ରେମିକ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ, ଆଉ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରେମ କରିଅଛ ଓ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଘୃଣା କରିଅଛ, ସେହି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏକତ୍ର କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉଲଙ୍ଗତା ଅନାବୃତ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଉଲଙ୍ଗତା ଦେଖିବେ।

38 And I wil iudge thee after ye maner of them that are harlots, and of them that shead blood, and I wil giue thee the blood of wrath and ielousie.

ବିବାହ ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନକାରିଣୀ ଓ ରକ୍ତପାତକାରିଣୀ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଯେରୂପ ବିଚାରିତା ହୁଅନ୍ତି, ସେରୂପ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଚାର କରିବା ଏବଂ କୋପ ଓ ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜ୍ୱାଳାର ରକ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ କରିବା।

39 I will also giue thee into their handes, and they shall destroy thine hie place, and shall breake downe thine hie places. they shall strippe thee also out of thy clothes, and shall take thy faire iewels, and leaue thee naked and bare.

ଆମ୍ଭେ, ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମନ୍ଦିର ସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇବେ ଓ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀସବୁ ଉତ୍ପାଟନ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିବସନା କରି ତୁମ୍ଭର ସୁନ୍ଦର ଅଳଙ୍କାରସବୁ ହରଣ କରି ନେବେ; ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିବସନା ଓ ଉଲଙ୍ଗିନୀ କରି ଛାଡ଼ି ଦେବେ।

40 They shall also bring vp a company against thee, and they shall stone thee with stones, and thrust thee through with their swordes.

ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଏକ ସମାଜ ଆଣି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତରାଘାତ କରିବେ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଖଡ୍ଗରେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିନ୍ଧିବେ।

41 And they shall burne vp thine houses with fire, and execute iudgements vpon thee in the sight of many women: and I will cause thee to cease from playing the harlot, and thou shalt giue no reward any more.

ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୃହସବୁ ଅଗ୍ନିରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିବେ ଓ ଅନେକ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଲୋକଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ଦଣ୍ଡାଜ୍ଞା ସଫଳ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କ୍ରିୟାରୁ ନିବୃତ୍ତ କରାଇବା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଉ ଭଡ଼ା ଦେବ ନାହିଁ।

42 So will I make my wrath towarde thee to rest, and my ielousie shall depart from thee, and I will cease and be no more angrie.

ଏହିରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ଆମ୍ଭର କୋପ ଶାନ୍ତ ହେବ, ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ତର୍ଜ୍ୱାଳା ଯିବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷାନ୍ତ ହୋଇ ଆଉ କ୍ରୋଧ କରିବା ନାହିଁ।

43 Because thou hast not remembred the dayes of thy youth, but hast prouoked me with all these things, behold, therefore I also haue brought thy way vpon thine head, sayeth the Lord God: yet hast not thou had consideration of all thine abominations.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଯୌବନାବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ନାହଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଏହିସବୁ ବିଷୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ବିରକ୍ତ କରିଅଛ, ଏହେତୁ ଦେଖ, ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟର ଫଳ ତୁମ୍ଭ ମସ୍ତକରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତାଇବା, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସକଳ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟା ଉପରେ ଏପ୍ରକାର ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟାଚରଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ।

44 Beholde, all that vse prouerbes, shall vse this prouerbe against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter.

ଦେଖ, ଯେକେହି ପ୍ରବାଦ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରେ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଏହି ପ୍ରବାଦ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବ ଯଥା; ‘ମାତା ଯେସନ, କନ୍ୟା ତେସନ।’

45 Thou art thy mothers daughter, that hath cast off her husband and her children, and thou art the sister of thy sisters, which forsooke their husbands and their children: your mother is an Hittite, and your father an Amorite.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମାତାର କନ୍ୟା, ସେ ଆପଣା ସ୍ୱାମୀକୁ ଓ ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରେ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ଭଗିନୀଗଣର ଭଗିନୀ, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ସ୍ୱାମୀକୁ ଓ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ଘୃଣା କଲେ; ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ମାତା ଜଣେ ହିତ୍ତୀୟା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପିତା ଜଣେ ଇମୋରୀୟ ଥିଲା।

46 And thine elder sister is Samaria, and her daughters, that dwell at thy left hand, and thy yong sister, that dwelleth at thy right hand, is Sodom, and her daughters.

ପୁଣି, ଶମରୀୟା ତୁମ୍ଭର ବଡ଼ ଭଗିନୀ, ସେ ଆପଣା କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ସହିତ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗରେ ବାସ କରେ; ଆଉ, ସଦୋମ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସାନ ଭଗିନୀ, ସେ ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଦିଗରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।

47 Yet hast thou not walked after their wayes, nor done after their abominations: but as it had bene a very little thing, thou wast corrupted more then they in all thy wayes.

ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଥରେ ଗମନ କରି ନାହଁ, କିଅବା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟାନୁସାରେ କର୍ମ କରି ନାହଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତାହା ଅତି କ୍ଷୁଦ୍ର ଥିଲା ପରି ମନେ କରି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଚାରବ୍ୟବହାରରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକ ଭ୍ରଷ୍ଟା ହୋଇଅଛ।

48 As I liue, saith the Lord God, Sodom thy sister hath not done, neither shee nor her daughters, as thou hast done and thy daughters.

ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ କହୁଅଛୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭଗିନୀ ସଦୋମ, ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ପରି କର୍ମ କରି ନାହାନ୍ତି।

49 Beholde, this was the iniquitie of thy sister Sodom, Pride, fulnesse of bread, and aboundance of idlenesse was in her, and in her daughters: neither did shee strengthen the hande of the poore and needie.

ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଭଗିନୀ ସଦୋମର ଏହି ଅଧର୍ମ ଥିଲା; ତାହାର ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣର ଅହଙ୍କାର, ଭକ୍ଷ୍ୟର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଓ ସମୃଦ୍ଧି ଜନିତ ଶାନ୍ତି ଥିଲା, ସେ ଦରିଦ୍ର ଓ ଦୀନହୀନଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତ ସବଳ କଲା ନାହିଁ।

50 But they were hautie, and committed abomination before mee: therefore I tooke them away, as pleased me.

ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ଅହଙ୍କାରିଣୀ ଥିଲେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟା କଲେ; ଏହେତୁ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେପରି ଭଲ ଦିଶିଲା, ସେହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୂର କଲୁ।

51 Neither hath Samaria committed halfe of thy sinnes, but thou hast exceeded them in thine abominations, and hast iustified thy sisters in all thine abominations, which thou hast done.

ପୁଣି, ଶମରୀୟା ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାପର ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧେକ ପାପ କରି ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଆପଣା ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟା ଅଧିକ ବଢ଼ାଇଅଛ ଓ ଆପଣାର କୃତ ସକଳ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟା ଦ୍ୱାରା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭଗିନୀଗଣକୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ ପରି କରିଅଛ।

52 Therefore thou which hast iustified thy sisters, beare thine owne shame for thy sinnes, that thou hast committed more abominable then they which are more righteous then thou art: be thou therefore confounded also, and beare thy shame, seeing that thou hast iustified thy sisters.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭଗିନୀଗଣର ପକ୍ଷରେ ବିଚାର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି କରିବାରୁ ଆପଣା ଅପମାନ ଆପେ ଭୋଗ କର; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ତୁମ୍ଭର କୃତ ଅଧିକ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ ପାପସମୂହ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ଧାର୍ମିକ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ହଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭଗିନୀଗଣକୁ ଧାର୍ମିକ କରିଅଛ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଅ ଓ ଆପଣା ଅପମାନ ଭୋଗ କର।

53 Therefore I will bring againe their captiuitie with the captiuitie of Sodom, and her daughters, and with the captiuitie of Samaria, and her daughters: euen the captiuitie of thy captiues in the middes of them,

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ସଦୋମ ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା, ଶମରୀୟା ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବନ୍ଦୀଗଣର ବନ୍ଦୀତ୍ୱାବସ୍ଥା ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବା;

54 That thou mayest beare thine owne shame, and mayest bee confounded in all that thou hast done, in that thou hast comforted them.

ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଅପମାନ ଭୋଗ କରିବ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନା ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୋଇ ଯାହା ଯାହା କରିଅଛ, ସେହି ସବୁ ସକାଶୁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବ।

55 And thy sister Sodom and her daughters shall returne to their former state: Samaria also and her daughters shall returne to their former state, when thou and thy daughters shall returne to your former state.

ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭଗିନୀଗଣ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍‍, ସଦୋମ ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବ ଦଶା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ଶମରୀୟା ଓ ତାହାର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବ ଦଶା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବ ଦଶା ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବ।

56 For thy sister Sodom was not heard of by thy report in the day of thy pride,

କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଆତ୍ମପ୍ରଶଂସାର ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭଗିନୀ ସଦୋମର ନାମ ମୁଖରେ ଆଣି ନ ଥିଲ।

57 Before thy wickednes was discouered, as in that same time of the reproch of the daughters of Aram, and of all the daughters of the Philistims round about her which despise thee on all sides.

ସେହି ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇ ନ ଥିଲା, ପାଇଲା ଉତ୍ତାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ତୁଚ୍ଛକାରିଣୀ ଅରାମର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ଓ ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ନିବାସିନୀ ସମସ୍ତେ, ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କର କନ୍ୟାଗଣ ଚାରି ଦିଗରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅପମାନ କଲେ।

58 Thou hast borne therefore thy wickednesse and thine abomination, saith the Lord.

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର ଓ ଘୃଣାଯୋଗ୍ୟ କ୍ରିୟାର ଭାର ବହନ କରିଅଛ।

59 For thus saith the Lord God, I might euen deale with thee, as thou hast done: when thou didest despise the othe, in breaking the couenant.

କାରଣ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶପଥ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରି ନିୟମ ଯେପରି ଭଗ୍ନ କରିଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ସେହିରୂପ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବା।

60 Neuerthelesse, I wil remember my couenant made with thee in ye dayes of thy youth, and I wil confirme vnto thee an euerlasting couenant.

ତଥାପି ତୁମ୍ଭ ଯୌବନାବସ୍ଥାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଆମ୍ଭ କୃତ ନିୟମ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାୟୀ ଏକ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା।

61 Then thou shalt remember thy wayes, and be ashamed, when thou shalt receiue thy sisters, both thy elder and thy yonger, and I will giue them vnto thee for daughters, but not by thy couenat.

ସେହି ସମୟରେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭଗିନୀଗଣକୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ବଡ଼ ଓ ସାନ ଭଗିନୀଗଣକୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ, ସେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଆଚାର ବ୍ୟବହାର ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବ; ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କନ୍ୟା ରୂପେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦେବା, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭର ନିୟମାନୁକ୍ରମେ ନୁହେଁ।

62 And I wil establish my couenant with thee, and thou shalt knowe that I am the Lord,

ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ।

63 That thou mayest remember, and be ashamed, and neuer open thy mouth any more: because of thy shame when I am pacified toward thee, for all that thou hast done, saith the Lord God.

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାହା ଯାହା କରିଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେହି ସବୁ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷମା କରିବା, ସେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ମରଣ କରି ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବ ଓ ନିଜ ଅପମାନ ହେତୁ ଆଉ କେବେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଫିଟାଇବ ନାହିଁ।” ଏହା ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।
