Ezekiel 12
1 The worde of the Lord also came vnto me, saying,
੧ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ
2 Sonne of man, thou dwellest in the middes of a rebellious house, which haue eyes to see, and see not: they haue eares to heare, and heare not: for they are a rebellious house.
੨ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈਂ, ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਵੇਖਣ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੰਨ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੁਣਦੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ।
3 Therefore thou sonne of man, prepare thy stuffe to goe into captiuitie, and goe foorth by day in their sight: and thou shalt passe from thy place to another place in their sight, if it be possible that they may consider it: for they are a rebellious house.
੩ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਸਮਾਨ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਦੇਸੋਂ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾ। ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਵੱਲ ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾ। ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਉਹ ਵੇਖਣ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ।
4 Then shalt thou bring foorth thy stuffe by day in their sight as the stuffe of him that goeth into captiuitie: and thou shalt go forth at euen in their sight, as they that go foorth into captiuitie.
੪ਤੂੰ ਦਿਨ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾ, ਜੋ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਲਈ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ।
5 Dig thou through the wall in their sight, and cary out thereby.
੫ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਕੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹ ਬਣਾ ਉਸ ਰਾਹ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾ।
6 In their sight shalt thou beare it vpon thy shoulders, and carie it foorth in the darke: thou shalt couer thy face that thou see not the earth: for I haue set thee as a signe vnto the house of Israel.
੬ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਢੇ ਤੇ ਚੁੱਕ ਅਤੇ ਹਨ੍ਹੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢ ਲੈ ਜਾ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਢੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵੇਖ ਸਕੇਂ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ ਹੈ।
7 And as I was commanded, so I brought forth my stuffe by day, as ye stuffe of one that goeth into captiuitie: and by night I digged through the wall with mine hand, and brought it forth in ye darke, and I bare it vpon my shoulder in their sight.
੭ਇਸ ਲਈ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੁਕਮ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ। ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਕੱਢਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਵੇਲੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਨਾਲ ਕੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹ ਬਣਾਇਆ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਹਨ੍ਹੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੱਢਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਮੋਢੇ ਤੇ ਚੁੱਕ ਲਿਆ।
8 And in the morning came the word of the Lord vnto me, saying,
੮ਸਵੇਰ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ,
9 Sonne of man, hath not the house of Israel, the rebellious house, sayde vnto thee, What doest thou?
੯ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਕੀ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਨੇ ਜੋ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੇ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁੱਛਿਆ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਕੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ?
10 But say thou vnto them, Thus saith the Lord God, This burden concerneth the chiefe in Ierusalem, and all the house of Israel that are among them.
੧੦ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਇਹ ਵਾਕ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਲਈ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ।
11 Say, I am your signe: like as I haue done, so shall it be done vnto them: they shall goe into bondage and captiuitie.
੧੧ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਦੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ ਹਾਂ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਦੇਸ ਨਿਕਾਲਾ ਪਾਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਗੁਲਾਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
12 And the chiefest that is among them, shall beare vpon his shoulder in the darke, and shall goe forth: they shall digge through the wall, to cary out thereby: he shall couer his face, that he see not the ground with his eies.
੧੨ਸ਼ਹਿਜ਼ਾਦਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਹਨ੍ਹੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਮਾਨ ਮੋਢੇ ਤੇ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਕੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਹ ਬਣਾਏਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਰਾਹ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਢੱਕੇਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਵੇਖੇਗਾ।
13 My net also will I spread vpon him, and he shall be taken in my net, and I will bring him to Babel to the lande of the Caldeans, yet shall he not see it, though he shall dye there.
੧੩ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਜਾਲ਼ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਫਾਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਸ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਸਦੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਬਾਬਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਮਰ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
14 And I will scatter toward euerie winde all that are about him to helpe him, and all his garisons, and I will drawe out the sworde after them.
੧੪ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਆਲੇ-ਦੁਆਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਹਾਇਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਜੱਥਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਦਿਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਖਿਲਾਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਕੱਢ ਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿੱਛਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
15 And they shall knowe that I am the Lord, when I shall scatter them among the nations, and disperse them in the countreis.
੧੫ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਟਕਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤਿੱਤਰ-ਬਿੱਤਰ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤਦ ਉਹ ਜਾਣਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।
16 But I will leaue a litle nomber of them from the sworde, from the famine, and from the pestilence, that they may declare all these abominations among the heathen, where they come, and they shall knowe, that I am the Lord.
੧੬ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਵਾਰ, ਕਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਮਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਕਿਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਿਣਾਉਣੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣ, ਉਹ ਜਾਣਨਗੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ।
17 Moreouer, the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
੧੭ਫੇਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ
18 Sonne of man, eate thy bread with trembling and drinke thy water with trouble, and with carefulnesse,
੧੮ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਕੰਬਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਖਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਬਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਤੇ ਡਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪਾਣੀ ਪੀ!
19 And say vnto the people of the land, Thus saith the Lord God of the inhabitants of Ierusalem, and of the lande of Israel, They shall eate their bread with carefulnes, and drinke their water with desolation: for the lande shall bee desolate from her abundance because of the crueltie of them that dwell therein.
੧੯ਉਸ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਫ਼ਿਕਰ ਨਾਲ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਪਾਣੀ ਚਿੰਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਪੀਣਗੇ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ੁਲਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਭਰਪੂਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
20 And the cities that are inhabited, shall be left voyde, and the land shall be desolate, and yee shall knowe that I am the Lord.
੨੦ਵੱਸਦੇ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਉੱਜੜ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਦੇਸ ਵਿਰਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣੋਗੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ!
21 And the worde of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
੨੧ਫਿਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ
22 Sonne of man, what is that prouerbe that you haue in the land of Israel, saying, The dayes are prolonged and all visions faile?
੨੨ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ! ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਭੂਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਕਹਾਉਤ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਸਮਾਂ ਲੰਘਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਮਿਟ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ?
23 Tell them therefore, Thus sayeth the Lord God, I wil make this prouerbe to cease, and they shall no more vse it as a prouerbe in Israel: but say vnto them, The daies are at hand and the effect of euery vision.
੨੩ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਦੇ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਕਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਕਹਾਉਤ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਫੇਰ ਇਹ ਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਵਰਤਣਗੇ, ਸਗੋਂ ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ ਸਮਾਂ ਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਦਾ ਸਿੱਟਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਹੈ।
24 For no vision shall be any more in vaine, neither shall there bee any flattering diuination within the house of Israel.
੨੪ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਅੱਗੇ ਤੋਂ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਝੂਠਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਨਾ ਵੇਖੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਚਾਪਲੂਸੀ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਭਾਜਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
25 For I am the Lord: I wil speake, and that thing that I shall speake, shall come to passe: it shall be no more prolonged: for in your dayes, O rebellious house, will I saye the thing, and will performe it, sayeth the Lord God.
੨੫ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਬਚਨ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਬਚਨ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣੇ, ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਚਨ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।
26 Againe the word of the Lord came vnto me, saying,
੨੬ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਫੇਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਕਿ
27 Sonne of man, beholde, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that hee seeth, is for many dayes to come, and he prophecieth of the times that are farre off.
੨੭ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਵੇਖ, ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਉਸ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਭਵਿੱਖਬਾਣੀ ਦੂਰ ਦੇ ਸਮਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੈ।
28 Therefore say vnto them, Thus sayth the Lord God, All my wordes shall no longer be delayed, but that thing which I haue spoken, shall be done, saith the Lord God.
੨੮ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅੱਗੇ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਗੱਲ ਦੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਾ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਸਗੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਗੱਲ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਾਂਗਾ, ਉਹ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
