Exodus 40
1 Then the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
E IL Signore parlò a Mosè, dicendo:
2 In the first day of the first moneth in the very first of the same moneth shalt thou set vp the Tabernacle, called ye Tabernacle of the Congregation:
Nel primo giorno del primo mese rizza la Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza.
3 And thou shalt put therein the Arke of the Testimonie, and couer the Arke with the vaile.
E mettivi dentro l'Arca della Testimonianza, e tendi la Cortina davanti all'Arca.
4 Also thou shalt bring in the Table, and set it in order as it doth require: thou shalt also bring in the Candlesticke, and light his lampes,
Poi portavi [dentro] la Tavola, e ordina ciò che deve essere ordinato in quella; portavi parimente il Candelliere, e accendi le sue lampane.
5 And thou shalt set ye incense Altar of gold before the Arke of the Testimonie, and put the hanging at the doore of the Tabernacle.
E metti l'Altare d'oro per li profumi davanti all'Arca della Testimonianza; metti eziandio il Tappeto all'entrata del Tabernacolo.
6 Moreouer, thou shalt set the burnt offering Altar before the doore of the Tabernacle, called the Tabernacle of the Congregation.
E metti l'Altare degli olocausti davanti all'entrata della Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza.
7 And thou shalt set the Lauer betweene the Tabernacle of the Congregation and the Altar, and put water therein.
E metti la Conca fra il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e l'Altare; e mettivi dentro dell'acqua.
8 Then thou shalt appoynt the courte round about, and hang vp the hanging at the courte gate.
Disponi ancora il Cortile d'intorno, e metti il Tappeto all'entrata del Cortile.
9 After, thou shalt take the anoynting oyle, and anoynt the Tabernacle, and all that is therein, and halowe it with all the instruments thereof, that it may be holy.
Poi piglia l'olio dell'Unzione, e ungine il Tabernacolo, e tutto quello chi vi [sarà] dentro; e consacralo, con tutti i suoi arredi; e sarà cosa santa.
10 And thou shalt anoynt the Altar of the burnt offring, and all his instruments, and shalt sanctifie the Altar, that it may bee an altar most holie.
Ungi parimente l'Altar degli olocausti, e tutti i suoi strumenti, e consacra l'Altare; e sarà cosa santissima.
11 Also thou shalt anoynt the Lauer, and his foote, and shalt sanctifie it.
Ungi ancora la Conca, e il suo piè, e consacrala.
12 Then thou shalt bring Aaron and his sonnes vnto the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and wash them with water.
Poi fa' accostare Aaronne e i suoi figliuoli, all'entrata del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e lavali con acqua.
13 And thou shalt put vpon Aaron the holy garmentes, and shalt anoynt him, and sanctifie him, that he may minister vnto me in the Priestes office.
E fai vestire ad Aaronne i vestimenti sacri, e ungilo, e consacralo; e così amministrimi egli il sacerdozio.
14 Thou shalt also bring his sonnes, and clothe them with garments,
Fa' eziandio accostare i suoi figliuoli, e fa' lor vestir le toniche.
15 And shalt anoynt them as thou diddest anoynt their father, that they may minister vnto mee in the Priestes office: for their anoynting shall be a signe, that the Priesthood shall be euerlasting vnto them throughout their generations.
E ungili, come tu avrai unto il padre loro; e così amministrinmi il sacerdozio; e la loro Unzione sarà loro per sacerdozio perpetuo, per le lor generazioni.
16 So Moses did according to all that ye Lord had commanded him: so did he.
E Mosè fece interamente come il Signore gli avea comandato.
17 Thus was the Tabernacle reared vp the first day of the first moneth in the seconde yeere.
E nell'anno secondo, nel primo [giorno] del primo mese, fu rizzato il Tabernacolo.
18 Then Moses reared vp the Tabernacle and fastened his sockets, and set vp the boardes thereof, and put in the barres of it, and reared vp his pillars.
Mosè adunque rizzò il Tabernacolo; e, posati i suoi piedistalli, dispose le sue assi, e vi mise le sbarre, e rizzò le sue colonne.
19 And he spred the couering ouer the Tabernacle, and put the couering of that couering on hie aboue it, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
E stese la Tenda sopra il Tabernacolo, e pose la coverta della Tenda sopra essa al disopra; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
20 And he tooke and put the Testimonie in the Arke, and put the barres in the ringes of the Arke, and set the Merciseate on hie vpon the Arke.
Poi prese la Testimonianza, e la pose dentro all'Arca; e mise le stanghe all'Arca; e posò il Coperchio in su l'Arca, disopra.
21 He brought also the Arke into the Tabernacle, and hanged vp the couering vaile, and couered the Arke of the Testimonie, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
E portò l'Arca dentro al Tabernacolo, e mise la Cortina che s'avea da tender davanti, e [la] tese davanti all'Arca della Testimonianza; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
22 Furthermore he put the Table in the Tabernacle of the Congregation in the Northside of the Tabernacle, without the vaile,
Poi mise la Tavola nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, dal lato settentrionale del Tabernacolo, difuori della Cortina;
23 And set the bread in order before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
e mise per ordine sopra essa i pani che si aveano da tenere in ordine davanti al Signore; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
24 Also he put the Candlesticke in the Tabernacle of the Congregation, ouer against the Table toward ye Southside of the Tabernacle.
Poi mise il Candelliere nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, dirimpetto alla Tavola, dal lato australe del Tabernacolo;
25 And he lighted the lampes before the Lord, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
e accese le lampane davanti al Signore; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
26 Moreouer he set the golden Altar in the Tabernacle of the Congregation before the vayle,
Poi mise l'Altar d'oro nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, davanti alla Cortina;
27 And burnt sweete incense thereon, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
e bruciò sopra esso il profumo degli aromati; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
28 Also he hanged vp the vayle at the doore of the Tabernacle.
Poi mise il Tappeto all'entrata del Tabernacolo.
29 After, he set the burnt offring Altar without the doore of the Tabernacle, called the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and offered the burnt offering and the sacrifice thereon, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
E pose l'Altar degli olocausti all'entrata della Tenda del Tabernacolo della convenenza; e offerse sopra esso l'olocausto, e l'offerta; come il Signore gli avea comandato.
30 Likewise he set the Lauer betweene the Tabernacle of the Congregation and the Altar, and powred water therein to wash with.
E pose la Conca fra il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e l'Altare; e vi mise dentro dell'acqua, da lavare.
31 So Moses and Aaron, and his sonnes washed their handes and their feete thereat.
E Mosè, ed Aaronne, e i suoi figliuoli, se ne lavarono le mani ed i piedi.
32 When they went into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and when they approched to the Altar, they washed, as the Lord had commanded Moses.
Quando entravano nel Tabernacolo della convenenza, e quando si accostavano all'Altare, si lavavano; come il Signore avea comandato a Mosè.
33 Finally, he reared vp the court rounde about the Tabernacle and the Altar, and hanged vp the vaile at the court gate: so Moses finished the worke.
Poi rizzò il Cortile d'intorno al Tabernacolo, e all'Altare; e mise il Tappeto all'entrata del Cortile. Così Mosì fornì l'opera.
34 Then the cloud couered the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and the glorie of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.
E la nuvola coperse il Tabernacolo della convenenza, e la gloria del Signore empiè il Tabernacolo.
35 So Moses could not enter into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, because the cloude abode thereon, and the glorie of the Lord filled the Tabernacle.
E Mosè non potè entrare nel Tabernacolo della convenenza; conciossiachè la nuvola si fosse posata sopra esso, e la gloria del Signore empiesse il Tabernacolo.
36 Nowe when the cloude ascended vp from the Tabernacle, the children of Israel went forward in all their iourneyes.
Or, quando la nuvola s'alzava d'in sul Tabernacolo, i figliuoli d'Israele si partivano; [ciò avvenne] in tutte le lor mosse.
37 But if the cloude ascended not, then they iourneyed not till the day that it ascended.
E, quando la nuvola non si alzava, non si partivano, fino al giorno ch'ella s'alzava.
38 For the cloude of the Lord was vpon the Tabernacle by day, and fire was in it by night in the sight of all the house of Israel, throughout all their iourneyes.
Perciocchè la nuvola del Signore [era] di giorno sopra il Tabernacolo, e un fuoco [v'era] di notte, alla vista di tutta la casa d'Israele, in tutti i lor viaggi.
