Exodus 28
1 And cause thou thy brother Aaron to come vnto thee and his sonnes with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may serue me in the Priestes office: I meane Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar Aarons sonnes.
Depois tu farás chegar a ti teu irmão Aarão, e seus filhos com elle, do meio dos filhos de Israel, para me administrarem o officio sacerdotal: a saber, Aarão, Nadab e Abihu, Eleazar e Ithamar, os filhos de Aarão.
2 Also thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, glorious and beautifull.
E farás vestidos sanctos a Aarão teu irmão, para gloria e ornamento.
3 Therefore thou shalt speake vnto al cunning men, whome I haue filled with the spirite of wisedome, that they make Aarons garments to consecrate him, that he may serue me in the Priestes office.
Fallarás tambem a todos os que são sabios de coração, a quem eu tenho enchido do espirito da sabedoria, que façam vestidos a Aarão para sanctifical-o; para que me administre o officio sacerdotal.
4 Nowe these shall be the garments, which they shall make, a brest plate, and an Ephod, and a robe, and a broydred coate, a miter, and a girdle. so these holy garments shall they make for Aaron thy brother, and for his sonnes, that he may serue me in the Priests office.
Estes pois são os vestidos que farão: um peitoral, e um ephod, e um manto, e uma tunica bordada, uma mitra, e um cinto: farão pois sanctos vestidos a Aarão teu irmão, e a seus filhos, para me administrarem o officio sacerdotal.
5 Therefore they shall take golde, and blew silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linnen,
E tomarão o oiro, e o azul, e a purpura, e o carmezim, e o linho fino,
6 And they shall make the Ephod of gold, blewe silke, and purple, skarlet, and fine twined linen of broydred worke.
E farão o ephod de oiro, e de azul, e de purpura, e de carmezim, e de linho fino torcido, de obra esmerada.
7 The two shoulders thereof shalbe ioyned together by their two edges: so shall it be closed.
Terá duas hombreiras, que se unam ás suas duas pontas, e assim se unirá.
8 And the embroydred garde of the same Ephod, which shalbe vpon him, shall be of the selfe same worke and stuffe, euen of golde, blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine twined linen.
E o cinto de obra esmerada do seu ephod, que estará sobre elle, será da sua mesma obra, do mesmo, de oiro, de azul, e de purpura, e de carmezim, e de linho fino torcido.
9 And thou shalt take two onix stones, and graue vpon them the names of the children of Israel:
E tomarás duas pedras sardonicas, e lavrarás n'ellas os nomes dos filhos de Israel,
10 Sixe names of them vpon the one stone, and the sixe names that remaine, vpon the seconde stone, according to their generations.
Seis dos seus nomes n'uma pedra, e os outros seis nomes na outra pedra, segundo as suas gerações;
11 Thou shalt cause to graue the two stones according to the names of the children of Israel by a grauer of signets, that worketh and graueth in stone, and shalt make them to be set and embossed in golde.
Conforme á obra do lapidario, como o lavor de sêllos lavrarás estas duas pedras, com os nomes dos filhos de Israel: engastadas ao redor em oiro as farás.
12 And thou shalt put the two stones vpon the shoulders of the Ephod, as stones of remebrance of the children of Israel: for Aaron shall beare their names before the Lord vpon his two shoulders for a remembrance.
E porás as duas pedras nas hombreiras do ephod, por pedras de memoria para os filhos de Israel: e Aarão levará os seus nomes sobre ambos os seus hombros, para memoria diante do Senhor.
13 So thou shalt make bosses of golde,
Farás tambem engastes de oiro,
14 And two cheynes of fine golde at the ende, of wrethed worke shalt thou make them, and shalt fasten the wrethed cheynes vpon the bosses.
E duas cadeiasinhas de oiro puro: de egual medida, de obra de fieira as farás: e as cadeiasinhas de fieira porás nos engastes.
15 Also thou shalt make the brest plate of iudgement with broydred worke: like the worke of the Ephod shalt thou make it: of gold, blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine twined linen shalt thou make it.
Farás tambem o peitoral do juizo de obra esmerada, conforme á obra do ephod o farás: de oiro, de azul, e de purpura, e de carmezim, e de linho fino torcido o farás.
16 Foure square it shall be and double, an hand bredth long and an hand bredth broade.
Quadrado e dobrado, será de um palmo o seu comprimento, e de um palmo a sua largura;
17 Then thou shalt set it full of places for stones, euen foure rowes of stones: the order shalbe this, a rubie, a topaze, and a carbuncle in the first rowe.
E o encherás de pedras de engaste, com quatro ordens de pedras: a ordem de uma sardia, de um topazio, e de um carbunculo: esta será a primeira ordem:
18 And in the seconde rowe thou shalt set an emeraude, a saphir, and a diamonde.
E a segunda ordem será de uma esmeralda, de uma saphira, e de um diamante:
19 And in the third rowe a turkeis, an achate, and an hematite.
E a terceira ordem será de um jacinto, de uma agatha, e de uma amethista:
20 And in the fourth rowe a chrysolite, an onix, and a iasper: and they shall be set in golde in their embossements.
E a quarta ordem será de uma turqueza, e de uma sardonica, e de um jaspe; engastadas em oiro serão nos seus engastes.
21 And the stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelue, according to their names, grauen as signets, euerye one after his name, and they shall bee for the twelue tribes.
E serão aquellas pedras segundo os nomes dos filhos de Israel, doze segundo os seus nomes: serão esculpidas como sêllos, cada uma com o seu nome, para as doze tribus.
22 Then thou shalt make vpon the breast plate two cheines at the endes of wrethen worke of pure golde.
Tambem farás ao peitoral cadeiasinhas de egual medida da obra de trança de oiro puro.
23 Thou shalt make also vpon the brest plate two rings of golde, and put the two rings on the two endes of the brest plate.
Tambem farás ao peitoral dois anneis de oiro, e porás os dois anneis nas extremidades do peitoral.
24 And thou shalt put the two wrethen chaynes of golde in the two rings in the endes of the brest plate.
Então metterás as duas cadeiasinhas de fieira d'oiro nos dois anneis, nas extremidades do peitoral:
25 And the other two endes of the two wrethen cheines, thou shalt fasten in ye two embossements, and shalt put them vpon the shoulders of the Ephod on the foreside of it.
E as duas pontas das duas cadeiasinhas de fieira metterás nos dois engastes, e as porás nas hombreiras do ephod, defronte d'elle.
26 Also thou shalt make two rings of gold, which thou shalt put in the two other endes of the brest plate, vpon the border thereof, towarde the inside of the Ephod.
Farás tambem dois anneis d'oiro, e os porás nas duas extremidades do peitoral, na sua borda que estiver junto ao ephod por dentro.
27 And two other rings of golde thou shalt make, and put them on the two sides of the Ephod, beneath in the forepart of it ouer against the coupling of it vpon the broydred garde of the Ephod.
Farás tambem dois anneis d'oiro, que porás nas duas hombreiras do ephod, abaixo, defronte d'elle, defronte da sua juntura, sobre o cinto d'obra esmerada do ephod.
28 Thus they shall binde the brest plate by his rings vnto the rings of the Ephod, with a lace of blewe silke, that it may be fast vpon the broydred garde of the Ephod, and that the brest plate be not loosed from the Ephod.
E ligarão o peitoral com os seus anneis aos anneis do ephod por cima com um cordão d'azul, para que esteja sobre o cinto d'obra esmerada do ephod; e nunca se separará o peitoral do ephod.
29 So Aaron shall beare the names of the children of Israel in the brest plate of iudgement vpon his heart, when he goeth into the holy place, for a remembrance continually before the Lord.
Assim Aarão levará os nomes dos filhos d'Israel no peitoral do juizo sobre o seu coração, quando entrar no sanctuario, para memoria diante do Senhor continuamente.
30 Also thou shalt put in the brest plate of iudgement the Vrim and the Thummim, which shalbe vpon Aarons heart, when he goeth in before the Lord: and Aaron shall beare the iudgement of the children of Israel vpon his heart before the Lord continually.
Tambem porás no peitoral do juizo Urim e Thummim, para que estejam sobre o coração de Aarão, quando entrar diante do Senhor: assim Aarão levará o juizo dos filhos de Israel sobre o seu coração diante do Senhor continuamente.
31 And thou shalt make the robe of the Ephod altogether of blewe silke.
Tambem farás o manto do ephod, todo azul.
32 And the hole for his head shalbe in the middes of it, hauing an edge of wouen woorke rounde about the coller of it: so it shalbe as the coller of an habergeon that it rent not.
E o collar da cabeça estará no meio d'elle: este collar terá uma borda d'obra tecida ao redor: como collar de saia de malha será n'elle, para que se não rompa.
33 And beneath vpon the skirtes thereof thou shalt make pomegranates of blew silke, and purple, and skarlet, round about the skirts thereof, and belles of gold betweene them round about:
E nas suas bordas farás romãs d'azul, e de purpura, e de carmezim, ao redor das suas bordas; e campainhas d'oiro no meio d'ellas ao redor.
34 That is, a golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate rounde about vpon the skirtes of the robe.
Uma campainha d'oiro, e uma romã, outra campainha d'oiro, e outra romã, haverá nas bordas do manto ao redor,
35 So it shalbe vpon Aaron, when he ministreth, and his sound shalbe heard, when he goeth into the holy place before the Lord, and when he commeth out, and he shall not dye.
E estará sobre Aarão quando ministrar, para que se ouça o seu sonido, quando entrar no sanctuario diante do Senhor, e quando sair, para que não morra.
36 Also thou shalt make a plate of pure golde, and graue thereon, as signets are grauen, Holines To The Lord,
Tambem farás uma lamina d'oiro puro, e n'ella gravarás á maneira de gravuras de sellos: Sanctidade ao Senhor.
37 And thou shalt put it on a blew silke lace, and it shalbe vpon the miter: euen vpon the fore front of the miter shall it be.
E atal-a-has com um cordão d'azul, de maneira que esteja na mitra; sobre a frente da mitra estará.
38 So it shalbe vpon Aarons forehead, that Aaron may beare the iniquitie of the offrings, which the children of Israel shall offer in all their holy offrings: and it shall be alwayes vpon his forehead, to make them acceptable before the Lord.
E estará sobre a testa de Aarão, para que Aarão leve a iniquidade das coisas sanctas, que os filhos d'Israel sanctificarem em todas as offertas de suas coisas sanctas; e estará continuamente na sua testa, para que tenham acceitação perante o Senhor.
39 Likewise thou shalt embroyder the fine line coat, and thou shalt make a miter of fine line, but thou shalt make a girdell of needle worke.
Tambem farás tunica de linho fino: tambem farás uma mitra de linho fino: mas o cinto farás d'obra de bordador.
40 Also thou shalt make for Aarons sonnes coates, and thou shalt make the girdels, and bonets shalt thou make them for glorie and comelinesse.
Tambem farás tunicas aos filhos de Aarão, e far-lhes-has cintos: tambem lhes farás tiaras, para gloria e ornamento.
41 And thou shalt put them vpon Aaron thy brother, and on his sonnes with him, and shalt anoint them, and fill their handes, and sanctifie them, that they may minister vnto me in the Priestes office.
E vestirás com elles a Aarão teu irmão, e tambem seus filhos: e os ungirás e consagrarás, e os sanctificarás, para que me administrem o sacerdocio.
42 Thou shalt also make them linen breeches to couer their priuities: from the loynes vnto the thighs shall they reache.
Faze-lhes tambem calções de linho, para cobrirem a carne nua: serão dos lombos até ás pernas.
43 And they shalbe for Aaron and his sonnes when they come into the Tabernacle of the Congregation, or whe they come vnto the altar to minister in the holy place, that they commit not iniquitie, and so die. This shalbe a lawe for euer vnto him and to his seede after him.
E estarão sobre Aarão e sobre seus filhos, quando entrarem na tenda da congregação, ou quando chegarem ao altar para ministrar no sanctuario, para que não levem iniquidade, e morram; isto será estatuto perpetuo para elle e para a sua semente depois d'elle.
