Exodus 25
1 Then the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
Toen sprak de HEERE tot Mozes, zeggende:
2 Speake vnto the children of Israel, that they receiue an offring for me: of euery man, whose heart giueth it freely, ye shall take the offring for me.
Spreek tot de kinderen Israels, dat zij voor Mij een hefoffer nemen. Van alle man, wiens hart zich vrijwillig bewegen zal, zult gij Mijn hefoffer nemen.
3 And this is the offring which ye shall take of them, golde, and siluer, and brasse,
Dit nu is het hefoffer, hetwelk gij van hen nemen zult: goud, en zilver, en koper;
4 And blewe silke, and purple, and skarlet, and fine linnen, and goates heare,
Als ook hemelsblauw, en purper, en scharlaken, en fijn linnen, en geiten haar.
5 And rammes skinnes coloured red, and the skinnes of badgers, and the wood Shittim,
En roodgeverfde ramsvellen, en dassenvellen, en sittimhout;
6 Oyle for the light, spices for anoynting oyle, and for the perfume of sweete sauour,
Olie tot den luchter, specerijen ter zalfolie, en tot roking welriekende specerijen;
7 Onix stones, and stones to be set in the Ephod, and in the brest plate.
Sardonixstenen, en vervullende stenen tot den efod, en tot den borstlap.
8 Also they shall make me a Sanctuarie, that I may dwell among them.
En zij zullen Mij een heiligdom maken, dat Ik in het midden van hen wone.
9 According to all that I shewe thee, euen so shall ye make the forme of the Tabernacle, and the facion of all the instruments thereof.
Naar al wat Ik u tot een voorbeeld dezes tabernakels, en een voorbeeld van al deszelfs gereedschap wijzen zal, even alzo zult gijlieden dat maken.
10 They shall make also an Arke of Shittim wood, two cubites and an halfe long, and a cubite and an halfe broade, and a cubite and an halfe hie.
Zo zullen zij een ark van sittimhout maken; twee ellen en een halve zal haar lengte zijn, en anderhalve el haar breedte, en anderhalve el haar hoogte.
11 And thou shalt ouerlay it with pure golde: within and without shalt thou ouerlay it, and shalt make vpon it a crowne of golde rounde about.
En gij zult ze met louter goud overtrekken, van binnen en van buiten zult gij ze overtrekken; en gij zult op dezelve een gouden krans maken rondom heen.
12 And thou shalt cast foure rings of golde for it, and put them in the foure corners thereof: that is, two rings shalbe on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side thereof.
En giet voor haar vier gouden ringen, en zet die aan haar vier hoeken, alzo dat twee ringen op de ene zijde derzelve zijn, en twee ringen op haar andere zijde.
13 And thou shalt make barres of Shittim wood, and couer them with golde.
En maak handbomen van sittimhout, en overtrek ze met goud.
14 Then thou shalt put the barres in the rings by the sides of the Arke, to beare the Arke with them.
En steek de handbomen in de ringen, die aan de zijde der ark zijn, dat men de ark daarmede drage.
15 The barres shalbe in the rings of the Arke: they shall not be taken away from it.
De draagbomen zullen in de ringen der ark zijn; zij zullen er niet uitgetogen worden.
16 So thou shalt put in the Arke the Testimonie which I shall giue thee.
Daarna zult gij in de ark leggen de getuigenis, die Ik u geven zal.
17 Also thou shalt make a Mercie seate of pure golde, two cubites and an halfe long, and a cubite and an halfe broade.
Gij zult ook een verzoendeksel maken van louter goud; twee ellen en een halve zal deszelfs lengte zijn, en anderhalve el deszelfs breedte.
18 And thou shalt make two Cherubims of golde: of worke beaten out with the hammer shalt thou make the at ye two endes of the Merciseate.
Gij zult ook twee cherubim van goud maken; van dicht goud zult gij ze maken, uit de beide einden des verzoendeksels.
19 And the one Cherub shalt thou make at the one ende, and the other Cherub at the other ende: of the matter of the Mercieseate shall ye make the Cherubims, on the two endes thereof.
En maak u een cherub uit het ene einde aan deze zijde, en den andere cherub uit het andere einde aan gene zijde; uit het verzoendeksel zult gijlieden de cherubim maken, uit de beide einden van hetzelve.
20 And the Cherubims shall stretche their winges on hie, couering the Mercie seate with their winges, and their faces one to another: to the Mercie seate warde shall the faces of the Cherubims be.
En de cherubim zullen hun beide vleugelen omhoog uitbreiden, bedekkende met hun vleugelen het verzoendeksel; en hun aangezichten zullen tegenover elkander zijn; de aangezichten der cherubim zullen naar het verzoendeksel zijn.
21 And thou shalt put the Mercieseate aboue vpon the Arke, and in the Arke thou shalt put the Testimonie, which I will giue thee,
En gij zult het verzoendeksel boven op de ark zetten, nadat gij in de ark de getuigenis, die Ik u geven zal, zult gelegd hebben.
22 And there I will declare my selfe vnto thee, and from aboue ye Mercieseate betweene ye two Cherubims, which are vpon ye Arke of ye Testimonie, I wil tel thee al things which I wil giue thee in comandement vnto ye children of Israel.
En aldaar zal Ik bij u komen, en Ik zal met u spreken van boven het verzoendeksel af, van tussen de twee cherubim, die op de ark der getuigenis zijn zullen, alles, wat Ik u gebieden zal aan de kinderen Israels.
23 Thou shalt also make a Table of Shittim wood, of two cubites long, and one cubite broade, and a cubite and an halfe hie:
Gij zult ook een tafel maken van sittimhout; twee ellen zal haar lengte zijn, en een el haar breedte, en een el en een halve zal haar hoogte zijn.
24 And thou shalt couer it with pure gold, and make thereto a crowne of golde round about.
En gij zult ze met louter goud overtrekken; gij zult ook een gouden krans daaraan maken, rondom heen.
25 Thou shalt also make vnto it a border of foure fingers roud about and thou shalt make a golden crowne round about the border thereof.
Gij zult ook een lijst rondom daaraan maken, een hand breed; en gij zult een gouden krans rondom derzelver lijst maken.
26 After, thou shalt make for it foure ringes of golde, and shalt put the rings in the foure corners that are in the foure feete thereof:
Ook zult gij vier gouden ringen daaraan maken; en gij zult de ringen zetten aan de vier hoeken, die aan derzelver vier voeten zijn zullen.
27 Ouer against the border shall the rings be for places for barres, to beare the Table.
Tegenover de lijst zullen de ringen zijn, tot plaatsen voor de handbomen, om de tafel te dragen.
28 And thou shalt make the barres of Shittim wood, and shalt ouerlay them with golde, that the Table may be borne with them.
Deze handbomen nu zult gij van sittimhout maken, en gij zult dezelve met goud overtrekken; en de tafel zal daaraan gedragen worden.
29 Thou shalt make also dishes for it, and incense cuppes for it, and couerings for it, and goblets, wherewith it shall be couered, euen of fine golde shalt thou make them.
Gij zult ook maken haar schotelen, en haar rookschalen, en haar platelen, en haar kroezen (met welke zij bedekt zal worden); van louter goud zult gij ze maken.
30 And thou shalt set vpon the Table shewe bread before me continually.
En gij zult op deze tafel altijd het toonbrood voor Mijn aangezicht leggen.
31 Also thou shalt make a Candlesticke of pure golde: of worke beaten out with the hammer shall the Candlesticke be made, his shaft, and his branches, his boules, his knops: and his floures shalbe of the same.
Gij zult ook een kandelaar van louter goud maken. Van dicht werk zal deze kandelaar gemaakt worden, zijn schacht, en zijn rietjes; zijn schaaltjes, zijn knopen, en zijn bloemen zullen uit hem zijn.
32 Six braunches also shall come out of the sides of it: three branches of the Candlesticke out of the one side of it, and three branches of the Candlesticke out of the other side of it.
En zes rieten zullen uit zijn zijden uitgaan; drie rieten des kandelaars uit zijn ene zijde, en drie rieten des kandelaars uit zijn andere zijde.
33 Three boules like vnto almondes, one knop and one floure in one braunch: and three boules like almondes in the other branch, one knop and one floure: so throughout the sixe branches that come out of the Candlesticke.
In het ene riet zullen drie schaaltjes zijn, gelijke amandelnoten, een knoop en een bloem; en drie schaaltjes, gelijk amandelnoten in een ander riet, een knoop en een bloem; alzo zullen die zes rieten zijn, die uit den kandelaar gaan.
34 And in the shaft of the Candlesticke shalbe foure boules like vnto almondes, his knops and his floures.
Maar aan den kandelaar zelven zullen vier schaaltjes zijn, gelijk amandelnoten, met knopen, en met zijn bloemen.
35 And there shalbe a knop vnder two branches made thereof: and a knop vnder two branches made thereof: and a knop vnder two branches made thereof, according to the sixe branches comming out of the Candlesticke.
En daar zal een knoop zijn onder twee rieten, uit denzelven uitgaande; ook een knoop onder twee rieten, uit denzelven uitgaande; nog een knoop onder twee rieten, uit denzelven, uitgaande; alzo zal het zijn met zes rieten, die uit den kandelaar uitgaan.
36 Their knops and their branches shall bee thereof. all this shalbe one beaten worke of pure golde.
Hun knopen en hun rieten zullen uit hem zijn; het zal altemaal een enig dicht werk van louter goud zijn.
37 And thou shalt make the seuen lampes thereof: and the lampes thereof shalt thou put thereon, to giue light toward that that is before it.
Gij zult hem ook zeven lampen maken, en men zal zijn lampen aansteken, en doen lichten aan zijn zijden.
38 Also the snuffers and snuffedishes thereof shalbe of pure golde.
Zijn snuiters en zijn blusvaten zullen louter goud zijn.
39 Of a talent of fine gold shalt thou make it with all these instruments.
Uit een talent louter goud zal men dat maken, met al dit gereedschap.
40 Looke therefore that thou make them after their facion, that was shewed thee in the mountaine.
Zie dan toe, dat gij het maakt naar hun voorbeeld, hetwelk u op den berg getoond is.
