Exodus 13
1 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
১পরে সদাপ্রভু মোশিকে বললেন,
2 Sanctifie vnto me all the first borne: that is, euery one that first openeth the wombe among the children of Israel, as well of man as of beast: for it is mine.
২“ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের মধ্যে উভয়ই মানুষ হোক কিংবা পশু হোক, গর্ভে জন্মানো গর্ভজাত সব প্রথম ফল আমার উদ্দেশ্যে পবিত্র কর; তা সব আমারই।”
3 Then Moses sayd vnto the people, Remember this day in the which ye came out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage: for by a mightie hande the Lord brought you out from thence: therefore no leauened bread shall bee eaten.
৩আর মোশি তাদেরকে বললেন, এই দিন মনে রেখো, যে দিনের তোমরা মিশরের দাসত্বের ঘর থেকে বের হয়ে এসেছিলে, কারণ সদাপ্রভু শক্তিশালী হাত দিয়ে সেখান থেকে তোমাদের বের করে আনলেন; কোনো খামিরযুক্ত খাবার খাওয়া হবে না।
4 This day come yee out in the moneth of Abib.
৪আবীব মাসের এই দিনের তোমরা বের হলে।
5 Now when the Lord hath brought thee into the land of the Canaanites, and Hittites, and Amorites, and Hiuites, and Iebusites (which he sware vnto thy fathers, that he woulde giue thee, a land flowing with milke and honie) then thou shalt keepe this seruice in this moneth.
৫আর কনানীয়, হিত্তীয়, ইমোরীয়, হিব্বীয় ও যিবূষীয়ের যে দেশ তোমাকে দিতে সদাপ্রভু তোমার পূর্বপুরুষদের কাছে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছেন, সেই দুধ ও মধু প্রবাহিত দেশে যখন তিনি তোমাকে নিয়ে যাবেন, তখন তুমি এই মাসে এই সেবার অনুষ্ঠান করবে।
6 Seuen dayes shalt thou eate vnleauened bread, and the seuenth day shall be the feast of the Lord.
৬সাত দিন খামির বিহীন রুটি খেও ও সপ্তম দিনের সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যে উৎসব কোরো।
7 Vnleauened bread shall bee eaten seuen dayes, and there shall no leauened bread be seene with thee, nor yet leauen be seene with thee in all thy quarters.
৭সেই সাত দিন খামির বিহীন রুটি খেতে হবে, তোমার কাছে খামিরযুক্ত খাবার দেখা না যাক, তোমার সমস্ত সীমানার মধ্যে খামির দেখা না যাক।
8 And thou shalt shew thy sonne in that day, saying, This is done, because of that which the Lord did vnto me, when I came out of Egypt.
৮সেই দিনের তুমি তোমার ছেলেকে এটা জানিও, মিশর থেকে আমার বেরিয়ে আসার দিনের সদাপ্রভু আমার প্রতি যা করলেন, এটা সেই জন্য।
9 And it shalbe a signe vnto thee vpon thine hande, and for a remembrance betweene thine eyes, that the Lawe of the Lord may be in thy mouth: for by a strong hand the Lord brought thee out of Egypt.
৯আর এটা চিহ্নের জন্য তোমার হাতে ও স্মরণের জন্য তোমার কপালে থাকবে; যেন সদাপ্রভুর ব্যবস্থা তোমার মুখে থাকে, কারণ সদাপ্রভু শক্তিশালী হাত দিয়ে মিশর থেকে তোমাকে বের করেছেন।
10 Keepe therefore this ordinance in his season appoynted from yeere to yeere.
১০সুতরাং তুমি প্রত্যেক বছর এইদিনের এই নিয়ম পালন করবে।
11 And when the Lord shall bring thee into the lande of the Canaanites, as hee sware vnto thee and to thy fathers, and shall giue it thee,
১১সদাপ্রভু তোমার কাছে ও তোমার পূর্বপুরুষদের কাছে যে প্রতিজ্ঞা করেছেন, সেই অনুসারে যখন কনানীয়দের দেশে প্রবেশ করিয়ে তোমাকে সেই দেশ দেবেন,
12 Then thou shalt set apart vnto the Lord all that first openeth the wombe: also euery thing that first doeth open the wombe, and commeth forth of thy beast: the males shalbe the Lordes.
১২তখন তুমি গর্ভজাত সমস্ত প্রথম ফল সদাপ্রভুর কাছে উপস্থিত করবে এবং তোমার পশুদেরও সকল প্রথমজাতদের মধ্যে পুরুষ সন্তান সদাপ্রভুর হবে।
13 But euery first foale of an asse, thou shalt redeeme with a lambe: and if thou redeeme him not, then thou shalt breake his necke: likewise all the first borne of man among thy sonnes shalt thou bye out.
১৩আর গাধার প্রত্যেক প্রথমজাতের মুক্তির জন্য তার পরিবর্তে ভেড়ার বাচ্চা দেবে; যদি মুক্ত না কর, তবে তার গলা ভাঙ্গবে; তোমার ছেলেদের মধ্যে মানুষের প্রথমজাত সবাইকে মুক্ত করতে হবে।
14 And when thy sonne shall aske thee to morowe, saying, What is this? thou shalt then say vnto him, With a mightie hande the Lord brought vs out of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.
১৪আর তোমার ছেলে আগামীকালে যখন তোমাকে জিজ্ঞাসা করবে, এ কি? তুমি বলবে, সদাপ্রভু শক্তিশালী হাত দিয়ে আমাদেরকে মিশর থেকে, দাসত্বের ঘর থেকে, বের করেছেন।
15 For when Pharaoh was harde hearted against our departing, the Lord then slewe all the first borne in the lande of Egypt: from the first borne of man euen to the first borne of beast: therefore I sacrifice vnto the Lord all the males that first open the wombe, but all the first borne of my sonnes I redeeme.
১৫তখন ফরৌণ আমাদেরকে ছেড়ে দেবার বিষয়ে নিষ্ঠুর হলে সদাপ্রভু মিশর দেশের সমস্ত প্রথমজাত ফলকে, মানুষের প্রথমজাত ও পশুর প্রথমজাত ফল সব কিছুকে হত্যা করলেন, এই জন্য আমি গর্ভে জন্মানো পুরুষসন্তান গুলিকে সদাপ্রভুর উদ্দেশ্যে বলিদান করি, কিন্তু আমার প্রথমজাত সব সন্তানকে মুক্ত করি।
16 And it shalbe as a token vpon thine hand, and as frontlets betweene thine eyes, that the Lord brought vs out of Egypt by a mightie hande.
১৬এটি চিহ্ন হিসাবে তোমার হাতে ও স্মৃতিচিহ্ন হিসাবে তোমার কপালে থাকবে, কারণ সদাপ্রভু শক্তিশালী হাত দিয়ে আমাদেরকে মিশর দেশ থেকে বের করে এনেছেন।
17 Nowe when Pharaoh had let the people go, God caried them not by the way of the Philistims countrey, though it were neerer: (for God sayd, Lest the people repent whe they see warre, and turne againe to Egypt)
১৭আর ফরৌণ লোকদের ছেড়ে দিলে, পলেষ্টীয়দের দেশ দিয়ে সোজা পথ থাকলেও ঈশ্বর সেই পথে তাদেরকে যেতে দিলেন না, কারণ ঈশ্বর বললেন, “যুদ্ধ দেখলে হয়তো লোকেরা অনুতাপ করে মিশরে ফিরে যাবে।”
18 But God made the people to go about by the way of the wildernesse of the red sea: and the children of Israel went vp armed out of the land of Egypt.
১৮সুতরাং ঈশ্বর লোকেদেরকে সূফসাগরের মরুপ্রান্তের পথ দিয়ে নিয়ে গেলেন; আর ইস্রায়েল সন্তানরা যুদ্ধ সজ্জায় সজ্জিত হয়ে মিশর দেশ থেকে চলে গেল।
19 (And Moses tooke the bones of Ioseph with him: for he had made the children of Israel sweare, saying, God will surely visite you, and ye shall take my bones away hence with you)
১৯আর মোশি যোষেফের হাড় নিজের সঙ্গে নিলেন, কারণ তিনি ইস্রায়েল সন্তানদের কঠিন শপথ করিয়ে বলেছিলেন, “ঈশ্বর অবশ্যই তোমাদের দেখাশোনা করবেন, আর তোমরা তোমাদের সঙ্গে আমার হাড় এই জায়গা থেকে নিয়ে যাবে।”
20 So they tooke their iourney from Succoth, and camped in Etham in the edge of the wildernesse.
২০পরে তারা সুক্কোৎ থেকে চলে গিয়ে মরুপ্রান্তের প্রান্তে থাকা এথমে শিবির স্থাপন করল।
21 And the Lord went before them by day in a pillar of a cloude to leade them the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to giue them light, that they might go both by day and by night.
২১আর সদাপ্রভু দিনের র বেলা পথ দেখার জন্য মেঘস্তম্ভ থেকে এবং রাতে আলো দেবার জন্য অগ্নিস্তম্ভ থেকে তাঁদের আগে আগে যেতেন, যেন তারা দিন রাত চলতে পারে।
22 He tooke not away the pillar of ye cloude by day, nor the pillar of fire by night from before the people.
২২লোকেদের সামনে থেকে দিনের রবেলায় মেঘস্তম্ভ ও রাতে অগ্নিস্তম্ভ দূরে সরত না।
