Deuteronomy 33

1 Nowe this is the blessing wherewith Moses the man of God blessed the children of Israel before his death, and said,

۱ و این است برکتی که موسی، مرد خدا، قبل از وفاتش به بنی‌اسرائیل برکت داده،

2 The Lord came from Sinai, and rose vp from Seir vnto them, and appeared clearely from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of Saints, and at his right hand a firie Lawe for them.

۲ گفت: «یهوه از سینا آمد، و از سعیر برایشان طلوع نمود. و از جبل فاران درخشان گردید. و با کرورهای مقدسین آمد، و از دست راست او برای ایشان شریعت آتشین پدید آمد.

3 Though hee loue the people, yet all thy Saints are in thine handes: and they are humbled at thy foete, to receiue thy words.

۳ به درستی که قوم خود را دوست می‌دارد. وجمیع مقدسانش در دست تو هستند. و نزدپایهای تو نشسته، هر یکی از کلام تو بهره‌مندمی شوند.

4 Moses commanded vs a Lawe for an inheritance of the Congregation of Iaakob.

۴ موسی برای ما شریعتی امر فرمود که میراث جماعت یعقوب است.

5 Then he was among the righteous people, as King, when the heades of the people, and the tribes of Israel were assembled.

۵ و او در یشورون پادشاه بود هنگامی که روسای قوم اسباطاسرائیل با هم جمع شدند.

6 Let Reuben liue, and not die, though his men be a small nomber.

۶ روبین زنده بماند ونمیرد. و مردان او در شماره کم نباشند.»

7 And thus he blessed Iudah, and said, Heare, O Lord, the voyce of Iudah, and bring him vnto his people: his hands shalbe sufficient for him, if thou helpe him against his enemies.

۷ و این است درباره یهودا که گفت: «ای خداوند آواز یهودا رابشنو. و او را به قوم خودش برسان. به‌دستهای خود برای خویشتن جنگ می‌کند. و تو از دشمنانش معاون می‌باشی.»

8 And of Leui he said, Let thy Thummim and thine Vrim be with thine Holy one, whome thou diddest proue in Massah, and didst cause him to striue at the waters of Meribah.

۸ و درباره لاوی گفت: «تمیم و اوریم تو نزدمرد مقدس توست. که او را در مسا امتحان نمودی. و با او نزد آب مریبا منازعت کردی.

9 Who said vnto his father and to his mother, I haue not seene him, neither knewe he his brethren, nor knewe his owne children: for they obserued thy word, and kept thy couenant.

۹ که درباره پدر و مادر خود گفت که ایشان را ندیده‌ام و برادران خود را نشناخت. و پسران خود راندانست. زیرا که کلام تو را نگاه می‌داشتند. و عهدتو را محافظت می‌نمودند.

10 They shall teach Iaakob thy iudgements, and Israel thy Lawe: they shall put incense before thy face, and the burnt offring vpon thine altar.

۱۰ احکام تو را به یعقوب تعلیم خواهند داد. و شریعت تو را به اسرائیل. بخور به حضور تو خواهند‌آورد. وقربانی های سوختنی بر مذبح تو.

11 Blesse, O Lord, his substance, and accept the worke of his handes: smite through ye loynes of them that rise against him, and of them that hate him, that they rise not againe.

۱۱ ‌ای خداونداموال او را برکت بده، و اعمال دستهای او را قبول فرما. کمرهای مقاومت کنندگانش را بشکن. کمرهای خصمان او را که دیگر برنخیزند.»

12 Of Beniamin he said, The beloued of the Lord shall dwell in safetie by him: the Lord shall couer him all the day long, and dwell betweene his shoulders.

۱۲ و درباره بنیامین گفت: «حبیب خداوند نزدوی ایمن ساکن می‌شود. تمامی روز او را مستورمی سازد. و در میان کتفهایش ساکن می‌شود.»

13 And of Ioseph hee sayde, Blessed of the Lord is his land for the sweetenesse of heauen, for the dewe, and for the depth lying beneath,

۱۳ و درباره یوسف گفت: «زمینش از خداوندمبارک باد، از نفایس آسمان و از شبنم، و از لجه هاکه در زیرش مقیم است.

14 And for the sweete increase of the sunne, and for the sweete increase of the moone,

۱۴ از نفایس محصولات آفتاب و از نفایس نباتات ماه.

15 And for the sweetenes of the top of the ancient mountaines, and for the sweetenes of the olde hilles,

۱۵ از فخرهای کوههای قدیم، و از نفایس تلهای جاودانی.

16 And for the sweetenesse of the earth, and abundance thereof: and the good will of him that dwelt in the bushe, shall come vpon the head of Ioseph, and vpon the toppe of the head of him that was separated from his brethren.

۱۶ ازنفایس زمین و پری آن، و از رضامندی او که دربوته ساکن بود. برکت بر سر یوسف برسد. و برفرق سر آنکه از برادران خود ممتاز گردید.

17 His beautie shalbe like his first borne bullock, and his hornes as the hornes of an vnicorne: with them hee shall smite the people together, euen the endes of the world: these are also the ten thousands of Ephraim, and these are the thousands of Manasseh.

۱۷ جاه او مثل نخست زاده گاوش باشد. و شاخهایش مثل شاخهای گاو وحشی. با آنها امتها را جمیع تا به اقصای زمین خواهد زد. و اینانند ده هزارهای افرایم و هزارهای منسی.»

18 And of Zebulun he sayd, Reioice, Zebulun, in thy going out, and thou Isshachar in thy tents.

۱۸ و درباره زبولون گفت: «ای زبولون در بیرون رفتنت شاد باش، و تو‌ای یساکار در خیمه های خویش.

19 They shall call ye people vnto the mountaine: there they shall offer the sacrifices of righteousnesse: for they shall sucke of the abundance of the sea, and of the treasures hid in the sand.

۱۹ قومها را به کوه دعوت خواهند نمود. در آنجا قربانی های عدالت را خواهند گذرانید. زیرا که فراوانی دریا را خواهند مکید. وخزانه های مخفی ریگ را.»

20 Also of Gad he said, Blessed be hee that enlargeth Gad: he dwelleth as a lion, that catcheth for his praye the arme with the head.

۲۰ و درباره جاد گفت: «متبارک باد آنکه جاد را وسیع گرداند. مثل شیرماده ساکن باشد، وبازو و فرق را نیز می‌درد،

21 And hee looked to himselfe at the beginning, because there was a portion of the Lawe-giuer hid: yet hee shall come with the heades of the people, to execute the iustice of the Lord, and his iudgements with Israel.

۲۱ و حصه بهترین رابرای خود نگاه دارد، زیرا که در آنجا نصیب حاکم محفوظ است. و با روسای قوم می‌آید. وعدالت خداوند و احکامش را با اسرائیل بجامی آورد.»

22 And of Dan he said, Dan is a lions whelp: he shall leape from Bashan.

۲۲ و درباره دان گفت: «دان بچه شیر است که ازباشان می‌جهد.»

23 Also of Naphtali he sayd, O Naphtali, satisfied with fauour, and filled with the blessing of the Lord, possesse the West and the South.

۲۳ و درباره نفتالی گفت: «ای نفتالی ازرضامندی خداوند سیر شو. و از برکت او مملوگردیده، مغرب و جنوب را به تصرف آور.»

24 And of Asher he saide, Asher shalbe blessed with children: he shalbe acceptable vnto his brethren, and shall dippe his foote in oyle.

۲۴ و درباره اشیر گفت: «اشیر از فرزندان مبارک شود، و نزد برادران خود مقبول شده، پای خود را به روغن فرو برد.

25 Thy shooes shalbe yron and brasse, and thy strength shall continue as long as thou liuest.

۲۵ نعلین تو از آهن وبرنجست، و مثل روزهایت همچنان قوت توخواهد بود.

26 There is none like God, O righteous people, which rideth vpon the heauens for thine helpe, and on the cloudes in his glory.

۲۶ ‌ای یشورون مثل خدا کسی نیست، که برای مدد تو بر آسمانها سوار شود. ودر کبریای خود برافلاک.

27 The eternall God is thy refuge, and vnder his armes thou art for euer: hee shall cast out the enemie before thee, and will say, Destroy them.

۲۷ خدای ازلی مسکن توست. و در زیر توبازوهای جاودانی است. و دشمن را از حضور تواخراج کرده، می‌گوید هلاک کن.

28 Then Israel the fountaine of Iaakob shall dwell alone in safetie in a lande of wheat, and wine: also his heauens shall drop the dewe.

۲۸ پس اسرائیل در امنیت ساکن خواهد شد، و چشمه یعقوب به تنهایی. و در زمینی که پر از غله و شیره باشد. وآسمان آن شبنم می‌ریزد.

29 Blessed art thou, O Israel: who is like vnto thee, O people saued by the Lord, the shielde of thine helpe, and which is the sword of thy glorie? therefore thine enemies shall bee in subiection to thee, and thou shalt tread vpon their hie places.

۲۹ خوشابه‌حال تو‌ای اسرائیل. کیست مانند تو! ای قومی که ازخداوند نجات یافته‌اید. که او سپر نصرت تو وشمشیر جاه توست. و دشمنانت مطیع تو خواهند شد. و تو بلندیهای ایشان را پایمال خواهی نمود.»
