Deuteronomy 2
1 Then we turned, and tooke our iourney into the wildernes, by the way of the red Sea, as the Lord spake vnto me: and we compassed mount Seir a long time.

2 And the Lord spake vnto me, saying,
Nagsao ni Yahweh kaniak a kunkunana,
3 Ye haue compassed this mountaine long ynough: turne you Northward.
'Nabayag unayen a nagliklikawkayo iti daytoy a bantay; agpa-amianankayo.
4 And warne thou the people, saying, Ye shall go through the coast of your brethren the children of Esau, which dwell in Seir, and they shall be afraide of you: take ye good heede therefore.
Bilinem dagiti tattao a kunaem, “Lasatenyo ti beddeng dagiti kakabsatyo, dagiti kaputotan ni Esau, nga agnanaed idiay Seir; agbutengdanto kadakayo. Agannadkayo ngarud
5 Ye shall not prouoke them: for I wil not giue you of their land so much as a foot breadth, because I haue giuen mount Seir vnto Esau for a possession.
ta saankayo a makiranget kadakuada, ta saankonto nga ited kadakayo ti aniaman kadagiti dagada, saan, uray pay ti umanay laeng koma a pagbaddekan ti dapan ti saka; ta intedko kenni Esau ti Bantay Seir a kas sanikuana.
6 Ye shall buy meate of them for money to eate, and ye shall also procure water of them for money to drinke.
Gumatangkayonto iti taraon kadakuada babaen iti pirak, tapno makapangankayo; gumatangkayonto met iti danum kadakuada babaen iti pirak tapno makainomkayo.
7 For the Lord thy God hath blessed thee in all the workes of thine hand: he knoweth thy walking through this great wildernes, and the Lord thy God hath bene with thee this fourtie yeere, and thou hast lacked nothing.
Ta binendisioanannakayo ni Yahweh a Diosyo kadagiti amin nga aramid dagiti imayo; ammona ti panagpagnapagnayo iti daytoy a nalawa a let-ang. Ta kadagitoy nga uppat a pulo a tawtawen, adda ni Yahweh a Diosyo kadakayo, ket awan ti nagkasapulanyo.'”
8 And when we were departed from our brethren the children of Esau which dwelt in Seir, through the way of the plaine, from Elath, and from Ezion-gaber, we turned and went by the way of the wildernes of Moab.
Linabsantayo ngarud dagiti kakabsattayo, dagiti kaputotan ni Esau nga agnanaed idiay Seir, nga adayo iti dalan ti Arabah, manipud Elat ken manipud Eziongeber. Ket naglikkotayo ket limmabastayo babaen iti dalan ti let-ang ti Moab.
9 Then the Lord sayd vnto me, Thou shalt not vexe Moab, neither prouoke them to battel: for I wil not giue thee of their land for a possession, because I haue giuen Ar vnto the children of Lot for a possession.
Kinuna ni Yahweh kaniak, 'Saanyo a riribuken ti Moab, ken saanyo ida a gubaten. Ta saankonto nga ited kadakayo ti dagana a kas sanikuayo, gapu ta intedko ti Ar kadagiti kaputotan ni Lot a kas sanikuada.'''
10 The Emims dwelt therein in times past, a people great and many, and tall, as the Anakims.
(Nagnaed sadiay dagiti Emim iti napalabas. Kabilbileg, kaad-adu ken kataytayag dagitoy dagiti tattao ti Anakim);
11 They also were taken for gyants as the Anakims: whom the Moabites call Emims.
maibilang met dagitoy a Refaim a kasla kadagiti Anakim; ngem aw-awagan ida dagiti Moabita iti Emim.
12 The Horims also dwelt in Seir before time, whome the children of Esau chased out and destroyed them before them, and dwelt in their steade: as Israel shall doe vnto the land of his possession, which the Lord hath giuen them.
Nagnaed met idi dagiti Horeo idiay Seir, ngem naisublat kadakuada dagiti kaputotan ni Esau. Dinadaelda ida iti sangoananda ket nagnaedda iti lugarda, a kas iti inaramid ti Israel iti daga a sanikuana nga inted ni Yahweh kadakuada.)
13 Now rise vp, sayd I, and get you ouer the riuer Zered: and we went ouer the riuer Zered.
“'Tumakderkayo ita ket lasatenyo ti waig a Zered.' Linasattayo ngarud ti waig a Zered.
14 The space also wherein we came from Kadesh-barnea, vntill we were come ouer the riuer Zered, was eight and thirtie yeeres, vntill all the generation of the men of warre were wasted out from among the hoste, as the Lord sware vnto them.
Ita, tallo-pulo ket walo a tawenen manipud kadagiti aldaw a dimtengtayo iti Kades Barnea agingga a binallasiwtayo ti waig a Zered. Iti dayta a tiempo ti pannakapukaw dagiti amin a lallaki iti dayta a henerasion a mabalin a makiranget, kas insapata ni Yahweh kadakuada.
15 For in deede the hand of the Lord was against them, to destroy them from among the hoste, till they were consumed.
Maysa pay, naibusor ti ima ni Yahweh iti dayta a henerasion isu a dinadaelna ida manipud kadagiti tattao agingga a napukawda.
16 So when all the men of warre were consumed and dead from among the people:
Napasamak ngarud nga idi natay ken napukaw dagiti amin lallaki a mabalin a makiranget manipud kadagiti tattao,
17 Then the Lord spake vnto me, saying,
a nagsao kaniak ni Yahweh a kunkunana,
18 Thou shalt goe through Ar the coast of Moab this day:
'Lumasatkayo ita nga aldaw iti Ar, a beddeng ti Moab.
19 And thou shalt come neere ouer against the children of Ammon: but shalt not lay siege vnto them, nor moue warre against them: for I will not giue thee of the land of the children of Ammon any possession: for I haue giuen it vnto the children of Lot for a possession.
Inton makaasidegkayon iti batug dagiti tattao ti Ammon, saanyo ida a riribuken wenno makiranget kadakuada; ta awanto ti itedko kadakayo ti aniaman a daga dagiti tattao ti Ammon a kas sanikuayo; gapu ta intedkon daytoy kadagiti kaputotan ni Lot a kas sanikuada.'”
20 That also was taken for a land of gyants: for gyants dwelt therein afore time, whome the Ammonites called Zamzummims:
(Naibilang met dayta a daga dagiti Refaim. Nagnaed idi dagiti Refaim sadiay — ngem aw-awagan ida dagiti Ammonita a Zamzummim —
21 A people that was great, and many, and tall, as the Anakims: but the Lord destroyed them before them, and they succeeded them in their inheritance, and dwelt in their stead:
tattao a kabilbileg, kaad-adu ken kataytayag dagiti Anakim. Ngem dinadael ida ni Yahweh iti sangoanan dagiti tattao iti Ammon, ken naisublatda kadakuada ket nagnaedda iti lugarda.
22 As he did to the children of Esau which dwell in Seir, when he destroyed the Horims before them, and they possessed them, and dwelt in their stead vnto this day.
Daytoy ket kas iti inaramid ni Yahweh kadagiti tattao ni Esau, nga agnanaed idiay Seir, idi dinadaelna dagiti Horeo iti sangoananda, ket naisublat kadakuada dagiti kaputotan ni Esau ket nagnaedda iti lugarda agingga kadagitoy nga aldaw.
23 And the Auims which dwelt in Hazarim euen vnto Azzah, the Caphtorims which came out of Caphtor destroyed them, and dwelt in their steade.
Ken dagiti Avvim, a nagnaed kadagiti bario agingga idiay Gaza —dagiti Caftorim, a rimmuar manipud Caftor, dinadaelda ida ket nagnaedda iti lugarda.)
24 Rise vp therefore, sayd the Lord: take your iourney, and passe ouer the riuer Arnon: beholde, I haue giuen into thy hand Sihon, the Amorite, King of Heshbon, and his land: begin to possesse it and prouoke him to battell.
“'Ita, tumakderkayo ket agdaliasatkayo, ket lasatenyo ti tanap ti Arnon; adtoy, intedko iti imam ni Sihon nga Ammoreo, ti ari ti Hesbon, ken ti dagana. Rugiam a tagikuaen daytoy, ken makirangetkayo kenkuana.
25 This day wil I begin to send thy feare and thy dread, vpon all people vnder the whole heauen, which shall heare thy fame, and shall tremble and quake before thee.
Ita nga aldaw, pagbutngek ken pagamakek kadakayo dagiti tattao nga adda iti sirok ti tangatang; mangngegda ti damag maipapan kadakayo ket agpigergerda ken agtuokda gapu kadakayo.
26 Then I sent messengers out of the wildernes of Kedemoth vnto Sihon King of Heshbon, with wordes of peace, saying,
Nangibaonak kadagiti mensahero manipud iti let-ang ti Cademot agingga iti Sihon, nga ari ti Hesbon nga addaan kadagiti sasao ti kapia a kunkunana,
27 Let me passe through thy land: I will go by the hie way: I will neither turne vnto the right hand nor to the left.
'Itulokmo koma a magnaak iti dagam; magnaak laeng iti dalan; saanakto nga agpa-kannawan wenno agpa-kannigid.
28 Thou shalt sell me meate for money, for to eate, and shalt giue me water for money for to drinke: onely I will go through on my foote,
Lakoannakto iti taraon tapno makapanganak; Lakoannakto iti danum tapno makainomak; palubosannak laeng koma a lumabas babaen kadagiti saksakak;
29 (As the children of Esau which dwell in Seir, and the Moabites which dwell in Ar, did vnto me) vntill I be come ouer Iorden, into the land which the Lord our God giueth vs.
a kas iti inaramid kaniak dagiti kaputotan ni Esau nga agnanaed idiay Seir, ken kas iti inaramid kaniak dagiti Moabita nga agnanaed idiay Ar; agingga a lasatek ti Jordan nga agturong iti daga nga it-ited ni Yahweh kadakami.'
30 But Sihon the King of Heshbon would not let vs passe by him: for the Lord thy God had hardened his spirit, and made his heart obstinate, because hee would deliuer him into thine hand, as appeareth this day.
Ngem saannatayo a pinalubosan a lumabas ni Sihon nga ari ti Hesbon; ta pinatangken ni Yahweh a Diosmo ti panunot ken pusona, tapno maparmekna isuna babaen iti bilegmo, nga isu ti inaramidna ita nga aldaw.
31 And the Lord sayd vnto me, Beholde, I haue begun to giue Sihon and his land before thee: begin to possesse and inherite his land.
Kinuna ni Yahweh kaniak, “Adtoy, rinugiakon nga iyawat ni Sihon ken ti dagana nga adda iti sangoanam; rugiam a tagikuaen daytoy, tapno matawidmo ti dagana.'
32 Then came out Sihon to meete vs, him selfe with all his people to fight at Iahaz.
Ket rimuar ni Sihon a maibusor kadatayo, isuna ken dagiti amin a tattaona, tapno makirangetda idiay Jaas.
33 But the Lord our God deliuered him into our power, and we smote him, and his sonnes, and all his people.
Inyawat isuna ni Yahweh a Diostayo kadatayo ket pinarmektayo isuna; pinapataytayo isuna, dagiti annakna a lallaki, ken dagiti amin a tattaona.
34 And we tooke all his cities the same time, and destroyed euery citie, men, and women, and children: we let nothing remaine.
Innalatayo dagiti amin a siudadna iti dayta a tiempo ket naan-anay a dinadaeltayo ti tunggal siudad nga adda agnanaed, agraman dagiti babbai ken dagiti ubbing; awan ti imbatitayo.
35 Onely the cattell we tooke to our selues, and the spoyle of the cities which we tooke,
Dagiti laeng baka a sinamsamtayo ti innalatayo para kadagiti bagbagitayo, agraman dagiti nasamsam kadagiti siudad a pinarmektayo.
36 From Aroer, which is by the banke of the riuer of Arnon, and from the citie that is vpon the riuer, euen vnto Gilead: there was not one citie that escaped vs: for the Lord our God deliuered vp all before vs.
Manipud Aroer, nga adda iti pungto ti tanap ti Arnon, ken manipud iti siudad nga adda iti tanap, agingga idiay Galaad, awan ti siudad a nangato unay para kadatayo. Pinagballiginatayo ni Yahweh a Diostayo kadagiti amin a kabusortayo nga adda iti sangoanantayo.
37 Onely vnto the land of the children of Ammon thou camest not, nor vnto any place of the riuer Iabbok, nor vnto the cities in the mountaines, nor vnto whatsoeuer the Lord our God forbade vs.
Ti laeng daga dagiti kaputotan ni Ammon ti saanyo a napanan, kasta met kadagiti amin nga igid ti Karayan Jabbok, ken dagiti siudad iti katurturodan a pagilian— iti tunggal lugar nga imparit ni Yahweh a Diostayo a papanantayo.
