Amos 3
1 Heare this worde that the Lord pronounceth against you, O children of Israel, euen against the whole familie which I brought vp from the land of Egypt, saying,
Oh bana ya Isalaele, boyoka liloba oyo Yawe alobi na tina na bino, na tina na etuka nyonso oyo nabimisaki na Ejipito:
2 You onely haue I knowen of all the families of the earth: therefore I will visite you for all your iniquities.
« Bozali etuka moko kaka oyo Ngai napona kati na bituka nyonso ya mabele; yango wana nakopesa bino etumbu mpo na mabe nyonso oyo bosali.
3 Can two walke together except they bee agreed?
Boni, bato mibale bakoki solo kotambola nzela moko soki bayokani te?
4 Will a lion roare in ye forest, when he hath no pray? or wil a lions whelpe cry out of his den, if he haue taken nothing?
Nkosi ekoki solo koganga na zamba soki emoni te nyama ya kolia? Mwana nkosi ekoki penza konguluma na esika oyo evandaka soki ekangi nyama te?
5 Can a birde fall in a snare vpon the earth, where no fouler is? or will he take vp the snare from the earth, and haue taken nothing at all?
Ndeke ekoki solo kokangama na motambo oyo ezali na mabele soki ezangi eloko ya kolia? Motambo ekoki solo koningana soki ekangi eloko te?
6 Or shall a trumpet be blowen in the citie, and the people be not afraide? or shall there be euil in a citie, and the Lord hath not done it?
Boni, kelelo ya bitumba ekoki solo kobeta kati na engumba, bongo bato bazanga kobanga? Pasi ekoki solo koya na engumba soki Yawe atindi yango te?
7 Surely the Lord God will doe nothing, but he reueileth his secrete vnto his seruantes the Prophets.
Solo, Nkolo Yawe asalaka eloko moko te soki alakisi mabongisi na Ye te epai ya basali na Ye, basakoli.
8 The lyon hath roared: who will not bee afraide? the Lord God hath spoken: who can but prophecie?
Nkosi egangi; nani akobanga te? Nkolo Yawe alobi; nani akoki koboya kosakola?
9 Proclayme in the palaces at Ashdod, and in the palaces in the lande of Egypt, and saye, Assemble your selues vpon the mountaines of Samaria: so beholde the great tumultes in the middes thereof, and the oppressed in the middes thereof.
Bosakola makambo oyo kati na bandako ya Asidodi mpe ya Ejipito: ‹ Bosangana na likolo ya bangomba ya Samari mpe botala ndenge nini mobulu mpe minyoko ezali kosalema kati na yango!
10 For they knowe not to doe right, sayth the Lord: they store vp violence, and robbery in their palaces.
Bato na Ngai bayebi lisusu te kosala makambo na bosembo, › elobi Yawe, ‹ batondisi bandako na bango na bomengo ya bitumba mpe na biloko oyo babotoli na makasi. › »
11 Therefore thus saith the Lord God, An aduersary shall come euen rounde about the countrey, and shall bring downe thy strength from thee, and thy palaces shalbe spoyled.
Mpo na yango, tala liloba oyo Nkolo Yawe alobi: « Monguna moko akozingela yo, akosukisa yo mpe akobotola na makasi biloko kati na bandako na yo, oyo batonga makasi. »
12 Thus saieth the Lord, As the shephearde taketh out of the mouth of the lyon two legges, or a piece of an eare: so shall the children of Israel be taken out that dwell in Samaria in the corner of a bed, and in Damascus, as in a couche.
Tala liloba oyo Yawe alobi: « Ndenge mobateli bibwele alongolaka na monoko ya nkosi makolo mibale to songe ya litoyi ya meme, ndenge wana nde bana ya Isalaele bakobikisama, ba-oyo bavandaka na Samari, na basonge mpe na basuka ya bambeto na bango. »
13 Heare, and testifie in the house of Iaakob, saith the Lord God, the God of hostes.
« Boyoka makambo oyo mpe bokebisa ndako ya Jakobi, » elobi Yawe, Nzambe, Mokonzi ya mampinga.
14 Surely in the day that I shall visit the transgressions of Israel vpon him, I wil also visite the altars of Beth-el, and the hornes of the altar shall be broken off, and fall to the ground.
« Na mokolo oyo nakopesa Isalaele etumbu mpo na masumu na ye, nakobebisa bitumbelo ya Beteli, nakobuka maseke ya bitumbelo, mpe ekokweya na mabele.
15 And I wil smite the winter house with the sommer house, and the houses of yuorie shall perish, and the great houses shalbe consumed, sayth the Lord.
Nakokweyisa ndako ya tango ya malili makasi mpe ya tango ya molunge makasi; mpe bandako oyo batonga kitoko na pembe ya nzoko ekozala lisusu te, » elobi Yawe.
