Acts 9
1 And Saul yet breathing out threatnings and slaughter against the disciples of ye Lord, went vnto the hie Priest,
၁ရှောလု သည်ကား၊ သခင်ဘုရား ၏ တပည့် တော်တို့တစ်ဘက်၌ ခြိမ်းချောက် ၍၊ အသေ သတ်ခြင်းငှာ ပြင်းစွာအသက်ရှူ သဖြင့်၊
2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the Synagogues, that if he found any that were of that way (either men or women) hee might bring them bound vnto Hierusalem.
၂ထိုဘာသာဝင်သော ယောက်ျား မိန်းမ တို့ကို တွေ့ လျှင်၊ ချည်နှောင် ၍ ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ပို့ဆောင် ရမည်အကြောင်း၊ ဒမာသက် မြို့၌ ရှိသော တရားစရပ်မှူး တို့ထံသို့ မှာစာ ကိုပေးပါဟု ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် မင်းထံ၌ဝင် ၍ တောင်း ပြီးမှ၊
3 Now as he iourneyed, it came to passe that as he was come neere to Damascus, suddenly there shined rounde about him a light from heauen.
၃သွား ၍ ဒမာသက် မြို့အနီး သို့ရောက် သောအခါ၊ ကောင်းကင် ထဲက အလင်း သည် သူ့ ပတ်လည်၍ ရုတ်ခနဲ ထွန်းတောက် လေ၏။
4 And hee fell to the earth, and heard a voyce, saying to him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me?
၄ရှောလုသည် မြေ ပေါ်မှာ လဲ ၍ နေစဉ်၊ ရှောလု ၊ ရှောလု ၊ အဘယ်ကြောင့် ငါ့ ကိုညှဉ်းဆဲ သနည်းဟု မိမိ အား ပြော သောစကား သံကို ကြား လျှင်၊
5 And he sayd, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord sayd, I am Iesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kicke against pricks.
၅သခင် ၊ ကိုယ်တော်သည် အဘယ်သူ နည်းဟု မေးလျှောက် ၏။ သခင်ဘုရားကလည်း၊ ငါ ကား သင် ညှဉ်းဆဲ သော ယေရှု ဖြစ် သတည်း။
6 He then both trembling and astonied, sayd, Lord, what wilt thou that I doe? And the Lord sayd vnto him, Arise and goe into the citie, and it shall be tolde thee what thou shalt doe.
၆သို့သော်လည်း ထ ၍ မြို့ သို့ ဝင် လော့။ သင် ပြု ရမည်အမှုကို ပြော လိမ့်မည်ဟုမိန့် တော်မူ၏။
7 The men also which iourneyed with him, stood amased, hearing his voyce, but seeing no man.
၇ရှောလု နှင့်အတူသွား သောသူ တို့သည် အသံ ကိုကြား ရုံမျှသာရှိ၍၊ အဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှမမြင် ဘဲ မိန်းမော တွေဝေလျက်ရပ် နေကြ၏။
8 And Saul arose from the ground, and opened his eyes, but sawe no man. Then led they him by the hand, and brought him into Damascus,
၈ရှောလု သည်လည်းမြေ မှ ထ ၍ မျက်စိ ကိုဖွင့် သော်လည်းအဘယ်သူ ကိုမျှမမြင် နိုင်သည်ဖြစ်၍၊ သူ ၏လက်ကို ဆွဲလျက် ဒမာသက် မြို့သို့ ပို့ဆောင် ကြ၏။
9 Where he was three dayes without sight, and neither ate nor dranke.
၉သုံး ရက် ပတ်လုံးမျက်စိမ မြင် ၊ မ စား မ သောက် ဘဲနေ လေ၏။
10 And there was a certaine disciple at Damascus named Ananias, and to him sayd the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he sayd, Beholde, I am here Lord.
၁၀ထိုအခါ အာနနိ အမည် ရှိသော တပည့် တော်တစ်ယောက်သည် ဒမာသက် မြို့၌ ရှိ ၏။ ထိုသူ ကို သခင် ဘုရားသည် ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အားဖြင့် ၊ အာနနိ ဟူ၍ခေါ် တော်မူလျှင်၊ အာနနိက၊ သခင် ဘုရား အကျွန်ုပ် ရှိ ပါသည်ဟုလျှောက် ၏။
11 Then the Lord sayd vnto him, Arise, and goe into the streete which is called Straight, and seeke in the house of Iudas after one called Saul of Tarsus: for beholde, he prayeth.
၁၁သခင် ဘုရားကလည်း ၊ သင်သည်ထ ၍ လမ်း ဖြောင့် အမည် ရှိသော လမ်း သို့ သွား လော့။ ရှောလု အမည် ရှိသောတာရှု မြို့သားကို ယုဒ ၏ အိမ် ၌ ရှာဖွေ လော့။ အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ထိုသူသည် ဆုတောင်း လျက်နေ၏။
12 (And he sawe in a vision a man named Ananias comming in to him, and putting his hands on him, that he might receiue his sight.)
၁၂မိမိမျက်စိကို မြင်ပြန်စေခြင်းငှာအာနနိ အမည် ရှိ သော သူ သည် ဝင် ၍ ၊ မိမိ အပေါ်၌ လက် တင် သည်ကို ဗျာဒိတ် တော်အားဖြင့် မြင် လေပြီ ဟုမိန့်တော်မူ၏။
13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I haue heard by many of this man, howe much euill hee hath done to thy saints at Hierusalem.
၁၃အာနနိ ကလည်း ၊ သခင် ဘုရား၊ ထို သူ သည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ကိုယ်တော် ၏ သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့ကို အဘယ်မျှလောက် ပင် ညှဉ်းဆဲ သည်ကို လူများ ပြော၍ အကျွန်ုပ်ကြား ရပါပြီ။
14 Moreouer here hee hath authoritie of the hie Priestes, to binde all that call on thy Name.
၁၄ဤအရပ် ၌လည်းကိုယ်တော် ကို ပဌနာ ပြုသော သူ ရှိသမျှ တို့ကို ချည်နှောင် ရမည်အခွင့် ကို ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီးတို့ထံ၌ ရ ပါသည်ဟု ပြန်လျှောက် ၏။
15 Then the Lord said vnto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessell vnto me, to beare my Name before the Gentiles, and Kings, and the children of Israel.
၁၅သခင် ဘုရားကလည်း ၊ ထို သူကားတစ်ပါး အမျိုးသားတို့နှင့် ရှင်ဘုရင် တို့ထံသို့၎င်း၊ ဣသရေလ အမျိုးသား တို့ရှိရာ သို့၎င်း၊ ငါ ၏နာမ ကို ပို့ဆောင် စေခြင်းငှာငါ ရွေးကောက် သော တန်ဆာ ဖြစ် ၏။
16 For I will shewe him, howe many things he must suffer for my Names sake.
၁၆အကြောင်းမူကား ၊ ထိုသူ သည်ငါ ၏နာမ ကြောင့် အဘယ်မျှလောက် ပင် ဆင်းရဲ ခံရမည်ကို ငါ သည် သူ့ အားပြ မည်။ ထိုကြောင့်သင်သွား လော့ဟု အာနနိ အား မိန့် တော်မူ၏။
17 Then Ananias went his way, and entred into that house, and put his hands on him, and sayd, Brother Saul, the Lord hath sent me (euen Iesus that appeared vnto thee in the way as thou camest) that thou mightest receiue thy sight, and be filled with the holy Ghost.
၁၇အာနနိ သည်လည်း သွား ၍ အိမ် သို့ ရောက် လျှင်၊ ရှောလု အပေါ် ၌မိမိလက် ကိုတင် ၍၊ ညီ ရှောလု ၊ သင်လာ သောလမ်း ၌ သင့် အား ထင်ရှား တော်မူသော သခင်ယေရှု သည် သင်၏မျက်စိမြင် ပြန်စေခြင်းငှာ ၎င်း ၊ သင့်ကိုသန့်ရှင်း သော ဝိညာဉ် တော်နှင့် ပြည့် စေခြင်းငှာ၎င်း ငါ ကို စေခန့် တော်မူသည်ဟုပြောဆို ၏။
18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had bene scales, and suddenly he receiued sight, and arose, and was baptized,
၁၈ထိုခဏ ၌ ရှောလု ၏ မျက်စိ မှ ငါး ကြေးကွာ ကျ သကဲ့သို့ ဖြစ်၍ ၊ မျက်စိမြင် ပြန်သဖြင့်ထ ၍ ဗတ္တိဇံ ကိုခံပြီးလျှင် ၊ အစာ အာဟာရကို သုံးဆောင် ၍ အားဖြည့် လေ၏။
19 And receiued meate, and was strengthened. So was Saul certaine dayes with the disciples which were at Damascus.
၁၉ထိုနောက်ရှောလုသည် ဒမာသက် မြို့၌ရှိသော တပည့် တော်တို့ နှင့်အတူ ကာလ အတန် အရာနေ ၍၊
20 And straightway hee preached Christ in the Synagogues, that he was that Sonne of God,
၂၀ယေရှု သည် ဘုရားသခင် ၏ သား တော်ဖြစ် ကြောင်း ကို တရားစရပ် တို့၌ မဆိုင်းမလင့် ဟော လေ၏။
21 So that all that heard him, were amased, and sayde, Is not this hee, that made hauocke of them which called on this Name in Hierusalem, and came hither for that intent, that hee should bring them bound vnto the hie Priests?
၂၁ကြား သောသူအပေါင်း တို့သည် အံ့ဩ ၍ ၊ သူ ကား၊ ထို သခင် ကို ပဌနာ ပြုသောသူ တို့ကို ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ ဖျက်ဆီး သည် သာမက၊ ထိုသူ များကိုချည်နှောင် ၍ ယဇ်ပုရောဟိတ် အကြီးတို့ထံသို့ ပို့ဆောင် ခြင်းငှာ ဤအရပ် သို့ လာ သောသူဖြစ်သည် မ ဟုတ် လောဟု ဆို ကြ၏။
22 But Saul encreased the more in strength, and confounded the Iewes which dwelt at Damascus, confirming, that this was that Christ.
၂၂ရှောလု သည်လည်း အားတိုးပွား သဖြင့် ဒမာသက် မြို့၌ နေ သော ယုဒ လူတို့သည် ပြောသမျှသော စကားကိုချေ၍၊ ယေရှု သည် ခရစ်တော် ဖြစ် ကြောင်း ကို ထင်ရှား စွာပြ၏။
23 And after that many dayes were fulfilled, the Iewes tooke counsell together, to kill him,
၂၃ကာလ ကြာမြင့် ပြီးမှ၊ ရှောလု ကိုသတ် အံ့သောငှာ၊ ယုဒ လူတို့ သည်အချင်းချင်းတိုင်ပင် ကြ၏။
24 But their laying awayte was knowen of Saul: nowe they watched the gates day and night, that they might kill him.
၂၄ထို အကြံအစည်ကို ရှောလု သည်သိ ၏။ သူ့ ကို သတ် အံ့သောငှာ မြို့တံခါး တို့ကို နေ့ ညဉ့် မပြတ်စောင့် ကြ သောကြောင့်၊
25 Then the disciples tooke him by night, and put him through the wall, and let him downe by a rope in a basket.
၂၅တပည့် တော်တို့သည် ညဉ့် အခါသူ့ ကိုယူ၍ တောင်း ၌ ထည့်ပြီးလျှင်မြို့ရိုး ပေါ်က လျှောချ ကြ၏။
26 And when Saul was come to Hierusalem, he assayed to ioyne himselfe with the disciples: but they were all afrayd of him, and beleeued not that he was a disciple.
၂၆ယေရုရှလင် မြို့သို့ ရောက် သောအခါ ၊ တပည့် တော်တို့နှင့် ပေါင်းဘော် မည်ပြု သော်၊ သူ သည် တပည့် တော်ဖြစ် ကြောင်းကိုတပည့်တော် အပေါင်းတို့ သည် မ ယုံ သဖြင့် သူ့ ကိုကြောက်ရွံ့ ကြ၏။
27 But Barnabas tooke him, and brought him to the Apostles, and declared to them, howe hee had seene the Lord in the way, and that hee had spoken vnto him, and how he had spoken boldly at Damascus in the Name of Iesus.
၂၇ထိုအခါ ဗာနဗ သည် သူ့ ကိုခေါ် ၍ တမန်တော် များထံသို့ ပို့ဆောင် ပြီးလျှင်၊ အထက်ကရှောလုသည် လမ်း ခရီး၌ သခင် ဘုရားကို မြင် သည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ သူ့ အားမိန့် တော်မူသည်ဟူ၍၎င်း၊ ဒမာသက် မြို့၌ ယေရှု ၏နာမ တော်ကိုအမှီပြု လျက်၊ ရဲရင့် စွာဟောသည်ဟူ၍၎င်းပြော လေ၏။
28 And hee was conuersant with them at Hierusalem,
၂၈ထိုနောက်မှ ရှောလုသည် ယေရုရှလင် မြို့၌ တမန်တော် တို့နှင့် ပေါင်းဖော်၍၊ သခင် ယေရှု၏ နာမ တော်ကိုအမှီပြု ၍ရဲရင့် စွာ ဟောလျက် နေ၏။
29 And spake boldly in the Name of the Lord Iesus, and spake and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.
၂၉ဟေလေနစ် လူတို့နှင့် နှီးနှော ပြောဆို သဖြင့်၊ ထိုသူတို့သည် ရှောလု ကိုသတ် မည်ဟု အားထုတ် ကြ၏။
30 But when the brethren knewe it, they brought him to Cesarea, and sent him forth to Tarsus.
၃၀ထိုအကြောင်းကို ညီအစ်ကို တို့သည် ကြားသိ လျှင် ၊ ရှောလု ကို ကဲသရိ မြို့သို့ ပို့ ၍ တာရှု မြို့တိုင်အောင် စေလွှတ် ကြ၏။
31 Then had the Churches rest through all Iudea, and Galile, and Samaria, and were edified and walked in the feare of the Lord, and were multiplied by the comfort of the holy Ghost.
၃၁ထိုအခါ ယုဒ ပြည်၊ ဂါလိလဲ ပြည်၊ ရှမာရိ ပြည် အရပ်ရပ် တို့တွင် အသင်းတော် တို့သည် ငြိမ်သက် ၍ တည်ဆောက် ခြင်းရှိကြ၏။ သခင် ဘုရားကို ကြောက်ရွံ့ ခြင်း၌၎င်း ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သောဝိညာဉ် တော်၏ အဆုံးအမ ၌ ၎င်း၊ မွေ့လျော် သောအားဖြင့်ပွားများ ကြ၏။
32 And it came to passe, as Peter walked throughout all quarters, hee came also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.
၃၂ပေတရု သည် အရပ်ရပ် တို့ကို လှည့်လည် သည် တွင် သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့ရှိ ရာလုဒ္ဒ မြို့သို့ ရောက် လေ၏။
33 And there he found a certaine man named Aeneas, which had kept his couch eight yeeres, and was sicke of the palsie.
၃၃ထို အရပ်၌ အဲနေ အမည် ရှိသောတုံးလုံး နေ သော သူ တစ် ယောက်ကိုတွေ့ လျှင် ၊ အဲနေ ၊ ယေရှု ခရစ် သည် သင့် အားချမ်းသာ ပေးတော်မူ၏။
34 Then said Peter vnto him, Aeneas, Iesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise and trusse thy couch together. And he arose immediately.
၃၄ထ ၍ အိပ်ရာကိုပြင် လော့ဟု ပေတရု ဆို သော်၊ ထိုသူသည် ချက်ခြင်း ထ ၏။
35 And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron, sawe him, and turned to the Lord.
၃၅လုဒ္ဒ မြို့နှင့် ရှာရုန် မြို့၌ နေ သောသူ အပေါင်း တို့သည် ထိုသူ ကို မြင် ၍ သခင် ဘုရားထံတော်သို့ ပြောင်းလဲ ကြ၏။
36 There was also at Ioppa a certaine woman, a disciple named Tabitha (which by interpretation is called Dorcas) she was full of good workes and almes which she did.
၃၆ယုပွေ မြို့၌ ဒေါ်ကာ ဟုဆိုလို သော တဗိသ အမည် ရှိသော တပည့် တော်မ တစ် ယောက်ရှိ ၏။ ထို မိန်းမသည် ကောင်း သောအကျင့် ၊ စွန့်ကြဲ ခြင်းအကျင့်နှင့် ပြည့်စုံ လျက်၊
37 And it came to passe in those dayes, that she was sicke and dyed: and when they had washed her, they layd her in an vpper chamber.
၃၇ထို အခါ ၌ နာ ၍သေ လေ၏။ အလောင်းကို ရေချိုးပြီးလျှင်အထက် ခန်း၌ တင် ထားကြ၏။
38 Now forasmuch as Lydda was neere to Ioppa, and the disciples had heard that Peter was there, they sent vnto him two men, desiring that he would not delay to come vnto them.
၃၈လုဒ္ဒ မြို့သည် ယုပွေ မြို့နှင့် နီး သည်ဖြစ် ၍ ထိုမြို့ ၌ ပေတရု ရှိ ကြောင်း ကို တပည့် တော်တို့သည်ကြား လျှင်၊ ပေတရုသည် အလျင်အမြန် ကြွလာ ပါမည် အကြောင်း လူ နှစ် ယောက်ကို စေလွှတ် ၍ တောင်းပန် ကြ၏။
39 Then Peter arose and came with them: and when hee was come, they brought him into the vpper chamber, where all the widowes stoode by him weeping, and shewing the coates and garments, which Dorcas made, while she was with them.
၃၉ပေတရု သည် ထ ၍ ထိုသူ တို့နှင့်အတူလိုက် လေ ၏။ ရောက် လျှင် အထက် ခန်းသို့ ခေါ်ပင့် ၍ မုတ်ဆိုးမ များ တို့သည် ငိုကြွေး လျက် ၊ သူ တို့နှင့်အတူ ဒေါ်ကာ ရှိ စဉ်အခါလုပ် ခဲ့သော အင်္ကျီ နှင့် အဝတ် များကို ပြ လျက် ရှိကြ၏။
40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled downe, and prayed, and turned him to the body, and sayd, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes, and when she sawe Peter, sate vp.
၄၀ပေတရု သည် ထိုသူအပေါင်း တို့ကို ပြင် သို့ထွက် စေသည်နောက် ၊ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဒူး ထောက် ၍ ဆုတောင်း ပဌနာပြုပြီးလျှင် ၊ ထိုအလောင်း သို့ မျက်နှာလှည့် ၍၊ တဗိသ ၊ ထ လော့ဟုဆို လေ၏။ ထိုမိန်းမ သည် မျက်စိ ကိုဖွင့် ၍ ပေတရု ကိုမြင် လျှင် ထ၍ထိုင် ၏။
41 Then he gaue her the hand and lift her vp, and called the Saints and widowes, and restored her aliue.
၄၁ပေတရုသည် မိမိလက် ကို သူ့ အားပေး ၍ ချီကြွ ပြီးမှ ၊ သန့်ရှင်း သူ တို့နှင့် မုတ်ဆိုးမ တို့ကိုခေါ် ၍ အသက် ရှင်လျက်ရှိသော ထိုမိန်းမ ကိုပြ လေ၏။
42 And it was knowen throughout all Ioppa, and many beleeued in the Lord.
၄၂ထိုအကြောင်းကို ယုပွေ မြို့၌ အနှံ့အပြားသိ ကြ ၍၊ လူများ တို့သည် သခင် ဘုရားကိုယုံကြည် ခြင်းသို့ ရောက်ကြ၏။
43 And it came to passe that he taried many dayes in Ioppa with one Simon a Tanner.
၄၃ပေတရုသည် ယုပွေ မြို့၌ ရှိမုန် အမည်ရှိသော သားရေ လုပ်သမားနှင့်အတူ ကြာမြင့် စွာနေ ၏။
