< 2 Kings 3 >

1 Nowe Iehoram the sonne of Ahab beganne to reigne ouer Israel in Samaria, the eighteenth yeere of Iehoshaphat King of Iudah, and reigned twelue yeeres.
Tango Jozafati, mokonzi ya Yuda, akokisaki mibu zomi na mwambe na bokonzi, Yorami, mwana mobali ya Akabi, akomaki mokonzi ya Isalaele na Samari. Asalaki mibu zomi na mibale na bokonzi.
2 And he wrought euill in the sight of the Lord, but not like his father nor like his mother: for he tooke away the image of Baal that his father had made.
Asalaki mabe na miso ya Yawe, kasi ndenge moko te na tata mpe mama na ye. Abukaki ekeko ya Bala oyo tata na ye atelemisaki,
3 Neuerthelesse, he cleaued vnto the sinnes of Ieroboam, the sonne of Nebat, which made Israel to sinne, and departed not therefrom.
kasi akangamaki kaka na lisumu ya Jeroboami, mwana mobali ya Nebati, oyo amemaki Isalaele na kosala masumu; atikalaki kobongwana na yango te.
4 Then Mesha King of Moab had store of sheepe, and rendred vnto the King of Israel an hundreth thousande lambes, and an hundreth thousande rammes with the wooll.
Mesha, mokonzi ya Moabi, azalaki kobokola bameme. Mibu nyonso, azalaki kofuta mpako epai ya mokonzi ya Isalaele, oyo ezalaki na motuya ya bampate nkoto nkama moko mpe ya bameme ya mibali nkoto nkama moko elongo na bapwale na yango.
5 But when Ahab was dead, the king of Moab rebelled against the King of Israel.
Tango Akabi akufaki, mokonzi ya Moabi atombokelaki mokonzi ya Isalaele.
6 Therefore King Iehoram went out of Samaria the same season, and nombred all Israel,
Na tango wana, mokonzi Yorami abimaki na Samari mpe asangisaki Isalaele mobimba.
7 And went, and sent to Iehoshaphat King of Iudah, saying, The King of Moab hath rebelled against me: wilt thou goe with me to battell against Moab? And he answered, I will goe vp: for I am, as thou art, my people, as thy people, and mine horses as thine horses.
Atindaki lisusu sango oyo epai ya Jozafati, mokonzi ya Yuda: — Mokonzi ya Moabi atombokeli ngai. Okoki solo kokende elongo na ngai mpo na kobundisa bato ya Moabi? Mokonzi Jozafati azongisaki: — Nakokende na yo elongo. Ngai na yo tozali kaka moto moko; bato na ngai bazali kaka bato na yo, bongo bampunda na ngai ezali mpe bampunda na yo.
8 Then said he, What way shall we goe vp? And he answered, The way of the wildernesse of Edom.
Jozafati atunaki: — Tokokende na nzela nini? Yorami azongisaki: — Na nzela ya esobe ya Edomi.
9 So went the King of Israel and the king of Iudah, and the King of Edom, and when they had compassed the way seuen dayes, they had no water for the hoste, nor for the cattell that followed them.
Mokonzi ya Isalaele abimaki elongo na mokonzi ya Yuda mpe mokonzi ya Edomi. Batambolaki mikolo sambo, kasi mayi ya komela ezalaki lisusu te mpo na mampinga mpe banyama oyo ezalaki kotambola elongo na bango.
10 Therefore the King of Israel sayde, Alas, that the Lord hath called these three Kings, to giue them into the hand of Moab.
Mokonzi ya Isalaele akamwaki: — Ndenge nini boye! Yawe asangisi biso awa, biso bakonzi misato, kaka mpo na kokaba biso na maboko ya bato ya Moabi?
11 But Iehoshaphat saide, Is there not here a Prophet of the Lord, that we may inquire of the Lord by him? And one of the King of Israels seruants answered, and said, Here is Elisha the sonne of Shaphat, which powred water on the handes of Eliiah.
Kasi Jozafati atunaki: — Awa, ezali te na mosakoli ya Yawe mpo ete totuna toli ya Yawe na nzela na ye? Mokonzi moko ya mampinga ya mokonzi ya Isalaele azongisaki: — Elize, mwana mobali ya Shafati, azali awa. Azalaki kosopa mayi na maboko ya Eliya.
12 Then Iehoshaphat saide, The worde of the Lord is with him. Therefore the King of Israel, and Iehoshaphat, and the King of Edom went downe to him.
Jozafati alobaki: — Solo, Liloba na Yawe ezali elongo na ye. Boye mokonzi ya Isalaele elongo na Jozafati mpe mokonzi ya Edomi bakendeki epai ya Elize.
13 And Elisha sayde vnto the King of Israel, What haue I to doe with thee? get thee to the prophets of thy father and to the prophets of thy mother. And the King of Israel saide vnto him, Nay: for the Lord hath called these three Kings, to giue them into the hande of Moab.
Elize alobaki na mokonzi ya Isalaele: — Ngai na yo likambo nini? Kende koluka mosakoli ya tata na yo to ya mama na yo. Mokonzi ya Isalaele azongisaki: — Te! Yawe asangisi biso te, biso bakonzi oyo misato, mpo na kokaba biso na maboko ya bato ya Moabi!
14 Then Elisha said, As the Lord of hostes liueth, in whose sight I stande, if it were not, that I regarde the presence of Iehoshaphat the King of Iudah, I woulde not haue looked towarde thee, nor seene thee.
Elize azongisaki: — Na Kombo na Yawe, Mokonzi ya mampinga, oyo ngai nasalelaka; soki ezalaki te mpo na kotosa Jozafati, mokonzi ya Yuda, nalingaki kutu ata moke te kotala yo to kolanda yo na bokebi.
15 But nowe bring me a minstrel. And when the minstrel played, the hand of the Lord came vpon him.
Kasi sik’oyo, memela ngai mobeti moko ya lindanda! Wana mobeti lindanda azalaki kobeta, loboko ya Yawe ekitelaki Elize,
16 And he saide, Thus saith the Lord, Make this valley full of ditches.
mpe Elize alobaki: « Tala liloba oyo Yawe alobi: Botimola mabulu ebele na lubwaku oyo!
17 For thus saith the Lord, Ye shall neither see winde nor see raine, yet the valley shalbe filled with water, that ye may drinke, both ye and your cattel, and your beastes.
Pamba te, tala liloba oyo Yawe alobi: Bokotikala te komona mopepe to mvula, kasi lubwaku oyo ekotonda na mayi, mpe bino elongo na bibwele na bino bokomela yango.
18 But this is a small thing in the sight of the Lord: for he will giue Moab into your hande.
Ezali likambo moke na miso ya Yawe. Akokaba lisusu bato ya Moabi na maboko na bino.
19 And ye shall smite euery strong towne and euery chiefe citie, and shall fell euery faire tree, and shall stoppe all the fountaines of water, and marre euery good fielde with stones.
Bokobuka bingumba na bango nyonso oyo batonga makasi mpe bingumba nyonso ya minene, bokokata banzete na bango nyonso ya kitoko, bokokanga bitima nyonso ya mayi mpe bokobebisa bilanga nyonso na mabanga. »
20 And in the morning whe the meat offring was offred, beholde, there came water by the way of Edom: and the countrey was filled with water.
Na tongo ya mokolo oyo elandaki, na tango oyo batumbaka mbeka, mayi ebandaki kotiola na nzela ya Edomi, mpe mabele etondaki na mayi.
21 And when al the Moabites heard that the Kings were come vp to fight against them, they gathered all that was able to put on harnesse, and vpwarde, and stood in their border.
Nzokande, sima na bato nyonso ya Moabi koyoka sango ete bakonzi bayei kobundisa bango, babengaki bato nyonso, bilenge mpe mikolo oyo bakoki komema bibundeli, mpe batelemisaki bango na mondelo ya mboka.
22 And they rose earely in the morning, when the sunne arose vpon the water, and the Moabites saw the water ouer against them, as red as blood.
Tango balamukaki na tongo-tongo, moyi ezalaki kongala na mayi; mpe bato ya Moabi bamonaki liboso na bango mayi motane lokola makila.
23 And they saide, This is blood the Kings are surely slaine, and one hath smitten another: now therefore, Moab, to the spoyle.
Bagangaki: « Ezali makila! Bakonzi babundi bango na bango. Sik’oyo, bato na Moabi, tokende kobotola biloko na bango! »
24 And when they came to the host of Israel, the Israelites arose vp, and smote the Moabites, so that they fled before them, but they inuaded them, and smote Moab.
Kasi tango bato ya Moabi bakomaki na molako ya bana ya Isalaele, bana ya Isalaele batelemaki, babundisaki bango kino bato ya Moabi bakimaki. Bato ya Isalaele bakotaki na mboka Moabi mpe babetaki yango.
25 And they destroyed the cities: and on all the good field euery man cast his stone, and filled them and they stopt all the fountaines of water, and felled all the good trees: onely in Kirharaseth left they the stones thereof: howebeit they went about it with slings, and smote it.
Babebisaki bingumba, mpe moto nyonso abwakaki libanga moko na bilanga nyonso ya kitoko kino etondaki na mabanga, bakangaki bitima nyonso ya mayi, mpe bakataki nzete nyonso ya kitoko. Kaka engumba ya Kiri-Aresheti nde etikalaki na mabanga na yango; kasi babwaki ya mabanga bazingelaki yango mpe babundisaki yango lokola.
26 And when the King of Moab saw that the battel was too sore for him, he tooke with him seuen hudreth men that drew the sword, to break through vnto the King of Edom: but they could not.
Tango mokonzi ya Moabi amonaki ete bitumba ebalukeli ye, akamataki basoda nkama sambo oyo babundaka na mipanga, mpo na kofungola nzela kino epai ya mokonzi ya Edomi, kasi balongaki te.
27 Then he tooke his eldest sonne, that should haue reigned in his stead, and offered him for a burnt offring vpon the wall: so that Israel was sore grieued, and they departed from him, and returned to their countrey.
Boye azwaki mwana na ye ya liboso ya mobali oyo alingaki kokitana na ye na bokonzi, abonzaki ye lokola mbeka ya kotumba, na likolo ya mir ya engumba. Tango bamonaki bongo, bana ya Isalaele bayokaki mawa, balongwaki mpe bazongaki na mboka na bango.
