2 Kings 16
1 The seuenteenth yeere of Pekah the sonne of Remaliah, Ahaz the sonne of Iotham King of Iudah began to reigne.
En la dek-sepa jaro de Pekaĥ, filo de Remalja, ekreĝis Aĥaz, filo de Jotam, reĝo de Judujo.
2 Twentie yeere olde was Ahaz, when hee began to reigne, and he reigned sixteene yeere in Ierusalem, and did not vprightly in the sight of the Lord his God, like Dauid his father:
La aĝon de dudek jaroj havis Aĥaz, kiam li fariĝis reĝo, kaj dek ses jarojn li reĝis en Jerusalem; kaj li ne agadis bone antaŭ la Eternulo, lia Dio, kiel lia patro David.
3 But walked in the way of ye kings of Israel, yea, and made his sonne to go through the fire, after the abominations of the heathen, whom the Lord had cast out before the children of Israel.
Li iradis laŭ la vojo de la reĝoj de Izrael, kaj eĉ sian filon li trairigis tra fajro, simile al la abomenindaĵoj de la nacioj, kiujn la Eternulo forpelis de antaŭ la Izraelidoj.
4 Also he offred and burnt incense in the hie places and on the hilles, and vnder euery greene tree.
Li oferadis kaj incensadis sur la altaĵoj kaj sur la montetoj kaj sub ĉiu verda arbo.
5 Then Rezin king of Aram and Pekah sonne of Remaliah King of Israel came vp to Ierusalem to fight: and they besieged Ahaz, but could not ouercome him.
Tiam Recin, reĝo de Sirio, kaj Pekaĥ, filo de Remalja, reĝo de Izrael, iris milite kontraŭ Jerusalemon; ili sieĝis Aĥazon, sed ne povis venkopreni.
6 At the same time Rezin king of Aram restored Elath to Aram, and droue the Iewes from Elath: so the Aramites came to Elath, and dwelt there vnto this day.
En tiu tempo Recin, reĝo de Sirio, revenigis Elaton al Sirio kaj elpelis la Judojn el Elat; la Sirianoj eniris Elaton kaj ekloĝis tie ĝis la nuna tago.
7 Then Ahaz sent messengers to Tiglath Pileser king of Asshur, saying, I am thy seruant and thy sonne: come vp, and deliuer me out of the hand of the king of Aram, and out of the hand of the King of Israel which rise vp against me.
Aĥaz sendis senditojn al Tiglat-Pileser, reĝo de Asirio, por diri: Mi estas via servanto kaj via filo; venu, kaj savu min kontraŭ la mano de la reĝo de Sirio kaj kontraŭ la mano de la reĝo de Izrael, kiuj leviĝis kontraŭ mi.
8 And Ahaz tooke the siluer and the golde that was found in the house of the Lord, and in the treasures of the Kings house, and sent a present vnto the King of Asshur.
Kaj Aĥaz prenis la arĝenton kaj oron, kiuj troviĝis en la domo de la Eternulo kaj en la trezorejoj de la reĝa domo, kaj sendis tion donace al la reĝo de Asirio.
9 And the King of Asshur consented vnto him: and the King of Asshur went vp against Damascus. and when he had taken it, he caryed the people away to Kir, and slew Rezin.
Kaj la reĝo de Asirio obeis lin, kaj la reĝo de Asirio iris kontraŭ Damaskon kaj prenis ĝin kaj transkondukis ĝiajn loĝantojn en Kiron, kaj Recinon li mortigis.
10 And King Ahaz went vnto Damascus to meete Tiglath Pileser King of Asshur: and when King Ahaz sawe the altar that was at Damascus, he sent to Vriiah the Priest the paterne of the altar, and the facion of it, and all the workemanship thereof.
La reĝo Aĥaz iris Damaskon renkonte al Tiglat-Pileser, reĝo de Asirio, kaj li vidis la altaron, kiu estis en Damasko; kaj la reĝo Aĥaz sendis al la pastro Urija la bildon de la altaro kaj la desegnon de ĝia tuta konstruo.
11 And Vriiah the Priest made an altar in al poyntes like to that which King Ahaz had sent from Damascus, so did Vriiah the Priest against King Ahaz came from Damascus.
Kaj la pastro Urija konstruis altaron. Konforme al ĉio, kion la reĝo Aĥaz sendis el Damasko, la pastro Urija aranĝis, antaŭ ol la reĝo Aĥaz venis el Damasko.
12 So when the King was come from Damascus, the King sawe the altar: and the King drewe neere to the altar and offered thereon.

13 And hee burnt his burnt offering, and his meate offring, and powred his drinke offring, and sprinkled the blood of his peace offrings besides the altar,
kaj bruligis sian bruloferon kaj sian farunoferon kaj verŝis sian verŝoferon kaj aspergis la altaron per la sango de sia pacofero.
14 And set it by the brasen altar which was before the Lord, and brought it in farther before the house betweene the altar and the house of the Lord, and set it on the North side of the altar.
Kaj la kupran altaron, kiu staris antaŭ la Eternulo, li forŝovis de la antaŭa flanko de la domo, de la loko inter la altaro kaj la domo de la Eternulo, kaj starigis ĝin flanke de la altaro norde.
15 And King Ahaz commanded Vriiah the Priest, and sayde, Vpon the great altar set on fire in the morning the burnt offring, and in the euen the meate offring, and the Kings burnt offring and his meate offering, with the burnt offring of all the people of the lande, and their meate offring, and their drinke offrings: and powre thereby all the blood of the burnt offring, and all the blood of the sacrifice, and the brasen altar shalbe for me to inquire of God.
Kaj la reĝo Aĥaz ordonis al la pastro Urija, dirante: Sur la granda altaro bruligu la matenan bruloferon, la vesperan farunoferon, la bruloferon de la reĝo kaj lian farunoferon, la bruloferon de la tuta popolo, ilian farunoferon kaj ilian verŝoferon, kaj per la tuta sango de brulofero kaj per la tuta sango de buĉofero aspergu ĝin; sed la kupra altaro restu, ĝis mi pripensos pri ĝi.
16 And Vriiah the Priest did according to all that King Ahaz had commanded.
Kaj la pastro Urija faris ĉion konforme al tio, kiel ordonis la reĝo Aĥaz.
17 And King Ahaz brake the borders of the bases, and tooke the caldrons from off them, and tooke downe the sea from the brasen oxen that were vnder it, and put it vpon a pauement of stones.
La reĝo Aĥaz derompis la muretojn de la bazaĵoj kaj deprenis de ili la lavujon, kaj la maron li deprenis de la kupraj bovoj, kiuj estis sub ĝi, kaj metis ĝin sur ŝtonan plankon.
18 And the vaile for the Sabbath (that they had made in the house) and the Kings entrie without turned he to the house of the Lord, because of the King of Asshur.
Kaj la kovritan sabatan halon, kiun oni konstruis ĉe la domo, kaj la eksteran enirejon de la reĝo li turnis al la domo de la Eternulo, pro la reĝo de Asirio.
19 Concerning the rest of the actes of Ahaz, which he did, are they not written in the booke of the Chronicles of the Kings of Iudah?
La cetera historio de Aĥaz, kion li faris, estas priskribita en la libro de kroniko de la reĝoj de Judujo.
20 And Ahaz slept with his fathers, and was buryed with his fathers in the citie of Dauid, and Hezekiah his sonne reigned in his steade.
Kaj Aĥaz ekdormis kun siaj patroj, kaj oni enterigis lin kun liaj patroj en la urbo de David. Kaj anstataŭ li ekreĝis lia filo Ĥizkija.
