2 Corinthians 12
1 It is not expedient for me no doubt to reioyce: for I will come to visions and reuelations of the Lord.
ஆத்மஸ்²லாகா⁴ மமாநுபயுக்தா கிந்த்வஹம்’ ப்ரபோ⁴ ர்த³ர்ஸ²நாதே³ஸா²நாம் ஆக்²யாநம்’ கத²யிதும்’ ப்ரவர்த்தே|
2 I know a man in Christ aboue fourteene yeeres agone, (whether he were in the body, I can not tell, or out of the body, I can not tell: God knoweth) which was taken vp into the thirde heauen.
இதஸ்²சதுர்த³ஸ²வத்ஸரேப்⁴ய: பூர்வ்வம்’ மயா பரிசித ஏகோ ஜநஸ்த்ரு’தீயம்’ ஸ்வர்க³மநீயத, ஸ ஸஸ²ரீரேண நி: ஸ²ரீரேண வா தத் ஸ்தா²நமநீயத தத³ஹம்’ ந ஜாநாமி கிந்த்வீஸ்²வரோ ஜாநாதி|
3 And I knowe such a man (whether in the body, or out of the body, I can not tell: God knoweth)
ஸ மாநவ: ஸ்வர்க³ம்’ நீத: ஸந் அகத்²யாநி மர்த்த்யவாக³தீதாநி ச வாக்யாநி ஸ்²ருதவாந்|
4 How that he was taken vp into Paradise, and heard words which cannot be spoken, which are not possible for man to vtter.
கிந்து ததா³நீம்’ ஸ ஸஸ²ரீரோ நி: ஸ²ரீரோ வாஸீத் தந்மயா ந ஜ்ஞாயதே தத்³ ஈஸ்²வரேணைவ ஜ்ஞாயதே|
5 Of such a man will I reioyce: of my selfe will I not reioyce, except it bee of mine infirmities.
தமத்⁴யஹம்’ ஸ்²லாகி⁴ஷ்யே மாமதி⁴ நாந்யேந கேநசித்³ விஷயேண ஸ்²லாகி⁴ஷ்யே கேவலம்’ ஸ்வதௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யேந ஸ்²லாகி⁴ஷ்யே|
6 For though I woulde reioyce, I should not be a foole, for I will say the trueth: but I refraine, lest any man should thinke of me aboue that hee seeth in me, or that he heareth of me.
யத்³யஹம் ஆத்மஸ்²லாகா⁴ம்’ கர்த்தும் இச்சே²யம்’ ததா²பி நிர்ப்³போ³த⁴ இவ ந ப⁴விஷ்யாமி யத: ஸத்யமேவ கத²யிஷ்யாமி, கிந்து லோகா மாம்’ யாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ பஸ்²யந்தி மம வாக்யம்’ ஸ்²ருத்வா வா யாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ மாம்’ மந்யதே தஸ்மாத் ஸ்²ரேஷ்ட²ம்’ மாம்’ யந்ந க³ணயந்தி தத³ர்த²மஹம்’ ததோ விரம்’ஸ்யாமி|
7 And lest I should be exalted out of measure through the aboundance of reuelations, there was giuen vnto me a pricke in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet mee, because I should not be exalted out of measure.
அபரம் உத்க்ரு’ஷ்டத³ர்ஸ²நப்ராப்திதோ யத³ஹம் ஆத்மாபி⁴மாநீ ந ப⁴வாமி தத³ர்த²ம்’ ஸ²ரீரவேத⁴கம் ஏகம்’ ஸூ²லம்’ மஹ்யம் அதா³யி தத் மதீ³யாத்மாபி⁴மாநநிவாரணார்த²ம்’ மம தாட³யிதா ஸ²யதாநோ தூ³த: |
8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrise, that it might depart from me.
மத்தஸ்தஸ்ய ப்ரஸ்தா²நம்’ யாசிதுமஹம்’ த்ரிஸ்தமதி⁴ ப்ரபு⁴முத்³தி³ஸ்²ய ப்ரார்த²நாம்’ க்ரு’தவாந்|
9 And he said vnto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my power is made perfect through weakenesse. Very gladly therefore will I reioyce rather in mine infirmities, that the power of Christ may dwell in me.
தத: ஸ மாமுக்தவாந் மமாநுக்³ரஹஸ்தவ ஸர்வ்வஸாத⁴க: , யதோ தௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யாத் மம ஸ²க்தி: பூர்ணதாம்’ க³ச்ச²தீதி| அத: க்²ரீஷ்டஸ்ய ஸ²க்தி ர்யந்மாம் ஆஸ்²ரயதி தத³ர்த²ம்’ ஸ்வதௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யேந மம ஸ்²லாக⁴நம்’ ஸுக²த³ம்’|
10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproches, in necessities, in persecutions, in anguish for Christes sake: for when I am weake, then am I strong.
தஸ்மாத் க்²ரீஷ்டஹேதோ ர்தௌ³ர்ப்³ப³ல்யநிந்தா³த³ரித்³ரதாவிபக்ஷதாகஷ்டாதி³ஷு ஸந்துஷ்யாம்யஹம்’| யதா³ஹம்’ து³ர்ப்³ப³லோ(அ)ஸ்மி ததை³வ ஸப³லோ ப⁴வாமி|
11 I was a foole to boast my selfe: yee haue compelled mee: for I ought to haue bene commended of you: for in nothing was I inferiour vnto the very chiefe Apostles, though I bee nothing.
ஏதேநாத்மஸ்²லாக⁴நேநாஹம்’ நிர்ப்³போ³த⁴ இவாப⁴வம்’ கிந்து யூயம்’ தஸ்ய காரணம்’ யதோ மம ப்ரஸ²ம்’ஸா யுஷ்மாபி⁴ரேவ கர்த்தவ்யாஸீத்| யத்³யப்யம் அக³ண்யோ ப⁴வேயம்’ ததா²பி முக்²யதமேப்⁴ய: ப்ரேரிதேப்⁴ய: கேநாபி ப்ரகாரேண நாஹம்’ ந்யூநோ(அ)ஸ்மி|
12 The signes of an Apostle were wrought among you with all patience, with signes, and wonders, and great workes.
ஸர்வ்வதா²த்³பு⁴தக்ரியாஸ²க்திலக்ஷணை: ப்ரேரிதஸ்ய சிஹ்நாநி யுஷ்மாகம்’ மத்⁴யே ஸதை⁴ர்ய்யம்’ மயா ப்ரகாஸி²தாநி|
13 For what is it, wherein yee were inferiours vnto other Churches, except that I haue not bene slouthfull to your hinderance? forgiue me this wrong.
மம பாலநார்த²ம்’ யூயம்’ மயா பா⁴ராக்ராந்தா நாப⁴வதைதத்³ ஏகம்’ ந்யூநத்வம்’ விநாபராப்⁴ய: ஸமிதிப்⁴யோ யுஷ்மாகம்’ கிம்’ ந்யூநத்வம்’ ஜாதம்’? அநேந மம தோ³ஷம்’ க்ஷமத்⁴வம்’|
14 Behold, the thirde time I am ready to come vnto you, and yet will I not be slouthfull to your hinderance: for I seeke not yours, but you: for the children ought not to laye vp for the fathers, but the fathers for the children.
பஸ்²யத த்ரு’தீயவாரம்’ யுஷ்மத்ஸமீபம்’ க³ந்துமுத்³யதோ(அ)ஸ்மி தத்ராப்யஹம்’ யுஷ்மாந் பா⁴ராக்ராந்தாந் ந கரிஷ்யாமி| யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸம்பத்திமஹம்’ ந ம்ரு’க³யே கிந்து யுஷ்மாநேவ, யத: பித்ரோ: க்ரு’தே ஸந்தாநாநாம்’ த⁴நஸஞ்சயோ(அ)நுபயுக்த: கிந்து ஸந்தாநாநாம்’ க்ரு’தே பித்ரோ ர்த⁴நஸஞ்சய உபயுக்த: |
15 And I will most gladly bestow, and will be bestowed for your soules: though the more I loue you, the lesse I am loued.
அபரஞ்ச யுஷ்மாஸு ப³ஹு ப்ரீயமாணோ(அ)ப்யஹம்’ யதி³ யுஷ்மத்தோ(அ)ல்பம்’ ப்ரம லபே⁴ ததா²பி யுஷ்மாகம்’ ப்ராணரக்ஷார்த²ம்’ ஸாநந்த³ம்’ ப³ஹு வ்யயம்’ ஸர்வ்வவ்யயஞ்ச கரிஷ்யாமி|
16 But bee it that I charged you not: yet for as much as I was craftie, I tooke you with guile.
யூயம்’ மயா கிஞ்சித³பி ந பா⁴ராக்ராந்தா இதி ஸத்யம்’, கிந்த்வஹம்’ தூ⁴ர்த்த: ஸந் ச²லேந யுஷ்மாந் வஞ்சிதவாந் ஏதத் கிம்’ கேநசித்³ வக்தவ்யம்’?
17 Did I pill you by any of them whom I sent vnto you?
யுஷ்மத்ஸமீபம்’ மயா யே லோகா: ப்ரஹிதாஸ்தேஷாமேகேந கிம்’ மம கோ(அ)ப்யர்த²லாபோ⁴ ஜாத: ?
18 I haue desired Titus, and with him I haue sent a brother: did Titus pill you of any thing? walked we not in the selfe same spirit? walked we not in the same steppes?
அஹம்’ தீதம்’ விநீய தேந ஸார்த்³த⁴ம்’ ப்⁴ராதரமேகம்’ ப்ரேஷிதவாந் யுஷ்மத்தஸ்தீதேந கிம் அர்தோ² லப்³த⁴: ? ஏகஸ்மிந் பா⁴வ ஏகஸ்ய பத³சிஹ்நேஷு சாவாம்’ கிம்’ ந சரிதவந்தௌ?
19 Againe, thinke yee that wee excuse our selues vnto you? we speake before God in Christ. But wee doe all thinges, dearely beloued, for your edifying.
யுஷ்மாகம்’ ஸமீபே வயம்’ புந ர்தோ³ஷக்ஷாலநகதா²ம்’ கத²யாம இதி கிம்’ பு³த்⁴யத்⁴வே? ஹே ப்ரியதமா: , யுஷ்மாகம்’ நிஷ்டா²ர்த²ம்’ வயமீஸ்²வரஸ்ய ஸமக்ஷம்’ க்²ரீஷ்டேந ஸர்வ்வாண்யேதாநி கத²யாம: |
20 For I feare least when I come, I shall not finde you such as I would: and that I shalbe found vnto you such as ye woulde not, and least there be strife, enuying, wrath, contentions, backebitings, whisperings, swellings and discord.
அஹம்’ யதா³க³மிஷ்யாமி, ததா³ யுஷ்மாந் யாத்³ரு’ஸா²ந் த்³ரஷ்டும்’ நேச்சா²மி தாத்³ரு’ஸா²ந் த்³ரக்ஷ்யாமி, யூயமபி மாம்’ யாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ த்³ரஷ்டும்’ நேச்ச²த² தாத்³ரு’ஸ²ம்’ த்³ரக்ஷ்யத², யுஷ்மந்மத்⁴யே விவாத³ ஈர்ஷ்யா க்ரோதோ⁴ விபக்ஷதா பராபவாத³: கர்ணேஜபநம்’ த³ர்ப: கலஹஸ்²சைதே ப⁴விஷ்யந்தி;
21 I feare least when I come againe, my God abase me among you, and I shall bewaile many of them which haue sinned already, and haue not repented of the vncleannesse, and fornication, and wantonnesse which they haue committed.
தேநாஹம்’ யுஷ்மத்ஸமீபம்’ புநராக³த்ய மதீ³யேஸ்²வரேண நமயிஷ்யே, பூர்வ்வம்’ க்ரு’தபாபாந் லோகாந் ஸ்வீயாஸு²சிதாவேஸ்²யாக³மநலம்படதாசரணாத்³ அநுதாபம் அக்ரு’தவந்தோ த்³ரு’ஷ்ட்வா ச தாநதி⁴ மம ஸோ²கோ ஜநிஷ்யத இதி பி³பே⁴மி|
