2 Chronicles 36

1 Then the people of the lande tooke Iehoahaz the sonne of Iosiah, and made him king in his fathers steade in Ierusalem.

۱ و قوم زمین، یهوآحاز بن یوشیا راگرفته، او را در جای پدرش در اورشلیم به پادشاهی نصب نمودند.

2 Iehoahaz was three and twentie yeere old when he began to reigne, and he reigned three moneths in Ierusalem.

۲ یهوآحاز بیست و سه ساله بود که پادشاه شد و در اورشلیم سه ماه سلطنت نمود.

3 And the King of Egypt tooke him away at Ierusalem, and condemned the lande in an hundreth talents of siluer, and a talent of gold.

۳ و پادشاه مصر، او را در اورشلیم معزول نمود و زمین را به صد وزنه نقره و یک وزنه طلا جریمه کرد.

4 And the King of Egypt made Eliakim his brother King ouer Iudah and Ierusalem, and turned his name to Iehoiakim: and Necho tooke Iehoahaz his brother, and caryed him to Egypt.

۴ و پادشاه مصر، برادرش الیاقیم را بر یهودا و اورشلیم پادشاه ساخت، و اسم او رابه یهویاقیم تبدیل نمود، و نکو برادرش یهوآحازرا گرفته، به مصر برد.

5 Iehoiakim was fiue and twentie yeere old, when he began to reigne, and he reigned eleuen yeere in Ierusalem, and did euill in the sight of the Lord his God.

۵ یهویاقیم بیست و پنج ساله بود که پادشاه شد و یازده سال در اورشلیم سلطنت نمود، و درنظر یهوه خدای خود شرارت ورزید.

6 Against him came vp Nebuchadnezzar King of Babel, and bounde him with chaines to cary him to Babel.

۶ ونبوکدنصر پادشاه بابل به ضد او برآمد و او را به زنجیرها بست تا او را به بابل ببرد.

7 Nebuchadnezzar also caryed of the vessels of the house of the Lord to Babel, and put them in his temple at Babel.

۷ و نبوکدنصربعضی از ظروف خانه خداوند را به بابل آورده، آنها را در قصر خود در بابل گذاشت.

8 Concerning the rest of the actes of Iehoiakim, and his abominations which he did, and that which was founde vpon him, behold, they are written in the booke of the Kings of Israel and Iudah, and Iehoiachin his sonne reigned in his stead.

۸ و بقیه وقایع یهویاقیم و رجاساتی که به عمل آورد وآنچه در او یافت شد، اینک در تواریخ پادشاهان اسرائیل و یهودا مکتوب است، و پسرش یهویاکین در جایش پادشاهی کرد.

9 Iehoiachin was eight yeere olde when he beganne to reigne, and he reigned three moneths and ten dayes in Ierusalem, and did euill in the sight of the Lord.

۹ یهویاکین هشت ساله بود که پادشاه شد و سه ماه و ده روز در اورشلیم سلطنت نمود و آنچه درنظر خداوند ناپسند بود، به عمل آورد.

10 And when the yeere was out, King Nebuchadnezzar sent and brought him to Babel with the precious vessels of the house of the Lord, and he made Zedekiah his brother King ouer Iudah and Ierusalem.

۱۰ و در وقت تحویل سال، نبوکدنصر پادشاه فرستاد و اورا با ظروف گرانبهای خانه خداوند به بابل آورد، و برادرش صدقیا را بر یهودا و اورشلیم پادشاه ساخت.

11 Zedekiah was one and twentie yeere olde, when he beganne to reigne, and reigned eleuen yeere in Ierusalem.

۱۱ صدقیا بیست و یکساله بود که پادشاه شد ویازده سال در اورشلیم سلطنت نمود.

12 And he did euill in the sight of the Lord his God, and humbled not himselfe before Ieremiah the Prophet at the commandement of the Lord,

۱۲ و در نظریهوه خدای خود شرارت ورزیده، در حضورارمیای نبی که از زبان خداوند به او سخن گفت، تواضع ننمود.

13 But he rebelled moreouer against Nebuchadnezzar, which had caused him to sweare by God: and he hardened his necke and made his heart obstinate that he might not returne to the Lord God of Israel.

۱۳ و نیز بر نبوکدنصر پادشاه که اورا به خدا قسم داده بود عاصی شد و گردن خود راقوی و دل خویش را سخت ساخته، به سوی یهوه خدای اسرائیل بازگشت ننمود.

14 All the chiefe of the Priestes also and of the people trespassed wonderfully, according to all the abominations of the heathen, and polluted the house of the Lord which he had sanctified in Ierusalem.

۱۴ و تمامی روسای کهنه و قوم، خیانت بسیاری موافق همه رجاسات امت‌ها ورزیدند و خانه خداوند را که آن را در اورشلیم تقدیس نموده بود، نجس ساختند.

15 Therefore the Lord God of their fathers sent to them by his messengers, rising earely and sending: for he had compassion on his people, and on his habitation.

۱۵ و یهوه خدای پدر ایشان به‌دست رسولان خویش نزد ایشان فرستاد، بلکه صبح زودبرخاسته، ایشان را ارسال نمود زیرا که بر قوم خود و بر مسکن خویش شفقت نمود.

16 But they mocked the messengers of God and despised his wordes, and misused his Prophets, vntill the wrath of the Lord arose against his people, and till there was no remedie.

۱۶ اماایشان رسولان خدا را اهانت نمودند و کلام او راخوار شمرده، انبیایش را استهزا نمودند، چنانکه غضب خداوند بر قوم او افروخته شد، به حدی که علاجی نبود.

17 For he brought vpon them the King of the Caldeans, who slewe their yong men with the sworde in the house of their Sanctuarie, and spared neither yong man, nor virgin, ancient, nor aged. God gaue all into his hande,

۱۷ پس پادشاه کلدانیان را که جوانان ایشان رادر خانه مقدس ایشان به شمشیر کشت و برجوانان و دوشیزگان و پیران و ریش سفیدان ترحم ننمود، بر ایشان آورد و همه را به‌دست او تسلیم کرد.

18 And all the vessels of the house of God great and small, and the treasures of the house of the Lord, and the treasures of the King, and of his princes: all these caryed he to Babel.

۱۸ و او سایر ظروف خانه خدا را از بزرگ وکوچک و خزانه های خانه خداوند و گنجهای پادشاه و سرورانش را تمام به بابل برد.

19 And they burnt the house of God, and brake downe the wall of Ierusalem, and burnt all the palaces thereof with fire, and all the precious vessels thereof, to destroy all.

۱۹ و خانه خدا را سوزانیدند و حصار اورشلیم را منهدم ساختند و همه قصرهایش را به آتش سوزانیدندو جمیع آلات نفیسه آنها را ضایع کردند.

20 And they that were left by the sworde, caryed he away to Babel, and they were seruants to him and to his sonnes, vntill the kingdome of the Persians had rule,

۲۰ وبقیه السیف را به بابل به اسیری برد که ایشان تازمان سلطنت پادشاهان فارس او را و پسرانش رابنده بودند.

21 To fulfill the worde of the Lord by the mouth of Ieremiah, vntill the lande had her fill of her Sabbaths: for all the dayes that she lay desolate, she kept Sabbath, to fulfill seuentie yeeres.

۲۱ تا کلام خداوند به زبان ارمیا کامل شود و زمین از سبت های خود تمتع برد زیرا درتمامی ایامی که ویران ماند آرامی یافت، تا هفتادسال سپری شد.

22 But in the first yeere of Cyrus King of Persia (when the worde of the Lord, spoken by the mouth of Ieremiah, was finished) the Lord stirred vp the spirit of Cyrus King of Persia, and he made a proclamation through all his kingdome, and also by writing, saying,

۲۲ و در سال اول کورش، پادشاه فارس، تاکلام خداوند به زبان ارمیا کامل شود، خداوندروح کورش، پادشاه فارس را برانگیخت تا درتمامی ممالک خود فرمانی نافذ کرد و آن را نیزمرقوم داشت و گفت:

23 Thus saith Cyrus King of Persia, All the kingdomes of the earth hath the Lord God of heauen giuen me, and hath commanded me to build him an house in Ierusalem, that is in Iudah. Who is among you of all his people, with whom the Lord his God is? let him goe vp.

۲۳ «کورش، پادشاه فارس چنین می‌فرماید: یهوه خدای آسمانها، تمامی ممالک زمین را به من داده است و او مرا امر فرمودکه خانه‌ای برای وی در اورشلیم که در یهودااست بنا نمایم. پس کیست از شما از تمامی قوم او؟ یهوه خدایش همراهش باشد و برود.»
