1 Thessalonians 1
1 Pavl, and Siluanus, and Timotheus, vnto the Church of the Thessalonians, which is in God the Father, and in the Lord Iesus Christ: Grace be with you, and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Iesus Christ.
Paulo, Silwano na Timoteo mwikanisa Lya abatesalonike mu Nyamuanga Lata na Latabhugenyi Yesu Kristo. Echigongo no mulengelesi bhibhibhi amwi nemwe.
2 We giue God thankes alwayes for you all, making mention of you in our prayers
Echisosha isime ku Nyamuanga bhuli mwanya ingulu yemwe bhona, mu mwanya gunu echibhaika mu okusabhwa kweswe.
3 Without ceasing, remembring your effectuall faith, and diligent loue, and the patience of your hope in our Lord Iesus Christ, in the sight of God euen our Father,
Echichuka bhila kuta imbele ya Nyamuanga na Lata weswe emilimu jemwe ejelikilisha, mu bhwafu bhwo kwenda, no bhwigumilisha obhwo bhubhasi kulwa ingulu yo mwanya gundi mu Latabhugenyi Yesu Kristo.
4 Knowing, beloued brethren, that ye are elect of God.
Bhaili bhanu omwendwa na Nyamuanga, chimenyele okubhilikilwa kwemwe.
5 For our Gospell was not vnto you in worde only, but also in power, and in the holy Ghost, and in much assurance, as ye know after what maner we were among you for your sakes.
Na lwa kutyo emisango jo bhwana jachijie kwiswe kwimwe atali kulwo musango-ela nawe one mu managa, mu Mwoyo Mwelu, na mu chimali. Mu namuna eyo, mumenyele eswe one ati chaliga bhanu bha inamuna ki agati-gati yemwe ingulu yemwe.
6 And ye became followers of vs, and of the Lord, and receiued the worde in much affliction, with ioy of the holy Ghost,
Mwaliga muli bhanu bho kuchilolelako eswe na Latabhugenyi, lwa kutyo mwagulamie omusango mu nyako mu kukondelelwa kunu okusoka mu Mwoyo Mwelu.
7 So that ye were as ensamples to all that beleeue in Macedonia and in Achaia.
Na mukubhonekana kwaye, nimubha chijejekanyo ku bhona mu Makedonia na Akaya mu bhanu abhekilisha.
8 For from you sounded out the worde of the Lord, not in Macedonia and in Achaia only: but your faith also which is toward God, spred abroad in all quarters, that we neede not to speake any thing.
Kulwo kubha okusoka kwemwe omusango gwa Nyamuanga gwaswilile oneone, nolwo atali mu Makedonia na Akaya yenyele. Okwiya kwae, bhuli ebhala elikilisha lyemwe mu Nyamuanga lyaswilile one no kubhonekana kwae, chitakenele kwaika chona chona.
9 For they themselues shew of vs what maner of entring in we had vnto you, and how ye turned to God from idoles, to serue the liuing and true God,
Kulwo kubha abhene bhenene abhamenyesha okuja kweswe kwaliga kwa mbikaki agati yemwe. Abhelesha lwakutyo mwamuindukie Nyamuanga okusoka mubhisusano no kumukolela Nyamuanga unu ali muanga no we chimali.
10 And to looke for his sonne from heauen, whome he raised from the dead, euen Iesus which deliuereth vs from that wrath to come.
Bhasosishe emisango ati mulindilie omwana wae okusoka Mulwile, unu asuluywe okusoka mubhafue. Mbe unu ni Yesu, unu kachisulumula okusoka mwisungu linu elija.
