1 Samuel 7
1 Then the men of Kiriath-iearim came, and tooke vp the Arke of the Lord, and brought it into the house of Abinadab in the hill: and they sanctified Eleazar his sonne, to keepe the Arke of the Lord.

2 (For while the Arke abode in Kiriath-iearim, the time was long, for it was twentie yeeres) and al the house of Israel lamented after ye Lord.
Atiddog a tiempo a nagtalinaed iti Kiriat Jearim ti lakasa ti tulag, nagtalinaed sadiay iti duapulo a tawen. Nagdung-aw amin a balay ti Israel ket tinarigagayanda ti agsubli kenni Yahweh.
3 Then Samuel spake vnto all the house of Israel, saying, If ye be come againe vnto the Lord with all your heart, put away the strange gods from among you, and Ashtaroth, and direct your hearts vnto the Lord, and serue him only, and he shall deliuer you out of the hand of ye Philistims.
Kinuna ni Samuel kadagiti amin a tattao ti Israel, “No agsublikayo kenni Yahweh iti amin a pusoyo, ikkatenyo dagiti ganggannaet a dios ken Astarte manipud kadakayo, ibaw-ingyo dagiti pusoyo kenni Yahweh, ken isuna laeng ti dayawenyo, ket ispalennakayonto manipud kadagiti ima dagiti Filisteo.”
4 Then the children of Israel did put away Baalim and Ashtaroth, and serued the Lord onely.
Inikkat ngarud dagiti tattao ti Israel dagiti Baal ken ti Astarte, ket ni Yahweh laeng ti dinaydayawda.
5 And Samuel said, Gather all Israel to Mizpeh, and I will pray for you vnto the Lord.
Ket kinuna ni Samuel, “Ummongenyo ti entero nga Israel idiay Mizpa, ket agkararagakto kenni Yahweh para kadakayo.”
6 And they gathered together to Mizpeh, and drewe water and powred it out before the Lord, and fasted the same day, and sayd there, We haue sinned against the Lord. And Samuel iudged the children of Israel in Mizpeh.
Nagummongda idiay Mizpa, nagsakdoda iti danum ket imbukbokda iti sangoanan ni Yahweh. Nagayunarda iti dayta nga aldaw ket kinunada, “Nagbasolkami kenni Yahweh.” Sadiay ti nangrisutan ni Samuel kadagiti riri dagiti tattao ti Israel ket indauloanna dagiti tattao.
7 When the Philistims heard that the children of Israel were gathered together to Mizpeh, the princes of the Philistims went vp against Israel: and when the children of Israel heard that, they were afraide of the Philistims.
Ita, idi nangngeg dagiti Filisteo a naguummong dagiti tattao ti Israel idiay Mizpa, rinaut dagiti mangidadaulo iti Filistia ti Israel. Idi nangngeg dagiti tattao ti Israel daytoy, nagbutengda kadagiti Filisteo.
8 And the children of Israel sayd to Samuel, Cease not to crie vnto the Lord our God for vs, that hee may saue vs out of the hand of the Philistims.
Ket kinuna dagiti tattao ti Israel kenni Samuel, “Saanka nga agsardeng nga umawag kenni Yahweh a Diostayo para kadatayo tapno isalakannatayo manipud kadagiti ima dagiti Filisteo.”
9 Then Samuel tooke a sucking lambe, and offered it all together for a burnt offering vnto the Lord, and Samuel cryed vnto the Lord for Israel, and the Lord heard him.
Nangala ni Samuel iti agsussuso a karnero ket indatonna daytoy kenni Yahweh a kas sibubukel a daton a mapuoran. Kalpasanna, immasug ni Samuel kenni Yahweh para iti Israel, ket impangag ni Yahweh isuna.
10 And as Samuel offered the burnt offering, the Philistims came to fight against Israel: but the Lord thundred with a great thunder that day vpon the Philistims, and scattered them: so they were slaine before Israel.
Kabayatan nga idatdaton ni Samuel ti daton a mapuoran, immasideg dagiti Filisteo tapno darupenda ti Israel; ngem pinaggurruod ni Yahweh iti napigsa iti dayta nga aldaw a maibusor kadagiti Filisteo ken tinikawna ida ket inturongna ida iti sangoanan ti Israel.
11 And the men of Israel went from Mizpeh and pursued the Philistims, and smote them vntill they came vnder Beth-car.
Pimmanaw dagiti tattao ti Israel manipud Mizpa, ket kinamatda dagiti Filisteo agingga idiay Bet-kar ket pinatayda ida.
12 Then Samuel tooke a stone and pitched it betweene Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name thereof, Eben-ezer, and he sayd, Hitherto hath the Lord holpen vs.
Kalpasanna, nangala ni Samuel iti maysa a bato sana inkabil iti nagbaetan ti Mizpa ken Sen. Pinanagananna daytoy iti Ebenezer, a kinunana, “Tinulongannatayo ni Yahweh.”
13 So the Philistims were brought vnder, and they came no more againe into the coastes of Israel: and the hand of the Lord was against the Philistims all the dayes of Samuel.
Naabak ngarud dagiti Filisteo ket saanda a nakastrek iti beddeng ti Israel. Ti ima ni Yahweh ket maibusor kadagiti Filisteo kadagiti amin nga al-aldaw ni Samuel.
14 Also the cities which the Philistims had taken from Israel, were restored to Israel, from Ekron euen to Gath: and Israel deliuered the coastes of the same out of the hands of the Philistims: and there was peace betweene Israel and the Amorites.
Naisubli iti Israel dagiti ili nga innala dagiti Filisteo manipud iti Israel, manipud Ekron agingga idiay Gat; nasubli ti Israel ti masakupanda manipud kadagiti Filisteo. Ket adda kappia iti nagbaetan ti Israel ken dagiti Amorreo.
15 And Samuel iudged Israel all the dayes of his life,
Nagbalin nga ukom ni Samuel iti Israel kadagiti amin nga al-aldaw ti biagna.
16 And went about yeere by yere to Beth-el, and Gilgal, and Mizpeh, and iudged Israel in all those places.
Tinawen nga agsubli-subli isuna idiay Betel, Gilgal, ken idiay Mizpa. Rinisutna dagiti riri ti Israel kadagitoy amin a lugar.
17 Afterward hee returned to Ramah: for there was his house, and there he iudged Israel: also he built an altar there vnto the Lord.
Kalpasanna, agsubli isuna idiay Rama, gapu ta sadiay ti ayan ti balayna; ket sadiay, rinisutna met dagiti riri ti Israel. Nangbangon met isuna sadiay iti altar para kenni Yahweh.
