1 Kings 8

1 Then King Salomon assembled the Elders of Israel, euen all the heads of the tribes, the chiefe fathers of the children of Israel vnto him in Ierusalem, for to bring vp the Arke of the couenant of the Lord from the citie of Dauid, which is Zion.

Unya gitigum ni Salomon ang mga anciano sa Israel, ug ang tanang mga pangulo sa mga banay, ang mga principe sa mga balay sa mga amahan sa mga anak sa Israel, ngadto kang hari Salomon sa Jerusalem, aron sa pagdala sa arca sa tugon ni Jehova gikan sa ciudad ni David nga mao ang Sion

2 And all the men of Israel assembled vnto King Salomon at the feast in the moneth of Ethanim, which is the seuenth moneth.

Ug ang tanang mga tawo sa Israel nanagtigum sa ilang kaugalingon ngadto kang Salomon nga hari sa adlaw sa fiesta, sa bulan sa Ethamin, nga mao ang ikapito ka bulan.

3 And all the Elders of Israel came and the Priests tooke the Arke.

Ug ang tanang mga anciano sa Israel ming-adto, ug ang mga sacerdote mingdala sa arca.

4 They bare the Arke of the Lord, and they bare the Tabernacle of the Congregation, and all the holy vessels that were in the Tabernacle: those did the Priestes and Leuites bring vp.

Ug ilang gidala ang arca ni Jehova, ug ang balong-balong nga pagatiguman, ug ang tanan nga balaang mga galamiton nga dinha sa Balong-Balong; bisan kini gipanagdala sa mga sacerdote ug sa mga Levihanon.

5 And King Salomon and all the Congregation of Israel, that were assembled vnto him, were with him before the Arke, offering sheepe and beeues, which could not be tolde, nor nombred for multitude.

Ug ang hari nga si Salomon ug ang tibook katilingban sa Israel, nga nanagtigum ngadto kaniya, diha uban niya sa atubangan sa arca, nga nanaghalad ug mga carnero ug mga vaca nga dili maihap ni maisip tungod sa gidaghanon.

6 So the Priestes brought the Arke of the couenant of the Lord vnto his place, into the oracle of the house, into the most holy place, euen vnder the wings of the Cherubims.

Ug gidala sa mga sacerdote ang arca sa tugon ni Jehova ngadto sa dapit niana, ngadto sa labing sulod nga bahin sa balay, sa labing balaang dapit, bisan sa ilalum sa mga pako sa mga querubin.

7 For ye Cherubims stretched out their wings ouer the place of the Arke, and the Cherubims couered the Arke, and the barres thereof aboue.

Kay ang mga querubin nanagdupa sa ilang pako sa ibabaw sa dapit sa arca, ug ang mga querubin nagatabon sa arca ug sa mga yayongan didto sa ibabaw niini.

8 And they drewe out the barres, that the endes of the barres might appeare out of the Sanctuarie before the oracle, but they were not seene without: and there they are vnto this day.

Ug ang mga yayongan tag-as kaayo nga ang mga tumoy sa mga yayongan nakita gikan sa balaang dapit sa atubangan sa pulong sa Dios; apan wala sila makita sa gawas: ug didto sila hangtud niining adlawa.

9 Nothing was in the Arke saue the two tables of stone which Moses had put there at Horeb, where the Lord made a couenant with the children of Israel, when he brought them out of the land of Egypt.

Walay dinha sa arca gawas sa duha ka papan nga bato nga gibutang didto ni Moises sa Horeb, sa diha nga gihimo ni Jehova ang usa ka tugon uban sa mga anak sa Israel, sa diha nga nanggula sila gikan sa yuta sa Egipto.

10 And when the Priestes were come out of the Sanctuarie, the cloude filled the house of the Lord,

Ug nahitabo sa diha nga nanggula ang mga sacerdote gikan sa balaang dapit, nga ang balay ni Jehova napuno sa panganod,

11 So that the Priestes could not stande to minister, because of the cloude: for the glorie of the Lord had filled the house of the Lord.

Mao nga ang mga sacerdote wala makatindog sa pag-alagad tungod sa panganod; kay ang balay ni Jehova napuno sa himaya ni Jehova.

12 Then spake Salomon, The Lord said, that he woulde dwell in the darke cloude.

Unya namulong si Salomon: Si Jehova miingon nga siya mopuyo sa mabaga nga kangitngit.

13 I haue built thee an house to dwell in, an habitation for thee to abide in for euer.

Ako sa pagkatinuod nakatukod kanimo ug usa ka balay nga puloy-anan, usa ka dapit alang kanimo nga puloy-anan sa walay katapusan.

14 And the King turned his face, and blessed all the Congregation of Israel: for all the Congregation of Israel stoode there.

Ug ang hari milingi, ug nanalangin sa tibook pagkatigum sa Israel: ug ang tibook pagkatigum sa Israel mingtindog.

15 And he said, Blessed be the Lord God of Israel, who spake with his mouth vnto Dauid my father, and hath with his hand fulfilled it, saying,

Ug siya miingon: Bulahan si Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, nga namulong uban sa iyang baba kang David nga akong amahan nga gituman niya kana pinaagi sa iyang kamot, nga nagaingon:

16 Since the day that I brought my people Israel out of Egypt, I chose no citie of all the tribes of Israel, to builde an house that my name might be there: but I haue chosen Dauid to be ouer my people Israel.

Sukad sa adlaw nga gidala ko ang akong katawohan nga Israel gikan sa Egipto, ako wala magpili ug ciudad gikan sa tanang mga banay sa Israel aron sa pagtukod ug usa ka balay, aron ang akong ngalan maadto didto; kondili nga gipili ko si David nga anha sa ibabaw sa akong katawohan nga Israel.

17 And it was in ye heart of Dauid my father to builde an house to the Name of the Lord God of Israel.

Karon ang pagtukod ug usa ka balay nga ipahinungod sa ngalan ni Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel diha sa kasingkasing ni David nga akong amahan.

18 And the Lord said vnto Dauid my father, Where as it was in thine heart to build an house vnto my Name, thou diddest well, that thou wast so minded:

Apan si Jehova miingon kang David nga akong amahan: Tungod kay diha sa imong kasingkasing ang pagtukod ug usa ka balay alang sa akong ngalan, maayo ang gihimo mo nga kini diha sa imong kasingkasing:

19 Neuerthelesse thou shalt not builde the house, but thy sonne that shall come out of thy loynes, he shall builde the house vnto my Name.

Bisan pa niana ikaw dili magtukod sa balay; apan ang imong anak nga mogula gikan sa imong mga hawak, siya mao ang motukod sa balay alang kanako.

20 And the Lord hath made good his worde that he spake: and I am risen vp in the roume of Dauid my father, and sit on the throne of Israel, as the Lord promised, and haue built the house for the Name of the Lord God of Israel.

Ug gilig-on ni Jehova ang iyang pulong nga iyang gipamulong; kay ako gipatindog ingon nga ilis ni David nga akong amahan, ug magalingkod sa ibabaw sa trono sa Israel, sumala sa gisaad ni Jehova, ug nakatukod sa balay alang sa ngalan ni Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel.

21 And I haue prepared therein a place for the Arke, wherein is the couenant of the Lord which he made with our fathers, whe he brought them out of the lande of Egypt.

Ug didto gibutang ko ang usa ka dapit alang sa arca, diin anaa ang tugon ni Jehova, nga iyang gihimo sa atong mga amahan sa diha nga sila gidala niya gikan sa yuta sa Egipto.

22 Then Salomon stoode before the altar of the Lord in the sight of all the Congregation of Israel, and stretched out his handes towarde heauen,

Ug si Salomon mitindog sa atubangan sa halaran ni Jehova diha sa presencia sa tibook nga pagkatigum sa Israel, ug gibayaw ang iyang mga kamot ngadto sa langit;

23 And sayd, O Lord God of Israel, there is no God like thee in heauen aboue, or in the earth beneath, thou that keepest couenant and mercie with thy seruants that walke before thee with all their heart,

Ug siya miingon: Oh Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, walay Dios nga sama kanimo, sa itaas sa langit, kun sa ilalum sa yuta; nga nagtuman sa tugon ug sa mahigugmaong-kalolot uban sa imong mga ulipon, nga naglakat sa imong atubangan sa bug-os nilang kasingkasing;

24 Thou that hast kept with thy seruant Dauid my father, that thou hast promised him: for thou spakest with thy mouth and hast fulfilled it with thine hande, as appeareth this day.

Nga nagtuman uban sa imong ulipon nga si David nga akong amahan sa imong gisaad kaniya: oo, ikaw namulong pinaagi sa imong baba, ug gituman kini pinaagi sa imong kamot, sumala sa nakita niining adlawa.

25 Therefore now, Lord God of Israel, keepe with thy seruant Dauid my father that thou hast promised him, saying, Thou shalt not want a man in my sight to sit vpon ye throne of Israel: so that thy childre take heed to their way, that they walke before me; as thou hast walked in my sight

Busa karon, Oh Jehova, ang Dios sa Israel, tumana uban sa imong ulipon nga si David nga akong amahan kadtong imong gisaad kaniya, nga nagaingon: Walay makawang kanimo nga usa ka tawo sa akong mga mata aron molingkod sa trono sa Israel, kong ang imong mga anak magabantay lamang sa ilang dalan, sa paglakat sa akong atubangan ingon nga ikaw nagalakaw sa akong atubangan.

26 And nowe, O God of Israel, I pray thee, let thy worde be verified, which thou spakest vnto thy seruant Dauid my father.

Busa karon, oh, Dios sa Israel, ako magahangyo kanimo, himoa ang imong pulong mamatuod, nga imong gipamulong sa ulipon nga si David nga akong amahan.

27 Is it true in deede that God will dwell on the earth? beholde, the heauens, and the heauens of heauens are not able to conteine thee: howe much more vnable is this house that I haue built?

Apan matuod ba gayud nga ang Dios mopuyo dinhi sa yuta? Ania karon, ang langit ug ang langit sa mga langit dili makaigo kanimo; unsa pa ka labing ubos kining balay nga akong natukod.

28 But haue thou respect vnto the prayer of thy seruant, and to his supplication, O Lord, my God, to heare the cry and prayer which thy seruant prayeth before thee this day:

Apan ikaw nagatagad sa pag-ampo sa imong alagad, ug sa iyang pagpakilooy, Oh Jehova, ang akong Dios, pamati sa pagsangpit ug sa pag-ampo nga giampo sa imong ulipon sa imong atubangan niining adlawa;

29 That thine eyes may be open toward this house, night and day, euen towarde the place whereof thou hast said, My Name shalbe there: that thou mayest hearken vnto the prayer which thy seruant prayeth in this place.

Aron ang imong mga mata mabuka unta nganhi niining balaya sa adlaw ug sa gabii, bisan ngadto sa dapit diin ikaw namulong: Ang akong ngalan adto didto sa pagpamati sa pag-ampo nga pagaampoon sa imong alagad nganhi niining dapita.

30 Heare thou therefore the supplication of thy seruant, and of thy people Israel, which pray in this place, and heare thou in the place of thine habitation, euen in heauen, and when thou hearest, haue mercie.

Ug mamati ka sa pagpakilooy sa imong alagad, ug sa imong katawohan sa Israel, sa diha nga sila magaampo nganhi niining dapita; Oo, mamati ka diha sa langit nga imong puloy-anan; ug sa makadungog ikaw, pasayloa.

31 When a man shall trespasse against his neighbour, and he lay vpon him an othe to cause him to sweare, and the swearer shall come before thine altar in this house,

Kong ang usa ka tawo makasala batok sa iyang isigkatawo, ug ang usa ka panumpa ibutang kaniya aron siya manumpa, ug siya moanhi ug manumpa sa atubangan sa halaran niining balaya;

32 Then heare thou in heauen, and doe and iudge thy seruants, that thou condemne the wicked to bring his way vpon his head, and iustifie the righteous, to giue him according to his righteousnesse.

Nan mamati ka diha sa langit, ug buhata, ug hukmi ang imong mga alagad, hukman mo sa silot ang dautan, aron sa pag-uli sa iyang dalan ibabaw sa iyang kaugalingong ulo, ug pakamatarungon ang matarung, aron sa paghatag kaniya pinasikad sa iyang pagkamatarung.

33 When thy people Israel shall be ouerthrowen before the enemie, because they haue sinned against thee, and turne againe to thee, and confesse thy Name, and pray and make supplication vnto thee in this house,

Sa diha nga ang imong katawohang Israel pukanon sa atubangan sa kaaway, tungod kay sila nakasala batok kanimo, kong sila mobalik pag-usab kanimo, ug magasugid sa imong ngalan, ug magaampo, ug magapakilooy kanimo niining balaya:

34 Then heare thou in heauen, and be mercifull vnto the sinne of thy people Israel, and bring them againe vnto the lande, which thou gauest vnto their fathers.

Nan mamati ikaw diha sa langit, ug magpasaylo sa sala sa imong katawohan nga Israel, ug dad-a sila pag-usab ngadto sa yuta nga imong gihatag sa ilang mga amahan.

35 When heauen shalbe shut vp, and there shalbe no raine because they haue sinned against thee, and shall pray in this place, and confesse thy Name, and turne from their sinne, when thou doest afflict them,

Sa diha nga ang langit matakpan, ug walay ulan tungod kay sila nakasala batok kanimo, kong sila mag-ampo nganhi niining dapita, ug magasugid sa imong ngalan, ug motalikod gikan sa ilang sala, sa diha nga ikaw magasakit kanila:

36 Then heare thou in heauen, and pardon the sinne of thy seruants and of thy people Israel (when thou hast taught the the good way wherein they may walke) and giue raine vpon the land that thou hast giuen to thy people to inherite.

Nan mamati ikaw diha sa langit, ug pasayloa ang sala sa imong mga alagad, ug ang sa imong katawohan nga Israel, sa magatudlo ikaw kanila sa maayong dalan diin sila kinahanglan magalakaw, ug padad-i ug ulan ang imong yuta nga imong gihatag sa imong katawohan aron mapanunod.

37 When there shalbe famine in the land, when there shalbe pestilence, when there shall be blasting, mildewe, grashopper or caterpiller, when their enemie shall besiege them in the cities of their lande, or any plague, or any sickenesse,

Kong may gutom dinhi sa yuta, kong may kamatay, kong may mga pangagun-ob, kun sakit sa mga tanum, mga dulon kun ulod; kong ang ilang mga kaaway mosulong sa pagpakig-away kanila sa yuta sa ilang mga ciudad: bisan unsa nga hampak, bisan unsa nga sakita nga anaa;

38 Then what prayer, and supplication so euer shalbe made of any man or of all thy people Israel, when euery one shall knowe the plague in his owne heart, and stretch foorth his handes in this house,

Bisan unsa nga pag-ampo kun pakilooy nga pagahimoon sa bisan kinsang tawo, kun sa tibook sa imong katawohan nga Israel, kinsay manghibalo sa tagsatagsa ka tawo sa hampak sa iyang kaugalingong kasingkasing, ug magabayaw sa iyang mga kamot nganhi niining balaya;

39 Heare thou then in heauen, in thy dwelling place, and be mercifull, and doe, and giue euery man according to all his wayes, as thou knowest his heart, (for thou only knowest the heartes of all the children of men)

Nan patalinghugi diha sa langit nga imong puloy-anan, ug magpasaylo, ug magbuhat, ug maghatag sa tagsatagsa ka tawo sumala sa tanan sa iyang mga dalan, kansang kasingkasing imong nahibaloan: (kay ikaw, ikaw lamang ang nahibalo sa mga kasingkasing sa tanang mga anak sa mga tawo);

40 That they may feare thee as long as they liue in ye lad, which thou gauest vnto our fathers.

Aron sila mahadlok kanimo sa tanang mga adlaw nga sila nanagpuyo diha sa yuta nga imong gihatag sa among amahan.

41 Moreouer as touching the stranger that is not of thy people Israel, who shall come out of a farre countrey for thy Names sake,

Labut pa mahitungod sa lumalangyaw, nga dili sa imong katawohan nga Israel, sa diha nga siya mopahawa sa usa ka balayo nga yuta tungod sa imong ngalan,

42 (When they shall heare of thy great name, and of thy mightie hande, and of thy stretched out arme) and shall come and pray in this house,

(Kay sila makadungog sa imong dakung ngalan, ug sa imong gamhanang kamot, ug sa imong tinuy-od nga bukton); sa diha nga siya moanhi ug mag-ampo nganhi niining balaya;

43 Heare thou in heauen thy dwelling place, and do according to all that the stranger calleth for vnto thee: that all the people of the earth may know thy Name, and feare thee, as do thy people Israel: and that they may know, that thy Name is called vpon in this house which I haue built.

Mamati ka diha sa langit nga imong puloy-anan, ug buhata sumala sa tanang mga pagtawag sa lumalangyaw kanimo; aron ang tanang mga katawohan sa yuta manghibalo sa imong ngalan, sa pagkahadlok kanimo ingon sa imong katawohang Israel ug nga sila manghibalo nga kining balay nga akong gitukod gitawag sa imong ngalan.

44 When thy people shall go out to battell against their enemie by the way that thou shalt sende them, and shall pray vnto the Lord towarde the way of the citie which thou hast chosen, and toward the house that I haue built for thy Name,

Kong ang imong katawohan mogula sa pagpakiggubat batok sa ilang kaaway, sa unsang paagiha nga paadtoon mo sila, ug sila mag-ampo kang Jehova ngadto sa ciudad nga imong gipili, ug ipaatubang sa balay nga akong gitukod tungod sa imong ngalan;

45 Heare thou then in heauen their prayer and their supplication, and iudge their cause.

Nan mamati ka diha sa langit sa ilang pag-ampo ug sa ilang pagpakilooy, ug maglaban ka sa ilang katungod.

46 If they sinne against thee, (for there is no man that sinneth not) and thou be angry with them, and deliuer them vnto the enemies, so that they cary them away prisoners vnto the land of the enemies, either farre or neere,

Kong sila makasala batok kanimo (kay walay tawo nga dili makasala), ug ikaw masuko kanila, ug magtugyan kanila ngadto sa kaaway, aron sila dad-on nga binihag ngadto sa yuta sa kaaway halayo kun duol;

47 Yet if they turne againe vnto their heart in the lande (to the which they be caryed away captiues) and returne and pray vnto thee in the lande of them that caryed them away captiues, saying, We haue sinned, we haue transgressed, and done wickedly,

Apan kong sila magpalandong diha sa yuta diin sila dad-a nga binihag, ug bumalik pag-usab, ug magpakilooy kanimo diha sa yuta nga nagabihag kanila nga moingon: Kami nakasala ug nagahimo nga masinupakon, kami nagkinabuhi sa pagkadautan;

48 If they turne againe vnto thee with all their heart, and with all their soule in the lande of their enemies, which led them away captiues, and pray vnto thee toward the way of their land, which thou gauest vnto their fathers, and toward the citie which thou hast chosen, and the house, which I haue built for thy Name,

Kong sila mobalik diha kanimo uban ang bug-os nilang kasingkasing, ug bug-os nilang kalag, diha sa yuta sa ilang mga kaaway nga nagbihag kanila, ug mag-ampo diha kanimo paatubang sa ilang yuta nga imong gihatag sa ilang mga amahan, ang ciudad nga imong gipili, ug sa balay nga akong gitukod tungod sa imong ngalan:

49 Then heare thou their prayer and their supplication in heauen thy dwelling place, and iudge their cause,

Unya pamation mo ang ilang pag-ampo ug ang ilang pagpakilooy diha sa langit nga imong puloy-anan, ug labani ang ilang katungod:

50 And be mercifull vnto thy people that haue sinned against thee, and vnto all their iniquities (wherein they haue transgressed against thee) and cause that they, which led them away captiues, may haue pitie and compassion on them:

Ug pasayloa ang imong katawohan nga nakasala batok kanimo, ug sa tanan nga ilang paglapas diin sila nakasala batok kanimo; ug hatagi sila ug kalooy sa atubangan niadtong nagbihag kanila aron sila may kalooy kanila.

51 For they be thy people, and thine inheritance, which thou broughtest out of Egypt from the middes of the yron fornace.

(Kay sila imong katawohan, ug ang imong panulondon, nga imong gidala gikan sa Egipto gikan sa kinataliwad-an sa hudno nga puthaw);

52 Let thine eyes be open vnto the prayer of thy seruant, and vnto the prayer of thy people Israel, to hearken vnto them, in all that they call for vnto thee.

Aron ang imong mga mata mabuka alang sa pakilooy sa imong alagad, ug alang sa pagpakilooy sa imong katawohan nga Israel, sa pagpamati kanila kong sila mosangpit kanimo.

53 For thou diddest separate them to thee from among all people of the earth for an inheritance, as thou saidest by the hand of Moses thy seruant, when thou broughtest our fathers out of Egypt, O Lord God.

Kay gibulag mo sila gikan sa tanang mga katawohan sa yuta, aron maimong panulondon, sumala sa imong gisulti pinaagi kang Moises nga imong alagad, sa gidala mo ang among amahan gikan sa Egipto, Oh Ginoong Jehova.

54 And when Salomon had made an ende of praying all this prayer and supplication vnto the Lord, he arose from before the altar of the Lord, from kneeling on his knees, and stretching of his handes to heauen,

Ug mao kadto, nga, sa tapus nga si Salomon nagpangamuyo sa tanang pag-ampo ug pakilooy kang Jehova, siya mitindog gikan sa atubangan sa halaran ni Jehova, gikan sa pagluhod sa iyang mga tuhod uban ang iyang mga kamot nga gibayaw ngadto sa langit.

55 And stoode and blessed all the Congregation of Israel with a loud voyce, saying,

Ug siya mitindog, ug gipanalanginan ang tibook katiguman sa Israel sa usa kahataas nga tingog nga nagaingon:

56 Blessed be the Lord that hath giuen rest vnto his people Israel, according to all that hee promised: there hath not fayled one word of all his good promise which he promised by the hand of Moses his seruant.

Bulahan si Jehova nga naghatag ug pahulay sa iyang katawohan nga Israel, sumala sa tanan niyang gisaad: walay nakawang nga usa ka pulong sa tanan sa iyang maayong saad, nga iyang gisaad pinaagi kang Moises nga iyang alagad.

57 The Lord our God be with vs, as he was with our fathers, that he forsake vs not, neither leaue vs,

Mag-uban kanato si Jehova nga atong Dios ingon nga siya nag-uban sa atong mga amahan: ayaw siya pagpabiyaa kanato, ni pagpabulaga kanato;

58 That he may bow our heartes vnto him, that we may walke in all his waies, and keepe his commandements, and his statutes, and his lawes, which he commanded our fathers.

Aron iyang ipakiling ang atong mga kasingkasing ngadto kaniya sa paglakaw sa tanan sa iyang mga dalan, ug sa pagbantay sa iyang kasugoan, ug sa iyang kabalaoran, ug sa iyang mga tulomanon, nga iyang gisugo sa atong mga amahan.

59 And these my wordes, which I haue prayed before the Lord, be neere vnto the Lord our God day and night, that he defende the cause of his seruant, and the cause of his people Israel alway as the matter requireth,

Ug hinaut unta nga kining mga pulonga nga ginahimo ko aron sa pagpakilooy sa atubangan ni Jehova, mahiduol kang Jehova nga atong Dios sa adlaw ug gabii, aron iyang labanan ang katungod sa iyang alagad, ug ang katungod sa iyang katawohan nga Israel, sumala sa kinahanglan sa adlaw-adlaw;

60 That all the people of ye earth may knowe, that the Lord is God, and none other.

Aron ang tanang mga katawohan sa yuta manghibalo nga si Jehova, siya mao ang Dios; wala nay lain.

61 Let your heart therefore be perfit with the Lord our God to walke in his statutes, and to keepe his commandements, as this day.

Busa hingpita ang inyong kasingkasing uban kang Jehova nga atong Dios, sa paglakat sa iyang kabalaoran, ug sa pagbantay sa iyang kasugoan, maingon niining adlawa.

62 Then the King and all Israel with him offred sacrifice before the Lord.

Ug ang hari, ug ang tibook Israel uban kaniya, nanaghalad ug halad sa atubangan ni Jehova.

63 And Salomon offered a sacrifice of peace offrings which he offered vnto the Lord, to wit, two and twentie thousande beeues, and an hundreth and twentie thousande sheepe: so the king and all the children of Israel dedicated the house of the Lord.

Ug si Salomon naghalad sa mga halad-sa-pakigdait, nga iyang gihalad kang Jehova, kaluhaan ug duha ka libo ka vaca, ug usa ka gatus ug kaluhaan ka libo ka mga carnero. Busa ang hari ug ang tanang mga anak sa Israel nagpahanungod sa balay ni Jehova;

64 The same day did the King halowe the middle of the court, that was before the house of the Lord: for there he made burnt offerings, and the meate offrings, and the fat of the peace offeringes, because the brasen altar that was before the Lord, was too litle to receiue the burnt offerings, and the meate offerings, and the fat of the peace offrings.

Sa maong adlaw gipabalaan sa hari ang taliwala sa patyo nga diha sa atubangan sa balay ni Jehova; kay didto siya naghalad sa halad-nga-sinunog, ug halad-nga-kalan-on, ug ang tambok sa halad-sa-pakigdait tungod kay ang tumbaga nga halaran nga dinha sa atubangan ni Jehova diyutay ra kaayo aron sa pagdawat sa halad-nga-sinunog, ug sa halad-nga-kalan-on, ug sa tambok sa halad-sa-pakigdait.

65 And Salomon made at that time a feast and all Israel with him, a very great Congregation, euen from the entring in of Hamath vnto the riuer of Egypt, before the Lord our God, seuen dayes and seuen dayes, euen fourteene dayes.

Busa si Salomon naghimo sa fiesta niadtong panahona, ug ang tibook Israel uban kaniya, sa usa ka dakung katilingban sukad sa ganghaan sa Hamath ngadto sa sapa sa Egipto, sa atubangan ni Jehova nga atong Dios, pito ka adlaw ug pito ka adlaw, bisan napulo ug upat ka adlaw.

66 And the eight day he sent the people away: and they thanked the King and went vnto their tentes ioyous and with glad heart, because of al the goodnesse that the Lord had done for Dauid his seruant, and for Israel his people.

Sa ikawalo ka adlaw iyang gipapauli ang katawohan: ug ilang gibulahan ang hari, ug nangadto sa ilang balong-balong nga puno sa kasadya ug kalipay sa kasingkasing tungod sa tanang kaayo nga gipakita ni Jehova kang David nga iyang alagad, ug sa Israel nga iyang katawohan.
