1 Kings 13
1 And beholde, there came a man of God out of Iudah (by the commandement of the Lord) vnto Beth-el, and Ieroboam stoode by the altar to offer incense.
Kaj jen homo de Dio venis el Judujo laŭ ordono de la Eternulo en Bet-Elon, kiam Jerobeam staris sur la altaro, por incensi.
2 And he cryed against the altar by the comandement of the Lord, and said, O altar, altar, thus saith the Lord, Beholde, a child shalbe borne vnto the house of Dauid, Iosiah by name, and vpon thee shall he sacrifice the Priestes of the hie places that burne incense vpon thee, and they shall burne mens bones vpon thee.
Kaj li vokis al la altaro laŭ ordono de la Eternulo kaj diris: Ho altaro, altaro! tiele diras la Eternulo: Jen en la domo de David naskiĝos filo, kies nomo estos Joŝija, kaj li buĉos sur vi la pastrojn de la altaĵoj, incensantajn sur vi, kaj homaj ostoj estos bruligitaj sur vi.
3 And he gaue a signe the same time, saying, This is the signe, that the Lord hath spoken, Behold, the altar shall rent, and the ashes that are vpon it, shall fall out.
Kaj li donis en tiu tago signon, dirante: Ĉi tio estas la signo, ke tion parolis la Eternulo: jen la altaro disfendiĝos, kaj la cindro, kiu estas sur ĝi, disŝutiĝos.
4 And when the King had heard the saying of the man of God, which he had cryed against the altar in Beth-el, Ieroboam stretched out his hand from the altar, saying, Lay holde on him: but his hande which he put foorth against him, dryed vp, and he could not pull it in againe to him.
Kiam la reĝo aŭdis la vortojn de la homo de Dio, kiujn li vokis al la altaro en Bet-El, Jerobeam etendis sian manon de sur la altaro, kaj diris: Kaptu lin! Sed rigidiĝis lia mano, kiun li etendis kontraŭ lin, kaj li ne povis retiri ĝin al si.
5 The altar also claue asunder, and the ashes fell out from the altar, according to the signe, which the man of God had giuen by the commandement of the Lord.
Kaj la altaro disfendiĝis, kaj la cindro de la altaro disŝutiĝis, konforme al la signo, kiun donis la homo de Dio laŭ la ordono de la Eternulo.
6 Then the King answered, and saide vnto the man of God, I beseeche thee, pray vnto ye Lord thy God, and make intercession for me, that mine hand may bee restored vnto me. And the man of God besought the Lord, and the Kings hand was restored, and became as it was afore.
Kaj la reĝo ekparolis kaj diris al la homo de Dio: Faru peton antaŭ la Eternulo, via Dio, kaj preĝu por mi, por ke mia mano revenu al mi. Kaj la homo de Dio faris peton antaŭ la Eternulo, kaj la mano de la reĝo revenis al li kaj fariĝis kiel antaŭe.
7 Then the King sayde vnto the man of God, Come home with mee, that thou mayest dyne, and I will giue thee a reward.
Tiam la reĝo diris al la homo de Dio: Iru kun mi en la domon kaj fortigu vin per manĝo, kaj mi donos al vi donacon.
8 But the man of God saide vnto the King, If thou wouldest giue me halfe thine house, I would not goe in with thee, neither woulde I eate bread nor drinke water in this place.
Sed la homo de Dio diris al la reĝo: Eĉ se vi donos al mi duonon de via domo, mi ne iros kun vi, kaj mi ne manĝos panon nek trinkos akvon en ĉi tiu loko;
9 For so was it charged mee by the worde of the Lord, saying, Eate no bread nor drinke water, nor turne againe by the same way that thou camest.
ĉar tiele estas ordonite al mi per la vorto de la Eternulo: Ne manĝu panon nek trinku akvon, kaj ne reiru laŭ la vojo, laŭ kiu vi venis.
10 So he went another way and returned not by the way that he came to Beth-el.
Kaj li iris laŭ alia vojo, kaj ne reiris laŭ la vojo, laŭ kiu li venis en Bet-Elon.
11 And an olde Prophet dwelt in Beth-el, and his sonnes came and tolde him all ye woorkes, that the man of God had done that day in Beth-el, and the wordes which he had spoken vnto the King, tolde they their father.
Unu profeto maljunulo loĝis en Bet-El. Kaj venis liaj filoj, kaj rakontis al li la tutan aferon, kiun faris la homo de Dio hodiaŭ en Bet-El; la vortojn, kiujn li diris al la reĝo, ili rakontis al sia patro.
12 And their father sayde vnto them, What way went he? and his sonnes shewed him what waye the man of God went, which came from Iudah.
Kaj ilia patro diris al ili: Laŭ kiu vojo li iris? Kaj liaj filoj montris la vojon, laŭ kiu iris la homo de Dio, kiu venis el Judujo.
13 And hee saide vnto his sonnes, Saddle mee the asse. Who sadled him the asse, and hee rode thereon,
Tiam li diris al siaj filoj: Selu al mi la azenon. Kaj ili selis al li la azenon, kaj li ekrajdis sur ĝi,
14 And went after the man of God, and found him sitting vnder an oke: and he saide vnto him, Art thou the man of God that camest from Iudah? And he sayd, Yea.
kaj sekvis la homon de Dio kaj trovis lin sidanta sub kverko, kaj diris al li: Ĉu vi estas la homo de Dio, kiu venis el Judujo? Kaj tiu diris: Mi.
15 Then he said vnto him, Come home with me, and eate bread.
Kaj li diris al li: Venu kun mi en la domon kaj manĝu panon.
16 But he answered, I may not returne with thee, nor go in with thee, neither wil I eate bread nor drinke water with thee in this place.
Sed tiu diris: Mi ne povas reiri kun vi kaj veni al vi, kaj mi ne manĝos panon nek trinkos ĉe vi akvon en ĉi tiu loko;
17 For it was charged me by the word of the Lord, saying, Thou shalt eate no bread, nor drinke water there, nor turne againe to goe by the way that thou wentest.
ĉar estas dirite al mi per la vorto de la Eternulo: Ne manĝu panon nek trinku tie akvon, ne reiru laŭ la vojo, laŭ kiu vi venis.
18 And he said vnto him, I am a Prophet also as thou art, and an Angel spake vnto me by the worde of the Lord, saying, Bring him againe with thee into thine house, that hee may eate bread and drinke water: but he lyed vnto him.
Kaj li diris al li: Mi ankaŭ estas profeto, kiel vi, kaj anĝelo diris al mi laŭ ordono de la Eternulo jene: Revenigu lin kun vi en vian domon, por ke li manĝu panon kaj trinku akvon. Li mensogis al li.
19 So he went againe with him, and did eate bread in his house, and dranke water.
Kaj li reiris kun li kaj manĝis panon en lia domo kaj trinkis akvon.
20 And as they sate at the table, the worde of the Lord came vnto the Prophet, that brought him againe.
Dum ili sidis ankoraŭ ĉe la tablo, venis la vorto de la Eternulo al la profeto, kiu lin revenigis.
21 And hee cried vnto the man of God that came from Iudah, saying, Thus sayeth the Lord, Because thou hast disobeyed the mouth of the Lord, and hast not kept the commandement which the Lord thy God commanded thee,
Kaj li vokis al la homo de Dio, kiu venis el Judujo, dirante: Tiele diras la Eternulo: Pro tio, ke vi malobeis la buŝon de la Eternulo, kaj ne plenumis la ordonon, kiun faris al vi la Eternulo, via Dio,
22 But camest backe againe, and hast eaten bread and drunke water in the place (whereof he did say vnto thee, Thou shalt eate no bread nor drinke any water) thy carkeis shall not come vnto the sepulchre of thy fathers.
sed vi reiris kaj manĝis panon kaj trinkis akvon en la loko, pri kiu Li diris al vi, ke vi ne manĝu panon kaj ne trinku akvon, via kadavro ne venos en la tombon de viaj patroj.
23 And when he had eaten bread and drunke, he sadled him the asse, to wit, to the Prophet whome he had brought againe.
Post kiam li manĝis panon kaj trinkis, oni selis por li la azenon, por la profeto, kiun li revenigis.
24 And when hee was gone, a lion met him by the way, and slewe him, and his body was cast in the way, and the asse stoode thereby: the lion stood by the corps also.
Kaj li iris, kaj sur la vojo renkontis lin leono kaj mortigis lin. Kaj lia kadavro kuŝis ĵetita sur la vojo, kaj la azeno staris apude, kaj la leono staris apud la kadavro.
25 And beholde, men that passed by, sawe the carkeis cast in the way, and the lion standing by the corps: and they came and tolde it in ye towne where the olde Prophet dwelt.
Kaj jen pasis homoj, kaj vidis la kadavron kuŝantan sur la vojo, kaj la leonon starantan apud la kadavro, kaj ili iris kaj rakontis en la urbo, en kiu loĝis la maljuna profeto.
26 And when the Prophet that brought him backe againe from the waye, hearde thereof, hee sayde, It is the man of God, who hath bene disobedient vnto the commandement of the Lord: therefore the Lord hath deliuered him vnto the lion, which hath rent him and slayne him, according to the worde of the Lord, which hee spake vnto him.
Kiam tion aŭdis la profeto, kiu revenigis lin de la vojo, li diris: Tio estas la homo de Dio, kiu malobeis la buŝon de la Eternulo; la Eternulo transdonis lin al leono, kiu disŝiris kaj mortigis lin konforme al la vorto de la Eternulo, kiun Li diris al li.
27 And he spake to his sonnes, saying, Saddle me the asse. And they sadled him.
Kaj li diris al siaj filoj jene: Selu al mi la azenon. Kaj ili selis.
28 And he went and founde his body cast in the way, and the asse and the lion stoode by the corps: and the lion had not eaten the bodie, nor torne the asse.
Kaj li iris kaj trovis lian kadavron kuŝantan sur la vojo, kaj la azenon kaj la leonon starantajn apud la kadavro; la leono ne manĝis la kadavron kaj ne disŝiris la azenon.
29 And the Prophet tooke vp the body of the man of God, and layed it vpon the asse, and brought it againe, and the olde Prophet came to the citie, to lament and burie him.
Kaj la profeto levis la kadavron de la homo de Dio kaj metis ĝin sur la azenon kaj veturigis ĝin returne. Kaj la maljuna profeto venis en la urbon, por priplori kaj enterigi lin.
30 And hee layed his bodie in his owne graue, and they lamented ouer him, saying, Alas, my brother.
Kaj li metis lian kadavron en sian tombon; kaj ili priploris lin: Ho ve, mia frato!
31 And when he had buried him, hee spake to his sonnes, saying, When I am dead, burie ye mee also in the sepulchre, wherein the man of God is buried: lay my bones beside his bones.
Post kiam oni enterigis lin, li diris al siaj filoj jene: Kiam mi mortos, entombigu min en la tombo, en kiu estas entombigita la homo de Dio; apud liajn ostojn metu miajn ostojn.
32 For that thing which he cried by the word of the Lord against the altar that is in Beth-el, and against all the houses of the hie places, which are in the cities of Samaria, shall surely come to passe.
Ĉar plenumiĝos la vorto, kiun li eldiris laŭ ordono de la Eternulo pri la altaro, kiu estas en Bet-El, kaj pri ĉiuj domoj de altaĵoj, kiuj troviĝas en la urboj de Samario.
33 Howbeit after this, Ieroboam conuerted not from his wicked way, but turned againe, and made of the lowest of the people Priests of the hie places. Who would, might consecrate him selfe, and be of the Priestes of the hie places.
Post tiu okazintaĵo Jerobeam ne retiris sin de sia malbona vojo, sed li denove starigis el la popolo pastrojn por la altaĵoj; kiun li volis, tiun li konsekris, ke li fariĝu pastro de altaĵoj.
34 And this thing turned to sinne vnto the house of Ieroboam, euen to roote it out, and destroy it from the face of the earth.
Kaj ĉi tio fariĝis peko por la domo de Jerobeam, por pereo kaj ekstermiĝo de sur la tero.
