1 John 5
1 Whosoeuer beleeueth that Iesus is that Christ, is borne of God: and euery one that loueth him, which begate, loueth him also which is begotten of him.
Kila mundu mwaisadika kuvya Yesu ndi Kilisitu Msangula mundu mwenuyo ndi mwana wa Chapanga. Na kila mweakumugana dadi mewawa akumgana na mwana waki.
2 In this we know that we loue the children of God, when we loue God, and keepe his commandements.
Lijambu lenili ndi likutikita timanyayi kuvya tivaganili vana va Chapanga, ndi patikumugana Chapanga na kuyidakila mihilu yaki.
3 For this is the loue of God, that we keepe his commandements: and his commandements are not burdenous.
Ndava kumugana Chapanga ndi kuyidakila mihilu yaki. Na mihilu yaki yitopa lepi,
4 For all that is borne of God, ouercommeth this world: and this is that victorie that hath ouercome this world, euen our faith.
ndava kila mundu mweavi mwana wa Chapanga ihotola kugahotola mambu ga mulima uwu. Na tete tikuuhotola mulima kwa sadika yitu.
5 Who is it that ouercommeth this world, but he which beleeueth that Iesus is that Sonne of God?
Yani ihotola kugahotola mambu ga mulima? Ndi yula mweisadika kuvya Yesu ndi Mwana wa Chapanga.
6 This is that Iesus Christ that came by water and blood: not by water onely, but by water and blood: and it is that Spirit, that beareth witnesse: for that Spirit is trueth.
Yesu Kilisitu ndi mweabwelili kwa njila ya manji lukumbi lwa ubatizu na kwa ngasi peafwili. Abwelili lepi kwa njila ya manji ndu, nambu kwa manji na ngasi. Na Mpungu Msopi ijova aga ndi chakaka ndava ya Yesu muni Mpungu Msopi ndi mchakaka.
7 For there are three, which beare recorde in heauen, the Father, the Worde, and the holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Hinu vavi vadatu vevijova uchakaka.
8 And there are three, which beare record in the earth, the spirit, and the water and the blood: and these three agree in one.
Mpungu Msopi, manji na ngasi, na voha viyidakilana chindu chimonga.
9 If we receiue the witnesse of men, the witnesse of God is greater: for this is the witnesse of God, which he testified of his Sonne.
Tete tisadika lukumbi vandu vakutijovela gavagaweni ndi gala geijova Chapanga gitopa neju na Chapanga ijova chakaka kumvala Mwana waki.
10 He that beleeueth in that Sonne of God, hath the witnes in himselfe: he that beleeueth not God, hath made him a lyar, because he beleeued not ye record, that God witnessed of that his Sonne.
Ndi kila mundu mweakumusadika mwana wa Chapanga avinawu wenuwo uchakaka mumtima waki. Nambu mweangamsadika Chapanga akumukita Chapanga kuvya mdese, ndava asadiki lepi mambu geajovili Chapanga kumvala Mwana waki.
11 And this is that record, to wit, that God hath giuen vnto vs eternall life, and this life is in that his Sonne. (aiōnios g166)
Na uchakaka wene ndi uwu: Chapanga atipelili wumi wa magono goha gangali mwishu, na wumi wenuwo upatikana kwa Mwana waki. (aiōnios g166)
12 He that hath that Sonne, hath that life: and he that hath not that Sonne of God, hath not that life.
Mundu yoyoha mweavili na Mwana wa Chapanga avi na wumi wenuwo, na mundu mweavi lepi na Mwana wa Chapanga avi lepi na wumi wenuwo.
13 These things haue I written vnto you, that beleeue in the Name of that Sonne of God, that ye may knowe that ye haue eternall life, and that ye may beleeue in the Name of that Sonne of God. (aiōnios g166)
Nivayandikili nambu mumanyayi kuvya muvinau wumi wa magono goha gangali mwishu, nyenye mwamukumsadiki Mwana wa Chapanga. (aiōnios g166)
14 And this is that assurance, that we haue in him, that if we aske any thing according to his will, he heareth vs.
Lijambu lenili ndi likutikita timanya changali kuyogopa kuvya Chapanga akutiyuwanila, na tikamyupa chindu chochoha ngati cheigana akutiyuwana.
15 And if we know that he heareth vs, whatsoeuer we aske, we know that we haue the petitions, that we haue desired of him.
Na tete tikamanyayi kuvya kila petiyupa akutiyuwana, ndi timanyi kuvya tipokela chochoha chatiyupa kwaki.
16 If any man see his brother sinne a sinne that is not vnto death, let him aske, and he shall giue him life for them that sinne not vnto death. There is a sinne vnto death: I say not that thou shouldest pray for it.
Ngati mundu yati akamlola mlongo waki ikita gakumbudila Chapanga gangamlongosa mulifwa, iganikiwa amyupilayi, na Chapanga yati akumupela wumi mundu mwenuyo, nilongela aga ndava ya vala vavihenga uhakau wangavalongosa mulifwa. Nambu kuvili kumbudila Chapanga kwekumlongosa mundu mulifwa nene nijova lepi myupa ndava ya kumbudila Chapanga kwenuko.
17 All vnrighteousnesse is sinne, but there is a sinne not vnto death.
Lijambu loloha langamganisa Chapanga, lenilo ndi lijambu la kumbudila Chapanga, nambu kuvili kumbudila Chapanga kwanga mlongosa mundu mulifwa.
18 We know that whosoeuer is borne of God, sinneth not: but he that is begotten of God, keepeth himselfe, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
Timanyili kuvya kila mundu mweavili Mwana wa Chapanga iyendelela lepi kumbudila Chapanga, ndava muni Mwana wa Chapanga akumyunga na Muhakau ihotola lepi kumkita Chindu chochoha.
19 We knowe that we are of God, and this whole world lieth in wickednesse.
Timanyi kuvya tete ndi tavana va Chapanga, na mulima woha ulongoswa na Muhakau.
20 But we know that that Sone of God is come, and hath giue vs a mind to know him, which is true: and we are in him that is true, that is, in that his Sone Iesus Christ: this same is that very God, and that eternal life. (aiōnios g166)
Tete timanyili kuvya Mwana wa Chapanga amali kubwela, na mwene ndi atikitili timmanya Chapanga wa chakaka. Na tete titama mukuwungana na Chapanga wa chakaka kwa njila ya kuwungana na Mwana waki Yesu Kilisitu. Mwenuyu ndi Chapanga wa chakaka, na ndi wumi wa magono goha gangali mwishu. (aiōnios g166)
21 Litle children, keepe your selues from idoles, Amen.
Vana vangu, mujiyangalila mkoto kugundamila chimong'omong'o.
