1 Corinthians 1
1 Paul called to be an Apostle of Iesus Christ, through the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes,
ยาวนฺต: ปวิตฺรา โลกา: เสฺวษามฺ อสฺมากญฺจ วสติสฺถาเนษฺวสฺมากํ ปฺรโภ รฺยีโศ: ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย นามฺนา ปฺรารฺถยนฺเต ไต: สหาหูตานำ ขฺรีษฺเฏน ยีศุนา ปวิตฺรีกฺฤตานำ โลกานำ ย อีศฺวรียธรฺมฺมสมาช: กรินฺถนคเร วิทฺยเต
2 Vnto the Church of God, which is at Corinthus, to them that are sanctified in Christ Iesus, Saintes by calling, with all that call on the Name of our Lord Iesus Christ in euery place, both their Lord, and ours:
ตํ ปฺรตีศฺวรเสฺยจฺฉยาหูโต ยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย เปฺรริต: เปาล: โสสฺถินินามา ภฺราตา จ ปตฺรํ ลิขติฯ
3 Grace be with you, and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Iesus Christ.
อสฺมากํ ปิเตฺรศฺวเรณ ปฺรภุนา ยีศุขฺรีษฺเฏน จ ปฺรสาท: ศานฺติศฺจ ยุษฺมภฺยํ ทียตำฯ
4 I thanke my God alwayes on your behalfe for the grace of God, which is giuen you in Iesus Christ,
อีศฺวโร ยีศุขฺรีษฺเฏน ยุษฺมานฺ ปฺรติ ปฺรสาทํ ปฺรกาศิตวานฺ, ตสฺมาทหํ ยุษฺมนฺนิมิตฺตํ สรฺวฺวทา มทีเยศฺวรํ ธนฺยํ วทามิฯ
5 That in all things ye are made rich in him, in all kinde of speach, and in all knowledge:
ขฺรีษฺฏสมฺพนฺธียํ สากฺษฺยํ ยุษฺมากํ มเธฺย เยน ปฺรกาเรณ สปฺรมาณมฺ อภวตฺ
6 As the testimonie of Iesus Christ hath bene confirmed in you:
เตน ยูยํ ขฺรีษฺฏาตฺ สรฺวฺววิธวกฺตฺฤตาชฺญานาทีนิ สรฺวฺวธนานิ ลพฺธวนฺต: ฯ
7 So that ye are not destitute of any gift: wayting for the appearing of our Lord Iesus Christ.
ตโต'สฺมตฺปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ปุนราคมนํ ปฺรตีกฺษมาณานำ ยุษฺมากํ กสฺยาปิ วรสฺยาภาโว น ภวติฯ
8 Who shall also confirme you vnto the ende, that ye may be blamelesse, in the day of our Lord Iesus Christ.
อปรมฺ อสฺมากํ ปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ทิวเส ยูยํ ยนฺนิรฺทฺโทษา ภเวต ตทรฺถํ เสอว ยาวทนฺตํ ยุษฺมานฺ สุสฺถิรานฺ กริษฺยติฯ
9 God is faithfull, by whom ye are called vnto the fellowship of his Sonne Iesus Christ our Lord.
ย อีศฺวร: สฺวปุตฺรสฺยาสฺมตฺปฺรโภ รฺยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺยำศิน: กรฺตฺตุํ ยุษฺมานฺ อาหูตวานฺ ส วิศฺวสนีย: ฯ
10 Nowe I beseeche you, brethren, by the Name of our Lord Iesus Christ, that ye all speake one thing, and that there be no dissensions among you: but be ye knit together in one mind, and in one iudgement.
เห ภฺราตร: , อสฺมากํ ปฺรภุยีศุขฺรีษฺฏสฺย นามฺนา ยุษฺมานฺ วินเย'หํ สรฺไวฺว รฺยุษฺมาภิเรกรูปาณิ วากฺยานิ กถฺยนฺตำ ยุษฺมนฺมเธฺย ภินฺนสงฺฆาตา น ภวนฺตุ มโนวิจารโยไรเกฺยน ยุษฺมากํ สิทฺธตฺวํ ภวตุฯ
11 For it hath bene declared vnto me, my brethren, of you by them that are of the house of Cloe, that there are contentions among you.
เห มม ภฺราตโร ยุษฺมนฺมเธฺย วิวาทา ชาตา อิติ วารฺตฺตามหํ โกฺลยฺยา: ปริชไน รฺชฺญาปิต: ฯ
12 Nowe this I say, that euery one of you saith, I am Pauls, and I am Apollos, and I am Cephas, and I am Christs.
มมาภิเปฺรตมิทํ ยุษฺมากํ กศฺจิตฺ กศฺจิทฺ วทติ เปาลสฺย ศิโษฺย'หมฺ อาปโลฺล: ศิโษฺย'หํ ไกผา: ศิโษฺย'หํ ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย ศิโษฺย'หมิติ จฯ
13 Is Christ deuided? was Paul crucified for you? either were ye baptized into the name of Paul?
ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย กึ วิเภท: กฺฤต: ? เปาล: กึ ยุษฺมตฺกฺฤเต กฺรุเศ หต: ? เปาลสฺย นามฺนา วา ยูยํ กึ มชฺชิตา: ?
14 I thanke God, that I baptized none of you, but Crispus, and Gaius,
กฺริษฺปคาเยา วินา ยุษฺมากํ มเธฺย'นฺย: โก'ปิ มยา น มชฺชิต อิติ เหโตรหมฺ อีศฺวรํ ธนฺยํ วทามิฯ
15 Lest any should say, that I had baptized into mine owne name.
เอเตน มม นามฺนา มานวา มยา มชฺชิตา อิติ วกฺตุํ เกนาปิ น ศกฺยเตฯ
16 I baptized also the houshold of Stephanas: furthermore knowe I not, whether I baptized any other.
อปรํ สฺติผานสฺย ปริชนา มยา มชฺชิตาสฺตทนฺย: กศฺจิทฺ ยนฺมยา มชฺชิตสฺตทหํ น เวทฺมิฯ
17 For CHRIST sent me not to baptize, but to preache the Gospel, not with wisdome of wordes, lest the crosse of Christ should be made of none effect.
ขฺรีษฺเฏนาหํ มชฺชนารฺถํ น เปฺรริต: กินฺตุ สุสํวาทสฺย ปฺรจารารฺถเมว; โส'ปิ วากฺปฏุตยา มยา น ปฺรจาริตวฺย: , ยตสฺตถา ปฺรจาริเต ขฺรีษฺฏสฺย กฺรุเศ มฺฤตฺยุ: ผลหีโน ภวิษฺยติฯ
18 For that preaching of the crosse is to them that perish, foolishnesse: but vnto vs, which are saued, it is the power of God.
ยโต เหโต เรฺย วินศฺยนฺติ เต ตำ กฺรุศสฺย วารฺตฺตำ ปฺรลาปมิว มนฺยนฺเต กิญฺจ ปริตฺราณํ ลภมาเนษฺวสฺมาสุ สา อีศฺวรียศกฺติสฺวรูปาฯ
19 For it is written, I will destroy the wisedome of the wise, and will cast away the vnderstanding of the prudent.
ตสฺมาทิตฺถํ ลิขิตมาเสฺต, ชฺญานวตานฺตุ ยตฺ ชฺญานํ ตนฺมยา นาศยิษฺยเตฯ วิโลปยิษฺยเต ตทฺวทฺ พุทฺธิ รฺพทฺธิมตำ มยา๚
20 Where is the wise? where is the Scribe? where is the disputer of this worlde? hath not God made the wisedome of this worlde foolishnesse? (aiōn g165)
ชฺญานี กุตฺร? ศาสฺตฺรี วา กุตฺร? อิหโลกสฺย วิจารตตฺปโร วา กุตฺร? อิหโลกสฺย ชฺญานํ กิมีศฺวเรณ โมหีกฺฤตํ นหิ? (aiōn g165)
21 For seeing the worlde by wisedome knewe not God in the wisedome of GOD, it pleased God by the foolishnesse of preaching to saue them that beleeue:
อีศฺวรสฺย ชฺญานาทฺ อิหโลกสฺย มานวา: สฺวชฺญาเนเนศฺวรสฺย ตตฺตฺวโพธํ น ปฺราปฺตวนฺตสฺตสฺมาทฺ อีศฺวร: ปฺรจารรูปิณา ปฺรลาเปน วิศฺวาสิน: ปริตฺราตุํ โรจิตวานฺฯ
22 Seeing also that the Iewes require a signe, and the Grecians seeke after wisdome.
ยิหูทียโลกา ลกฺษณานิ ทิทฺฤกฺษนฺติ ภินฺนเทศียโลกาสฺตุ วิทฺยำ มฺฤคยนฺเต,
23 But wee preach Christ crucified: vnto the Iewes, euen a stumbling blocke, and vnto the Grecians, foolishnesse:
วยญฺจ กฺรุเศ หตํ ขฺรีษฺฏํ ปฺรจารยาม: ฯ ตสฺย ปฺรจาโร ยิหูทีไย รฺวิฆฺน อิว ภินฺนเทศีไยศฺจ ปฺรลาป อิว มนฺยเต,
24 But vnto them which are called, both of the Iewes and Grecians, we preach Christ, the power of God, and the wisedome of God.
กินฺตุ ยิหูทียานำ ภินฺนเทศียานาญฺจ มเธฺย เย อาหูตาเสฺตษุ ส ขฺรีษฺฏ อีศฺวรียศกฺติริเวศฺวรียชฺญานมิว จ ปฺรกาศเตฯ
25 For the foolishnesse of God is wiser then men, and the weakenesse of God is stronger then men.
ยต อีศฺวเร ย: ปฺรลาป อาโรปฺยเต ส มานวาติริกฺตํ ชฺญานเมว ยจฺจ เทารฺพฺพลฺยมฺ อีศฺวร อาโรปฺยเต ตตฺ มานวาติริกฺตํ พลเมวฯ
26 For brethren, you see your calling, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called.
เห ภฺราตร: , อาหูตยุษฺมทฺคโณ ยษฺมาภิราโลกฺยตำ ตนฺมเธฺย สำสาริกชฺญาเนน ชฺญานวนฺต: ปรากฺรมิโณ วา กุลีนา วา พหโว น วิทฺยนฺเตฯ
27 But God hath chosen the foolish thinges of the world to confound the wise, and God hath chosen the weake thinges of the worlde, to confound the mightie things,
ยต อีศฺวโร ชฺญานวตสฺตฺรปยิตุํ มูรฺขโลกานฺ โรจิตวานฺ พลานิ จ ตฺรปยิตุมฺ อีศฺวโร ทุรฺพฺพลานฺ โรจิตวานฺฯ
28 And vile things of the worlde and thinges which are despised, hath God chosen, and thinges which are not, to bring to nought thinges that are,
ตถา วรฺตฺตมานโลกานฺ สํสฺถิติภฺรษฺฏานฺ กรฺตฺตุมฺ อีศฺวโร ชคโต'ปกฺฤษฺฏานฺ เหยานฺ อวรฺตฺตมานำศฺจาภิโรจิตวานฺฯ
29 That no flesh shoulde reioyce in his presence.
ตต อีศฺวรสฺย สากฺษาตฺ เกนาปฺยาตฺมศฺลาฆา น กรฺตฺตวฺยาฯ
30 But ye are of him in Christ Iesus, who of God is made vnto vs wisedome and righteousnesse, and sanctification, and redemption,
ยูยญฺจ ตสฺมาตฺ ขฺรีษฺเฏ ยีเศา สํสฺถิตึ ปฺราปฺตวนฺต: ส อีศฺวราทฺ ยุษฺมากํ ชฺญานํ ปุณฺยํ ปวิตฺรตฺวํ มุกฺติศฺจ ชาตาฯ
31 That, according as it is written, Hee that reioyceth, let him reioyce in the Lord.
อเตอว ยทฺวทฺ ลิขิตมาเสฺต ตทฺวตฺ, ย: กศฺจิตฺ ศฺลาฆมาน: สฺยาตฺ ศฺลาฆตำ ปฺรภุนา ส หิฯ
