5 The sonnes of Iapheth were Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Iauan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
Os filhos de Japhet foram: Gomer, e MaGog, e Madai, e Javan, e Tubal, e Mesech, e Tiras.
6 And the sonnes of Gomer, Ashchenaz, and Iphath and Togarmah.
E os filhos de Gomer: Asquenaz, e Riphat, e Togarma.
7 Also the sonnes of Iauan, Elishah and Tarshishah, Kittim, and Dodanim.
E os filhos de Javan: Elisa, e Tarsis, e Chittim, e Dodanim.
8 The sonnes of Ham were Cush, and Mizraim, Put and Canaan.
Os filhos de Cão: Cus, e Mitsraim, e Put e Canaan.
9 And the sonnes of Cush, Siba and Hauilah, and Sabta, and Raamah, and Sabtecha. Also the sonnes of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
E os filhos de Cus eram Seba, e Havila, e Sabta, e Raema, e Sabtecha: e os filhos de Raema eram Seba e Dedan.
10 And Cush begate Nimrod, who began to be mightie in the earth.
E Cus gerou a Nemrod, que começou a ser poderoso na terra.
11 And Mizraim begate Ludim and Anamim, Lehabim, and Naphtuhim:
E Mitsraim gerou aos ludeos, e aos anameos, e aos lehabeos, e aos naphtuheos,
12 Pathrusim also, and Casluhim, of whome came the Philistims, and Caphtorim.

13 Also Canaan begate Zidon his first borne, and Heth,

17 The sonnes of Shem were Elam and Asshur, and Arpachshad, and Lud, and Aram, and Vz, and Hul, and Gether, and Meshech.
E foram os filhos de Sem: Elam, e Assur, e Arphaxad, e Lud, e Aram, e Uz, e Hul, e Gether, e Mesech.
18 Also Arpachshad begate Shelah, and Shelah begate Eber.
E Arphaxad gerou a Selah: e Selah gerou a Eber.
19 Vnto Eber also were borne two sonnes: the name of the one was Peleg: for in his dayes was ye earth deuided: and his brothers name was Ioktan.
E a Eber nasceram dois filhos: o nome dum foi Peleg, porquanto nos seus dias se repartiu a terra, e o nome de seu irmão era Joktan.
20 Then Ioktan begate Almodad and Sheleph, and Hazermaueth and Ierah,
E Joktan gerou a Almodad, e a Seleph, e a Hasarmaveth, e a Jarah,
21 And Hadoram and Vzal and Diklah,
E a Hadoram, e a Husal, e a Dikla,
22 And Ebal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
E a Ebad, e a Abimael, e a Seba,
23 And Ophir, and Hauilah and Iobab: all these were the sonnes of Ioktan.
E a Ophir, e a Havila, e a Jobab: todos estes foram filhos de Joktan.
24 Shem, Arpachshad, Shelah,
Sem, Arphaxad, Selah,
25 Eber, Peleg, Rehu,

26 Serug, Nahor, Terah,

27 Abram, which is Abraham.

28 The sonnes of Abraham were Izhak, and Ishmael.

29 These are their generations. The eldest sonne of Ishmael was Nebaioth, and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam,

32 And Keturah Abrahams concubine bare sonnes, Zimran, and Iokshan, and Medan, and Midian, and Ishbak, and Shuah: and the sonnes of Iokshan, Sheba, and Dedan.
Quanto aos filhos de Ketura, concubina de Abraão, esta pariu a Zimran, e a Joksan, e a Medan, e a Midian, e a Jisbak, e a Suah: e os filhos de Joksan foram Seba e Dedan.
33 And the sonnes of Midian were Ephah, and Ephar, and Henoch, and Abida, and Eldaah: All these are the sonnes of Keturah.

34 And Abraham begate Izhak: the sonnes of Izhak, Esau, and Israel.
Abraão pois gerou a Isaac: e foram os filhos de Isaac Esaú e Israel.
35 The sonnes of Esau were Eliphaz, Reuel, and Ieush, and Iaalam, and Korah.
Os filhos de Esaú: Eliphaz, Reuel, e Jehus, e Jalam, e Corah.
36 The sonnes of Eliphaz, Teman, and Omar, Zephi, and Gatam, Kenaz, and Timna, and Amalek.
Os filhos de Eliphaz: Teman, e Omar, e Zephi, e Gaetam, e Quenaz, e Timna, e Amalek.
37 The sonnes of Reuel, Nahath, Zerah, Shammah and Mizzah.
Os filhos de Reuel: Nahath, Zerah, Samma, e Missa.
38 And the sonnes of Seir, Lotan, and Shobal, and Zibeon, and Anah, and Dishon, and Ezer, and Dishan.
E os filhos de Seir: Lothan, e Sobal, e Zibeon, e Ana, e Dison, e Eser, e Disan.
39 And the sonnes of Lotan, Hori, and Homam, and Timna Lotans sister.
E os filhos de Lothan: Hori e Homam; e a irmã de Lothan foi Timna.
40 The sonnes of Shobal were Alian, and Manahath, and Ebal, Shephi, and Onam. And the sonnes of Zibeon, Aiah and Anah.
Os filhos de Sobal eram Alian, e Manahath, e Ebel, Sephi e Onam: e os filhos de Zibeon eram Aya e Ana.
41 The sonne of Anah was Dishon. And the sonnes of Dishon, Amran, and Eshban, and Ithran, and Cheran.
Os filhos de Ana foram Dison: e os filhos de Dison foram Hamran, e Esban, e Ithran, e Cheran.
42 The sonnes of Ezer were Bilhan, and Zaauan, and Iaakan. The sonnes of Dishon were Vz, and Aran.
Os filhos de Eser eram Bilhan, e Zaavan, e Jaakan: os filhos de Disan eram Uz e Aran.
43 And these were the Kings that reigned in the land of Edom, before a King reigned ouer the children of Israel, to wit, Bela the sonne of Beor, and the name of his citie was Dinhabah.
E estes são os reis que reinaram na terra de Edom, antes que reinasse rei sobre os filhos de Israel: Bela, filho de Beor; e era o nome da sua cidade Dinhaba.
44 Then Bela died, and Iobab the sonne of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his stead.
E morreu Bela, e reinou em seu lugar Jobab, filho de Zerah, de Bosra.
45 And whe Iobab was dead, Hussham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his stead.
E morreu Jobab, e reinou em seu lugar Husam, da terra dos temanitas.
46 And when Hussham was dead, Hadad the sonne of Bedad which smote Midian in the fielde of Moab, reigned in his steade, and the name of his citie was Auith.

47 So Hadad dyed, and Samlah of Mashrecah reigned in his stead.

48 And Samlah dyed, and Shaul of Rehoboth by the riuer reigned in his stead.
E morreu Samla, e reinou em seu lugar Saul, de Rehoboth, junto ao rio.
49 And when Shaul was dead, Baal-hanan the sonne of Achbor reigned in his stead.
E morreu Saul, e reinou em seu lugar Baal-hanan, filho de Acbor.
50 And Baal-hanan dyed, and Hadad reigned in his stead, and the name of his citie was Pai, and his wiues name Mehetabel the daughter of Matred the daughter of Mezahab.
E, morrendo Baal-hanan, Hadad reinou em seu lugar; e era o nome da sua cidade pai: e o nome de sua mulher era Mehetabeel, filha de Matred, a filha de Mezahab.
51 Hadad dyed also, and there were dukes in Edom, duke Timna, duke Aliah, duke Ietheth,
E, morrendo Hadad, foram príncipes em Edom o príncipe Timna, o príncipe Alya, o príncipe Jetheth,
52 Duke Aholibamah, duke Elah, duke Pinon,

53 Duke Kenaz, duke Teman, duke Mibzar,

54 Duke Magdiel, duke Iram: these were the dukes of Edom.
