1 Chronicles 9

1 Thus all Israel were nombred by their genealogies: and beholde, they are written in the booke of the Kings of Israel and of Iudah, and they were caried away to Babel for their transgression.

Y contado todo Israel por el orden de los linajes, fueron escritos en el libro de los reyes de Israel y de Judá, y fueron trasportados a Babilonia por su rebelión.

2 And the chiefe inhabitants that dwelt in their owne possessions, and in their owne cities, euen Israel the Priestes, the Leuites, and the Nethinims.

Los primeros moradores que fueron puestos en sus posesiones en sus ciudades, así de Israel, como de los sacerdotes, Levitas, y Natineos,

3 And in Ierusalem dwelt of the children of Iudah, and of the children of Beniamin, and of the children of Ephraim, and Manasseh.

Los cuales habitaron en Jerusalem, de los hijos de Judá, de los hijos de Ben-jamín, de los hijos de Efraím y Manasés:

4 Vthai the sonne of Amihud the sonne of Omri, the sonne of Imri, the sonne of Bani: of the children of Pharez, the sonne of Iudah.

Otei, hijo de Ammiud, hijo de Amrí, hijo de Omraí, hijo de Bonní, de los hijos de Fares, hijos de Judá.

5 And of Shiloni, Asaiah the eldest, and his sonnes.

Y de Siloni: Asaías el primogénito, y sus hijos.

6 And the sonnes of Zerah, Ieuel, and their brethren sixe hundreth and ninetie.

Y de los hijos de Zara: Jehuel, y sus hermanos, seiscientos y noventa.

7 And of the sonnes of Beniamin, Sallu the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Hodauiah, the sonne of Hasenuah,

Ítem, de los hijos de Ben-jamín: Salo, hijo de Mosollam, hijo de Odvia, hijo de Asana;

8 And Ibneiah the sonne of Ieroham, and Elah the sonne of Vzzi, the sonne of Michri, and Meshullam the sonne of Shephatiah, the sonne of Reuel, the sonne of Ibniiah.

Y Jobanías, hijo de Jeroham, y Ela, hijo de Ozi, hijo de Mocori, y Mosollam, hijo de Safatías, hijo de Rahuel, hijo de Jebanías:

9 And their brethren according to their generations nine hundreth, fiftie and sixe: all these men were chiefe fathers in the housholdes of their fathers.

Y sus hermanos por sus linajes fueron nuevecientos y cincuenta y seis. Todos estos varones fueron cabezas de padres por las familias de sus padres.

10 And of the Priestes, Iedaiah, and Iehoiarib, and Iachin,

Y de los sacerdotes: Jedaia, Joiarib, Jaquín,

11 And Azariah the sonne of Hilkiah, ye sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Zadok, the sonne of Meraioth, the sonne of Ahitub the chiefe of the house of God,

Y Azarías, hijo de Helcías, hijo de Mosollam, hijo de Sadoc, hijo de Maraiot, hijo de Aquitob, príncipe de la casa de Dios.

12 And Adaiah the sonne of Ieroham, ye sonne of Pashur, the sonne of Malchiiah, and Maasai the sonne of Adiel, the sonne of Iahzerah, the sonne of Meshullam, the sonne of Meshillemith, the sonne of Immer.

Ítem, Adaias, hijo de Jeroham, hijo de Fasur, hijo de Melquías, y Maasai, hijo de Adiel, hijo de Jezra, hijo de Mosollam, hijo de Mosollamit, hijo de Emmer:

13 And their brethre the chiefe of the households of their fathers a thousand, seuen hundreth and three score valiant men, for the worke of the seruice of the house of God.

Y sus hermanos cabezas de familias de sus padres, mil y sietecientos y sesenta hombres valientes de fuerzas en la obra del ministerio de la casa de Dios.

14 And of the Leuites, Shemaiah the sonne of Hasshub, the sonne of Azrikam, the sonne of Hashabiah of the sonnes of Merari,

Y de los Levitas: Semeías, hijo de Hassub, hijo de Ezricam, hijo de Hasebias, de los hijos de Merari;

15 And Bakbakkar, Heresh and Galal, and Mattaniah the sonne of Micha, the sonne of Zichri, the sonne of Asaph,

Y Bacbacar, Heres, Galal, y Matanías, hijo de Micas, hijo de Zecri, hijo de Asaf;

16 And Obadiah the sonne of Shemaiah, the sonne of Galal, the sonne of Ieduthun, and Berechiah, the sonne of Asa, the sonne of Elkanah, that dwelt in the villages of the Netophathites.

Y Abdías, hijo de Semeías, hijo de Galal, hijo Iditún; y Baraquías, hijo de Asa, hijo de Elcana, el cual habitó en las aldeas de Netofati.

17 And the porters were Shallum, and Akkub, and Talmon, and Ahiman, and their brethren: Shallum was the chiefe.

Y porteros: Sellum, Accub, Telmón, Ahimán, y sus hermanos: Sellum era la cabeza.

18 For they were porters to this time by companies of the children of Leui vnto the Kinges gate eastward.

Y hasta ahora han sido estos los porteros en la puerta del rey, que está al oriente, en las cuadrillas de los hijos de Leví.

19 And Shallum the sonne of Kore the sonne of Ebiasaph the sonne of Korah, and his brethren the Korathites (of the house of their father) were ouer the worke, and office to keepe the gates of the Tabernacle: so their families were ouer the hoste of the Lord, keeping the entrie.

Y Sellum, hijo de Coré, hijo de Abiasaf, hijo de Corá, y sus hermanos por la casa de su padre, los Coritas, tuvieron cargo de la obra del ministerio guardando las puertas del tabernáculo: y sus padres sobre el campo de Jehová fueron los guardias de la entrada.

20 And Phinehas ye sonne of Eleazar was their guide, and the Lord was with him.

Y Finees, hijo de Eleazar, fue capitán sobre ellos antes, siendo Jehová con él.

21 Zechariah the sonne of Meshelemiah was the porter of the doore of the Tabernacle of the Congregation.

Y Zacarías, hijo de Mosollamia, era portero de la puerta del tabernáculo del testimonio.

22 All these were chosen for porters of the gates, two hundreth and twelue, which were nombred according to their genealogies by their townes. Dauid established these and Samuel the Seer in their perpetuall office.

Todos estos ilustres entre los porteros en las puertas fueron doscientos y doce, cuando fueron contados por el orden de sus linajes en sus aldeas: a los cuales constituyó en su oficio David, y Samuel el vidente.

23 So they and their children had the ouersight of the gates of the house of the Lord, euen of the house of the Tabernacle by wardes.

Así ellos y sus hijos eran porteros por sus veces a las puertas de la casa de Jehová, y de la casa del tabernáculo.

24 The porters were in foure quarters Eastward, Westward, Northward and Southward.

Y estaban porteros a los cuatro vientos; al oriente, al occidente, al septentrión, y al mediodía.

25 And their brethren, which were in their townes, came at seuen dayes from time to time with them.

Y sus hermanos, que estaban en sus aldeas, venían cada siete días por sus tiempos con ellos.

26 For these foure chiefe porters were in perpetuall office, and were of the Leuites and had charge of the chambers, and of the treasures in the house of God.

Porque estaban en el oficio cuatro de los más poderosos de los porteros, los cuales eran Levitas, que tenían cargo de las cámaras, y de los tesoros de la casa de Dios.

27 And they lay rounde about the house of God, because the charge was theirs, and they caused it to be opened euery morning.

Estos moraban al rededor de la casa de Dios, porque tenían cargo de la guardia, y tenían cargo de abrir cada mañana.

28 And certaine of them had the rule of the ministring vessels: for they brought them in by tale, and brought them out by tale.

Algunos de estos tenían cargo de los vasos del ministerio, los cuales se metían por cuenta, y se sacaban por cuenta.

29 Some of them also were appoynted ouer the instruments, and ouer all the vessels of the Sanctuarie, and of the floure, and the wine, and the oyle, and the incense, and the sweete odours.

Y algunos de ellos tenían cargo de la vajilla, y de todos los vasos del santuario, y de la harina, y del vino, y del aceite, y del incienso, y de las especierías.

30 And certaine of the sonnes of the Priestes made oyntments of sweete odours.

Y algunos de los hijos de los sacerdotes hacían los ungüentos aromáticos.

31 And Mattithiah one of the Leuites which was the eldest sonne of Shallum the Korhite, had the charge of the things that were made in the frying panne.

Y Matatías, uno de los Levitas, primogénito de Sellum Corita, tenía cargo de las cosas que se hacían en la sartén.

32 And other of their brethren the sonnes of Kohath had the ouersight of the shewbread to prepare it euery Sabbath.

Y algunos de los hijos de Caat, y de sus hermanos, tenían el cargo de los panes de la proposición, los cuales ponían por orden cada sábado.

33 And these are the singers, the chiefe fathers of the Leuites, which dwelt in the chambers, and had none other charge: for they had to do in that busines day and night:

Y de estos había cantores, príncipes de familias por los Levitas, los cuales estaban en sus cámaras, exentos; porque de día y de noche estaban en la obra.

34 These were the chiefe fathers of the Leuites according to their generations, and the principall which dwelt at Ierusalem.

Estos eran príncipes de familias, por los Levitas por sus linajes, príncipes, que habitaban en Jerusalem.

35 And in Gibeon dwelt ye father of Gibeon, Ieiel, and the name of his wife was Maachah.

Y en Gabaón habitaban Abigabaón, Jehiel; y el nombre de su mujer era Maaca;

36 And his eldest sonne was Abdon, then Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Ner, and Nadab,

Y su hijo primogénito, Abdón, Sur, Cis, Baal, Ner, Nadab,

37 And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zechariah, and Mikloth.

Gedor, Ahio, Zacarías, y Macellot.

38 And Mikloth begate Shimeam: they also dwelt with their brethren at Ierusalem, euen by their brethren.

Ítem, Macellot engendró a Samaán, y estos habitaban en Jerusalem también con sus hermanos enfrente de ellos.

39 And Ner begate Kish, and Kish begate Saul, and Saul begate Ionathan and Malchishua, and Abinadab and Eshbaal.

Y Ner engendró a Cis, y Cis engendró a Saul, y Saul engendró a Jonatán, Melquisua, Abinadab, y Esbaal.

40 And the sonne of Ionathan was Merib-baal: and Merib-baal begate Micah.

E hijo de Jonatán fue Merib-baal: y Merib-baal engendró a Mica.

41 And the sonnes of Micah were Pithon, and Melech and Tahrea.

Y los hijos de Mica fueron Fitón, Melec, Taraa, y Ajaz.

42 And Ahaz begate Iarah, and Iarah begat Alemeth, and Azmaueth, and Zimri, and Zimri begate Moza.

Ajaz engendró a Jara, y Jara engendró a Alamat, Azmot, y Zamrí: y Zamrí engendró a Mosa:

43 And Moza begate Binea, whose sonne was Rephaiah, and his sonne was Eleasah, and his sonne Azel.

Y Mosa engendró a Banaa, cuyo hijo fue Rafaia, cuyo hijo fue Elasa, cuyo hijo fue Asel:

44 And Azel had sixe sonnes, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ismael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan: these are the sonnes of Azel.

Y Asel tuvo seis hijos: los nombres de los cuales son Ezricam, Bocru, Ismael, Sarias, Abdías, Hanán: estos fueron los hijos de Asel.
