1 Chronicles 7

1 And the sonnes of Issachar were Tola and Puah, Iashub, and Shimron, foure,

2 And the sonnes of Tola, Vzzi, and Rephaiah, and Ieriel, and Iahmai, and Iibsam, and Shemuel, heads in the housholdes of their fathers. Of Tola were valiant men of warre in their generations, whose nomber was in the dayes of Dauid two and twentie thousand, and sixe hundreth.

Og Tholas Sønner vare: Ussi og Refaja og Jeriel og Jahmaj og Jibsam og Samuel, Øverster for deres Fædrenehuse for Thola, vældige til Strid i deres Slægter; deres Tal var i Davids Dage to og tyve Tusinde og seks Hundrede.

3 And the sonne of Vzzi was Izrahaiah, and the sonnes of Izrahaiah, Michael, and Obadiah, and Ioel, and Isshiah, fiue men all princes.

Og Ussis Sønner vare: Jisraja; og Jisrajas Sønner vare: Mikael og Obadia og Joel og Jissija; disse fem vare alle sammen Øverster,

4 And with them in their generations after the houshold of their fathers were bandes of men of warre for battel, sixe and thirtie thousand: for they had many wiues and children.

Og med dem efter deres Slægter, efter deres Fædrenehuse, vare seks og tredive Tusinde Mand som Tropper til Krigshæren; thi de havde mange Hustruer og Børn.

5 And their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of warre, rekoned in all by their genealogies foure score and seuen thousand.

Men deres Brødre af alle Isaskars Slægter vare vældige til Strid; der var syv og firsindstyve Tusinde, da de alle bleve indførte i Slægtregisteret.

6 The sonnes of Beniamin were Bela, and Becher, and Iediael, three.

Benjamins Sønner vare: Bela og Beker og Jedial, ialt tre.

7 And the sonnes of Bela, Ezbon, and Vzzi, and Vzziel, and Ierimoth, and Iri, fiue heads of the housholds of their fathers, valiant men of warre, and were rekoned by their genealogies, two and twentie thousand and thirtie and foure.

Og Belas Sønner vare: Ezbon og Ussi og Ussiel og Jerimoth og Iri, fem Øverster for deres Fædrenehuse, vældige til Strid; og de vare, da de bleve indførte i Slægtregisteret, to og tyve Tusinde og fire og tredive.

8 And the sonnes of Becher, Zemirah, and Ioash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Ierimoth, and Abiah, and Anathoth, and Alameth: all these were the sonnes of Becher.

Og Bekers Sønner vare: Semira og Joas og Elieser, Elioenaj og Omri og Jerimoth og Abia og Anathoth og Alemeth; alle disse vare Bekers Børn.

9 And they were nombred by their genealogies according to their generations, and the chiefe of the houses of their fathers, valiant men of warre, twenty thousand and two hundreth.

Og da de bleve indførte i Slægtregisteret efter deres Slægter, efter Øversterne for deres Fædrenehuse, vældige til Strid, da var der tyve Tusinde og to Hundrede.

10 And the sonne of Iediael was Bilhan, and the sonnes of Bilhan, Ieush, and Beniamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tharshish, and Ahishahar.

Og Jediaels Sønner vare Bilhan; og Bilhans Sønner vare: Jeus og Benjamin og Ehud og Knaana og Sethan og Tharsis og Ahisahar.

11 All these were the sonnes of Iediael, chiefe of the fathers, valiant men of warre, seuenteene thousand and two hundreth, marching in battel aray to the warre.

Disse vare alle Jediaels Børn, Øverster for deres Fædrenehuse, vældige til Strid; sytten Tusinde og to Hundrede vare de, som uddroge i Hæren til Krig;

12 And Shuppim, and Huppim were ye sonnes of Ir, but Hushim was the sonne of another.

desuden Suppim og Huppim, Irs Børn. Husim var Ahers Børn.

13 The sonnes of Naphtali, Iahziel, and Guni, and Iezer, and Shallum of the sonnes of Bilhah.

Nafthalis Sønner vare: Jahziel og Guni og Jezer og Sallum, Efterkommere af Bilha.

14 The sonne of Manasseh was Ashriel whom she bare vnto him, but his concubine of Aram bare Machir the father of Gilead.

Manasses Sønner vare: Asriel, som hans Hustru fødte; hans Medhustru, den syriske, fødte Makir, Gileads Fader.

15 And Machir tooke to wife the sister of Huppim and Shuppim, and the name of their sister was Maachah. And the name of the second sonne was Zelophehad, and Zelophehad had daughters.

16 And Maachah the wife of Machir bare a sonne, and called his name Peresh, and the name of his brother was Sheresh: and his sonnes were Vlam and Rakem.

Og Maaka, Makirs Hustru, fødte en Søn og kaldte hans Navn Peres, og hans Broders Navn var Seres, og hans Sønner vare Ulam og Rekem.

17 And the sonne of Vlam was Bedan. These were the sonnes of Gilead the sonne of Machir, the sonne of Manasseh.

Og Ulams Sønner vare: Bedan; disse ere Gileads Børn, han var en Søn af Makir, Manasses Søn.

18 And his sister Molecheth bare Ishod, and Abiezer, and Mahalah.

19 And the sonnes of Shemida were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.

20 The sonnes also of Ephraim were Shuthelah, and Bered his sonne, and Tahath his sonne, and his sonne Eladah, and Tahath his sonne,

Og Efraims Sønner vare: Suthela og hans Søn Bered og hans Søn Thahat og hans Søn Eleada og hans Søn Thahat

21 And Zabad his sonne, and Shuthelah his sonne, and Ezer, and Elead: and the men of Gath that were borne in the land, slewe them, because they came downe to take away their cattel.

og hans Søn Sabad og hans Søn Suthelah, samt Eser og Elead; men dem sloge Mændene af Gath, som vare fødte i Landet, ihjel, fordi de vare dragne ned at tage deres Kvæg.

22 Therefore Ephraim their father mourned many dayes, and his brethren came to comfort him.

Derfor sørgede Efraim, deres Fader, mange Dage, og hans Brødre kom at trøste ham.

23 And when he went in to his wife, she conceiued, and bare him a sonne, and he called his name Beriah, because affliction was in his house.

Og han gik ind til sin Hustru, og hun blev frugtsommelig og fødte en Søn, og han kaldte hans Navn Beria; thi det var sket under Ulykke i hans Hus.

24 And his daughter was Sherah, which built Beth-horon the nether, and the vpper, and Vzzen Sheerah.

25 And Rephah was his sonne, and Resheph, and Telah his sonne, and Tahan his sonne,

26 Laadan his sonne, Ammihud his sonne, Elishama his sonne,

28 And their possessions and their habitations were Beth-el, and the villages thereof, and Eastward Naaran, and Westwarde Gezer with the villages thereof, Shechem also and the villages thereof, vnto Azzah, and the villages thereof,

Og deres Ejendom og deres Boliger vare: Bethel og dens tilliggende Stæder og imod Østen Naaran og imod Vesten Geser og dens tilliggende Stæder, og Sikem og dens tilliggende Stæder, indtil Gaza og dens tilliggende Stæder.

29 And by the places of the children of Manasseh, Beth-shean and her villages, Taanach and her villages, Megiddo and her villages, Dor and her villages. In those dwelt the children of Ioseph the sonne of Israel.

Og paa Manasses Børns Side laa Beth-Sean og dens tilliggende Stæder, Thaanak og dens tilliggende Stæder, Megiddo og dens tilliggende Stæder, Dor og dens tilliggende Stæder; udi disse boede Josefs, Israels Søns, Børn.

30 The sonnes of Asher were Imnah, and Isuah, and Ishuai, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.

Asers Sønner vare Jimna og Jisva og Jisvi og Beria, og deres Søster var Sera.

31 And the sonnes of Beriah, Heber, and Malchiel, which is the father of Birzauith.

Og Berias Sønner vare: Heber og Malkiel; denne er Birsaviths Fader.

32 And Heber begate Iaphlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shuah their sister.

Og Heber avlede Jaflet og Somer og Hotham og Sua, deres Søster.

33 And the sonnes of Iaphlet were Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashuath: these were the children of Iaphlet.

Jaflets Sønner vare: Pasak og Bimhal og Asvath; disse vare Jaflets Sønner.

34 And the sonnes of Shamer, Ahi, and Rohgah, Iehubbah, and Aram.

35 And the sonnes of his brother Helem were Zophah, and Iimna, and Shelesh and Amal.

Og Helems, hans Broders, Sønner vare: Zofa og Jimna og Seles og Amal.

36 The sonnes of Zophah, Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah,

37 Bezer and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Ithran, and Beera.

38 And the sonnes of Iether, Iephunneh, and Pispa and Ara.

39 And the sonnes of Vlla, Harah, and Haniel, and Rizia.

Og Ullas Sønner vare: Arak og Haniel og Rizia.

40 All these were the children of Asher, the heads of their fathers houses, noble men, valiant men of warre and chiefe princes, and they were rekoned by their genealogies for warre and for battell to the nomber of sixe and twentie thousand men.

Alle disse vare Asers Børn, Øverster for deres Fædrenehuse, udvalgte, vældige til Strid, Øverster iblandt Fyrsterne; og da de indførtes i Slægtregisteret til Hæren i Krigen, var deres Tal seks og tyve Tusinde Mænd.
