1 Chronicles 6
1 The sonnes of Leui were Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.
Lewi mempunyai tiga anak laki-laki: Gerson, Kehat dan Merari.
2 And the sonnes of Kohath, Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Vzziel.
Kehat mempunyai empat anak laki-laki: Amram, Yizhar, Hebron dan Uziel.
3 And the children of Amram, Aaron, and Moses and Miriam. And the sonnes of Aaron, Nadab, and Abihu, and Eleazar, and Ithamar.
Amram mempunyai dua anak laki-laki, yaitu Harun dan Musa, dan seorang anak perempuan, yaitu Miryam. Harun mempunyai empat anak laki-laki: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar dan Itamar.
4 Eleazar begate Phinehas. Phinehas begate Abishua,
Urutan silsilah Eleazar adalah sebagai berikut: Pinehas, Abisua,
5 And Abishua begate Bukki, and Bukki begate Vzzi,
Buki, Uzi,
6 And Vzzi begate Zerahiah, and Zerahiah begate Meraioth.
Zerahya, Merayot,
7 Meraioth begate Amariah, and Amariah begate Ahitub,
Amarya, Ahitub,
8 And Ahitub begate Zadok, and Zadok begate Ahimaaz,
Zadok, Ahimaas,
9 And Ahimaaz begate Azariah, and Azariah begate Iohanan,
Azarya, Yohanan,
10 And Iohanan begate Azariah (it was hee that was Priest in the house that Salomon built in Ierusalem)
Azarya (ia melayani di Rumah TUHAN yang dibangun oleh Raja Salomo di Yerusalem),
11 And Azariah begate Amariah, and Amariah begate Ahitub,
Amarya, Ahitub,
12 And Ahitub begate Zadok, and Zadok begate Shallum,
Zadok, Salum,
13 And Shallum begate Hilkiah, and Hilkiah begate Azariah,
Hilkia, Azarya,
14 And Azariah begate Seraiah, and Seraiah begate Iehozadak,
Seraya, Yozadak.
15 And Iehozadak departed when the Lord caried away into captiuitie Iudah and Ierusalem by the hand of Nebuchad-nezzar.
Yozadak ini turut diangkut bersama orang Yehuda dan penduduk Yerusalem lainnya ketika TUHAN membuang mereka ke negeri lain dengan perantaraan Nebukadnezar.
16 The sonnes of Leui were Gershom, Kohath and Merari.
Lewi mempunyai tiga anak laki-laki, yaitu Gerson, Kehat dan Merari.
17 And these be the names of the sonnes of Gershom, Libni, and Shimei.
Mereka masing-masing mempunyai anak. Libni dan Simei adalah anak-anak Gerson;
18 And the sonnes of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron and Vzziel.
Amram, Yizhar, Hebron dan Uziel adalah anak-anak Kehat.
19 The sonnes of Merari, Mahli and Mushi: and these are the families of Leui concerning their fathers.
Mahli dan Musi adalah anak-anak Merari.
20 Of Gershom, Libni his sonne, Iahath his sonne, Zimmah his sonne,
Garis keturunan Gerson ialah: Libni, Yahat, Zima,
21 Ioah his sonne, Iddo his sonne, Zerah his sonne, Ieaterai his sonne.
Yoah, Ido, Zerah, Yeatrai.
22 The sonnes of Kohath, Aminadab his sonne, Korah his sonne, Assir his sonne,
Garis keturunan Kehat ialah: Aminadab, Korah, Asir,
23 Elkanah his sonne, and Ebiasaph his sonne, and Assir his sonne,
Elkana, Ebyasaf, Asir,
24 Tahath his sonne, Vriel his sonne, Vzziah his sonne, and Shaul his sonne,
Tahat, Uriel, Uzia, Saul.
25 And the sonnes of Elkanah, Amasai, and Ahimoth.
Elkana mempunyai dua anak laki-laki: Amasai dan Ahimot.
26 Elkanah. the sonnes of Elkanah, Zophai his sonne, and Nahath his sonne,
Garis keturunan Ahimot ialah: Elkana, Zofai, Nahat,
27 Eliab his sonne, Ieroham his sonne, Elkanah his sonne,
Eliab, Yeroham, Elkana.
28 And the sonnes of Shemuel, the eldest Vashni, then Abiah.
Samuel mempunyai dua anak laki-laki: Yoel yang sulung, dan Abia yang bungsu.
29 The sonnes of Merari were Mahli, Libni his sonne, Shimei his sonne, Vzzah his sonne,
Garis keturunan Merari ialah: Mahli, Libni, Simei, Uza,
30 Shimea his sonne, Haggiah his sonne, Asaiah his sonne.
Simea, Hagia, Asaya.
31 And these be they whom Dauid set for to sing in the house of the Lord, after that the Arke had rest.
Sejak Peti Perjanjian dipindahkan ke tempat ibadat di Yerusalem, Raja Daud memilih orang-orang yang bertanggung jawab atas nyanyian puji-pujian di Rumah TUHAN.
32 And they ministred before the Tabernacle, euen the Tabernacle of the Congregation with singing, vntill Salomon had built ye house of the Lord in Ierusalem: then they continued in their office, according to their custome.
Mereka bertugas secara bergilir di Kemah TUHAN pada masa sebelum Raja Salomo membangun Rumah TUHAN.
33 And these ministred with their children: of the sonnes of Kohath, Heman a singer, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Shemuel,
Garis silsilah orang-orang yang diberi tugas itu adalah sebagai berikut: Dari kaum Kehat: Heman anak Yoel. Ia pemimpin kelompok penyanyi yang pertama. Garis silsilahnya dari bawah ke atas sampai kepada Yakub ialah: Heman, Yoel, Samuel,
34 The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ieroham, the sonne of Eliel, the sonne of Toah,
Elkana, Yeroham, Eliel, Toah,
35 The sonne of Zuph, the sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Mahath, the sonne of Amasai,
Zuf, Elkana, Mahat, Amasai,
36 The sonne of Elkanah, the sonne of Ioel, the sonne of Azariah, the sonne of Zephaniah,
Elkana, Yoel, Azarya, Zefanya,
37 The sonne of Tahath, the sonne of Assir, the sonne of Ebiasaph, the sonne of Korah,
Tahat, Asir, Ebyasaf, Korah,
38 The sonne of Izhar, the sonne of Kohath, the sonne of Leui, the sonne of Israel.
Yizhar, Kehat, Lewi, Yakub.
39 And his brother Asaph stoode on his right hand: and Asaph was the sonne of Berechiah, the sonne of Shimea,
Asaf adalah pemimpin kelompok penyanyi yang kedua. Garis silsilahnya dari bawah ke atas sampai kepada Lewi ialah: Asaf, Berekhya, Simea,
40 The sonne of Michael, the sonne of Baaseiah, the sonne of Malchiah,
Mikhael, Baaseya, Malkia,
41 The sonne of Ethni, the sonne of Zerah, the sonne of Adaiah,
Etai, Zerah, Adaya,
42 The sonne of Ethan, the sonne of Zimmah, the sonne of Shimei,
Etan, Zima, Simei,
43 The sonne of Iahath, the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Leui.
Yahat, Gerson, Lewi.
44 And their brethren the sonnes of Merari were on the left hand, euen Ethan the sonne of Kishi, the sonne of Abdi, the sonne of Malluch,
Etan adalah pemimpin kelompok penyanyi yang ketiga; ia dari kaum Merari. Garis silsilahnya dari bawah ke atas sampai kepada Lewi ialah: Etan, Kisi, Abdi, Malukh,
45 The sonne of Hashabiah, the sonne of Amaziah, the sonne of Hilkiah,
Hasabya, Amazia, Hilkia,
46 The sonne of Amzi, the sonne of Bani, the sonne of Shamer,
Amzi, Bani, Semer,
47 The sonne of Mahli, the sonne of Mushi, the sonne of Merari, the sonne of Leui.
Mahli, Musi, Merari, Lewi.
48 And their brethren the Leuites were appointed vnto all the seruice of the Tabernacle of the house of God,
Tugas-tugas lain di rumah ibadat diserahkan kepada rekan-rekan mereka orang Lewi juga.
49 But Aaron and his sonnes burnt incense vpon the altar of burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, for all that was to do in the most holy place, and to make an atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the seruant of God had commanded.
Harun dan keturunannya bertugas membakar dupa, mempersembahkan kurban bakaran di atas mezbah, melakukan segala macam upacara di Ruang Mahasuci, dan mempersembahkan kurban penghapus dosa umat Israel. Semuanya itu mereka lakukan sesuai dengan petunjuk-petunjuk yang diberikan oleh Musa hamba Allah.
50 These are also the sonnes of Aaron, Eleazar his sonne, Phinehas his sonne, Abishua his sonne,
Inilah garis keturunan Harun: Eleazar, Pinehas, Abisua,
51 Bukki his sonne, Vzzi his sonne, Zerahiah his sonne,
Buki, Uzi, Zerahya,
52 Meraioth his sonne, Amariah his sonne, Ahitub his sonne,
Merayot, Amarya, Ahitub,
53 Zadok his sonne, and Ahimaaz his sonne.
Zadok, Ahimaas.
54 And these are the dwelling places of them throughout their townes and coastes, euen of the sonnes of Aaron for the familie of the Kohathites, for the lot was theirs.
Inilah daerah tempat tinggal yang diberikan kepada kaum Kehat keturunan Harun. Mereka menerima bagian pertama dari tanah yang ditentukan untuk orang Lewi.
55 So they gaue them Hebron in the lande of Iudah and the suburbes thereof rounde about it.
Tanah mereka meliputi kota Hebron di wilayah Yehuda, dan padang-padang rumput di sekitarnya.
56 But the fielde of the citie, and the villages thereof they gaue to Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh.
Tetapi ladang-ladang dan desa-desa daerah di sekitar kota itu diberikan kepada Kaleb anak Yefune.
57 And to the sonnes of Aaron they gaue the cities of Iudah for refuge, euen Hebron and Libna with their suburbes, and Iattir, and Eshtemoa with their suburbes,
Keturunan Harun mendapat Hebron kota suaka, Yatir, dan desa-desa berikut ini bersama padang-padang rumputnya: desa Libna, Estemoa, Hilen, Debir, Asan, Bet-Semes.
58 And Hilen with her suburbes, and Debir with her suburbes,
59 And Ashan and her suburbes, and Bethshemesh and her suburbes:
60 And of the tribe of Beniamin, Geba and her suburbes, and Alemeth with her suburbes, and Anathoth with her suburbes: all their cities were thirteene cities by their families.
Di wilayah suku Benyamin mereka mendapat desa-desa berikut ini bersama padang-padang rumputnya: Geba, Alemet dan Anatot. Seluruhnya ada 13 desa untuk tempat tinggal keluarga-keluarga mereka.
61 And vnto the sonnes of Kohath the remnant of the familie of the tribe, euen of the halfe tribe of the halfe of Manasseh, by lot ten cities.
Sepuluh desa suku Manasye di sebelah barat Sungai Yordan diberikan melalui undian kepada keluarga-keluarga dalam kaum Kehat yang belum mendapat tanah.
62 And to the sonnes of Gershom according to their families out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteene cities.
Keluarga-keluarga dalam kaum Gerson mendapat 13 desa di wilayah suku Isakhar, Asyer, Naftali, dan Manasye yang di Basan di sebelah timur Sungai Yordan.
63 Vnto the sonnes of Merari according to their families out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, by lot twelue cities.
Melalui undian juga, keluarga-keluarga dalam kaum Merari mendapat 12 desa di wilayah suku Ruben, Gad dan Zebulon.
64 Thus the children of Israel gaue to the Leuites cities with their suburbes.
Begitulah caranya bangsa Israel membagikan kepada suku Lewi desa-desa bersama padang-padang rumputnya untuk tempat tinggal mereka.
65 And they gaue by lot out of the tribe of the children of Iudah, and out of the tribe of the children of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the children of Beniamin, these cities, which they called by their names.
Desa-desa di wilayah suku Yehuda, Simeon dan Benyamin yang telah disebut itu, juga dibagikan melalui undi.
66 And they of the families of the sonnes of Kohath, had cities and their coastes out of the tribe of Ephraim.
Di wilayah suku Efraim, sebagian dari keluarga-keluarga kaum Kehat menerima desa-desa berikut ini dengan padang rumput di sekitarnya:
67 And they gaue vnto them cities of refuge, Shechem in mount Ephraim, and her suburbes, and Gezer and her suburbes,
Sikhem, kota suaka di pegunungan wilayah itu, Gezer,
68 Iokmeam also and her suburbes, and Bethhoron with her suburbes,
Yokmeam, Bet-Horon,
69 And Aialon and her suburbes, and Gath Rimmon and her suburbes,
Ayalon dan Gat-Rimon.
70 And out of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Aner and her suburbes, and Bileam and her suburbes, for the families of the remnant of the sonnes of Kohath.
Di wilayah suku Manasye yang di sebelah barat Sungai Yordan mereka menerima desa Aner dan Bileam dengan padang rumput di sekitarnya.
71 Vnto the sonnes of Gershom out of the familie of the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan, and her suburbes, and Ashtaroth with her suburbes,
Keluarga-keluarga kaum Gerson mendapat desa-desa berikut ini dengan padang-padang rumput di sekitarnya: Di Wilayah suku Manasye, sebelah timur Sungai Yordan: Golan di Basan dan Asytarot.
72 And out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh and her suburbes, Daberath and her suburbes,
Di wilayah suku Isakhar: Kedes, Daberat,
73 Ramoth also and her suburbes, and Anem with her suburbes,
Ramot dan Anem.
74 And out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal and her suburbes, and Abdon and her suburbes,
Di wilayah suku Asyer: Masal, Abdon,
75 And Hukok and her suburbs, and Rehob and her suburbes,
Hukok dan Rehob.
76 And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilea and her suburbes, and Hammon and her suburbes, and Kiriathaim and her suburbes.
Di wilayah suku Naftali: Kedes di Galilea, Hamon dan Kiryataim.
77 Vnto the rest of the children of Merari were giuen out of ye tribe of Zebulun Rimmon and her suburbes, Tabor and her suburbes,
Keturunan Merari yang belum mendapat tanah, mendapat desa-desa berikut ini dengan padang-padang rumput di sekitarnya: Di wilayah suku Zebulon: Rimono dan Tabor.
78 And on the other side Iorden by Iericho, euen on the Eastside of Iorden, out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wildernesse with her suburbes, and Iahzah with her suburbes,
Di wilayah suku Ruben, sebelah timur Sungai Yordan di dekat Yerikho: Bezer di dataran tinggi, Yahas,
79 And Kedemoth with her suburbes, and Mephaath with her suburbes,
Kedemot dan Mefaat.
80 And out of the tribe of Gad Ramoth in Gilead with her suburbes, and Mahanaim with her suburbes,
Di wilayah suku Gad: Ramot di Gilead, Mahanaim,
81 And Heshbon with her suburbes, and Iaazer with her suburbes.
Hesybon dan Yaezer.
