1 Chronicles 29
1 Moreouer Dauid the King sayde vnto all the Congregation, God hath chosen Salomon mine onely sonne yong and tender, and the worke is great: for this house is not for man, but for the Lord God.
Afei, Ɔhene Dawid dan nʼani kyerɛɛ ɔmanfo no kae se, “Me babarima Salomo a Onyankopɔn ayi no sɛ onni Israel so sɛ ɔhene foforo no da so yɛ abofra a onni osuahu biara. Adwuma a ɛda nʼanim no so, na Asɔredan a obesi no nyɛ dan hunu bi. Ɛyɛ Awurade Nyankopɔn no ankasa de.
2 Now I haue prepared with all my power for the house of my God, golde for vessels of golde, and siluer for them of siluer, and brasse for things of brasse, yron for things of yron, and wood for things of wood, and onix stones, and stones to be set, and carbuncle stones and of diuers colours, and all precious stones, and marble stones in aboundance.
Mede nea mitumi yɛ biara adi dwuma, maboaboa nea matumi anya nyinaa ano ama me Nyankopɔn Asɔredan no si. Mprempren, sikakɔkɔɔ, dwetɛ, kɔbere mfrafrae, nnade ne nnua ne apopobibiri abo ne aboɔden abo, aboɔden agude ne abo pa ne abohemaa ahorow nyinaa pii wɔ hɔ.
3 Moreouer, because I haue delite in the house of my God, I haue of mine owne golde and siluer, which I haue giuen to the house of my God, beside all that I haue prepared for the house of the Sanctuarie,
Na esiane me ho a mede ama me Nyankopɔn Asɔredan no nti, mede mʼankasa sikakɔkɔɔ ne dwetɛ bɛboa ɔdan no si. Eyinom bɛka adansi no ho nneɛma a maboaboa ano ama asɔredan kronkron no ho.
4 Euen three thousand talents of gold of the golde of Ophir, and seuen thousand talents of fined siluer to ouerlay the walles of the houses.
Mama Ofir sikakɔkɔɔ a ɛboro nsania ani tɔn ɔha ne dumien ne dwetɛ a wɔahoa ho nsania ani tɔn ahannu aduosia abien a wɔde begu adan no afasu anim,
5 The golde for the things of golde, and the siluer for things of siluer, and for all the worke by the handes of artificers: and who is willing to fill his hand to day vnto the Lord?
ne sikakɔkɔɔ ne dwetɛ nnwuma a aka a adwumfo no bɛyɛ no. Afei, hena na obeyi ne yam de nʼayɛyɛde ama Awurade nnɛ?”
6 So the princes of the families, and the princes of the tribes of Israel, and the captaines of thousands and of hundreths, with the rulers of the Kings worke, offred willingly,

7 And they gaue for the seruice of the house of God fiue thousande talents of golde, and ten thousand pieces, and ten thousand talents of siluer, and eighteene thousand talents of brasse, and one hundreth thousand talents of yron.
Wɔmaa sikakɔkɔɔ bɛyɛ tɔn ɔha aduɔwɔtwe awotwe, sika ankasa mpem du, dwetɛ bɛyɛ tɔn ahaasa aduɔson anum, kɔbere mfrafrae bɛyɛ tɔn ahansia aduɔson anum ne nnade bɛyɛ tɔn mpem ahaasa ahanson ne aduonum, de boaa Asɔredan no si.
8 And they with whom precious stones were found, gaue them to the treasure of ye house of the Lord, by the hand of Iehiel the Gershunnite.
Wɔmaa aboɔden abo bebree a wɔkɔkoraa no wɔ sikakorabea a ɛwɔ Awurade fi maa Yehiel a ɔyɛ Gerson aseni hwɛɛ so.
9 And the people reioyced when they offred willingly: for they offred willingly vnto ye Lord, with a perfite heart. And Dauid the King also reioyced with great ioy.
Nnipa no ani gyee ɔma no ho, efisɛ wofi ɔpɛ pa ne koma pa mu na woyiyi maa Awurade, na Ɔhene Dawid ani gyee yiye.
10 Therefore Dauid blessed the Lord before all the Congregation, and Dauid sayde, Blessed be thou, O Lord God, of Israel our father, for euer and euer.
Na ɔhene Dawid kamfoo Awurade wɔ nnipa no nyinaa anim se, “Awurade, yɛn agya Israel Nyankopɔn, ayeyi nka wo daa nyinaa.
11 Thine, O Lord, is greatnesse and power, and glory, and victorie and praise: for all that is in heauen and in earth is thine: thine is the kingdome, O Lord, and thou excellest as head ouer all.
Kɛseyɛ, ahoɔden, anuonyam, nkonimdi ne tumi yɛ wo de, Awurade. Biribiara a ɛwɔ ɔsoro ne asase so yɛ wo de, Awurade, na ahenni yi nso yɛ wo de. Yɛma wo so sɛ wone ade nyinaa so tumfo.
12 Both riches and honour come of thee, and thou reignest ouer all, and in thine hand is power and strength, and in thine hande it is to make great, and to giue strength vnto all.
Ahonya ne anuonyam fi wo nko ara, efisɛ woyɛ ade nyinaa sodifo. Tumi ne ahoɔden nyinaa wɔ wo nsam na wopɛ mu na wufi ma nnipa yɛ kɛse na wonya ahoɔden.
13 Now therefore our God, we thanke thee, and prayse thy glorious Name.
Afei, yɛn Nyankopɔn, yɛda wo ase, na yɛkamfo wo din kronkron no.
14 But who am I, and what is my people, that we shoulde be able to offer willingly after this sort? for all things come of thee: and of thine owne hand we haue giuen thee.
“Na me ne hena na me nkurɔfo ne nnipa bɛn a yetumi kyɛ wo biribi? Biribiara a yɛwɔ no fi wo nkyɛn, na nea yɛde ma wo no yɛ nea wode ama yɛn dedaw no.
15 For we are stragers before thee, and soiourners, like all our fathers: our dayes are like ye shadowe vpon the earth, and there is none abiding.
Yɛwɔ ha mmere tiaa bi sɛ nsrahwɛfo ne ahɔho wɔ asase a yɛn agyanom dii kan wɔ so no so. Yɛn nna wɔ asase so te sɛ sunsuma a etwa mu kɔ ntɛm so a wonhu bio.
16 O Lord our God, all this abundance that we haue prepared to buylde thee an house for thine holy Name, is of thine hand and all is thine.
Awurade, yɛn Nyankopɔn, saa nneɛma a yɛaboaboa ano de rebesi asɔredan de ahyɛ wo din kronkron anuonyam yi mpo fi wo nkyɛn! Ne nyinaa yɛ wo dea.
17 I knowe also, my God, that thou tryest the heart, and hast pleasure in righteousnesse: I haue offred willingly in the vprightnesse of mine heart all these things: now also haue I seene thy people which are found here, to offer vnto thee willingly with ioy.
Me Nyankopɔn, minim sɛ wohwehwɛ yɛn koma mu, na sɛ wuhu nokwaredi wɔ mu a, wʼani gye. Wunim sɛ mede adwene pa na ɛyɛɛ eyinom nyinaa, na mahwɛ ahu sɛnea wo nkurɔfo fi koma pa ne anigye mu de wɔn akyɛde aba.
18 O Lord God of Abraham, Izhak and Israel our fathers, keepe this for euer in the purpose, and the thoughts of the heart of thy people, and prepare their hearts vnto thee.
Awurade, yɛn agyanom Abraham, Isak ne Israel Nyankopɔn, ma wo nkurɔfo nyɛ osetie mma wo daa. Mma ɔdɔ a wɔde dɔ wo no nsesa.
19 And giue vnto Salomon my sonne a perfit heart to keepe thy commandements, thy testimonies, and thy statutes, and to doe all things, and to builde the house which I haue prepared.
Ma me babarima Salomo koma nyinaa mu ɔpɛ pa, na onni wʼahyɛde, wo mmara ne wo nkyerɛkyerɛ so, na onsi saa Asɔredan yi a mayɛ ho ahoboa nyinaa no.”
20 And Dauid said to all the Congregation, Now blesse the Lord your God. And all the Congregation blessed the Lord God of their fathers, and bowed downe their heads, and worshipped the Lord and the King.
Afei, Dawid ka kyerɛɛ ɔmanfo no nyinaa se, “Monkamfo Awurade, mo Nyankopɔn!” Na ɔmanfo no nyinaa kamfoo Awurade, wɔn agyanom Nyankopɔn, na wɔkotow buu nkotodwe wɔ Awurade ne ɔhene no anim.
21 And they offred sacrifices vnto the Lord, and on the morowe after that day, they offered burnt offrings vnto the Lord, euen a thousande yong bullocks, a thousand rammes and a thousand sheepe, with their drinke offrings, and sacrifices in abundance for all Israel.

22 And they did eate and drinke before the Lord the same day with great ioy, and they made Salomon the sonne of Dauid King the seconde time, and anoynted him prince before the Lord, and Zadok for the hie Priest.
Wɔde ahosɛpɛw didi nomee da no wɔ Awurade anim. Na bio, wɔhyɛɛ Dawid babarima Salomo ahenkyɛw sɛ wɔn hene foforo. Wɔsraa no ngo wɔ Awurade anim sɛ wɔn ntuanoni, na wɔsraa Sadok nso ngo sɛ wɔn sɔfo.
23 So Salomon sate on the throne of the Lord, as King in steade of Dauid his father, and prospered: and all Israel obeyed him.
Na Salomo tenaa Awurade ahengua no so sɛ nʼagya Dawid nanmusini, na ɔkɔɔ so yiye, na Israel nyinaa tiee no.
24 And all the princes and men of power, and all the sonnes of King Dauid submitted them selues vnder King Salomon.
Adehye mpanyimfo nyinaa, asahene ne Dawid mmabarima nyinaa sua kyerɛɛ ɔhene Salomo.
25 And the Lord magnified Salomon in dignitie, in the sight of all Israel, and gaue him so glorious a kingdome, as no King had before him in Israel.
Na Awurade pagyaw Salomo maa Israelman no maa no nidi nwonwaso, na ɔmaa Salomo ahonya ne anuonyam sen nʼagya.
26 Thus Dauid the sonne of Ishai reigned ouer all Israel.
Enti Yisai babarima Dawid dii Israel nyinaa so hene.
27 And the space that he reigned ouer Israel, was fourtie yeere: seuen yeere reigned he in Hebron, and three and thirtie yeere reigned he in Ierusalem:

28 And he dyed in a good age, full of dayes, riches and honour, and Salomon his sonne reigned in his steade.

29 Concerning the actes of Dauid the King first and last, behold, they are written in the booke of Samuel the Seer, and in the booke of Nathan the Prophet, and in the booke of Gad the Seer,
Efi Ɔhene Dawid adedi mfiase de kosi nʼawie mu nsɛm nyinaa, wɔakyerɛw agu ɔdehufo Samuel abakɔsɛm nhoma, odiyifo Natan abakɔsɛm nhoma ne ɔdehufo Gad abakɔsɛm nhoma mu.
30 With all his reigne and his power, and times that went ouer him, and ouer Israel and ouer all the kingdomes of the earth.
Nʼadedi mu akokodurusɛm ne biribiara a ɛbaa ne so, Israel ne ahenni ahorow a atwa ne ho ahyia nyinaa nso yɛ nsɛm a wɔakyerɛw.
