1 Chronicles 27
1 The children of Israel also after their nomber, euen the chiefe fathers and captaines of thousandes and of hundreths, and their officers that serued the King by diuers courses, which came and in went out, moneth by moneth throughout al the moneths of the yeere: in euery course were foure and twentie thousand.
ORA quant'è a' figliuoli d'Israele, secondo le lor descrizioni [per] capi di [famiglie] paterne, e capitani di migliaia, e di centinaia, ed i loro ufficiali, ogni spartimento di coloro che servivano al re (secondo tutto l'ordine degli spartimenti, [de' quali] ciascuno entrava ed usciva di mese in mese, per tutti i mesi dell'anno) [era] di ventiquattromila [uomini].
2 Ouer the first course for the first moneth was Iashobeam the sonne of Zabdiel: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Iasobam, figliuolo di Zabdiel, [era] sopra il primo spartimento, per lo primo mese; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
3 Of the sonnes of Perez was the chiefe ouer all the princes of the armies for the first moneth.
[Egli era] il capo sopra tutti i capitani del [primo] mese; ed [era] de' figliuoli di Fares.
4 And ouer the course of the second moneth was Dodai, an Ahohite, and this was his course, and Mikloth was a captaine, and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
E sopra lo spartimento del secondo mese [era] Dodai Ahoheo; e nel suo spartimento, nel quale [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini], Miclot [era] il conduttore.
5 The captaine of the thirde hoste for the third moneth was Benaiah the sonne of Iehoiada the chiefe Priest: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Il capo del terzo esercito, per lo terzo mese, [era] Benaia, figliuolo di Gioiada, principale ufficiale; [ed egli era] capitano in capo; e nel suo spartimento [vi erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
6 This Benaiah was mightie among thirtie and aboue the thirtie, and in his course was Amizabad his sonne.
Questo Benaia [era uomo] prode fra i trenta, [ed era] sopra i trenta; ed Ammizzabad, suo figliuolo, [era] sopra lo spartimento di esso.
7 The fourth for the fourth moneth was Asahel the brother of Ioab, and Zebadiah his sonne after him: and in his course were foure and twentie thousand.
Il quarto, per lo quarto mese, [era] Asael, fratello di Ioab; e, dopo lui, Zebadia, suo figliuolo; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
8 The fift for ye fift moneth was prince Shamhuth the Izrahite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il quinto capo, per lo quinto mese, [era] Samhut Israhita; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
9 The sixt for the sixt moneth was Ira the sonne of Ikkesh the Tekoite: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il sesto, per lo sesto mese, [era] Ira, figliuolo d'Icches Tecoita; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
10 The seuenth for the seuenth moneth was Helez the Pelonite, of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il settimo, per lo settimo mese, [era] Heles Pelonita, de'figliuoli di Efraim; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
11 The eight for the eight moneth was Sibbecai the Hushathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
L'ottavo, per l'ottavo mese, [era] Sibbecai Husatita, [della nazione] de' Zarhiti; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
12 The ninth for the ninth moneth was Abiezer the Anethothite of the sonnes of Iemini: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il nono, per lo nono mese, [era] Abiezer Anatotita, de' figliuoli di Beniamino; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
13 The tenth for the tenth moneth was Maharai, the Netophathite of the Zarhites: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il decimo, per lo decimo mese, [era] Maharai Netofatita, [della nazione] dei Zarhiti; e nel suo spartimento [vi erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
14 The eleueth for the eleuenth moneth was Benaiah the Pirathonite of the sonnes of Ephraim: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
L'undecimo, per l'undecimo mese, [era] Benaia Piratonita, de' figliuoli di Efraim; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
15 The twelft for the twelft moneth was Heldai the Netophathite, of Othniel: and in his course foure and twentie thousand.
Il duodecimo, per lo duodecimo mese, [era] Heldai Netofatita, [della progenie] di Otniel; e nel suo spartimento [v'erano] ventiquattromila [uomini].
16 Moreouer the rulers ouer the tribes of Israel were these: ouer the Reubenites was ruler, Eliezer the sonne of Zichri: ouer the Shimeonites, Shephatiah the sonne of Maachah:
OLTRE a ciò, [vi erano de' conduttori] sopra le tribù d'Israele; Eliezer, figliuolo di Zicri, [era] conduttore dei Rubeniti; Sefatia, figliuolo di Maaca, dei Simeoniti;
17 Ouer the Leuites, Hashabiah the sonne of Remuel: ouer them of Aharon, and Zadok:
Hasabia, figliuolo di Chemuel, de' Leviti; Sadoc, degli Aaroniti;
18 Ouer Iudah, Elihu of the brethren of Dauid: ouer Issachar, Omri the sonne of Michael:
Elihu, de' fratelli di Davide, di que' di Giuda; Omri, figliuolo di Micael, degl'Issacariti;
19 Ouer Zebulun, Ishmaiah the sonne of Obadiah: ouer Naphtali, Ierimoth the sonne of Azriel:
Ismaia, figliuolo di Obadia, de' Zabuloniti; Ierimot, figliuolo di Azriel, de' Neftaliti;
20 Ouer the sonnes of Ephraim, Hoshea the sonne of Azazziah: ouer the halfe tribe of Manasseh, Ioel the sonne of Pedaiah:
Hosea, figliuolo di Azazia, de' figliuoli di Efraim; Ioel, figliuolo di Pedaia, della mezza tribù di Manasse;
21 Ouer the other halfe of Manasseh in Gilead, Iddo the sonne of Zechariah: ouer Beniamin, Iaasiel the sonne of Abner:
Iddo, figliuolo di Zaccaria, dell'[altra] mezza tribù di Manasse, in Galaad; Iaaziel, figliuolo di Abner, dei Beniaminiti;
22 Ouer Dan, Azariel the sonne of Ieroham. these are the princes of the tribes of Israel.
Azareel, figliuolo di Ieroham, de' Daniti. Questi [furono] i capi principali delle tribù d'Israele.
23 But Dauid tooke not the nober of them from twentie yeere olde and vnder, because the Lord had sayde that he would increase Israel like vnto the starres of the heauens.
E Davide non levò il numero di essi dall'età di vent'anni in giù; perciocchè il Signore avea detto d'accrescere Israele come le stelle del cielo.
24 And Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah beganne to nomber: but hee finished it not, because there came wrath for it against Israel, neither was the nomber put into the Chronicles of King Dauid.
Ioab, figliuolo di Seruia, avea ben cominciato ad annoverare [così il popolo], ma non finì; e per questo vi fu indegnazione contro ad Israele; laonde quella descrizione non fu messa fra le descrizioni [poste] ne' registri del re Davide.
25 And ouer the Kings treasures was Azmaueth the sonne of Adiel: and ouer the treasures in the fieldes, in the cities and in the villages and in the towers was Iehonathan the sonne of Vzziah:
ED Azmavet, figliuolo di Adiel, [era] sopra i tesori del re; e Gionatan, figliuolo di Uzzia, [era] sopra i tesori della campagna, nelle città, nelle villate, e nelle castella;
26 And ouer the workemen in the fielde that tilled the ground, was Ezri the sonne of Chelub:
ed Ezri, figliuolo di Chelub, [era] sopra quelli che lavoravano nella campagna nel lavoro della terra;
27 And ouer them that dressed the vines, was Shimei the Ramathite: and ouer that which apperteined to the vines, and ouer the store of the wine was Sabdi the Shiphmite:
e Simi Ramatita [era] sopra le vigne; e Zabdi Sifmita [era] sopra i cellieri ch'[erano] nei vignai, [e] sopra le conserve del vino;
28 And ouer the oliue trees and mulberie trees that were in the valleys, was Baal Hanan the Gederite: and ouer the store of the oyle was Ioash:
e Baal-hanan Ghederita, [era] sopra gli ulivi, e sopra i fichi, ch'[erano] nella campagna; e Gioas [era] sopra i cellieri dell'olio;
29 And ouer the oxen that fed in Sharon, was Shetrai the Sharonite: and ouer the oxen in the valleyes was Shaphat the sonne of Adlai:
e Sitrai Saronita [era] sopra gli armenti [che pascevano] in Saron; e Safat, figliuolo di Adlai, [era] sopra gli armenti [che pascevano] nelle valli;
30 And ouer the camels was Obil the Ishmaelite: and ouer the asses was Iehdeiah the Meronothite:
ed Obil Ismaelita [era] sopra i cammelli; e Iedeia Merenotita [era] sopra le asine.
31 And ouer the sheepe was Iaziz the Hagerite: all these were the rulers of the substance that was King Dauids.
E Iaziz Hagareno [era] sopra le gregge del minuto bestiame. Tutti costoro aveano il governo delle facoltà del re Davide.
32 And Iehonathan Dauids vncle a man of counsell and vnderstanding (for he was a scribe) and Iehiel the sonne of Hachmoni were with the Kings sonnes.
E Gionatan, zio di Davide, uomo intendente e letterato, [era] consigliere; e Iehiel, figliuolo di Hacmoni, [era] co' figliuoli del re;
33 And Ahitophel was the Kings counseller, and Hushai the Archite the Kings friend.
ed Ahitofel [era] consigliere del re; ed Husai Archita [era] famigliare del re;
34 And after Ahitophel was Iehoiada the sonne of Benaiah and Abiathar: and captaine of the Kings armie was Ioab.
e dopo Ahitofel, [fu] Gioiada, figliuolo di Benaia, ed Ebiatar; e Ioab [era] capo dell'esercito del re.
