1 Chronicles 25
1 So Dauid and the captaines of the armie separated for the ministerie the sonnes of Asaph, and Heman, and Ieduthun, who should sing prophesies with harpes, with violes, and with cymbales, and their nomber was euen of the men for the office of their ministerie, to wit,
Awo Dawudi n’abaduumizi b’eggye, ne baawula abamu ku batabani ba Asafu, n’aba Kemani, n’aba Yedusuni okuweereza, n’okukola obunnabbi, nga bwe bakuba ennanga, n’entongooli, n’ebitaasa. Olukalala lw’abasajja abaakolanga omulimu ogw’okuweereza okwo, lwali:
2 Of the sonnes of Asaph, Zaccur, and Ioseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah the sonnes of Asaph were vnder the hand of Asaph, which sang prophesies by the commission of the King.
Ku batabani ba Asafu: Zakkuli, ne Yusufu, ne Nesaniya ne Asalera, era abo nga bakulirwa Asafu, eyakolanga ogw’obunnabbi, ate ye ng’akulirwa kabaka.
3 Of Ieduthun, the sonnes of Ieduthun, Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Ieshaiah, Ashabiah and Mattithiah, six, vnder the hands of their father: Ieduthun sang prophecies with an harpe, for to giue thankes and to praise the Lord.
Ku batabani ba Yedusuni: Gedaliya, ne Zeri, ne Yesaya, ne Simeeyi, ne Kasabiya ne Mattisiya, be mukaaga awamu, nga bakulirwa kitaabwe Yedusuni, eyakolanga ogw’obunnabbi, nga bw’akuba n’ennanga nga beebaza n’okutendereza Mukama.
4 Of Heman, the sonnes of Heman, Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Vzziel, Shebuel, and Ierimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Ioshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
Ku batabani ba Kemani kabona wa kabaka: Bukkiya, ne Mattaniya, ne Wuziyeeri, ne Sebuweri, ne Yerimosi, ne Kananiya, ne Kanani, ne Eriyaasa, ne Giddaluti, ne Lomamutyezeri, ne Yosubekasa, ne Mallosi, ne Kosiri, ne Makaziyoosi.
5 All these were the sonnes of Heman, the Kings Seer in the wordes of God to lift vp the horne: and God gaue to Heman fourtene sonnes and three daughters.
Abo bonna baali baana ba Kemani nnabbi aweereza kabaka, abaamuweebwa olw’okusuubiza kwa Katonda, okuyimusanga erinnya lye. Katonda yamuwa abaana aboobulenzi kkumi na bana, n’aboobuwala basatu.
6 All these were vnder the hande of their father, singing in the house of the Lord with cymbales, violes and harpes, for the seruice of the house of God, and Asaph, and Ieduthun, and Heman were at the Kings commandement.
Abo bonna baavunaanyizibwanga ba kitaabwe, olw’okuyimba mu yeekaalu ya Mukama, nga bakuba ebitaasa, n’entongooli, n’ennanga, olw’okuweerezanga okw’omu nnyumba ya Katonda. Asafu, ne Yedusuni, ne Kemani baali bakolera wansi kabaka.
7 So was their nomber with their brethre that were instruct in ye songs of the Lord, euen of al that were cunning, two hundreth foure score and eight.
Omuwendo gw’abo n’eŋŋanda zaabwe abatendekebwa ne bakuguka mu by’okuyimbira Mukama baali ebikumi bibiri mu kinaana mu munaana.
8 And they cast lottes, charge against charge, aswel small as great, the cunning man as the scholer.
Bonna baakubira obululu emirimu gye baaweebwa, abato n’abakulu, omutendesi ne gwe batendeka.
9 And the first lot fell to Ioseph which was of Asaph, the second, to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and his sonnes were twelue.
Akalulu akaasooka akaali aka Asafu kagwa ku Yusufu, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri; akookubiri kagwa ku Gedaliya, batabani be, n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
10 The third, to Zaccur, he, his sonnes and his brethren were twelue.
akookusatu kagwa ku Zakkuli, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
11 The fourth, to Izri, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
akookuna kagwa ku Izuli, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
12 The fift, to Nethaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
akookutaano kagwa ku Nesaniya, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
13 The sixt, to Bukkiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’omukaaga kagwa ku Bukkiya, batabani be, n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
14 The seuenth, to Iesharelah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’omusanvu kagwa ku Yesalera, batabani be, n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
15 The eight, to Ieshaiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’omunaana kagwa ku Yesaya, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
16 The ninth, to Mattaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’omwenda kagwa ku Mattaniya, batabani be, n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
17 The tenth, to Shimei, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi kagwa ku Simeeyi, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
18 The eleuenth, to Azareel, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi n’akamu kagwa ku Azaleri, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
19 The twelft, to Ashabiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi noobubiri kagwa ku Kasabiya, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
20 The thirteenth, to Shubael, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi noobusatu kagwa ku Subayeri, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
21 The fourtenth, to Mattithiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi noobuna kagwa ku Mattisiya, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
22 The fifteenth, to Ierimoth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi noobutaano kagwa ku Yeremosi, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
23 The sixteenth, to Hananiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi n’omukaaga kagwa ku Kananiya, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
24 The seuenteenth, to Ioshbekashah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi n’omusanvu kagwa ku Yosubekasa, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
25 The eighteenth, to Hanani, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi n’omunaana kagwa ku Kanani, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
26 The ninteenth, to Mallothi, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’ekkumi n’omwenda kagwa ku Mallosi, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
27 The twentieth, to Eliathah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’amakumi abiri kagwa ku Eriyaasa, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
28 The one and twentieth, to Hothir, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’amakumi abiri mu akamu kagwa ku Kosiri, batabani be, n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
29 The two and twentieth, to Giddalti, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’amakumi abiri mu bubiri kagwa ku Giddaluti, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
30 The three and twentieth, to Mahazioth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’amakumi abiri mu busatu, kagwa ku Makaziyoosi, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri;
31 The foure and twentieth, to Romamti-ezer, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
ak’amakumi abiri mu buna kagwa ku Lomamutyezeri, batabani be n’ab’eŋŋanda ze, kkumi na babiri.
