1 Chronicles 25
1 So Dauid and the captaines of the armie separated for the ministerie the sonnes of Asaph, and Heman, and Ieduthun, who should sing prophesies with harpes, with violes, and with cymbales, and their nomber was euen of the men for the office of their ministerie, to wit,
૧દાઉદે અને સૈન્યના અમલદારોએ સેવાને માટે આસાફના, હેમાનના અને યદૂથૂનના પુત્રોમાંથી કેટલાકને વીણા, સિતાર અને ઝાંઝ વડે સ્તોત્ર ગાવા સારુ જુદા કર્યા. તેઓને સોંપેલી સેવા પ્રમાણે ફરજ બજાવનારાઓની યાદી આ મુજબ છે:
2 Of the sonnes of Asaph, Zaccur, and Ioseph, and Nethaniah, and Asharelah the sonnes of Asaph were vnder the hand of Asaph, which sang prophesies by the commission of the King.
૨આસાફના પુત્રો: ઝાક્કૂર, યૂસફ, નાથાન્યા અને અશારેલા; આસાફના હાથ નીચે હતા. રાજાની દેખરેખમાં, આસફ પ્રબોધવાણીનું કામ કરતો હતો.
3 Of Ieduthun, the sonnes of Ieduthun, Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Ieshaiah, Ashabiah and Mattithiah, six, vnder the hands of their father: Ieduthun sang prophecies with an harpe, for to giue thankes and to praise the Lord.
૩યદૂથૂનના છ પુત્રો: ગદાલ્યા, સરી, યશાયા, શિમઈ, હશાબ્યા અને માત્તિથ્યા. તેઓ પોતાના પિતા યદૂથૂન કે જે વીણા વડે આભાર માનતો તથા ઈશ્વરની સ્તુતિ કરતી વખતે બોધકનું કામ કરતો હતો, તેના હાથ નીચે હતા.
4 Of Heman, the sonnes of Heman, Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Vzziel, Shebuel, and Ierimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Ioshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth.
૪હેમાનના પુત્રો: બુક્કિયા, માત્તાન્યા, ઉઝિયેલ, શબુએલ, યરિમોથ, હનાન્યા, હનાની, અલિયાથા, ગિદાલ્તી, રોમામ્તી-એઝેર, યોશ્બકાશા, માલ્લોથી, હોથીર અને માહઝીઓથ.
5 All these were the sonnes of Heman, the Kings Seer in the wordes of God to lift vp the horne: and God gaue to Heman fourtene sonnes and three daughters.
૫તેઓ રાજાના દ્રષ્ટા હેમાનના પુત્રો હતા. તેઓ શિંગ વગાડનારા હતા. ઈશ્વરે હેમાનને ચૌદ પુત્રો અને ત્રણ પુત્રીઓ આપ્યાં હતા.
6 All these were vnder the hande of their father, singing in the house of the Lord with cymbales, violes and harpes, for the seruice of the house of God, and Asaph, and Ieduthun, and Heman were at the Kings commandement.
૬તેઓ સર્વ પોતાના પિતાના હાથ નીચે ફરજ બજાવતા હતા. અને ઈશ્વરના ભક્તિસ્થાનમાં ઝાંઝો, સિતાર અને વાદન તથા ગાયન કરીને પ્રભુની સેવા કરતા હતા. આસાફ, યદૂથૂન તથા હેમાન પોતે તો રાજાના હાથ નીચે હતા.
7 So was their nomber with their brethre that were instruct in ye songs of the Lord, euen of al that were cunning, two hundreth foure score and eight.
૭તેઓના ભાઈઓ ઈશ્વરની આગળ સંગીતમાં કુશળ તથા બાહોશ ગાયકો હતા. તેઓની કુલ સંખ્યા બસો અઠ્ઠયાસી હતી.
8 And they cast lottes, charge against charge, aswel small as great, the cunning man as the scholer.
૮તેઓએ સરખે ભાગે, નાના તેમ જ મોટાએ, ગુરુએ તેમ જ શિષ્યએ, ચિઠ્ઠીઓ નાખીને પોતાનું કામ વહેંચી લીધું.
9 And the first lot fell to Ioseph which was of Asaph, the second, to Gedaliah, who with his brethren and his sonnes were twelue.
૯પહેલી ચિઠ્ઠી આસાફના પુત્ર યૂસફની નીકળી. બીજી ચિઠ્ઠી ગદાલ્યાની, તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
10 The third, to Zaccur, he, his sonnes and his brethren were twelue.
૧૦ત્રીજી ચિઠ્ઠી ઝાક્કૂરની. તે તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા;
11 The fourth, to Izri, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૧ચોથી ચિઠ્ઠી યિસ્રીની તે, તેના પુત્રો અને તેના ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
12 The fift, to Nethaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૨પાંચમી ચિઠ્ઠી નાથાન્યાની. તે, તેના ભાઈઓ અને પુત્રો મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
13 The sixt, to Bukkiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૩છઠ્ઠી બુક્કિયાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
14 The seuenth, to Iesharelah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૪સાતમી યશારેલાની. તે તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા;
15 The eight, to Ieshaiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૫આઠમી યશાયાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
16 The ninth, to Mattaniah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૬નવમી માત્તાન્યાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
17 The tenth, to Shimei, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૭દસમી શિમઈની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
18 The eleuenth, to Azareel, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૮અગિયારમી અઝારેલની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
19 The twelft, to Ashabiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૧૯બારમી હશાબ્યાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
20 The thirteenth, to Shubael, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૦તેરમી શુબાએલની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
21 The fourtenth, to Mattithiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૧ચૌદમી માત્તિથ્યાની. તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
22 The fifteenth, to Ierimoth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૨પંદરમી યેરેમોથની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
23 The sixteenth, to Hananiah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૩સોળમી હનાન્યાની, તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા;
24 The seuenteenth, to Ioshbekashah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૪સત્તરમી યોશ્બકાશાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
25 The eighteenth, to Hanani, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૫અઢારમી હનાનીની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા;
26 The ninteenth, to Mallothi, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૬ઓગણીસમી માલ્લોથીની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
27 The twentieth, to Eliathah, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૭વીસમી અલીયાથાની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
28 The one and twentieth, to Hothir, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૮એકવીસમી હોથીરની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
29 The two and twentieth, to Giddalti, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૨૯બાવીસમી ગિદાલ્તીની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
30 The three and twentieth, to Mahazioth, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૩૦ત્રેવીસમી માહઝીઓથની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
31 The foure and twentieth, to Romamti-ezer, he, his sonnes and his brethren twelue.
૩૧ચોવીસમી રોમામ્તી-એઝેરની. તે, તેના પુત્રો અને ભાઈઓ મળીને કુલ બાર હતા.
